Supreme Court of the United States Justice Kennedy's 5-Word Reason For Retiring, During

Trump Era Has Dems Fuming.

Just after announcing his retirement, vital swing Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy

revealed 5 remarkable words that explain why he chose to retire during President Donald

Trump's term — and liberals couldn't be more outraged.

In an era in which the opposition specializes in social justice, it's crucial to combat

such passive resistance with actual legal justice.

So, while the left is marching in the streets, wearing pink knit hats and chanting repetitive

vulgarities, conservatives are winning elections, passing bills, and implementing legislation.

On Wednesday, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy made an unexpected announcement that

he will decidedly retire under the current administration, handing President Donald Trump

the opportunity to pick his second judge to inevitably tip the SCOTUS scale to the right.

While addressing Justice Kennedy's announcement, President Trump not only honored the 30-year

SCOTUS judge, he also revealed the real reason the moderate justice chose to step down during

his term instead of that of any other president.

According to Trump, Kennedy feels at peace leaving the open seat for him to fill because

he wants the president to "carry on his great legacy," The Daily Caller reports.

Trump further explained that Kennedy has faith in him and trusts that he will uphold the

law.

"Great man.

And I'm very honored that he chose to do it during my term in office, because he felt

confident in me to make the right choice and carry on his great legacy, that's why he

did it," Trump said of Kennedy's retirement.

While speaking in North Dakota, Trump recognized that incumbent Democratic Sen. Mary Kathryn

"Heidi" Heitkamp will likely deny any nomination he chooses, although he expressed

optimism that he will be able to convince the Senate regardless.

"And remember this, so we have a pick to come up, we have to pick a great one.

We have to pick one that is going to be there for 40 years, 45 years.

We need intellect, we need so many things.

There are so many elements, go into the making of a great justice of the Supreme Court, you

gotta hit every one of them.

Heidi will vote no to any pick we make for the Supreme Court," Trump continued.

However, Heitkamp did accept Trump's SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch in 2017, showcasing the

president's ability to gain support from both sides of the political aisle.

Gorsuch was nominated and confirmed in just over 2 months, giving Democrats a legitimate

reason to worry about Trump's promise to "immediately" begin searching for a replacement

for Kennedy ahead of the November elections.

His pick will undoubtedly sway the Supreme Court toward conservatism, as the remaining

8 justices are evenly politically split.

Expectedly, leftists are lamenting the world's end, arguing that a conservative Supreme Court

will result in Nazi-like legislation, a phobia they justify in their trivializing comparison

of President Trump to Hitler.

Senator Chuck Schumer incited panic in the left, equating the restoration of conservative

American values to the abolition of human rights, The Washington Post reports.

"Nothing less than the fate of our health-care system, reproductive rights for women and

countless other protections for middle-class Americans are at stake," Senate Minority

Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a floor speech, calling the Kennedy vacancy

the "most important . . . in at least a generation."

"Millions of people are just months away from determining the senators who should vote

to confirm or reject the president's nominee, and their voices deserve to be heard now,

as Leader McConnell thought they should deserve to be heard then," Schumer said.

"Anything but that would be the absolute height of hypocrisy."

For far too long, the left has wielded the Supreme Court as a weapon against individual

liberties, reducing our constitutional rights to rubble in order to satisfy their desire

to topple Western values.

Now that Trump has the opportunity to swing the Supreme Court, major issues such as abortion,

illegal immigration, LGBTQ privileges, and gun control are in danger of a much needed

legal overhaul.

No longer will the fringe minority be allowed to bully the benevolent majority.

Social justice will soon take a back seat to legal justice.

Two Telemundo hosts SUSPENDED for making racist eye gesture on air - 247 news - Duration: 3:56.

