Waching daily Jun 28 2018

Ayo! It's Bryan here. Today, going to be talking about the San Francisco 49ers as

always. Doing another Top 3 video. This time, covering the three games that

I think can be "easy wins" for the 49ers. Now, going to give a shout-out

to Danny Boi for giving me the suggestion. Thank you very much for doing so.

Three easy wins for the 49ers. I'm putting quote on quotes on that because in

the NFL, there's no such thing as an easy win. There's no such thing as an

impossible win as you can see last year. The 49ers beat a very tough

Jacksonville Jaguars team. I think 44-33 or something like that. Jalen Ramsey's

been getting on a feud with Jimmy Garoppolo about that whole game. So, put a

link in description below. I'll let you guys be the judge of that on what do you

guys think on what Ramsey's saying about Garoppolo in that game. There you have it.

Anyways, this is just based on from last season, their records and what they've

done this offseason. Going to be basing on that. So, if you're a fan of these teams

that I mentioned right now for the Top 3 video, please don't be salty. This

is just for fun. Yes, just for fun. So yeah. Don't be salty. Before I get the video

started, please "Like" and Subscribe as always. It helps out my channel a lot.

We're getting really close to 700 subscribers. So, thank you guys so much

and also, my goal for 1,000 subscribers before the season starts.

That would be freaking amazing. All the pleasantries are done. Let's get

into it. The Top 3 "Easy Wins" for the 49ers in 2018. Coming in in

number three, I have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, week 12 at Tampa Bay. You're

wondering, why am I putting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on this list, number three?

Well, I could put them on number one because of the fact that they love to

disappoint their fan base. They have all these high expectations. "Oh, we're going to

go 10-6, 11-5, win the NFC South, but yet, they don't do that.

Instead, they're at the bottom of the division and never make the playoffs and always

have to deal with a high round draft pick.

I don't know why to be honest with you. Is it because they suck? Is it because they

don't have talent? I don't believe so. I don't think they suck. I don't believe

they don't have talent. They do have a lot of talent. They have Jameis Winston as

the quarterback. He can be very good, but sometimes, he can be a little too

emotional and can be a little immature off the field.

[Reaction]. Wide receivers, they got DeSean Jackson and Mike Evans. Two star studded

receivers. You got OJ Howard as the tight end. Really good kind of. I mean, he

kind of showed some promise last year as a rookie. The defense looks amazing.

Gerald McCoy on the defensive line. Kwon Alexander, Lavonte David. What can you go

wrong with this team? I don't know why this team just can't win football games as a

really good collective talent. But I guess as a team, they're not really in

sync and we'll see if they can try to get in sync before this game happens,

week 12, but I don't believe so. I think a couple of factors. Teams are better than

them, especially the NFC South. The Panthers, Falcons, Saints. I think they're

all better teams than the Bucs to be honest with you and it's shown for the

past couple of years too. They just have some bad luck. I mean, that's all I can

pretty much say. Just bad luck with a talented team. So yeah. I believe

Garoppolo can.... I don't know if he's going to carve up this defense like he did against

Jacksonville last year, but I think he's going to have a pretty good day against

this tough defense. It's kind of bold thing to say, but I think it's going to

happen and I think the 49ers defense by the time it's week 12, I think

they can kind of contain Jameis Winston and that offense. We'll see what happens. I

just believe with the bad luck that they have, expectations, they're always faltering, I

believe this can be a "easy win" for the 49ers. Coming in at

number two, I have the Detroit Lions, week two at home in Levi's Stadium. You're

wondering, why am I putting the Detroit Lions so high on this list? Well, I put

them on the list just mainly because of inexperience. Not really the talent or

personnel. It's just more of the coach Matt Patricia. I don't know if I can trust

him as a head coach under Bill Belichick when he was an assistant for him for

the past couple years, although he won two Super Bowls as a defensive

coordinator in 2014 and 2016 when he beat the Seahawks and Falcons

respectively. I mean, most of the time, it's all Bill Belichick and we've seen

Belichick's history with other coaches or his assistants coaching in the NFL. Pretty

