2 was Michael B Jordan and this was a great follow-up movie ladies and

gentlemen the movie follows the same kind of rhythm and road that you're used

to seeing from these type of fight movies from the Rockies from Creed they

put a little different spin on a being that with this movie you got to know the

relationship and perspective of Michael B Jordan character as Creed because he

had a girlfriend that's pregnant and a lot of us know that when you have kids

it crystallizes life for you it gives you a new perspective

so with that dynamic coming as well as the diamond

this big huge Russian coming who just happens to be the son of the character

from the Rocky movie and what they did a good job of doing it this movie is going

through his backstory as well so you got to see what has the big Russian been up

to since rocky how has he been training his son to be ready for another fight

and to possibly knock out and kill somebody in the ring and their story is

one where you see two assholes a daddy training the young asshole getting him

prepared to go and fight when it comes to the fight scenes in this movie they

were brutal they was as long as you might would have hoped them to be but

man there was blood there was guts that was things from all over the ring kind

of what you would want to see in a fight movie with all of these sports type

movies ladies and gentlemen you know that they all are going to give you a

training montage with the old throwback movies cats running out in the snow

behind a car cats out there plowing wood doing all these training things to get

ready for the battle yeah yeah you get all that in this movie this movie is a

good cross between I don't know a traditional sports story maybe a little

bit of drama because they do go into the back stories of the families which

actually fits this type of action movie it'd be something like you saying how

they would mesh maybe he man is Lord of the Rings and you mesh it with Star Wars

only this time y'all can y'all keep that shit in space don't bring it to earth

unless y'all gonna have like some kind of time portal what he meant can go from

Grayskull to Earth but they've done a good job of bringing that story together

I would highly recommend you go catch the theater beam in this movie to get

the full experience and it's possibly a good movie for you to stream when it

comes out whether you want to get it on blu-ray DVD or have you liked your

strings but Creed 2 it's definitely a good movie Michael B Jordan is

continuing his excellence from this past year and being killed Marvel on black

Panther because in this movie when they get in the ring and they square off

Drago is so much bigger than Michael B Jordan it takes an outstanding piece of

acting to live up to the height to actually overcome what he needs to

overcome in that fight and that's gonna do it for this video don't forget to

This is a shoe last. So in this shoe making video I want to

talk with you about what is a shoe last, why we need to have it in shoe making

and why? this tool or equipment is one of the

most important. Things in shoe making.

So let's talk about first. What is a shoe last?

Not! Many people confused and don't know what

this shoe tree. And what is a shoe last?

A shoe tree made to keep the shape of already made footwear place shoe tree

inside of your shoes and it will keep the shape of your shoes.

And a shoe last is a form that we shoe makers use to create footwear on top of

this shoe lasts. So what is a shoe last?

For shoemakers makers? Shoemakers is very important product.

Without shoe last you can't make shoes. On the shoe last,

you will apply Design you will make pattern,

you will. sew the upper that you will place your

place on the last, you will last it.

Attach the sole and we'll attach and make heels.

And in the end, you will have finished shoes that you

keep the same shape, that we will have the same shape as your

shoe last has.

Shoe lasts also have Different shapes, here I placed different pumps with

different toe shape. This one with the rounded toe shape.

This two has pointed toe shape. You can see that the shape of this

pointed toe is different. Now I want to talk with you about heel

height. Every shoe last has certain heel height

many beginners are confused, and they think they can work with one

shoe last and change the height of the heel.

Working with one shoe last you can create footwear with a specific heel

height. They heel height that these shoe last

has. For example this shoe last has height of

the heel, four centimeters so I can work with this

shoe last and create all footwear that I will use this shoe last .

To make this footwear. I can make only this,

heel height, four centimeters.

I can't make here. heel height with higher height.

For example, this one you see,

or I can't use heels with lower heel height.

For example, this one,

this is not right heel height working with this shoe last,

so when you will create footwear working with specific shoe last,

this is the heel height that you will make,

You can use sweet potatoes, you can use russet potatoes.

- Look at this little cousin, he's so cute

put them on the tray, okay.

And we're gonna poke holes in those potatoes.

Just like you poke holes in all your children's lies.

You're gonna preheat your oven to 400 degrees

and you're gonna cook these bad boys

once you poke the holes for 45 minutes.

We'll take them out when they're nice and soft.

- Oh, Andy.

- Are you making french fries with those potatoes?

- Well, you'll have to wait and see.

- Okay, I have a question for you.

- I can barely keep my flowers alive in the flower bed

- Now, we're just gonna brown our meat in the skillet.

- Yes, and you can also heat up some leftover chicken.

- Another great time saver.

Also one of my favorite things about this meal is

it's a two thrown adventure with the kids.

They get to pick whatever they wanna put in it

and they can't complain.

My meat is done so it's time to fill our po-taco.

And let's make all different combinations.

- Now you can add some cheese and lettuce--

- You know I love cheese.

- [Jessie] Guacamole.

- [Claire] Also you can buy it pre-made.

- [Jessie] I do love --

- [Claire] That's what I do.

We're gonna add some more here, we're gonna add some salsa.

- Let's add some sal-sa!

Such a quick easy meal,

when maybe it's last minute.

- And you forgot the taco shells.

- Well, yeah (laughs)

- [Jessie] I mean that looks great to me.

- Do we need Andy to taste test it?

It is time for

Pre-ejaculate, sometimes called precum, is a clear fluid that is released when a man

becomes aroused, but before he ejaculates.

Sometimes, it can be seen at the tip of the penis, but many men don't even notice it.

The fluid is produced by a pair of pea-sized glands called the Cowper's glands, located

near the urethra, a tube in the penis with a dual purpose: allowing urine and semen to

exit the body.

Pre-ejaculate fluid or precum neutralizes any acidity left by urine in the urethra,

protecting sperm that flows through.

Men produce differing amounts of precum, from a few drops to about a teaspoon.

Generally, the amount is nothing to worry about.

In rare cases, men produce much more fluid, and there have been reports of men whose clothes

are soiled when they become aroused.

Medications might help, and men in this situation are advised to see their doctor.

Many people wonder whether a woman can get pregnant from pre-ejaculate fluid.

The answer is yes – although this is not common.

Typically, precum does not contain any sperm.

However, if a man has ejaculated recently, sperm cells might still be found in the urethra

and mix with the pre-ejaculate fluid.

When this happens, it is still possible for a woman to become pregnant.

For example, if a man removes his penis from his partner's vagina before ejaculating

("pulling out"), sperm in the precum can still travel up the vagina and fertilize an

egg.

For this reason, couples who do not wish to become pregnant should use condoms during

all intimate activities.

It's also important to know that sexually-transmitted infections, like HIV and chlamydia, can be

transmitted through precum.

For instance, if a person goes oral, he or she could become infected through contact

with pre-ejaculatory fluid.

This is another important reason to practice safe intercourse.

Check Before You Burn – What is a No-Burn Day? - Duration: 0:56.

A No-Burn day is a day when the particulate matter air pollution levels

are forecasted to be high. Therefore, on these days we ask the residents in Los Angeles,

Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, refrain from burning

wood in their homes. The South Coast AQMD conducts air monitoring on a daily basis

and we use that data to help in our forecasting for No-Burn days.

We typically forecast a No-Burn day one day ahead of time. However, we can't predict

how many No-Burn days we're going to have this season. A lot of it depends on

the weather conditions that we have. Last year we did have a record number of

No-Burn days. This winter we can all do our part to help keep our air clean by

choosing not to burn wood on a No-Burn day.
