How To Edit Night Photos of Prague [Free Preset for Lightroom] - Duration: 16:30.
Hi, this is HS.
I'm going to work with night photos of Prague.
Today, I found that one preset file that I've shared was not uploaded properly with unknown issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thus, I'm going to show you how to edit a photo step by step using Lightroom,
so that you can try with your photos as well.
To get the preset file of today,
please send a DM to 'phototeam_hs' from Instagram with your email address,
so that I can send you the free preset file. You can find my instagram id from 'description' as well.

This is a photo that Sunny took in Prague.
I'll work with it first.
Let me adjust white balance of it as 'Auto'.
After that,
let's increase 'Exposure'.
The reason why I'm over-increasing it now is to see what are there in the dark part of this photo.
After checking it, set the value properly so that it's not too bright or dark.
Some of the parts became too bright.
You can handle with it by decreasing 'Highlights'.
Let's increase 'Shadow' so that we can see the dark part of the photo.
Since I cannot see this black part, I'll increase the value of 'Blacks'.
After that, decrease 'Whites' since the light still seems to be too strong.
After that, let's increase 'Contrast', and 'Clarity' to make the photo clear.
Because I'm going to edit the photo as if it was taken by a film camera,
decreasing 'Saturation' as -10.
After that, remove the flares by using 'Spot Removal'.
With comparing the original one,
you can see it's been changed a lot.
I'll edit some more.
This one is called 'Tone Curve'.
I usually move this curve like this, so that it gives a 'film-like' feeling.
Let's move on to 'Color' part.
I'm going to change the color of the building.
Let's slightly decrease 'Luminance' of 'Orange' color,
and increase 'Hue' of it.
When trying to move 'Red' color, there are not many changes.
But I'm going to increase 'Hue' of 'Red' slightly.
While moving the slider for 'Luminance' of 'Red', you can see those parts who contains red color are also being changed.
Let's slightly decrease it.
And I'm going to increase 'Saturation' of 'Red'.
Let's move on to the trees whose color is green.
Decrease 'Luminance' first,
After that, increase 'Saturation' of it.
(Unfortunately, It became '0' since I used wrong captured screen for this video.)
Let's move on to 'Blue'.
You can see the color of the roof is are changing.
I'll increase 'Hue' of it,
and also 'Luminance'.
Let's compare with the original photo.
The next one is 'Split Toning'
As I explained from the previous video,
press 'option' key from Mac, and 'alt' key from Window,
while moving the slider.
Set the slider where you want to,
and change the color by moving 'Saturation' slider.
You can use the same way to the dark part .
Let's move to 'Detail'.
I'm going to decrease the noise by moving the slider of 'Noise Reduction'.
Because of using 'Noise Reduction', the photo became slightly blur.
Thus, moving 'Sharpning' slider is needed.
You'll get a better result if you use Photoshop to increase sharpness.
Let's move on to 'Lens Corrections' tab,
and check to 'Remove Chromatic Aberration'.
Move on to 'Transform' tab, and press 'Auto'. If you don't know what this tab is for, watch the previous video.
The next one I'm using is 'Effects'.
With moving the slider of 'Post-Crop Vignetting', you can see the edges became changed.
I moved it to left side, so that the edge parts became darker.
With increasing 'Grain', noise will come gain.
I'm going to increase it slightly to make the photo look like film.
Lets compare between the original and the edited photo.
From now on, click 'Adjustment Brush'.
Increase 'Exposure' of the brush,
and rub it on the water so that reflected light became brighter.
Click 'Graduated Filter',
move 'Temp' to blue side, so that the sky looks cool.
It's done now.

You can see all the details have come out.
I'm going to save the changes as a preset.
Presets->Create Preset
Type the preset name and press 'Create' button. That's all.
I'm going to adopt this preset to the other photos as well.
Let's start with this photo.
Done.

By the way,
there is a woman and a light at the left.
With cropping the photo to remove them,
composition became weird.
Thus I don't like to crop a photo.
Let's try to keep the photo as much as possible.
Start with the light first.
Remove the light with using 'Spot Removal' tool.
It's gone.
Remove the others as well.
Done for the second photo.
This is another photo of Prague.
Let's adopt the preset.
Set 'Upright' as 'Auto'.
The subject of today was how to edit the night photo of Prague.
As you can see, with this preset, it's really simple and easy.

