you

Mars goes retrograde from June 26th to August 27th 2018 in the science of

Aquarius and Capricorn Mars is the planet of action and motivation so when

it shifts into retrograde we feel the effects strongly things appear to slow

down and we may lose momentum or our motivation to move forward even though

this may seem like a hindrance it really is a gift

during Mars retrograde the universe is really giving us an opportunity to pause

and review the actions of our past before moving ahead Mars retrograde asks

us to assess whether our actions are truly serving us and if they are helping

or hindering us in creating the life of our dreams so often we take action from

a place of habit rather than truth so often we fall into autopilot and never

really stop to question what we are doing and where we are heading under

Mars retrograde we are all going to be called to pay attention to the direction

of our lives and to assess the consequences of our actions

all actions have consequences and those consequences are either supporting a

life that we want or supporting a life that we don't want our actions are

either raising us up to be the best or they are pulling us down and causing us

to repeat the same cycles again and again under the energy of Mars

retrograde we are all being given the time we need to check in with ourselves

and to realign with our highest truth and highest selves when we are aligned

with our highest self we always know the right actions to take and we are able to

trust and listen to the wisdom of our heart with much more ease aligning with

our highest self takes discipline and practice

it is often tools like meditation or journaling that help us to get there but

sometimes even the simplest action of placing your hand over your heart taking

a few deep breaths and asking yourself how you are feeling can be enough to

tune in and get into a state of alignment being in alignment is about

being aware of your body your mind your heart and your soul it is about finding

your stillness from within so you can see things clearly and feel things

clearly it is only through aligning in this way on a daily basis that you will

be able to find the right and best actions for you and create the highest

destiny of your life as the planet of action and energy Mars retrograde may

cause us to feel sluggish and if we have been overworking or pushing ourselves

too hard we may quickly find ourselves feeling burned out as Mars moves

retrograde through the signs of Aquarius and Capricorn we are also going to be

given the opportunity to rest relax and recharge our batteries rushing ahead or

trying to start new projects is often not a good idea as the energy and

motivation we need to get things done is not as supportive as it could be we are

also more likely to make careless accidents

or lose our temper Mars rules over fiery emotions like anger conflict and

frustration if any of these emotions have been bubbling beneath the surface

this retrograde period may cause them to be released and we may find that we need

to clear and deal with them once and for all

overall Mars retrograde is a time of rest and reflection it is a time to look

to the actions of our past and to assess how they have been serving us by

reviewing the past and analyzing whether or not our actions are serving us we can

empower ourselves and make positive changes for the future once Mars turns

direct on August 27th it will be the perfect time to leap forward and to take

all of the new information you have learned to create the life you desire

What Is The Best Video Editing Software? - Duration: 10:55.

Alright, my friends. Day 16 in your 90-day journey of getting yourself launched on

YouTube and guess what! Dude, they have their own first legit real video up.

How's it feeling after that editing session? Are you guys just like,

absolutely like loving life right now or was that a little bit heavy?

That's actually kind of what today's videos about, Grant, because right now, we got to

talk about your long-term production plan and at this point, you're starting

to probably realize what you like doing and what you maybe not like doing and

maybe you like doing everything because some people certainly do but today's

about helping you explore options that are realistic and sustainable because

you got to get honest with yourself about how are you going to really tackle

this beast and it's going to start with one question.. How committed are you going to be?

Boom. Was that the question? No, I was going to ask how many videos do

you want to film in a week but yeah.. It comes down to commitment because are you

