Simple. Hard. Effective. This is Barbell Logic. - Duration: 1:11.

In a world full of shallow Instagram models, butt implants, meathead steroid

freaks, and guys in banana hammocks having beauty pageants with each other,

it's time someone brought intelligence logic and reason to the fitness industry.

Our focus is on strength, health and longevity because we don't really care

about taking pictures of our butts for social media, even though there's nothing

wrong with wanting to look better. We want that too - we want something more,

something deeper. We want to dig for gold not rake for leaves. Our goal is to

present strength and fitness in a very systematic, logical progression through

strength, conditioning and nutrition starting at the most basic foundational

concepts and then methodically moving into more complex ideas as we progress.

We'll present that information in a relatable and understandable way so that

each video builds on the last. So let's start at the very beginning - a very good

place to start. This is Barbell Logic.

'A part of my childhood is over.' Take one last look as Toys 'R' Us closes doors - Duration: 11:15.

Toys 'R' Us shoppers clear the racks at the Arden Way store in Sacramento during a liquidation sale before closing their doors permanently, June 28, 2018

Many mourn the loss of a chain that, for some, carries the nostalgic weight of childhood

Today marked a very sad occasion for toy lovers all over the country as Toys 'R' Us officially closed its doors

Most of the toy retailer's U.S. locations, including Arden Fair Mall, Elk Grove's Bond road store – which is set to become a Scandinavian Designs furniture location – and other local sites, ended the day by selling off the remaining inventory, shelves and pretty much everything that wasn't bolted down

The company announced back in March that it would close all 800 of its U.S. stores, including 10 in Sacramento

Twitter users all over the nation shared their sadness for the loss of the the place where kids once declared they didn't want to grow up

Photo of Geoffrey the Giraffe leaving an empty Toys "R" Us store goes viral.Toys "R" Us mascot Geoffrey the Giraffe has packed up his suitcase -- presumably full of toys -- and left his toy kingdom for good

A heartbreaking photo of Geoffrey is circulating, one day before Toys "R" Us closes its remaining stores

The photo shows the giraffe in an empty Toys "R" Us, holding a suitcase and waving goodbye

The photo was taken by Rene Johnpiere, who appears to work at a Toys "R" Us. Johnpiere posted several other sad photos of the empty store on Facebook

.She shared photos of empty shelves, vacant shopping carts and a group of employees locking the doors of the soon-to-be shuttered store

"My heart is breaking," Johnpiere wrote with a photo of the store's sale signs. She has also shared nostalgic Toys "R" Us commercials from the '80s and '90s to commemorate the end of the company

Her photo of Geoffrey the Giraffe leaving got the most attention, receiving nearly 300,000 shares on Facebook

The image captures the end of an era and sadness many people feel watching their favorite toy store close forever

Many kids grew up watching Geoffrey the Giraffe in TV commercials. The iconic jingle "I don't want to grow up, I'm a Toys "R" Us kid," was engrained in many people's minds

The store has made many countless peoples' faces light up over the past 70 years

.Toys 'R' Us Closing Remaining U.S. Stores Friday. The end is finally here for Toys "R" Us stores in the United States

The toy retailer will close its remaining 200 stores on Friday.Toys "R" Us filed for bankruptcy in September in hopes of turning around

But terrible Christmas sales left it on life support. The chain had 735 US stores when it announced plans to go out of business in March

The 70-year old company will continue in some other countries, such as Canada. In addition to competition from big box retailers and online rivals like Amazon, Toys "R" Us was doomed by an unsustainable debt load that came in the wake of being taken private by KKR, Bain Capital and real estate firm Vornado in 2005

Employees now say they are planning to fight the company because it isn't paying severance to its workers

The 31,000 US workers received only 60-days notice as required by federal law. .At the store in Boynton Beach, employees hung signs saying "Toys 'R' Us employees deserve severance pay," and "Bain Capital, KKR, Vornado Realty, Toys R Us, employees want their dinero, money, cash flow

".The main reason employees are upset is because while they are getting nothing. However, executives were paid millions in bonuses right before filing for bankruptcy

Madelyn Garcia, who has been with the company for 30 years, told the Palm Beach Post that employees deserve something since they have given up time with their families on holidays and because they are the true foundation of the company

"We get customers who come in and give us hugs," said Garcia.Shoppers will find deep discounts but little in the way of merchandise on the shelves of the remaining stores

Garcia said her store is mostly vacant. She said she has about 45 staffers still on the job, some who moved over from other stores that have already closed

She has yet to find a new job herself."I'm hopeful I'll find something, along with the rest of the team," said Garcia

"But it's hard to look for a job and go on interviews when you're trying to close your store