Two Telemundo hosts have been suspended for making racist gestures during South Korea's victory over Germany at the World Cup

Celebrity chef James Tahhan, 29, and meteorologist Janice Bencosme, 33, have been placed on indefinite suspension after they made slant-eye gestures on air

The two hosts of Un Nuevo Dia sparked outrage when they were caught on camera pulling their eyes to the side in a pejorative sign towards Koreans on Wednesday

They were removed from their positions soon afterwards.'We are extremely disappointed with our morning show contributors James Tahhan's and Janice Bencosme's gestures referring to the South Korean national soccer team,' Telemundo said in a statement

'Our company takes this kind of inappropriate behavior very seriously, as it is contrary to our values and standards,' the statement added

The clip of their offensive gestures was widely shared on Twitter displaying Tahhan and Bencosme in Mexico jerseys alongside several other guests on morning show Un Nuevo Dia where they celebrated Mexico's progress into the last 16, thanks to South Korea's win

Tahhan seems to be leading the antics, making the slant-eye gesture which Bencosme later imitates while laughing

The Venezuelan chef later apologized to the Asian community on Twitter, saying he had shown a 'lack of sensitivity'

'During the celebration for the classification of Mexico, I made a mistake and made an inappropriate and insensitive gesture towards the Asian community,' he posted Wednesday

'It was a lack of sensitivity on my part. I admit that I did something wrong and wanted to apologize to anyone who was offended by it

Share this article Share 'The World Cup is a great opportunity to bring together friends, strangers, families and entire countries, and not to divide our communities

'Bencosme also shared her own apology. 'Sorry. I want to apologize to the public for my behavior yesterday after the game between Mexico and South Korea,' she said

'My gesture, besides being inappropriate, was offensive to the Asian community. I was wrong and I want to offer my sincere apologies,' she added

Viewers slammed the two on Twitter, with one telling the network: 'Explain what chef James was doing when he mocked the Korean people this morning? Racism is OK on your shows?' Another said: 'Some Spanish speaking host on Telemundo was pulling on his eyes after the Korea game

when will people stop being ignorant?'  Another comment said: 'In a world that desperately demands respect for our Latinos, [these] pretentious clowns are misrepresenting and entire community with this racist remark

' And Miguel Hernandez wrote: 'Whoever this guy is on the left needs to get fired ASAP for being a racist on air

' Germany's failure to beat South Korea meant Mexico reached the knockout round of the World Cup despite their 3-0 defeat to Sweden on Wednesday

Earlier in the tournament Diego Maradona came under fire for making a similar gesture while he watched his former side Argentina play South Korea

The BBC's Jacqui Oatley said: 'Some South Korea fans just shouted "Diego" and he obliged with a smile, kiss and wave

'Then pulled his eyes to the side in a clearly racist gesture. All of us who saw it are stunned

'  Mexico fans were also charged by FIFA after they were heard using an anti-gay slur during their opening fixture against Germany

Prevent Tire Blowouts :: Buy Quality Tires for Your Vehicle - Duration: 11:04.

Hi there Smart Drivers. Rick with Smart Drive Test today talking with Gary

Krieger a Tireland here in Vernon. Gary's going to give us some information

about saving money and how to buy tires and which tires you should buy and fit

on your vehicle. Stick around. We'll be right back with that information. [INTRO] Hi there smart drivers, welcome back.