in this for the long haul? Are you going to be a professional YouTuber? Which

means are you willing to invest some money into equipment or do you still

want to kind of chintz it on the cheap side and just make do? Because I just

want to express upfront that if you really want to be a serious youtuber, you

have to kind of choose your battles. Do you want to be the one editing and doing

all the heavy lifting which really cuts into your

creative time or do you want to be like the creative mind who's pushing things

forward and building a team to help support you in doing that? So we're going to

talk about some of the tools that you can get free or otherwise, as well as

some tips and tricks that you can use if you're building out your schedule in

your strategy. Absolutely, so you know what, the first decision that really

needs to be made is, how many videos do I want to produce on a regular basis

because you might say, hey, when I first started, I was producing a video a week

and then I remember when I had been doing that for a little bit, my

production guy came to me and he said, "You know, Kris, there's a lot of people

on YouTube that once they start posting more regularly, they actually pick up a

natural momentum, there's a higher likelihood that YouTube will help trend

your videos and help promote them." And so we decided to go to three videos a week

and undoubtedly, when we went from one week to three week, we actually got

caught way more natural momentum. We went from three videos to five videos, we've

caught more and we went from five to seven, we caught more and so you have to

ask yourself with that commitment level is, am I going to do be doing seven videos a

week? Am I going to be doing one a week because you need to understand the

amount workflow that you're looking at to

determine, alright, do I like being the talent in the video or do I want to

absorb 70% or 90% of my creative bandwidth in the final production

editing process? That's right and the momentum is exponential, you know, the

more videos you put out, it does I mean I remember when I put out a video week and

I worked extremely hard on those videos and I did all my own editing and we were

doing pretty well, we were getting something like 5 to 10 million views per

month which was amazing but once they start hiring a team and putting out five

videos a week you know,now we're generating 40 to 50 million views a

month and the revenues have gone up and is one of these things where when you

put up more content it reminds people that you're there and they watch more of

it so keep that in mind. You do want to post more frequently but

also, how are you going to feel about it? If you're doing everything yourself, what

can you actually do because the last thing you want to do is put yourself in

a pattern where you burn out. Do you know burn out feels like, Kris? I do and it's

not cool and it's not good and you got to make

sure that you have the right plan in motion out the gate like you know,

let's talk actually about some of these differences. I think we should dump

into the different options that people have with editing and what it's going to

take and what the time commitment honestly looks like and then we can talk

about all the way to the other extreme of what what does it look like if you

have a professional team actually do it for you because that's certainly the

preference for a lot of people as well. Cool, well I'll throw out a few ideas for

you. Windows Movie Maker, if you're on PC, I believe that's free, probably comes

with windows. These are a very simple program. Oh sorry, that was.. I did not

mean to say them on the camera, okay.

I love mac. I'm sorry, just kidding, keep going.

Windows Movie Maker, if you have a PC, might be a good program, it's probably

free, I'm sure you've already got it and you can take your video, import it and

just get used to cutting the footage and putting it together.

The concepts of making a video are the same whether you were like 20 years ago..

How long do those over there cut an actual tape? There was a time when they

actually cut tape and splice pieces together for film reels but whether

you're doing it manually or digitally, it's all the same, you're cutting out the

bad stuff, you're putting a good stuff together, you're rearranging the pieces

to tell a story. So you can do that with Windows Movie Maker but if you're

willing to pay a little bit of money and get something like Final Cut Pro which

only works on a Mac or get Adobe Premiere Pro, those are the two strong

contenders. Everyone I know uses Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, they both

have their advantages and disadvantages. Final Cut Pro I think is $300 one-time

fee, you download it and you've got it. Premiere Pro is like 20 bucks a month

but it's a subscription, you have to pay every single month, okay. If for $50 a

month, you get access to audio editing software as well so you can make your

audio sound better. Yeah, those two are really popular but there's a third

option that's also really popular in the editing world

it's called Nate Woodbury.

Nate is our production guy. I was like, I haven't noticed the third option.

