Waching daily Jun 29 2018

hi this is Richer morin founder of Richermorin.com if you new to this

channel please subscribe this channel is about new technique that's pretty much

no one is teaching right now and in this video today I'm gonna teach you how you

can manifest the love of your life or whatever it is so you can really

superpower your life and become a super Human so let's get into it and also stay

until the end of the video because I'm gonna show you a technique that's

gonna help you take all of what I'm gonna teach you and integrate that very

fast so the first step is simple if you want to attract the love of your life

you have to love yourself that's logic if you want to be loves I mean

if you want the real one you have to have the real one for yourself so how

can you do that you can ask yourself questions like how would I feel right

now if I was loving myself or you can say something crazy like what if the me

in ten in ten years come would come right now in front of me and transfer me

like the love he has for himself to my body right now why would he change in my

body right now food if that would be true or as they or lee or alexandra

say said in her video take a sheet of paper and write everything you love

about yourself like how you are laughing how you're open to life how you're

adventurous whatever you just do that so while doing that was gonna do is it's

gonna activate in yourself the love for yourself so that was the first step

second step is how you want the person the love of your life make you feel i

think it was about feeling yes but also physicality but lyrics and as you said

it's more about the feelings and i believe that it's true and life isn't

about the materialistic thing it's about how the thing is gonna make you feel so

if you feel right now already like how you would fit if you have the thing you

wanted whatever it is the person you want in your life the thing you want and

you just fill that and express your through life each and every day through

that it's sure it's coming for you because how it works in life is energy

attracts energy so if you haven't loved energy you gotta love energy so that was

there okay so know that it's not done so how you wanna feel meaning being with

this person oh you want this person to make you feel for me I want her to make

me laugh I want her to make me to be adventurous because I'm a kind of guy

who likes to try new things so I want a girl it's like that I wanna forgive my

smart I want a girl that is loving and not judge judge judging I want someone

like that is always positive energy but not energy like crazy energy more like

positive energy higher energy so that would be like my type so what's yours

how would you like to feel when you are with this person how would you like this

person to make you feel so the third step would be how you want to feel it

the relationship to be meaning like I want a relationship where I'm in the

parent she's an apparent she does her life I love my life if I want to meet

our girls she's okay with that if she's with other guys I don't worry care about

that or woman why not and when I'm with her I want I want to be in the present

with her I don't want to talk about the past I don't want to talk about the

problems I just want us to really be in the moment and having a great great time

in helping each other you know and making each other smile making each

other have a great time I have a great fun that's how it would be for me what

would it be for you fourth step is are you compatible

meaning that if he wants like a woman and man in your life and you want her to

be like adventurous happy loving and all these things you have to ask yourself

are you someone who is loving are you someone who is adventurous are you that

person right now because if you want to attract your soulmate you have to be

that soulmate you have to be this person who is loving and he's laughing and is

high-energy you know what I mean as I said before energy attracts energy love

attracts love so to be able to attract the right person for you you have to be

the perfect person the perfect relationship with yourself you have to

have the right and perfect relationship with your self because we all have a

relationship with our own person if you're compatible great for you if

you're none this is the exercise one I want to show you so that's simple I'm

here right now so we're gonna do it's called mirroring or offense genial

courting but in English is gonna be more about my role ring or whatever so

imagine in front of you that you are this perfect person this perfect soul

mate that for yourself right now that you are with all the quality ones so

close your eyes right now imagine you're in front of you but you are loving you

are someone who is always laughing someone adventurous and all these things

so when you see this person how this person moves how this person thinks how

this person is feeling right now and when in their life how this person

is exacting and moving and relating with people and all these things when you did