HOW TO USE THE FACEBOOK PIXEL FOR BETTER QUALITY LEADS - Duration: 2:36.
Hi everyone, so today I want to talk to you
about how to use the Facebook Pixel
to general better quality leads.
One of the issues that we have as a business
and one of the misconceptions out there
in this day and age
is that the quality of leads from Facebook
is not good.
And we've thought about a lot,
we've thought a lot about this over the years
and we've felt like we've finally cracked the code
and we're able to deliver great quality leads
via the Facebook platform.
So, the problem that people face
when they're generating leads on Facebook
is that they get the Pixel to fire
the Thank You Page Pixel
which is what happens when someone becomes a lead,
they allow that to fire when every single lead
gets that Thank You page.
What we do now is we create three
or four different Thank You pages
and filter people to the different Thank You pages
based on the questions that they answer
on our landing page.
I know that's quite an advanced technique
but we use a quiz called LeadsHook
and people hit that landing page
and they fill in their details
and they answer a number of questions.
Based on these questions,
we divert them using LeadsHook
to different Thank You pages.
The gold lead, the one that we know is the best
because they might want to borrow the most amount
of money or they might live in London
or they might, there's so many different questions
you can ask, the Pixel fires based on that golden lead
and then we use the Facebook algorithm
to be able to find us more people
of that gold lead standard.
So, if 100 leads come into the system,
then you might have 30 or 40 of the gold leads
and the other 60 you're not so worried about
but if you tell Facebook to find you more
of that top 30 or 40,
they will gradually move that through the system,
so you're getting more like 60 or 70
of the good quality leads at a cheaper price
and less of the bad quality leads.

The Utah Jazz have just gotten stronger as the team has acquired shooting guard/small forward Kyle Korver in a trade from the Cleveland Cavaliers according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
In a series of Tweets, Woj revealed that the Utah Jazz traded two future second-round draft picks to the Cleveland Cavs as well as veteran combo guard, Alec Burks, to the Ohio-based basketball organization.
The draft picks included in the trade include the Utah Jazz's 2020 second-rounder and a 2021 second-round draft pick via the Washington Wizards.

It's no secret that the Cleveland Cavs have been struggling this season since the departure of Lebron James.
The Cavs currently have a record of 4-15 and have let it be known that they are willing to trade pieces for future draft assets.
However, many thought that offensive juggernaut, J.R.
Smith would be the first to leave The Land.
Now, with Kyle Korver officially a member of the Utah Jazz, he'll be able to compete for playoff contention with a franchise on the cusp of becoming dominant in a stacked Western Conference.
Kyle Korver's Production this Season Thus Far.
Kyle Korver is currently averaging a career-worst in point production since his 2003-04 rookie season, sitting at a total of 6.8 points per game.
But yet, the deep threat is shooting at a highly efficient rate of 46.1% from the field while shooting 46.3% from behind the arc.
So, what does this mean for Utah?.
The 9-12 Utah Jazz are currently shooting close to 31% from behind the arc as a team, with players like Joe Ingles, Ricky Rubio, and Georges Niang leading the team in three-point efficiency.
With the addition of Korver and Burks to the team, this will spread the floor even more for the team allowing Donovan Mitchell to operate more freely while still having the option to pass to one of his sharp-shooting outlets.
Kyle Korver's veteran status will be able to boost morale in the locker room as well as he's seen every team's coaching schemes and competitive advantages a multitude of times throughout his 16-year stint on the professional hardwood.
If Korver is able to come off the bench for 15 minutes a game and average at least 10 points per game, the Utah Jazz can become a threat in a competitive conference.
Only time will tell for now.

The Houston Rockets followed up a five-game win streak by dropping three straight games as of late.
All three losses came on the road, two of which were in overtime and one in the middle against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Each loss also featured All-Star guard Chris Paul sitting out, as he's dealt with what was originally called a leg injury.
With the Rockets now looking to right the ship Wednesday against the Dallas Mavericks, it seems there's a chance Paul may remain out once again.
Unfortunately, that may not even be the biggest reason for concern at this point either.
In an update provided by Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni in which he called Paul questionable for the Mavericks game, he added an interesting piece of info.
According to Mark Berman of Fox 26, D'Antoni revealed the veteran guard's injury is apparently a hamstring issue.

This means Paul will miss his fifth game of the season to this point, as he was sidelined for a two-game stretch earlier in the year.
The Rockets fell in both of those games, with the first coming on the road against the Los Angeles Clippers and the second to the Utah Jazz at home.
On the year, the Rockets are now 0-4 when Paul is not in the lineup and 9-6 when he plays.

There hasn't been much provided about Paul's status aside from D'Antoni's recent comments.
It seems he's truly the definition of "day-to-day" moving forward.
As Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle cited, the Rockets guard's injury had previously been called a "sore left leg." He was originally expected to sit out the game against the Cavaliers as a rest day, but that didn't prove to be the case.
Following Wednesday's game against the Mavericks, the Rockets have a day off before the start of a back-to-back on Friday.
The team will first head on the road game to face the San Antonio Spurs to begin the two-game set and then have a home matchup with the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.
After Monday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Rockets have two days off.
While nothing is set in stone currently, there's reason to believe Paul's injury isn't overly serious, as he was questionable ahead of last game and seemingly had a chance to play.
He should be able to return to the lineup in the very near future, but D'Antoni and the coaching staff could opt to play it safe with him.
Update.
Per ESPN's Tim MacMahon, Paul has been ruled out for Wednesday's game along with Gerald Green.