".Some of the stores now open won't make it all the way to Friday's deadline. For example, Garcia's store will close Thursday

The toy industry will face a drop in sales from the chain's closing.Big box retailers such as Walmart and Target had already surpassed Toys "R" Us in total toy sales, but the chain was an important place for toy makers to sell their full line of products

Both Hasbro and Mattel reported lost sales of tens of millions each in the first quarter because of the Toys "R" Us closings, according to the companies

Toys "R" Us said it is in the process of trying to find new tenants for its stores

On Monday Party City announced it would use 50 of the locations for its seasonal "pop up" stores, and expand from its traditional Halloween City stores to offer Toy City stores that will stay open through the holiday season this year

But those locations will be only temporary rentals and Party City does not anticipate using any of them permanently, Dan Sullivan, Party City's CFO, told CNNMoney

As Toys R Us nears its end, fans of the store are lamenting its demise. The retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September and officially filed for liquidation in March

As a result, more than 700 Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores across the United States will be closing for good by Friday, June 29

The store has been saddled with debt since a leveraged buyout in 2005 and struggled to keep up with competitors

Though many Toys R Us fans were aware of this, they're still heartbroken to see it go

In 1948 in Washington, DC, Charles Lazarus opened a baby-furniture store that would become the first Toys R Us after expanding into toys in 1957

In the 1990s, Toys R Us was the biggest toy seller in the US, expanding rapidly as it pushed out smaller chains

But by 1998, things had changed, and Walmart began selling more toys than Toys R Us in the US — a signal of more trouble ahead

Take a look back at what Toys R Us was like in its heyday:.As Toys R Us prepares to close its doors for good, fans are lamenting the death of the chain and looking back on their favorite childhood memories

This is what a store in New Jersey looked like in 1996.It had everything a kid could want

This photo from 2001 shows the Imaginarium section of a New Jersey store. It had seemingly endless aisles, lined with dolls

toys . and bikes. It was the perfect place to test them before buying. The Toys R Us "Big Toy Book" was filled with ads for toys like G

I. Joe or the Nintendo 64. They could all be purchased with Geoffrey Dollars, the equivalent of store credit or a gift card

Geoffrey Dollars were named after the "spokes-animal" of the store, Geoffrey the Giraffe

Parents are having a hard time telling their kids that their favorite store is closing

Some referenced the memorable song heard in early Toys R Us commercials. The end of Toys R Us has fans wishing it weren't true

The end of Toys R Us is the end of an era.Early Thursday, the company filed a motion to liquidate its business, meaning it will close or sell its remaining 735 US stores

It had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September. The debate over who and what killed Toys R Us is now raging among analysts, company executives, and shoppers lamenting the chain's death

Toys R Us was once king of the toy castle. In the 1990s, it was the biggest toy seller in the US, expanding rapidly as it pushed out smaller chains

But by 1998, things had changed, and Walmart began selling more toys than Toys R Us in the US — a signal of more trouble ahead

Why Is the NBA Obsessed with the Cheesecake Factory? — Home & Away - Duration: 2:36.

- I mean, it's got some good food in there.

It's just a cool spot, like,

they got a little bit of everything.

- [Narrator] The NBA's obsession

with The Cheesecake Factory is well-documented.

Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves is known

to take his teammates out for cheesecake.

While Russell Westbrook calls

their brown bread "the BOMB.com".

There was even once a Twitter account dedicated to tracking

NBA player sightings at the chain.

The love has also trickled down to celebrities

linked to the league.

The Kardashians have been captured

at Cheesecake by Just Jared, US Weekly and X17.

And Drake, who serves as global ambassador

for the Toronto Raptors,

even featured it in one of his music videos.

So, why is it that so many of them are obsessively flocking

to a casual dining chain typically found in shopping malls?

For one, it could be that The Cheesecake Factory

has locations surrounding every NBA city.

Meaning players can eat there whether they're at home

or traveling for an away game.

And since it's a chain, the food is typically

pretty consistent whether you're in LA, Chicago or Dallas.

- The Cheesecake Factory for the players, I'd say,

represents, one: familiarity.

41 games out of the regular season they're on the road.

So, they wanna eat food that they know is good

and they know they can rely on it.

You know, when they go to play in their hometown

their friends and their family are gonna come out

and they wanna go eat somewhere that can accommodate

all of them.

So, they're going to Cheesecake Factory

and they're taking them all there.

It's just a really good, dope scene.

- [Narrator] Also, as anyone who's ever been

to The Cheesecake Factory knows,

the menu is so big it's spiral-bound.

With dishes ranging from filet mignon to Tex-Mex egg rolls

and the portions are notoriously oversized.