It's called neither, it's all about someone else

actually stepping in and actually doing it for you but and that's actually a

really good point. I mean, if all this technical stuff is a little bit

overwhelming and feels kind of heavy, there is huge learning curve to go

through this and if you're a DIY, you're hands on and you want to do it yourself,

that's fine. Jump in. It's just going to take you a really long time, you're not going to

make as much money, you're not going to get as much momentum but you will have the

experience and I know that from experience because I'm that person you

know, who has pushed uphill the entire way and then I have a philosophy that

says if you want something done right, don't do it yourself. I only do what I

love and if I don't love it, my mind says alright, what does long-term

scalability look like cause there's one thing that I really enjoy. Having success

is great but at what cost? If success is at a cost where I don't like how I

became successful or if I'm not enjoying my journey, I personally don't really

feel like the success is worth it so I've got to feel like I'm loving it, I'm

enjoying it, I'm ready to show up, I'm ready to do my deal and so on my world

with all my businesses that I balance and juggle and family life and

everything.. For me, it's really all about team and I know that's where you're at

today to, Grant, you've put an amazing team in place and and right now we're

huge proponents. I think everyone hopes to get to a level of success where you

can bring in people that are more brilliant and better than you at all the

different aspects. In the end maybe you'll be the talent, maybe in the end

Grant's not even the talent on King Of Random anymore, I mean, he could show up

at any time if he wanted to but he even now has trained talent that does that

part so at some point, I get it, we'd like the journey to become easier but in the

beginning, it's the heaviest and it's the least momentum

and with each passing month, if you're doing it the right way and you're

following our system, it's going to get easier, it's going to get better and it's

going to become.. I'm not going to say more fun because hopefully you're making choices

that let it be fun today. Yeah and I'm actually working with a couple of people

right now who have just started their YouTube channel and they're asking me

for advice on editing, they're already running into editing issues. We saw in

our last video when we tried editing, there were audio sync issues where the

audio didn't match the video and so we had adjust it by 3 frames per second to

make it line up. Now that's just the beginning of all the nightmares that

come with editing, it's such a battle to put a video together and sometimes your

footage gets corrupt, sometimes your audio gets corrupt and there's so many

problems you have to solve so the question you need to ask yourself is, do

you want to be drained by all that energy? Then it's good. Or do you

love it? Or do you love it? Because you might literally be like, dude,

filming is cool but the post-production dude, you actually,

there's some projects if you're really passionate about the video,

you'll spend hours on that post-production to get it just right and

then know that you love it because you want it to be done, you've got a vision

for what what that means, when the music comes in, how loud is it, how does it feel.

Yeah, this is such a creative process and so this is what you need to decide like,

do you want to be the orchestrator who's you know conducting this beautiful

masterpiece and it depends on you, nobody else can do it because it's your

baby, it's your your creative child or do you want to be more the kind of person

that's like, I want to create a lot of stuff and I don't want to be weighed

down with all the details because I've got a mission that's got to be scalable

because I think it's very different. There's one where you take pride in your

work and it all depends on you and then there's another where you don't want the

work to depend on you because you want it to to be able to grow without

limitation so there's two different worlds and I see this all the time

with youtubers because they build a channel that depends on them and it's

their style of video and it's their creativity but then they can't get out

of it and they can't hire an editor because nobody will ever do it as good

as them. So do you want to be in that kind of position where you're locked

into a channel that can't function without you? I just want you to be

thinking about this in advance because this was me you know, three times in the

last seven years where I wanted to take vacations, I wanted to take breaks but I

couldn't because I was locked in since everything depended on me. On the other

hand, let's get real. If you're going to hire an expert team to come in and actually