that really think that I'm not I I know I I didn't really like fast I asked the

question fast but if you want them more slowly it's about the mindset ask

question about how the person is thinking how the person is feeling how

the person is in reacting with life with herself in all

these things and take the time to really answer from your body what I mean by

lies ask one question don't answer from your mind okay

what I mean by that is answer the question your mind is gonna give you

some answer let your body answer what I mean is when

you ask the question how this person feels wait

you let your body express the feeling of it so when you know all that all of it

it's done now imagine that this person in front of you that you all they're

like yes laughing is adventurous and all these things is coming and he's going

into you like if speed is going into you it is nice is legs is belly

his shoulders his mind it's takes it's feeling and now ask yourself how do i

what does it change in my experience right now being this person like a self

loving that is self happy that itself I'm surfing and all these things and you

wait for a body answer okay I need it really fast with you guys I didn't

really do the technique but because I've been doing that through the four last

year five last year my mentor it's just normal my body my whole being knows and

when I felt this it's like something doing this and in lightness and I can

feel like there's warmness to all my skin and here it's like cold and warm so

that would be for me but now what it is for you comment below like how it is for

you and all these things well ask them to find a fifth step refresh if I'm

right it's to let go yeah you know what you want you did this relation you did

am I writing you know exactly what you want you know how to feel on that but

now you have to let it go don't get attached to the result you want because

you're just gonna see the lack of it if you're always focusing on yet in your

mind just be in the moment be in your body and

focus on the feeling of abundance of love of laughing of happiness and just

focus on that bad because this is what is gonna bring you in your life if you

are happy loving and all these things I know I repeat myself but this is how it

works you're gonna attract that kind of people in your life you're finished just

friends even if it's just more more woman a more man you know whatever it is

you like that's your your thing you have to be in the state of it to be

able to attract that you're not so how do you let go of that thing we just did

simple just imagine that the person you want to be or the person you want in

your life it's going out of your mind and now it's like this in front of me

this is the it's a bubble imaginary thing I know it looks crazy but this is

a bobble and that's the thing I just work on that's the person I am the

person I want in my life whatever you take it and just give it to the universe

and you stick together burst now you know what I want please help me with

that thank you very much and that's it and you just focus on being in the state

of abundance self love and happiness and you're just gonna be surprised how it's

crazy our opportunity is gonna give it give it to you we all see people or

happy in our lives happy and we just feel good when we're with them because

they're happy in their light and then they're loving you know because that's

how it works that's how it is if you like this do hit the like button below

share it with your friend and please make sure to subscribe to my channel and

also press the balance you get that spot each time I upload a new video and thank

you for watching this deal thank you for being here my superhuman creator and I

see you in the next video peace

How To Lose a Console Generation, The Sony Story - Sony Is Killing The Playstation 5 Already! - Duration: 4:36.

Well, Sony didn't have the best E3.

They had technical difficulties and questionable decisions like having that guy stroking his

instrument for several minutes and having some of the games look more like movies I'd

like to watch, but not play followed by the disasterous realization of their playerbase

that Sony is preventing Fortnite players from playing the game on other devices.

We aren't talking playing with people on other devices, which they also disallow, we are

talking about once you play Fortnite on PS4, you can only ever play it on PS4 going forward.

It's been quite the show since with gems like the hashtag Fu**ThePlayers, but the thing

is Sony is digging their grave and doesn't seem to realize it.

Sony is probably planning to show and maybe release a new console in a year, it might

come out in 2 or 3 years, the point is they are prepping to hit that scary reset button

and have zero players.

Microsoft is planning to have a console to show next year for sure and they also have

been buying up studios left and right too, with bullishly growing confidence.

Xbox has been oozing confidence since before Sony pissed off players of one of the biggest

casual hits the last half of this decade.

On the other front, Sony is facing down Nintendo on the warpath with the Switch, a console

with game changing functionality that I believe is still on trajectory to outsell the PS2

in less time and has software selling ridiculously high numbers for how many systems are currently

released.

Very consistently the switch version of a game outsells all other platforms combined;

you could argue that Nintendo has captured the hardcore gamer or created a new breed

of hardcore gamer.

Sony is in no position to be cocky and fill their bellies with the pride of the past success,

their 2 rivals are putting everything down to give Sony a run for it.

When Sony is sending the 9th gen PS5 to market, they will likely be looking at Microsoft riding

the wave of renewed goodwill over services like Gamepass and embracing crossplay, while

also trying their best to emulate the Switch's first year schedule with as many exclusives

as they can, a couple big ones they expect to sell the system, and smaller projects to

appeal to smaller, but very passionate audiences, rounded out by a few enhanced ports of games

we've just heard about or will hear about very soon.