much a flop. The only successful coach I can see in the NFL right now is Bill

O'Brien of the Houston Texans. Other than that, I really can't see anything else

and it's week two. I think Detroit's still going to trying to find their way to

win or try to find the winning formula. I think we can catch them getting a

blowout win somewhat. You know, Lion fans, you can come at me if you want to,

but I just believe it's week two. I think it can be a little bit easier win for us

to get because of the fact it's really early on the season and the Lions, I

think are still going to try to find themselves as a team. Also, when you have

a defensive minded coach trying to run an offense, doesn't really work out as

much. Sometimes it works out like Mike Tomlin, but other than that, really just

the inexperience of the head coach Patricia and I think the 49ers overall

look like a better team. I think Garoppolo is better than Matthew Stafford, although

it's a very small sample size, but I believe Garoppolo has more talented than

Stafford. The roster on paper right now on this offseason, I think it looks

better than the Lions. Going to keep it like that. Also, it's

at home at Levi's Stadium. So hopefully, you guys are there supporting us Niner

Faithful against the Lions. That'd be pretty cool, but yeah. Going to put

Detroit Lions, number two. Before it get to the number one team that I think is

going to be "the easiest win" for the 49ers to get in 2018. Going to do

some honorable mentions. First, going to mention the New York Giants, week ten at

home. I don't know what to feel this team. I think with this and the team that I'm

going to mention next, the offensive line is a big problem. Eli Manning's getting up

there in age. The defense isn't as good as before. Looking like it. Pat

Shurmur's in his first year as a head coach. Maybe he can find his way to

improve this team, but so far on paper, is not looking good and I can only base

this on the offseason right now. Maybe they'll surprise me and they'll be a

very good team by the time week 10 happens, but so far. I don't know if I

believe in them. Although they do have Saquon Barkley. I'm really excited to see

what he can do for this team and see if he can protect Eli Manning and run the

ball even more. Right now this offseason, I don't really see this team improving. I

think they're going to flounder in my opinion. Also, the Seattle Seahawks.

Going to be mentioning them. Wow, they just fell from grace to pretty much from

the past couple years, they were Super Bowl contenders to now, looking like a

losing team for the first time, which man it kind of sucks to be honest with you.

Well, not for us in Niner Faithful, but for everyone in Seattle because this

was supposed to be the team of the 2010s and it's not looking like it because

they did not win two championships. They failed to repeat in Super Bowl XLIX I'm

assuming against the New England Patriots when they didn't run the ball, whatever.

All that Lily dally stuff. Very disappointing. A lot of players already left due to

free agency and trades like Richard Sherman went to the 49ers. Michael

Bennett went to the Philadelphia Eagles via trade. This is a brand new roster

somewhat. The biggest problem like the New York Giants is the offensive line. Oh

my gosh. I don't know what John Schneider and Pete Carroll are doing. Do they

really trust their line to protect Wilson? I don't really see that. I mean,

Wilson can only do so much. He's a great quarterback, but you got to have an

offensive line and I think he's going to take a big punishment this year

unfortunately. It's whatever. Can't really do anything about it. With the

offensive line being really bad and the players leaving with a lot of

inexperienced players, I believe that this can be

"an easy win" for the 49ers. Also, Sherman's going out for revenge. Coming in at

number one as the "easiest win" for the 49ers to get in 2018 is the

Arizona Cardinals. Yes, an NFC West rival. I'm going to be saying this. I don't know

why, but I just believe with the inexperience head coach of Steve Wilks

like Matt Patricia and just some bad JooJoo like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, you

get two bad equations for the price of one really because I don't know if I

believe Wilks as a head coach. He was a great defensive coordinator for the Carolina

Panthers. In fact, I think they were even better when he was a DC over Sean

McDermott, who is the head coach of the Buffalo Bills now. You know, it's his

first season. He's a defensive minded coach. So, they don't really gel in well

as head coaches as much as offensive minded coaches in my opinion. I don't know

why. You got to have a quarterback and they have a quarterback quandary with Sam

Bradford and Josh Rosen, although Bradford's very talented, very good. He's

glass man pretty much. I don't think you could rely on him that much by the time

week five happens for the 49ers. I think he might get injured if he ends up starting

early on the season. Josh Rosen, he's a rookie. So, I think he's bound to make

mistakes. I don't really believe in him yet. Maybe he'll be good later on, but as

of this season, I don't know if I believe in him has to savior for this franchise.