shoot, produce, edit, thumbnail and upload your videos, there's

going to be a cost to that. So like for example, you can go to our website, we

have networked with some of the most brilliant people that are out there that

actually do this for a living and you can look at what some of the rates are

but I would say just for planning purposes, you could be looking anywhere

from two to four or five hundred dollars per video. Let's just say for a moment

that it's three hundred dollars for video, you access a big team that's

expert they know exactly what they're doing and if you're trying to post three

videos a week well and all of a sudden you're looking at a you know 3,000 to

4,000 dollar cost every single month for producing and so there may be some

necessary evil of well I don't quite have the money so I'd like to do this or

you might say actually I'm an existing business and I have some cash flow and I

would love to build the channel that eventually can get tens of thousands

hundreds of thousands and millions and I'm actually going to make an investment

into my channel and so you have to weigh out that financial because some of you

might be like well I don't enjoy editing very much but I really can't afford a

team to come in right now so guess what necessary evil I'm gonna learn it I'm

gonna figure it out and I'm gonna wait to have some momentum and the first

dollars that really come in you might say I'm gonna put those towards editor

to really free up some bandwidth guys for your homework tonight you have three

decisions to make number one you got to decide on your schedule what frequency

are you comfortable posting videos is it gonna be once a week is it gonna be

twice a week is it gonna be five times a week or is it gonna be every day

what can you handle the second thing you need to decide is what kind of software

you're going to use are you gonna go cheap or are you going to invest in the

tools to help you get the job done right and third are you going to be doing it

or are you gonna hire somebody to do it for you do it yourself or done for you

and it's in massively different directions so take a minute right now to

get really clear to the answers and those three questions and if you're one

of the people who wants it done for you craz you can help me with that

you guys need to check out the link in the description below and check out my

main man Nate and some of the other options and pro training tools that we

How Much Is Your 30-Year Mortgage REALLY Costing You? - Duration: 3:31.

Another place that people are losing money

that you may not even think about

is when it comes to your mortgage.

Yes, people, it's so normal just to get a 30-year mortgage

and go about your day and not even think about it.

Do you know how much money you're wasting

when it comes to payments and interest, and all of that,

versus getting a 15-year?

So, what I did is,

I went into my Facebook group

and I asked some of you questions,

and in my YouTube community,

because I wanted to test your smarts

when it comes to paying your house off early.

And it was very interesting.

So, according to the Census Bureau,

the average mortgage payment is $1,030.

Now, if you invested that money

instead of paying it to the bank,

how much could you have in 15 years?

Let's see what you said.

Oh, interesting, 34% of you got it right.

The correct answer is $475,000.

Mm hmm, you heard me right.

Almost half a million dollars you guys!

If you didn't have a mortgage payment and you invested that . . .

Half a million dollars, amazing.

Alright, next question is,

if you had a 30-year mortgage

but made one extra mortgage payment every three months,

how much earlier could you have a paid-for house?

Alright, this one was a little bit trickier,

but most of you thought the answer was five years,

but it's actually 11 years.

Yeah, 11 years.

That's the difference of looking like this

when you have a paid-for house or looking like this.

If paying an extra full mortgage payment

doesn't work in your budget,

then just simply switch to paying half of your mortgage bill

every two weeks instead of just once a month

and you can still pay off your home eight years faster.

Isn't that crazy?

Alright, final question is,

the average price of a home in America is $268,500.

Now, if you got a 15-year instead of a 30-year mortgage

at the current interest rate, that's 4.5%,

which of these things could you buy with the money

that you would have saved?

A: A designer handbag every six months for 30 years.

B: A nice beach vacation for your family

for the next 30 years.

Or C: A water jet pack.

Let's see, oh, everyone got this one right.

The answer is any of these, yes!

If you just got a 15-year instead of a 30-year,

you would have saved a $120,000, amazing.

And I actually got a couple of other funny responses

when it comes to this.

One of you said,

"Probably as big as any rental property

or a lot of shoes. I'm kidding—kind of."

Someone else said, "An early retirement."

Yep, that's what I'm talking about. Amazing.

And you know what?

If your mortgage is stressing you out,

there is no shame in considering just downgrading

or even selling your home.

The cash you could make could really set you up

for success in the long term.

And if you use one of our trusted professionals

that I recommend, you could get almost $5,000 more

at closing than with another agent.

So, remember once you own your home, you guys,

you have a paid-for house.

And it's now an asset that's 100% yours.

That really contributes to your net worth.

You're no longer paying the bank,

you are paying you and your future.

Now, if you want to find out

what your 15-year payment would be,

we've got a free and easy-to-use mortgage calculator.

So, make sure to click the link below.

Mexico's Homophobic Chant: What Is It? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:16.