- It can get real bad in there.

Like, you can get 8,000 calories on a meal in there.

- I try to try something different every time but,

you know, I could eat the same thing every single time.

- My go to is the egg roll, the Tex, yeah, yeah.

I get that all the time.

- Buffalo Blast is probably the best things on the menu.

- [Narrator] Aside from huge portions,

what else keeps players going back

to The Cheesecake Factory night after night?

- A lot of these guys are huge.

You look at Draymond Green, you look at Demarcus Cousins,

these are borderline seven-footers.

And, they're not skinny, these are big guys.

Cheesecake Factory has the seating arrangements

in a way that you could sit down and it's not a tiny seat.

These guys need space, they need to lay their bodies out

and have a good time and Cheesecake Factory has that space.

- [Narrator] So, for all the fans hoping to catch a glimpse

of their favorite NBA player, The Cheesecake Factory

might be almost as good as the court itself.

- Do I like The Cheesecake Factory?

Yeah, I like The Cheesecake Factory, man,

they got so much good food.

Can we go there right now?

Let's go.

- Yo, it's big, so he's like, yeah, you gotta help me.

(laughing)

So, I tried a piece and, yo, the rest is really history.

- What are you looking for, like, in a pizza?

Max Verstappen speaks out on future team-mate: 'This is what I expect to happen' - Duration: 3:14.

Max Verstappen speaks out on future team-mate: 'This is what I expect to happen' Ricciardo has been with Red Bull throughout his F1 career although he made his debut on loan at HRT in 2012. But the Australian is currently considering his options for next year and wants to be in a car that can challenge for the F1 World Drivers' Championship; he has won just six races and recored a best championship finish of third.

Ricciardo's team-mate Verstappen put pen to paper on a three-year extension last year, keeping him at Red Bull until 2020, and appears confident that the 28-year-old will eventually follow suit.   "The chances are very big for him to stay. He is already here so why wouldn't he stay?" Verstappen said. "He is a great team-mate to have. We have a lot of fun together but also once we are in the car we are pushing each other to a higher level. "I enjoy working with him. He is one of the best team-mates to have in the paddock in terms of relationship, but also one of the toughest ones.

But I like competition so it is perfect to have him as a team-mate."           Ricciardo is reportedly the subject of a £15million-a-year contract offer from McLaren, which the Woking-based strugglers have refused to comment upon, but is viewed as one of the grid's most talented drivers and will have a number of offers on the table if he does turn down Red Bull's renewal.

He is understood to be under consideration by both Ferrari and Mercedes, although the latter have yet to confirm Lewis Hamilton's new deal, with Red Bull adviser Helmut Marko claiming Ricciardo does not want to sign any deal until the reigning world champion has confirmed his future.

The delay is thought to be so that Ricciardo can leverage Red Bull with Hamilton's salary and even hinted earlier this week that money, as well as speed, are central to his requirements. "I said it from the start, the priority is to try and get a car that can win a world title because I really believe I can. So that's the first thing in my mind," Ricciardo said.

"If there was absolutely no possibility then you look into other things, but I think as a driver I think I've done enough now. "Even Lewis [Hamilton] touched on it, and I didn't even need to really say it, your value as a driver is not 'X' amount of money it's just what you feel your value is and what you bring to the sport. "I feel I hold a certain value so I just want to at least match that with my expectations and what also people value me as.".