Nintendo very well could have about 60 million Switch consoles if their sales projections

remain steady next year and will likely have between 2500-5000 games at least announced,

many having been released and unless Sony has something portable, that function aspect

may be especially tricky to overcome in much the same way they were tricky for Nintendo

and Microsoft to dominate with their own PS2 and it's ridiculous library, but Sony is facing

that situation on steroids.

They could very easily have a much more powerful system, that gets slightly enhanced ports

of the Switch version that is all but guaranteed to sell in much the same way the Gamecube

and Xbox were heldback because the PS2 was the primary target system and even when 7th

gen started, it was a wait for developers to stop porting the PS2 version to the new

systems.

If they don't check themselves now, Sony will be there having alienated many people with

their anti-consumer antics, facing an Xbox ready to steal their thunder and a well established

Switch.

If at that moment they realize their error and embrace crossplay on the PS5, will it

even matter?

Will they be forgiven?

Not likely; the Xbox One tried to embrace DRM to restrict your ability to play games

on your terms and when they changed their attitude a few days later, it was too late

and it's just now are they rebuilding the bridges they burned with their cocky-foolishness.

It's easier to think you are the biggest chicken, too big to be challenged and create bad blood

in your cocksure arrogance than to convince anyone you are truly sorry.

Justice Kennedy Is Retiring. What Happens Now? - Duration: 4:56.

Justice Kennedy Is Retiring.

What Happens Now?

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy's decision to retire gives President Trump the opportunity

to create a solid five-member conservative majority on the Supreme Court — something

that Republicans have sought for decades.

Sign Up For the Morning Briefing Newsletter

Although Justice Kennedy, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan, reliably voted

with the court's conservative justices on gun rights and voting rights, he often sided

with liberals on gay rights, abortion, affirmative action and the death penalty.

The timing of his resignation — just months before the midterm elections — makes the

nomination of his replacement a potent rallying point for both parties.

Senator Mitch McConnell, the majority leader, quickly promised a Senate vote by the fall.

Here's what we can expect in the coming months.

President Trump had previously released a list of names he was considering for Supreme

Court nominations, and he said on Wednesday that he would draw from this list.

Stephen Wermiel, a constitutional law professor at American University, said the White House

would have to move quickly to get someone confirmed before the court's next term begins

on Oct. 1.

But he said that the White House had "undoubtedly" been reviewing potential nominees to prepare

for this moment, and that the administration might have even asked some candidates to begin

compiling information for background checks.

"Washington's No. 1 sport for the last six month has been speculating about the retirement

of Justice Kennedy," he noted.

Typically, the president, the White House counsel, the chief of staff and other top

officials would narrow the search to two or three people and perhaps call them in for

face-to-face interviews.

The administration could announce its decision within days.

The background check

Once an announcement is made, an exhaustive review of the nominee's professional and

personal history begins.

The nominee has to submit a questionnaire for the Senate's review; it can be thousands

of pages long, detailing every case he or she worked on as a lawyer or a judge, along

with every public speech, news media interview, published article and even panel discussion.

(Filling it out can take several weeks, as a candidate digs up, for example, the date

of an interview from 20 years ago.)

The F.B.I. will also conduct a thorough background check looking into financial interests, past

work and other pertinent information.

The Senate hearing

Court nominees usually visit as many senators as possible for "meet and greets" before

a hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, whose current chairman is Senator

Chuck Grassley, Republican of Iowa.

The committee's members, a mix of Republicans and Democrats, must agree on the format of

the hearings and how many witnesses will be called.

A nominee normally practices in mock hearings, known as a "murder board," with aides

standing in for particular senators and firing off quick volleys of questions.

One potential pitfall: During the hearings, nominees must be careful not to take positions

on issues that might come before the court.

For example, if a nominee were to directly express a preference to overturn Roe v. Wade,

the ruling that legalized abortion nationwide, the judge could have to recuse himself from

a future case.

So senators must phrase their questions carefully to try to get a sense of the nominee's judicial

philosophy.

After the hearing, the committee will vote on whether to send the nomination to the Senate,

where Republicans hold a 51 to 49 majority.

The political fight

The rhetoric will be fierce, even if Democrats have little chance of blocking the confirmation.

Republicans changed the Senate rules last year during the fight over Mr. Trump's nomination

of Judge Neil M. Gorsuch, denying Democrats the ability to filibuster Supreme Court nominees.