Mexico's Homophobic Chant: What Is It? | Heavy.com

FIFA fined Mexico after a homophobic chant surfaced in the World Cup against Germany.

A popular homophobic chant from some of Mexico's supporters directed at opposing goalkeepers has created controversy during the World Cup.

According to Slate, some of Mexico's fans could be heard chanting "puto" as the German goalkeeper kicked the ball in Mexico's opening World Cup match.

Slate's Juliana Jimenez Jaramillo wrote an article for Slate in 2014 explaining what the slur meant, and why fans should refrain from using it.

Fans yell puto, which roughly means gay prostitute, at the opposing team's goalkeeper as a tactic to distract him from his task, a common enough practice in all sports.

In this case, the chant is a very specific, homophobic double-entendre, playing on the concept of letting someone "score a goal on you." In Spanish, to score a goal is meter un gol.

That translates literally as to put a goal in, so when a goalie fails at his job, he dejó que se la metieran, or allowed someone to stick it in.

According to CBS Sports, Mexico was fined $10,400 for the chant, and has been fined a total of 12 times for $160,000 for the same chant during World Cup qualifying.

Here was FIFA's statement on the fine, per CBS Sports.

The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) with a fine of CHF 10,000 for the misconduct of a group of Mexican fans (cf.

art.

67 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code) in relation to discriminatory and insulting chants during the first half of the 2018 FIFA World Cup match played between Germany and Mexico…The decision was passed after a thorough assessment of the relevant match reports, the FMF's precedents and the evidence provided, which included videos of the incidents as well as examples of certain sustainable actions taken by the FMF to raise awareness among its supporters.

Moreover, the Disciplinary Committee gave a warning to the FMF, who may face additional sanctions in case of repeated infringements of this type.

According to Slate, the fans complied with FIFA in Mexico's second match against South Korea, and did not do the chant.

Several of Mexico's national team players took to social media to plead with fans to end the chant.

"To all Mexican fans in the stadiums, don't shout 'puto'.

Let's not risk another sanction," Javier Hernandez posted on social media, per ESPN.

Mexico's Marco Fabian noted on social media he did not believe the chant was offensive, but asked fans to refrain from the chant to avoid FIFA sanctions.

Yes, we all know that it is not an anti-gay slur nor is it insulting.

The intent is not to offend and it is meant to be teasing and part of Mexican folklore.

But we also know that when we as Mexicans put our minds to something, we accomplish it.

And I know that our Mexican fans in Russia will be abstaining from using this chant, correct?.

According to Out Sports, Victoria beer, which is a subsidiary of Modelo, created a campaign for fans to yell "Putin" after the Russian president, rather than the chant that has been sanctioned by FIFA.

The video below shows an example of the chant in question.

Be advised the video contains graphic language.

The Five: Democrats Are Asking 'Where Is Obama?' - Duration: 1:58.

The Five: Democrats Are Asking 'Where Is Obama?'

The panel on The Five discussed a new New York Magazine story reporting that many Democrats are concerned about the lack of visibility on the part of former President Barack Obama on the political scene.

Dana Perino said Obama's relative absence is being felt in liberal circles, as the former Illinois senator has stayed largely silent as President Trump governs as his successor.

Perino said that, earlier this year, fired FBI Director Jim Comey told a German news outlet that he also misses Obama.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton continues to give public speeches, including a recent monologue at Oxford, where she lamented her "personal experience with winning 3 million more votes but still losing [in 2016].

Juan Williams said Clinton is "nowhere near as popular as Obama" on the left, and that many Democrats want the 44th president to be a routine anti-Trump voice.

Jesse Watters joked that Obama is likely on the Virgin corporation founder Richard Branson's yacht sailing the world: "That's exactly where I'd be. He added that, despite political differences, he respects the fact that Obama has conducted himself diplomatically since leaving office.

When Obama took office in 2009, former President George W. Bush remained notably silent, despite the differences between the two men.

Why Is Hirving Lozano Nicknamed 'Chucky'? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:26.