Today we're talking with Gary Krieger here at Tierland in Vernon and he's

going to give us some great information about buying tires. Especially now that

we're coming into spring and most of us are thinking about switching off our

winners on to all season tires or summer tires so Gary what are some of the

recommendations that you might have for switching tires now that we're moving

into the spring area here in the northern hemisphere well one thing to

consider is I would suggest at least two sets of tires okay

for one for summer one for winter just does a better job there are some places

where all weather is a new tire that's coming out or you can run it year-round

it's legal for all the mountain passes but I'm a firm believer in the winter

tires for a winter it just does a much better job if you're living in a place

like Vancouver all-weather tires would be fantastic choice right put on okay

yeah so these tires are you talking about that are all-weather tires that

are okay for winter as well they have a symbol on them that will indicate what's

that symbol on those tires that will have a mountain snowflake symbol okay

and that tells so drivers could just look at the yes we'll have M&S on the

tire and it'll also have a four peak or three peak melting snow flake symbol

usually right beside it okay that makes it legal for the winter pass okay

excellent so because here in British Columbia it's not a requirement that we

have to have snow tires but if you're driving on some of the mountain passes

and whatnot then you do have to have them I would highly suggest okay I would

definitely suggest especially if you're in a mountain pass if you're in the

valley bottom no problem but through the mountains you want to have a good tire

okay now in one of the other questions one of my smart drivers sunny asked me

about steel studded tires and we're they're legal to run here in British

Columbia right and we're coming up to the time here that they have to be taken

off the vehicle right we have a we have a date actually for that October 1st

till the end of okay so but that being said if the

weather is still bad in April there are people still running them especially

over the mountain passes okay and what are some of the benefits you and I sort

of had this conversation yesterday what are some of the benefits to steel

studded tires if you are in a place that has a lot of ice a lot of compact snow

and ice I am a firm believer in studs yeah studs dig into the ice yeah rubber

just rides on ice so if you're going up and down them like a Silver Star you'd

like to ski a lot the problem is not going up the star it's coming down the

store so a number one it definitely helps with directional stability but

also stopping ability okay studs will delve and definitely give you a grip but

it comes down to the directional stability and stopping is where they

really benefit you right and that's really what we want to be doing in the

wintertime is actually being able to stop right oh yes I mean it's one thing

to get going but it's another thing to actually get your vehicle stopped yes

with can with control in those types of things yes all right so so that's a good

idea and now here in British Columbia we get a lot of hardpack in those types of

things but if people just wanted to run regular winter tires

I'm not studded tires do what I meant then they're what is there a certain

particular tire that you would recommend for that or well tires that have a lot

of cycling in them so the little cuts that are in the blocks that helps the

tire work like a sponge so it really works well on black ice compacts no it

is okay it makes a big difference so the more site being the more cuts that have

in the tire and also evacuation channels in the tire make a big difference to to

help flush everything out of the tire okay yeah so they get a lot of snow in

the tires in those stations if you can get build-up in the block the the sites

help to flex the block to help it number one give you a grip but also to help

evacuate the tire right right so that the trades are able to do the jobs that

they need to be doing excellent okay so so now we're coming into winter time and

you guys are coming tire land is coming into they're really busy time of the

year with changing back over to all-weather tires for most people yeah

what's the recommendation for people who are trying to book time with tire shops

and they'll fix things to get it's usually best to call at least a day or

two in advance make an appointment that way

it's the least pain okay well you know we like there's some certain days where

we're not that busy other days where we need like 10 guys though that's to make

an appointment you're in a note it's it's almost painless that way okay

perfect perfect now say that somebody needed to come in and they were thinking

that they needed new tires what are some of the signs so for new drivers we a lot

of the smart drivers are new drivers what would be some of the things that

they'd be looking for on tires that would indicate that they needed a new

set of tires on their vehicle well tread depth is is one for sure the

winter tire law and the summer tire laws are different okay in the winter you

have to have five thirty seconds at tread depth in the winter it's two

thirty seconds or sorry in the summer it's two thirty seconds the winter is

five thirty seconds that's right yeah so I like tires that have evacuation

channels so like some of these tires right over here okay they have the

evacuation channels to help get basically the water out of the tire I'm

a firm believer in tires like that okay help is especially for safety that's

what the tires are for you want a good safe tire keep you on the road right

another thing to consider is if you're going to keep the vehicle for four to

five years to save a little bit of money consider it an extra set of rims okay so