The procedural change means that Republicans can confirm a nominee with a simple majority.

But Democrats can still try to delay the confirmation process and attack the other party in the

process.

They are still angry that Republicans blocked President Barack Obama's nomination of Judge

Merrick B. Garland to the court in 2016, which allowed Mr. Trump to nominate Justice Gorsuch

last year.

The Democrats will seek to portray Mr. Trump's nominee as "outside the mainstream," Mr.

Wermiel predicted, and make the case to voters that this is an important moment in the history

of the court.

But for Republicans, the timing couldn't be better: A conservative nominee could energize

the base heading into the midterms.

"This is a huge political moment for both sides in addition to its actual impact on

the court," Mr. Wermiel said.

Veteran Hollywood writer David Simon took to Twitter Thursday and appeared to place blame for the deadly shooting at the Capital-Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, on President Donald Trump

"Blood today in an American newsroom. Aren't you proud, you vile, fascist son of a bitch," Simon tweeted, responding to a Trump tweet in which the president said the "fake news media … is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American People!"  Simon followed that profanity-laced tweet with another, where he appeared to argue President Trump is responsible for today's shooting

"Fuck you. A friend has not yet reported in safe. It is Trump's direct language: 'Enemy of the people

' Fuck you and him both," Simon tweeted, responding to a Twitter user.  In an earlier tweet Simon sent On Thursday, the Deuce writer lashed out at Senator Marco Rubio, who was criticizing the mainstream media for helping create a "lack of trust in reporting

" "From the vantage of someone who is waiting for the death count of journalists shot in their newsroom in my home state, can I simple say that @marcorubio is unfit to be a citizen of a republic, much less a legislator

What To Do If Your PhD Career Is Not Being Supported - Duration: 8:30.

- Welcome to another whiteboard training video.

I'm Isaiah Hankel the Cheeky Scientist.

Today, we're gonna talk about what to do

if your PhD career is not being supported, okay?

So if you are in academia, if you are a PhD student,

if you are a postdoc, this is for you, especially for you.

If you are going through a difficult time with your PI,

or an advisor, or a thesis committee member,

somebody on the administration, this is for you.

If you're just not getting any support whatsoever,

you've never had somebody from industry

or somebody that's not a professor come to your university

and speak to you about career options, this is for you also.

Now, unfortunately, more and more PhDs,

and if you look at the data it's very surprising,

they are going through very stressful situations.

The number of clinically diagnosed anxiety conditions

and depression conditions in academia, specifically,

in graduate schools is through the roof, okay?

That's why we're talking about this

because if you're in a difficult situation,

you can not see a way ahead in your career,

you've been in a postdoc for X-number of years.

You've chased multiple postdocs.

Maybe you've gone through a period of unemployment.

Maybe you're about to graduate with your PhD,

and all you see in front of you is a low-paying postdoc.

You've seen that non-faculty positions are increasing,

part-time positions are increasing.

But full-time faculty is going way down.

Grant funding going way down.

It's a very difficult time for PhDs

in academia, and this causes stress.

It causes stress that will come from the top down,

usually on top of you, whether it's your PI treating

you poorly, refusing to support you.

Making you work more and more hours,

not allowing vacation, et cetera.

If you're in this kind of situation where you lack support,

or maybe it's gone beyond lacking support

to straight out abuse, these are

the five things that you want to do.

Number one, you need to be vocal.

This is very against everything that you

will have been told as a PhD, everything that your brain

will be telling you as a PhD, right?

We're supposed to handle our problems ourselves,

so when we face a problem we tend to withdraw

and we go inside ourselves, this is what I did.

When I was finishing my PhD I developed

this very difficult relationship with my advisor.

I made the mistake of telling him that I wanted

to transition into industry and not be a professor.

He immediately withdrew his support.

He started doing all kinds of weird stuff.

Like he would turn off my FOB key,

so I couldn't get into the labs when he was upset

at me just to make me look stupid and have

to knock on the door to get let in.

Little things like that, and this is just the tip

of the iceberg of what many people have had to go through,

especially international PhDs who fear

for getting kicked out of the country if their PI

doesn't like them or makes them leave the lab.