Why Is Hirving Lozano Nicknamed 'Chucky'? | Heavy.com

Hirving Lozano goes by the name of "Chucky.

Hirving "Chucky" Lozano has been one of the early stories of the 2018 World Cup, but fans are curious as to why Lozano is called "Chucky." The name comes from Lozano's propensity for scaring his teammates, a nod to the Chucky doll in the popular horror movie.

FIFA detailed the origins of Lozano's nickname.

Hirving Lozano may not bear any physical resemblance to a small, evil, red-headed doll, but he still goes by the nickname 'Chucky'.

He earned the moniker for a rather more innocent form of torment than his namesake after joining the youth academy of Mexican club Pachuca as an 11 year old.

There, he not only stood out because of his exceptional footballing ability, but also because of his custom of hiding under unsuspecting team-mates' beds at night and scaring them before they went to sleep.

Andres Guardado spoke with FOX Sports (via goal.

com) about Lozano, and why teammates have to watch out for his jokes.

"He really cares about his family," Guardado explained to FOX Sports (via goal.com).

"He's a person who is calm, joyful, happy.

He's a very good friend to his friends.

Anybody who knows him has a special affection for the person he is.

To talk about Chucky Lozano is to talk about nobility, to talk about personality and to talk about how when he puts on the soccer uniform he's true to the Chucky Lozano nickname because he's an evil monkey.".

Lozano's success on the field has caused many to wonder if he could be headed to a different club next season.

Lozano currently plays for PSV Eindhoven, but has been linked to a number of major teams including Barcelona.

Lozano has publicly noted he is only focused on helping Mexico get as far as possible in the World Cup, but his teammates see the player he has become.

"It makes me very proud to say he is a kid that is very centered, despite everything he is going through," Guardado explained to ESPN.

"He is conscious that he has to continue like he's not achieved anything.

He's the same kid I met the first time he came with us.

Hopefully he stays like that and the rumors about a possible transfer to a big team become reality.

It would be marvelous, he's a great teammate.".

PSV beat reporter Marco Timmer covers Lozano on a daily basis, and believes he has the talent to play in a bigger league.

"You know, I've seen him play the whole season," Timmer told ESPN.

"Every game.

If I was a manager at a big club in England, I would take Lozano with my eyes closed.

He's very good.

He has big drive, not something you see often in Holland.

I think he's a player for every team.

For him it is good to move to a team that is not at the absolute top.

Everton would be a right move.

[Lozano will] score 15 goals there and he'll be ready for bigger clubs.

It's a step he has to take.".

CONGRESS DROPS BOMB ON HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT! - Duration: 10:06.

CONGRESS DROPS BOMB ON HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT!

Hillary Clinton thought she was finally in the clear when it came to being held responsible

for her use of a personal server during her time as Secretary of State.

That's why she has undoubtedly gone into full panic mode this week as lawmakers have

indicated that this investigation may soon be reopened.

The Daily Caller reported that in a House hearing on Tuesday, North Carolina Rep. Mark

Meadows said that there is "growing evidence" that FBI officials altered documentation of

witness interviews in the Clinton and Russia probes.

He also disclosed the name of an FBI attorney he believes is the bureau employee who was

removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation in February after he

was found to have sent anti-Trump text messages.

Meadows said this during the questioning of Department of Justice Inspector General Michael

Horowitz.

Last week, Horowitz released a damning report that documented FBI officials' mishandling

of the Clinton investigation.

He also revealed a slew of text messages that FBI officials and attorneys sent slamming

Donald Trump.

"I think the other thing that I would ask you to look into, there is growing evidence

that 302s were edited and changed," Meadows said.

"Those 302s, it is suggested that they were changed to either prosecute or not prosecute

individuals.

And that is very troubling."

Meadows was talking about forms that the FBI officials used to summarize witness interviews.

After the hearing, the North Carolina lawmaker said that he has seen evidence that 302s filled

out during the Clinton and Russia investigations have been changed and that he has "more

information" about the alleged alterations.