person it is probably the easiest and most powerful blogging and website content

management website. There are other website content management like blogger

or other websites so but the best of all is WordPress and most of the

websites actually based on code in WP comm WordPress runs 30% of the entire

Internet so it means that most of the websites that we saw online are made

with WordPress so 50 to 60% is worth the WordPress share the global CMS market

making it the most popular CMS of them all for the seventh year in a row

WordPress is the fastest-growing CMS with roughly 500 plus new websites being

built daily in the top 10 million websites WordPress powers 14.7% of the

top 100 websites in the world 17 posts are published every second and WordPress

sites around the world about 37 million global google searches for wordpress and

now let's go with a history of WordPress WordPress started since 2001 but

WordPress was pouring out of this tire for an elegant well architecture

personal publishing system built on PHP and MySQL so like what I've said

WordPress was first started 2001 or rather it's their parent our website the

beat to keep hug lunch by Michel Vaillant drinking and on 2003 May 2003

Matt announced the availability of the first version of WordPress so

technically WordPress is officially announced 1 2003 base and the mother

website be to keep like and on 2004 plug-in plugins are

introduced with version 1.2 and also the licensing terms for the come with a

movable type package that's the other company that is popular at that time

they change their licensing terms so most of the website creators and

bloggers migrated to WordPress because it is easy to use WordPress and on 2005

February 2005 WordPress 1.5 came with pages convent moderation tool beautiful

team core brick and a completely new team system that's what we are enjoying

today the adding teams to WordPress can customize everything on your website and

on December 2005 WordPress 2.0 was released with a new admin dashboard 2007

a new UI autosave spellcheck and other new features were introduced in version

2.1 the codename name of that version is Ella and 2008 a web design company

called happy join the WordPress project to help design a new WordPress admin

interface usability study was conducted to design the admin UI and on 2010

automatic the company founded by WordPress co-founder month Mullenweg

transferred the ownership of WordPress trademark and logo to the WordPress

Foundation and WordPress 3.0 was released on June 17 2010 it was a major

steps towards WordPress as a CMS and 2014 version 3.9 more smith improve the

media experience introduced by budget and header reviews so now - ahsoka

February 2017 WordPress is used by 58.7 cent of all the websites who's content

management systems now this is twenty seven point five percent of the top ten

million websites so why you should use WordPress WordPress is the most popular

CMS in the world that's event and WordPress is free and

open source that's most likely what will motivate you to use WordPress and highly

customizable for great flexibility actually everything on WordPress can be

customized from edge to edge and design for anyone not just developers even

website within like five hours using WordPress and lower set up and maintain

maintenance costs so yeah because you can automate your WordPress you can just

have WordPress set up ready and just post every day and everything will be

working fine this topic will be discussed in detail the next picture

seven reasons why we love WordPress so make sure to subscribe and hit the bell

icon so you'll be notified when we release that video and we're to get

Why your best friend is probably a bad business partner | Miki Agrawal - Duration: 3:50.

So when you're looking at bringing partners on, whether it's investment partners, whether

it's business partners, like cofounder perspective, those kinds of things—Number one, it needs

to be the same values.

Do you both care about similar things in the world?

So values need to align.

And then from a skill set perspective you need to be opposites.

Oftentimes best friends are like, "We want to start a business together!"

That's like the fastest way to not becoming best friends again.

Being opposites is so important.

I'm great at design.

I'm great with the vision.

I'm great at sort of the strategy.

I'm really great at the aesthetic.

I'm really great at the brand.

My partner needs to be great at operations, manufacturing, warehousing, legal, finance,

all of that stuff that I don't love.

Can I do it?

A little, but I prefer not to.

I'd rather stay in my zone of genius and have someone really, really take on their

zone of genius, and be in mutual awe of one another.

Like I really believe that there is that yin and yang that does exist.

Like if I have yang energy someone needs to have yin energy to be a real perfect partner.

I think to have the right partner energetically you need to be a match and skill set wise

you need to be a match.

So yin yang like energetically and then yin yang from a skill set perspective.

We often like, we're like: "Both of us are super hyper!"

Even if you have other like skill sets than I do, that hyper-hyper-hyper might not work.

And if it's hype-calm, like the calm counterpart calms me down.

My hyperactiveness makes them more excited.

So that energetically works.

When from a skillset perspective, "I'm great at this, he or she is great at this,"

we're in mutual awe of each other both energetically and from a skill set perspective.

That is the perfect partner.

So I sit on the board of Conscious Capitalism and

I think Conscious Capitalism is really based on a stakeholder model.

Like every single person has to win, and I think in the past I was a little bit sloppy

in a stakeholder model in that we scaled so quickly, "just put butts in seats fast."

I didn't really think about a lot of things as you're scaling, which happens to most

entrepreneurs, and I think now it really is with Tushy I'm really, really deliberate

about the type of people I bring onto the team: really checking their background to

see if they really fit.

Before anyone gets hired they have to meet the whole team and the team has to give me

their feedback on what they think about this person, if they jive well.

It really is culture.

Culture trumps strategy every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

And in the past I certainly was a lot more sort of lax.

"Oh, you have a pulse?

Come join, we're busy.

We've got to grow."

And now, "What's your background?

Let me look at your social media," and if it's all selfies you know that's scary!

That's not a great person to have on your team if it's like selfie from every angle,

which means that they might not be a great team player.

And so and then calling references, doing background checks.

It's so important to do that and I just didn't, and I think to really create that

culture, to really scale a business requires doing that real work.

And with Tushy I'm so, so deliberate.

My new CEO role, I've interviewed 50 people for this role to really be that yin to my

yang and that opposite to my skill set.

And in the past I would have been like "Okay people, let's go."

And now it's "50 people?

Call all ten references of every one of them," and really had them meet all the team to make

sure that they liked the person.

It's really, really important to do that culture fit test which I didn't do in the

past.