Okay, so the struggle is real.

The worst thing you can do is isolate yourself,

or let your PI, or somebody else, some administration,

somebody else in the lab isolate you, don't do that.

You might think you're taking the high road, you're not.

You're taking the fool's road.

You need to speak up about what's

going on, you need to get help.

Get somebody else to mediate the situation.

This is a lot better than just being silent,

and taking it, and letting somebody slowly isolate

you more and more, and force you out of the lab

or force you out of your career, okay?

It's one thing not to get support,

but it's another to let somebody else isolate you.

Don't do this, be vocal, speak up right away.

Speak up to others in the lab.

Speak up to others around the lab.

Talk as much as you can about the difficult situation.

You're not gonna get kicked out because of this.

This is gonna save you from getting kicked out.

This is gonna save you from being isolated and removed,

so make sure that you speak up.

Number two, record the data.

You keep a lab notebook, right,

or course materials for everything you're doing

as a TA or everything you're doing in the lab.

You need to do the exact same thing if you're facing

a difficult situation in academia.

If you're not getting support from your mentor

or somebody who's supposed to be mentoring you,

record that you're not getting support.

Most graduate student handbooks,

there's bylaws in these handbooks and there's bylaws

in the university handbooks and guidebooks

that say that mentors have to mentor.

For them to continue to be at the university

as PIs and professors, even on the grants,

they have to provide mentorship.

And if you start recording how they're not

providing mentorship you're building a case.

You want to build that case because guess what,

very likely if you're in one of these difficult situations

a case is being built against you, so record the data.

If the university has provided no training

whatsoever for you in terms of your career development

or in terms of careers outside of academia

record that with a date stamp.

Put it into a document, right?

Because sooner or later this is gonna be called up.

Somebody's gonna say, well, where is your proof.

Or they're gonna say, well, we did this

for you even though they did nothing.

Or I was always there every week supporting

your career when they did nothing.

Record every single meeting with your PI,

every single meeting that you have

with any sort of university official or mentor.

And be fair, but are they actually mentoring you,

are they actually helping you?

This is very, very important.

Number three, take initiative.

Don't be passive, nobody's coming along to save you, okay?

Don't fall into the trap of having a victim mentality,

blaming academia, blaming your PI.

Everybody could be against you,

even if that's true it doesn't matter.

Your career still falls on your shoulders.

Just because you're labeled as a PhD student or a postdoc

in a postdoc training position it doesn't matter.

You're an adult, okay, act like it.

Put your career in our own hands.

Get the training you need to advance your career.

Go out there and find it yourself.

Invite speakers yourself, take initiative.

Again, don't be passive in your career.

Number four, escalate the situation vertically.

This is the beauty of academia, right?

You have to answer to your PI.

You have to answer to, maybe, the head of your department.

There's people that are technically above you in academia.

But, guess what, there's also people

above those other people, right?

So if you're in a difficult situation,

if you're not getting support, and your PI refuses

to give you support, your thesis committee does,

somebody else does, go above them.

Go to the dean of the graduate school.

That's literally what I had to do.

We weren't getting any support in our careers.

Our PI was just really losing it

because of the stressful situation

after the 2008 financial crisis.

So he's really just abusing all of the postdocs

and the PhD students in his lab.

So a couple of us finally had to go to the dean

of the college to get the situation fixed.

And this goes back to my point,

there's somebody above your PI.

They have to answer to somebody.

Just as nervous as you might feel going against your PI,

or having some tension between you and your PI,

your PI is gonna feel the same way with

who they have to answer to, the dean in this case.

So go above them, escalate the situation,

nobody else is gonna do it for you.

Number five, be fearless, okay?

Very often we see our PIs, or thesis committee members,

or university officials as like the gods of our careers.

They are the gatekeepers, they control everything.

But they don't, in essence they're really powerless,

especially if you want to get a job outside

of academia they are completely powerless.

Most of them know nobody outside of academia.

They have no connections outside of academia.

They can't even help you get a job

outside of academia if they wanted to.

Letters of recommendation from some lifetime academic

do not matter in industry at all.

So if you've made a decision to transition

outside of academia realize these people

don't have any power, they are powerless.

So you should be fearless, don't be scared, okay?