it usually takes about two and a half years to pay for that extra set of rims

but it will help you save money down the road okay

well why is that that you're saving money with extra rim well for change in

balance you can be up to about a hundred and ten dollars just to really in extra

set of rims on and off the vehicle or like twenty five thirty dollars so okay

that's where you get your savings okay so that's where you get your safe is

that's an excellent point as well so now we were talking about this previously

about when people are buying all-weather tires what are some of the things that

you know I asked you whether it was money that people were considering in

terms of purchasing new tires or whether it was the quality of the tire and you

said that it was both a little both some people they they want a good economical

tire on their vehicle they like to spend their money inside

else other customers they want the best that money can buy right right and you

definitely get the difference as far as your top line tires they're the quietest

the smoothest the best handling the longest lasting definite benefits when

you're buying the most expensive tires out there there is a difference right

and most of these high quality tires as well they have a high warranty as well

that comes with that tire so yes now one of the things that somebody said to me

some years ago with it there's conditions to these warranties that the

that the vehicle owner has to follow what are some of those conditions that

they have to do to meet to keep their warranty in place with their tires well

the biggest thing is just yeah definitely follow what the manufacturer

is suggesting like rotating the tires check in the linemen to every couple of

years one thing to consider also tires have a shelf life there are good for

usually about seven years most our warranties are good for about five years

okay there's a very odd one where they have a lifetime warranty but that

they're rare very rare and I would think that the lifetime warranty would only

come with sort of really high-end tires that's right okay yes right but one

thing we can say nowadays the biggest thing to consider is tires that are

anything more than eight years old you don't want them on your vehicle okay

we've been having some tire failure issues okay and I do have an example

here if you'd like to see it okay so I just thought I'd bring this as an

example now here's a tire here that has at least 40% tread looks okay yeah the

product code or the Soviet production date are the last four numbers you have

your d-o-t and then it's the last number so this tire was made in the 39th week

of 2007 the tire looks okay tire has decent tread the problem with this tire

here is in the sidewall it's critical in this tire here it just about blew right

off the wheel so this is the problem that we were starting to get with tires

it is critical that you look at the date code on these tires

it is for safety because usually you tire late this you'll be driving down

the road 110 kilometers an hour and they let go there's no warning it just lets

go it explodes so the tire basically you're just driving on the you're just

trying to control the vehicle on the rim just hope that you're on the road not in

the ditch yes okay that's a critical thing nowadays is date

codes on the tires you want to make sure that there are no more than eight years

old get them off the vehicle it isn't worth your life

okay know for sure that is that is tremendously helpful information yeah

okay so that's great so JA I just have one more question for you Gary one of

the things I had a friend who had a brand new vehicle and she got like

20,000 kilometers on the tires and she took the tire into a tire shop nice and

the tires were done good this was kind of shocking information for me that you

have a new vehicle the tires only last 20,000 kilometers some of the brand new

vehicles that are out there they just put cheaper tires on there so yeah

you'll be twenty thirty thousand kilometers for the original set on the

summers or all seasons that's all you'll get so the the tires that we do sell

yeah we can basically fit any budget that you want okay so cheaper tires are

usually good for about fifty sixty thousand kilometers mid about ninety and

then top the line tires are a hundred thousand kilometers and over okay now

say for a mid-sized vehicle for new tires you know say top of the top-line

what kind of price range would I be looking at sort of for that depending on

size a lot of the newer vehicles out there say if you had like a Chevy

half-ton pickup they usually have a 17-inch tire on

their cheaper tires are about $160 top-line tires can go over 300 it all

depends what your weight how much you want to spend yeah

whatever you want yeah it's kind of like fitting accessories to your vehicle

this guy's dilemma you can pretty much put any kind of tire on you walk you

know deeper tread and wider tires and all that sorts of things things that you

can customize your vehicle they're gonna run you a bit more money yeah okay

perfect I think that's some really great information for smart drivers who are

buying new tires and getting used vehicles and those types of things yeah

like there's a lot of information out there I'm asked a lot of questions when

you're going tell them what you do where you go how much you drive or your

commuter are you just in town are you up going up and down the mountains there's

a tire for every purpose holder right yes well that's really great information

we'd like to thank Gary Krieger for talking to us today from tire land here

in Vernon really great information about the tires and the critical role that

they play on your vehicle so we'd like to thank Gary for that thank you very

much

Sean Hannity Blames Maxine Waters For Capital Gazette Shooting - Duration: 4:37.

