Don't bet against the Egyptian scoring again. Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) vs Bournemouth (H) There is a suggestion that Aguero could be rotated after starting the Champions League match in midweek, but he is a great captaincy option if selected
The Argentina striker loves playing at the Etihad and could run an open Bournemouth defence ragged
TOP CHOICE: Eden Hazard (Chelsea) vs Fulham (H) The Belgian is an injury doubt ahead of the weekend but should be fit in time to feature against Fulham
It's hard to look past Hazard at home against the Cottagers, despite going off the boil in recent weeks

Time for Settlement | Steinberg Law - Duration: 1:10.
Personal injury claim can take anywhere
from six months to two years to settle.
That's because when you first hire a personal injury
attorney when you're in an accident a claim has
to be filed, letters of representation need to be
sent out, you need time to treat and try to heal.
Maybe you need surgery.
Maybe you need physical therapy.
Maybe you need injections.
Then once your treatment is finished
a demand is sent off to the insurance company.
We typically give an insurance company
30 days to respond to a demand.
Unfortunately, especially lately, insurance companies are
being far less reasonable with the responses to our demands.
They're not offering a sufficient amount of money
to compensate our clients for their injuries, and
when that happens, we have to file a lawsuit, unfortunately
the dockets, the courtrooms are very flooded right
now, and when we file a lawsuit, it takes another
six months to a year to get a case moving, get
deposition set, get the case set for trial, and
ultimately attempt to resolve the case or try the case.
That's why I tell people it can take anywhere from six
months to two years to resolve a personal injury lawsuit.

Tracking, measuring, and planning your marketing for 2019 - Duration: 2:22.
Today in my video I want to share a little bit about tracking, measuring, and
planning for the next year. So November is wrapping up December is going to start
and most people are coming up with their budgets for marketing. They're coming up
with their plan on their strategy and what they're going to do going into 2019.
So what I want to share with you is as a small business owner if you weren't
normally tracking your ads, or your expenditures, or your budget going into
the next year and trying to plan that without those numbers can be difficult.
Ok, so what you need to do is just come up with a percentage that you're
comfortable with to be able to know what you can spend on your marketing. And that
includes all ad creation from writing, to video, to strategy, to the actual ads
themselves, or emails or anything else that you're going to be sending out for
the next year. Okay so if you're not tracking try to write down what you did
and what you think you spent on that so you have something. The next piece is
measuring. Now set up some sort of system to measure your progress. So if that's an
email system you know set up something that tracks your open rate. Set up
something that tracks your click throughs. If that is you know a paper ad
of some kind try to track if possible website visits or a phone number that
they're supposed to call or whatever. Something original for that ad so
that you can measure it. Okay money spent and not measured is money wasted because
you don't know what's working and what's not. So as you go ahead and plan your new
year make sure that you have money in there for marketing. Marketing can be all
kinds of things like I said from running ads, to something as simple as some
emails written for your clientele. So take a look at that and make sure that
there is a budget for it because without marketing you aren't growing. Whether
that's word-of-mouth or anything it's still marketing. So track, measure, and
plan your next year. Thanks

FUN ACTIVITIES FOR HOLIDAYS | And Baby Makes Six! - Duration: 6:29.
Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of And Baby Makes Six!
Today I'm gonna be sharing with you guys how to keep your little ones busy during
the holidays. I have two that are currently in school. I have a first
grader and a preschooler and then, of course, my youngest, Harlow. She stays at
home full-time. The winter holidays are coming up. We actually just had
Thanksgiving and now there's gonna be winter break and sometimes as parents,
it's gonna be challenging. I'm thinking of different ideas how to keep your
little ones busy especially when it's a two-week period from school. My kids are
used to being on that schedule so it kind of throws us off a little bit. We
kind of got off our routine, but these activities and ideas could also be
really helpful for parents who also homeschool! So I think regardless of age
you might have to modify a few things or regardless if your kids are
home-schooled or in school, I think these would be really good ideas to keep your
little ones busy during the holidays and also keep your sanity as a parent as
well. And I also threw in some activities to also keep their mind going. Being out
of school, they're used to the constant stimulation so it's good to continue
that at home. And then also, I think the main thing for us when it comes to
winter break is just spending time together as a family and doing things
together as a family and just having fun! So I hope you guys enjoyed my tips and
tricks and ideas for how to keep your little ones busy during the holidays.
One of the things that my kids love the most is crafts. So whether that's
painting or coloring, they love it so much and we do these kind of crafts
regardless if it's like the holidays or if they're on break, but this is also a
great opportunity to keep them busy. So all I did was take a Sharpie to
construction paper, made their own little string of lights, and then they were able
to paint on them and this is also a great activity for toddlers. It can get a
little bit messy, of course, but Harlow really enjoyed dipping her fingers in
the paint and making her own little string of lights. So you can get a lot of
ideas on the Internet this was just one of the things that we did.
Now I know coloring is such a simple thing and it's honestly something that
my kids do almost every single day, but it's something that also keeps them very
occupied. They love to color. They were also really excited about these jumbo
size coloring pages that I found at the store, so they were really excited about
those. So I would suggest taking like a normal, everyday activity and just
changing it up a little bit, making a little bit different.
One of our favorite things to do around the holidays is to bake, make some holiday treats, and one of
our traditions is making gingerbread houses, so I actually got these pre-made
and the kids did not mind that at all because honestly all they wanted to do
was just decorate it and put candy on it and it was a thing that we could all do
together as a family and the kids really enjoyed doing these every single year.
So this kept them busy for a good hour to an hour and a half and it's so amazing
to see their creative side come out and then we kind of just display them so
they become kind of like our holiday decor around the house and if you don't
want to go out and buy a gingerbread house, you can also just use what you
have at home. If you have icing and graham crackers, you can just make your
own gingerbread house at home.
like I mentioned before, I think it's a great idea to keep your little one
stimulated, keep their mind going while they're on break so you can print off
some worksheets from home, you can find so many that are age-appropriate for
your child or you can also make some at home. For example, I just got a Christmas
tree outline online and traced a whole bunch of Christmas trees, cut them out,
and put numbers on them or you would also put equations as well. Then, to make
it fun because, even though we are still doing math, I do want to make it fun for
them and we just use some candy. So for the candy, you would just put the amount
that was on the Christmas tree. So for Nolan, he's not doing addition or
subtraction yet. He's just doing numbers so he just counted the candies and put
them on the tree. Now for Aria, for example, three plus three, she would put
six candies on the tree. And then they also get a tree at the end which makes
it fun and exciting.
So I'll be honest. I wasn't sure if the kids would enjoy playing this because
of how simple it is, but honestly, they enjoy the most simplest things they had
a blast. I also think that this would be a great idea to play outside. Now if you
do have actual snow -- where I live we don't have that much snow in the winter --
you could also just have a good old-fashioned snowball fight with your kids outside.
On top of all the fun activities and games that we can do on
winter break, I love to educate my kids on giving back and to teach them that
there are some kids that need toys for the holidays. They picked out whichever
toy that they wanted to donate and this also makes room for new toys as well, but
I could tell that they really enjoyed it and that they were happy that it was
going to kids that need them.
This is probably one of our favorite things to do around the holidays. Whether
that's just drinking hot chocolate and watching movies, I think that's what the
holidays are all about or just getting together as a family and just spending
quality time with each other.