Just because you've been living

in a bubble known as the lab, or as your classroom,

or your department in academia where there's 5 or 10 people.

And everybody's scared of the figurehead

of the lab or the figurehead of that department.

You don't need to live this way.

Don't be afraid, you don't deserve that.

Remember your value as a PhD, and realize

that your career, it's in your hands.

And you don't need anybody

in academia to help you get a job.

In fact, most people, most lifetime academics

in academia can't help you get a job outside of academia.

Hopefully, this helps you reframe things,

especially if you're going through

a stressful situation in academia.

Don't be silent, don't isolate yourself.

Speak up, remember your value as a PhD.

Apply these five principles,

and you'll be in a much better position.

If you have any questions on this,

please ask them in a comment on this post.

Until next week remember your value

as a PhD, and start thinking and acting

like a successful industry professional.

VAR is the innovation that made Germany's World Cup exit possible - Duration: 7:09.

The tens of thousands of Englishmen who threw their beer glasses complete with contents into the air rejoicing at 's humiliation have baptised the Assistant Referee

The vindication of VAR became absolute at the moment the offside decision against was overturned and Kim Young-gwon's reinstated goal sent the crushed champions out of 2018 and home to a Gothic nightmare of condemnation, recrimination and self-flagellation

Schadenfreude - the German word for deriving pleasure from the suffering of others - ran wild across the global game beyond the broken borders of the Fatherland

Their anguished team were subjected to further overtime trauma as Son Heung-min ran half the length of the pitch in Kazan to roll in the second while goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was stranded in the other half

No more torture by Teutonic penalties. At least not in this . Especially not for England

Prost to that. But let a toast be raised also to the technical innovation which made this possible

The cynics have been sniffing at VAR since its introduction but this is the single implementation which proves how invaluable this technology will be to football

Without the video replays, it would have been impossible for American referee Mark Geiger to have seen or known that a last German touch of the ball played Kim onside

Had gone on from 0-0 to seize one of their typical late, late victories a criminal disservice would have been served upon not only but Mexico, who would have been robbed of their place in the last 16

Already, the innovation had been proving itself much more right than wrong through the opening phase of this tournament

Yes, there has been some dissention but only a fraction of it justified. On the same afternoon as the downfall of the German empire of football, there was a review of a possible handball by Mexican folk-hero Javier Hernandez

Opinion was vehemently divided as to whether he touched the ball with his arm or, if he did so, it was deliberate

Referee Nestor Pitana was called to the pitch-side monitor. With Chicharito's right arm held stiff and unmoving by his side, it was a grey area on both counts

Rightly under the terms of reference that only clear errors should be rectified, the official confirmed his no-penalty decision and the Swedish protests evaporated as they went on to win the game and join Mexico in the next round

VAR has come to stay. Those still sceptical, not least the English doubters, may consider that had it not been introduced in then Kim's initially disallowed goal would have joined these six all-time refereeing controversies which VAR would have avoided:: Diego Maradona's infamously raised arm put Argentina one up against England in the Mexico 1986 quarter-final - before his genius second goal clinched victory - but obviously would have been struck off by video technology

: Thierry Henry's double handball set up Wiliiam Gallas to score the winning goal in qualifying which sent France to South Africa 2010 at the expense of a heartbroken Republic of Ireland

Again, no VAR.: Was the second goal of Geoff Hurst's final hat-trick against West really over the line? VAR would have saved half a century of heated arguments

Frank Jnr's brilliant shot in the South Africa finals came down off the crossbar clearly over the German line only to be disallowed

That goal would have made it 2-2 but England went down 4-1 and out. Would it have made a difference? Who knows but VAR would have let us find out

German goalkeeper Harald Schumacher hurtled off his line to pole-axe Patrick Battiston when the Frenchman was clear through on goal

An unconscious Battiston was carried off. No penalty, said the referee. And no red card for Schumacher

VAR would have insisted on both. went on to win but justice was done in the final where Italy beat them 3-1

: During a Paulista Federation Cup tie in Brazil a ball-boy trapped a shot as it crossed the line outside the Atletico Sorocaba post, walked it back into play and then rolled it into the net

The players of Santacruzense went ballistic as the referee gave a goal. VAR was yet to come