Conservative commentator Sean Hannity made incendiary claims on his radio show Thursday afternoon, suggesting that Rep

Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) was somehow responsible for a shooting at the Capital Gazette offices earlier in the day

An attacker opened fire Thursday inside the building of the Gazette, owned by The Baltimore Sun, reportedly killing multiple people

Gazette reporter Phil Davis tweeted after the shooting, "There is nothing more terrifying than hearing multiple people get shot while you're under your desk and then hear the gunman reload

"  During Premiere Networks' "The Sean Hannity Show," Hannity responded to the news of the shooting by saying, "Oh, good grief

So scary."  "The suspect though has been apprehended, according to the sheriff. And we'll continue to follow that story

It's so sad that there are so many sick, demented, and evil people in this world

It really is sad," Hannity said.  But he soon pivoted to talking about Waters, who is facing the wrath of Republicans and some Democrats for telling protesters in Los Angeles to "push back on" members of the Trump administration

"I've been saying now for days that something horrible was going to happen because of the rhetoric

Really, Maxine?" said Hannity, referring to Waters. "You want people to create ― 'Call your friends, get in their faces,' and Obama said that, too

'Get in their faces, call them out, call your friends, get protesters, follow them into restaurants and shopping malls' and wherever else she said

"   This is what Waters said: "Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up

If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere

"  Hannity's connection of the two incidents is pure speculation, as the Capital Gazette shooter's motive is still entirely unknown

Hannity also made no mention of conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, who sent a text to a New York Observer reporter earlier this week that read, "I can't wait for the vigilante squads to start gunning journalists down on sight

Bait VS Bait: Which bait works best for beach fishing? - Duration: 17:40.

Today, we're going to be talking about some great beach fishing baits:

squid

and cut bait.

So, today we're going to do a head-to-head challenge

we're going to be fishing for an hour

using mackerel on one rod

and our Super Salty Squid on the other rod.

So we are fishing in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, right now

we have found a nice little spot that

we've found a lot of different kinds of species of fish,

I like multi-species fishing, I like catching--

I like throwing bait out and not knowing what I'm going to catch,

and these baits are perfect!

Squid and mackerel are--

squid and mackerel are some of the go-to baits in the Cape Cod area.

today we are targeting whatever's gonna bite this and this,

I'm not sure what's going to bite it,

I'm guessing a bunch of porgy,

maybe some bluefish,

um, maybe a striped bass or two,

Who knows? That's the fun of the game.

Let's go play.

[Brendon's Dad] Shaky shaky.

[Erin:] Are you using squid or mackerel?

[Dad:] I'm using squid right now. [Erin:] Squid?

[Dad:] Yeah. [Erin:] Alright.

[Dad:] I like it.

So for the mackerel, I'm going to just filet it,

Oops...

[Erin:] What happened?

Huh, the spine. This is not fresh.

The meat is very soft...

and generally, the fresher the bait, the better,

but, uh, yeah, this doesn't look so good.

We'll see how it works.

Eugh...

this is why I don't buy frozen bait, guys.

[Erin:] Really stinky.

Look, it should not just be separating from the meat like that.

I'm also doing a horrible filet job,

because this is a dull knife [both laughing]

and uh, this is really soft, squishy meat,

and I'm just cutting the mackerel--

I'm cutting the mackerel to the size hook I'm using,

which is a 2/o

so I don't need it too big.

Actually...

chum!

That'll attract some fish.

[Erin:] I think it worked.

[Brendon:] Alright, so we've got some mackerel-- [Erin:] Wait, wait, wait, wait.

[Brendon:] On the squid.

[Erin:] I know that's like-- [Dad:] Nonstop, man.

[Dad:] Nonstop, buddy.

[Dad:] You know?

[Dad:] I think the squid will win.

[Brendon:] You think the squid will win? [Erin laughing]

[Brendon:] I don't know, this is pretty stinky,

I think-I think this is going to attract some kind of fish.

So my dad

my dad and Erin are going to be using the squid,

I'm sticking to the mackerel.

Let's see how many fish we can bring up with it.