"If I could just mention, we have been getting those kind of referrals and as often happens

when we issue reports like this we get other information coming to us, and we are intending

to follow up on that," Horowitz said.

This proves once and for all that the investigation into Clinton was mishandled and that it should

be reopened!

Administrator Bridenstine: NASA is Committed to Webb Telescope - Duration: 2:05.

Hello, as NASA Administrator I wanted to talk to the entire workforce about the

status of one of our flagship missions, the James Webb Space Telescope.

As you know there have been delays in the mission's integration and testing, and

NASA called an independent review board for the telescope. That review board's

assessment has been completed. We have evaluated the board's findings and we

defined March 30, 2021 as the telescope's new launch date.

First off, I want to say that NASA is committed to the Webb Space Telescope.

It is vitally needed to perform the next generation of research beyond the Hubble Space Telescope.

It is going to do amazing things things we've never been able to

do before, as we peer into other galaxies and see

light from the very dawn of time.

Despite Webb's major challenges during the final

testing and integration phase, the board and NASA unanimously agreed that Webb

will achieve mission success with the implementation of the board's

recommendations, many of which are already underway

We're all disappointed that the culmination of Webb

and its launch is taking longer than expected,

but we're creating something new here. We're dealing with cutting-edge

technology to perform an unprecedented mission, and I know that our teams are

working hard, and will successfully overcome the challenges.

In space, we always have to look at the long-term and sometimes the complexities of our

missions don't come together as soon as we wish. But we learn, we move ahead and

ultimately we succeed. We will get there with Webb and I thank you all for your

patience and flexibility as we carry out all the great missions of this agency.

And I assure you that in the end, the Webb telescope will be worth it.

Thank you.

Mijn hart stroomt over!

Glennis' versie van Run To You bracht haar al veel goeds.

I'm Your Baby Tonight.

'Clearly Not Today, Alison Is Busy' Ep. 4 Official Clip | The Affair | Season 4 - Duration: 2:01.

[Cole] I'm sorry.

I was not looking for Alison.

You know how places like that make me feel.

They make my skin crawl.

I just wanted to get out of there.

And I hate wearing these clothes.

Thank you for being so wonderful.

And thank you for learning Mandarin.

I don't know what I'd do without you.

Look, this is a huge decision.

Do I not get to have a hard time with it?

No, you don't.

What exactly is the problem here?

They're offering to make you an incredibly rich man,

and you don't have to do anything.

Us. They're offering us.

Why do you keep talking about this

as though it has nothing to do with you?

You want to know what I hate?

I hate that I can't take that job in Miami.

That I can't take any interesting job.

That I can't put my degree to use in this fucking country.

That I'm totally fucking dependent on you.

Stop.

I hate that I have to use your credit card.

That you sign all our checks.

And it's going to be like that

for the rest of my life.

I hate that a fucking cop can pull me over

and my only hope is that you know him

and he likes you so he won't fuck with me.

Listen, what happened this morning--

What if you decide to leave me?

I am not going to leave you.

[chuckles]

Well, clearly not today.

Alison is busy.

Fuck you.

What is Coaching? - Duration: 1:21.

Coaching is about increasing self-awareness. With increased

self-awareness life becomes easier. Our relationships become healthier. When we

know who we learn to ask for what we need and at the same time we learn to

say no when we feel that are boundaries are not being respected. Another aim of

coaching is to increase emotional resilience. Fear of rejection, for example,

can be paralysing. It can prevent us from applying for a job we really want or

from going on a date with someone we really like. A major cause of unhappiness

in life is internalised shame. Shame is different from guilt. Guilt is the

feeling we might have done something wrong whereas shame is the feeling there

is something wrong with who we are. So we form these beliefs about ourselves:

that we're not clever enough. Not attractive enough. That we're a failure, or

unlovable. Basically that we're not enough. We compensate for these beliefs

in various more or less self-destructive ways. Coaching can help you let go of

these self-defeating thoughts and become more comfortable in your own skin; more at ease with yourself and your life.