Fitzgerald, always a beast, but that's pretty much it. Defensively, they're

actually not that bad. Led by Patrick Peterson, Chandler Jones. They're pretty

good, but I don't know. I think Garoppolo can have a field day against this

Cardinal defense. I believe those two wins last year were

pretty much a fluke. I'm going to say that, pretty much a fluke. Adrian Peterson

decided to have a good day against the 49ers last year for whatever reason and

then starts to flounder after that. That's just a one off-er thing. I think

the 49ers this year, can sweep the Cardinals. I really believe so.

Cardinal fans, if you want to come after me, come after me. I think we have a

better chance to sweeping the Cardinals than the Seahawks to be honest with you.

I think the 49ers roster overall is better than the Cardinals team in

general. Going to keep it like that you guys. Please let me know what do you

guys think are "easy wins" for the 49ers. Do you guys agree with me?

If you guys are fans of these teams that I just mentioned, do you disagree with me?

Please, I'd like to hear what you got to have to say. If you guys like it, please

"Like" and Subscribe. Do whatever you want with this. I think I responded to most of

you guys already in the comment section below from my past videos. There you have

it. Please check out your comments and yeah. I'll see you guys another time. Bye

guys. Love y'all as always!

This Man Died For You - Pastor David Uth - First Baptist Orlando - Duration: 2:39.

So a lot of times they have to...they're the guys that have to go down in the

manhole and and deal with, you know, issues with utilities, sewers, whatever.

And they were working on a new project, a mall that they were building. And my

cousin had some guys down in the manhole and down under the street. And all of

a sudden they were overcome with gas. And you know whether it was methane or

hydrogen sulfide, it was a poisonous gas. A gas that obviously once you inhale it

it begins to have effect immediately. And so the guys recognized what was going on

and they tried to get up the ladder. The first guy made it up, but the second guy

he just blacked out and he fell back down in the hole.

So my cousin, being the owner of the company, immediately saw what happened

and he just knew he couldn't leave him there. So he starts down the hole and

he gets down, gets this guy and puts him on his shoulder. And he starts up that

ladder to the surface of the street. And right as he got to the top, he was able to

hand him to the guys on the surface. And when he did, his heart arrested. He

had a heart attack. my cousin fell back down in the hole and

he died. I didn't get to go to his funeral. I remember him as a kid a lot. He

was a big guy and we had so much fun together. But at the funeral they told me

the scene that happened. The casket was there in the chapel, and everybody's

seated, and all of a sudden the guy walks in the back door. It was the guy he saved,

the guy he carried to safety, comes in the door. And immediately when he walks

in the door he starts just wailing. He comes down to the casket, and they said

he literally draped his body over the casket and he kept saying the same thing

over and over and over: "This man died for me. This man died for me. This man died

for me. They said there wasn't a dry eye in the place.

Can I just tell you. I came today to tell you. This man, Jesus Christ, died for YOU. And we get to

choose today. What are we going to do? Are we going to follow? Or are we gonna walk away?

Rosenstein unaware of 'disqualifying' conflict of interest for Mueller - Duration: 3:31.

Rosenstein unaware of 'disqualifying' conflict of interest for Mueller

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein told lawmakers Thursday that he is unaware of any conflicts of interest that would disqualify Robert Muellerfor leading the federal investigation into Russian interference.

Rosenstein's answer came in response to questioning during a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing on the Justice Department's actions leading up to the 2016 presidential election.

Hours earlier, President Trump wrote on Twitter that Mueller should "list his conflicts of interest.".

"Does Bob Mueller have any conflicts of interest?" Rep.

 Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.

) asked Rosenstein, the Justice Department official overseeing the Russia investigation, during the hours-long hearing Thursday.

"If there were any conflicts of interest that were brought to our attention, I would discuss it with Mr Mueller and then there could be review within the department if there were a credible allegation of a conflict of interest," Rosenstein said.

"I am not aware of any disqualifying conflict of interest.".

Some have alleged that Mueller's friendship with James Comey, with whom he worked at the FBI, represents a conflict that should disqualify Mueller from the probe.