I'm using

the same rig we tie

for the Senko Skipper Adventure Kit,

basically, in the kit we include everything to tie these rigs,

um, and how to read the beach, how to catch fish on the beach,

it's a nice little crash course if anybody needs help,

um, but I'm using

2/o circle hooks here

I use circle hooks because they're better for the fish.

Alright.

Let's give it a cast and see what happens.

I just flung some of the mackerel off.

[laughing] [Erin:] For real?

Yeah, like, when I use these frozen baits, a lot of times

I cast it too hard

and the whole bait comes off.

What I can do next time is wrap my bait in some kind of elastic thread

so it stays on the hook a little bit better.

This one's on the mackerel--Ohhh!!!

It was a crab!

[Erin:] What?

It was a big crab, like this big! A big spider crab!

That munched it all off.

Man. [Erin:] Well your Dad's on.

[Brendon:] I'm trying the mackerel again.

[Brendon:] Eugh! It's so gross!

... and half of it flies off when I cast it.

[Erin:] You're having a bad time, huh?

[Brendon:] I'm about to just switch to squid.

[Erin:] You have to give it a fair chance, Brendon! [Brendon:] I am! I am!

[Erin:] You said one hour.

[Brendon:] Yeah...

[Erin:] Woah!

[Brendon:] On.

That was pretty quick. [Erin:] Yeah!

Oh, this is something decent.

Ohhhho!

That's a nice-sized one!

[Erin laughing:] Wow.

That's a decent one.

[Erin:] Hold it up.

Okay.

Nice.

Crabs didn't get to it, but look at all the bait now.

Gone.

Porgy.

[Erin:] Ah!

[Brendon:] Alright, Erin. Erin is going to be using

Erin's going to be on this rod, I'm going to be on the Mojo Surf right there,

I've got mackerel, she got squid,

let's see what's up.

[Erin:] I'm going to win.

[Erin:] Oh, come on!

[Brendon laughing maniacally]

On one!

Woahohoho!

[Erin:] Woah! [Brendon:] That's a big robin!

[Erin:] That's one of the biggest ones I've ever seen.

[Brendon laughing] What the heck?

this thing looks crazy.

Look at this guy.

Woah. [Erin:] Put your foot next to it.

[Erin:] Yeah, there you go, it's pretty big.

[Brendon:] Supposedly these are a big nuissance

in this area.

[Erin:] Are you happy to catch them?

[Brendon:] I'm happy to catch them.

Aahh!

I'm getting-- [Brendon:] You're on!

[Brendon:] Are you on? [Erin:] It's small, too small.

What the...

All my bait's gone again.

[Erin:] Wow. and I have like, 4 or 5 pieces of mackerel left.

[Erin:] Really? So, yeah.

I mean, it caught some fish.

[Erin:] Yeah. But it just goes so quick.

[Erin:] I think your fish, like, were bigger, they fought hard,

it always pulled your rod a lot.

My last two pieces of mackerel,

and you're still on your first two pieces of squid!

[Erin:] Yeah. [both laughing]

We haven't changed that!

and I'm out of mackerel.

[Erin:] Has your Dad changed?

Dad, did you change your squid yet? How many

times did you change it?

[Dad:] A few times.

My Dad's changed it a few times, he said.

but, uh...

first time I casted my...

first time I accidentally casted the mackerel off,

second time, crabs ate it,

third time, caught a fish,

ate all the-- it ate all the bait before I brought it up,

and, I don't know, it's just mackerel does not stay on very long

and this is not very fresh so I don't think this is a

good representation of using fresh mackerel.

Fresh bait is always better than frozen bait,

freshly frozen bait's good too,

but the bait that I got

was-was really mushy.

It was no good.

I missed it.

I missed it!

[Erin:] What was that?

I don't know.

I mean, it works pretty much as soon as I throw it, but

I bet you there's no bait on there anymore.

[Erin:] Are you on? Oh.

[Dad:] This is a good one.

[Erin:] Woo--oh, nice.

Squid, the second I casted it.

[Erin:] Oh my goodness.

Uh, my mackerel rod, I don't think---I think it's all gone.

[Erin:] All your bait? Yeah, I'm pretty sure.

There's nothing--initially I casted it,

something ate it for a second,

uh, I didn't set the hook,

and now nothing's even touching it, so...

i'm pretty sure it's gone.

Scup.

Look at that, bait's still on here.

This is your first piece of squid.

[Erin laughing] I haven't done much fishing yet, though,

[Brendon:] This is our-- [Erin:] It's hard to focus on both.

this is our first piece of squid on here.

I'm going to put a li---instead of mackerel, since I'm out of mackerel, I'm just going to use squid, haha.

This is reliable.

More reliable.

Take the chunk

feed it through,

see that?

Trim it up.

That's one.

This one, I'm going to cut in half,

a little bit thinner.

and do the same thing.

This is why I like the chunks, because I can cut it up to

to whatever shape I want

now, this is on a much bigger hook, so,

hopefully, I'll be able to catch a bigger fish with this.

[Erin:] Oh, maybe that's why you were catching bigger fish in general on the mackerel, remember?

Oh yeah, maybe.

[Erin:] On!

[Brendon:] On? [Erin:] Yup.

Ooh!

They shake!

[Brendon:] What is it?

[Dad:] There you go, there, pick it up.

[Brendon:] Alright, girl. Whooo.

Yay.

[Erin:] What's the thumbnail--WHAA!!

[Brendon:] Oh, she got another one,

missed it on camera, but she got it,

here's video proof.

[Erin laughing] Show the camera, video proof you got it,

there you go, good job.

[Erin:] Video proof, I need pliers.

[Brendon:] Video proof, okay, guys, we just dropped the camera and she's a little upset.

It's okay.

We're both a little upset.

But

look at that!

and look at that! smile on her face!

Fishing helps you solve all your problems.

This thing is incredibly strong!

For a little porgy?

[Erin:] Right? Aren't they?

For this species of fish?

I bet you it's a little porgy.

They fight like a sheepshead!

[Erin:] Yeah, I agree.

[Erin:] They look like it too, right?-- Ooh! [Brendon:] Oh man! Look at that one!

[Dad:] Yeah, that's a keeper right there.

Wanna keep it?

Huh?

[Dad:] Man... we might as well bring some home.

Looks like a sheepshead too, kind of. [Erin:] Yeah.

Alright, we're taking this guy home.

Comment below your favorite recipe for porgy.

[Erin:] Ha ha!

[Brendon:] Woah, two!

[Erin:] Ah, ha ha!

They are heavy! They are both so big!

Brendon, they're so heavy. [Brendon:] Oh, man!

[Brendon:] Those are nice ones!

[Erin laughing] Whooo!

Alright.

[Brendon:] Alright, looks like squid wins, huh? [Erin:] I think so, in my opinion.

Wow, these are seriously heavy fish.

Dang, Erin!

That's a nice one, and two of them! I know!

This one's like, really

really quite big.

[laughing] Nice!

Alright, give'em a kiss.

Ah!

I was scared it was going to bite my lips.

Nice!

[Erin:] Yup.

Good job, Erin. [Thank you.]

[Dad:] Good job, Erin.

Time to cast out again.

[Erin:] Woah, who got a double?

[Brendon:] On the squid!

[Erin:] Oh my gosh.

[Dad:] Good times, good times.

I'm telling you guys, this squid works for a lot of different species,

I had no idea it would work so well for here.

[Erin:] Go ahead. So here's our conclusion, guys.

The mackerel worked great,

the squid worked great,

however, the mackerel

did not stay on the hook very well!

I would cast it off and it would fly off,

crabs would bite it off,

every time the fish bites the mackerel, it's really easy for it to get the bait off,

um, whereas the squid, we used one piece for a long time,

the mackerel was kind of gross, I didn't like fileting it,

this had to do with it being, uh,

frozen and not very fresh,

um, but most of the time I buy frozen fish,

this is the same story, it's really mushy, it's really gross,

um, don't like to handle it.