Trump tweeted Thursday morning in advance of the hearing, "When is Bob Mueller going to list his Conflicts of Interest? Why has it taken so long? Will they be listed at the top of his $22,000,000 Report.

"And what about the 13 Angry Democrats, will they list their conflicts with Crooked H? How many people will be sent to jail and … persecuted on old and/or totally unrelated charges (there was no collusion and there was no obstruction of the no collusion).

And what is going on in the FBI & DOJ with Crooked Hillary, the DNC and all of the lies? A disgraceful situation!" Trump wrote.

Thursday's oversight hearing centered on a bombshell Justice Department inspector general report that chastised Comey for his decisions regarding the Clinton email investigation while he served as director of the FBI in 2016.

The investigation also revealed FBI agents exchanging text messages negatively characterizing Trump before the election.

Republicans have seized on the messages as proof of bias against the president within the bureau.

Obama - Rufus Gifford for Congress - Duration: 0:58.

The Obama campaign made people who had traditionally been disenfranchised by politics believe in

the system once again.

I will be the first to say we realize now that it's not as simple as one president to rebuild

trust in the system.

And the Trump election is proof of that I'm afraid.

But I do believe he took an entire generation of people, and made them believe.

I still, I still, as an American, have to think back every single day, and think about

electing Barack Obama, think about what that meant, at this point

in our history, that we elected an African-American president, considering our history on race—isn't

that something to be hopeful about?

Isn't that something that speaks to the great potential of American democracy?

And I think, without a doubt, it does.

Contract Administration for Public Employees - Duration: 15:27.

[ Music ]

>>Contract administration involves the activities performed

after a contract has been awarded.

How do you ensure that a contract is successful?

The goal of this video is to provide you with a basic overview of contract administration

and to give you a few helpful ideas on how to successfully administer a contract.

If you purchase supplies and services for your school district, your municipality,

or any other public entity, then this video is meant for you,

your project managers, and your contract staff.

In fact, all public employees will benefit

from these best practice tips for administering contracts.

>>My name's Glenn Cunha.

I'm the Inspector General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Contract administration is important, because even though a jurisdiction is contracting

out the provision of a supply or service, it's not contracting

out the responsibility of providing that service.

Therefore, ensuring that vendors comply with public contracts is often one

of the most vital responsibilities of public agencies.

The effects of a contract gone wrong are felt by procurement officials, the people who depend

on the good or service to be procured, and the community at large.

Ensuring that the government is on the ball and monitoring

and executing contracts builds integrity in government, and it's absolutely essential

to building faith in our democratic institutions.

Contract administration is vital to ensuring the jurisdictions provide citizens

with goods and services that they need.

Successful contract administration can help your jurisdiction avoid preventable issues

and save time, money, and extra work.

Overall, strong contract oversight is one of the best ways to prevent fraud, waste and abuse.

>>Now let's review contract administration in more detail.

We've broken the concepts down into three phases: Prepare, Manage and Protect.

We'll begin with the first phase of the process: Prepare.

You've completed the procurement, you've signed the contract, and now you're ready to prepare

to manage the contract and ensure its success.

There are four recommended steps within the prepare phase of contract administration.

These steps do not have to be performed in sequence,

but these are measures you should consider taking.

First, conduct a kick-off meeting.

Second, clearly define your contract goals.

Third, appoint a Contract Administrator, and finally, draft a contract administration plan,

or for short, a contract plan, to successfully guide your team

through the term of the contract.

All contracts are different and may require different management procedures.

So we are providing, for your consideration,

what we believe are best practices in contract administration.

We'll begin with our first recommendation: conduct a kick-off meeting.

All staff with a role in the contract and the vendor should attend this kick-off.

Each kick-off meeting will differ depending on the complexity and importance of the contract.

So the number of people attending, the length of the meeting, the topics covered and the level

of detail needed will change for every contract.

Here are some general guidelines.

During the kick-off meeting, you might discuss things like schedules, quality requirements

and what the vendor needs to do to get paid.

My name is Natasha Bizanos.

I'm Senior Counsel with the Office of the Inspector General.

A kick-off meeting is just what its name says.

It's a way to kick things off.

The kick-off meeting sets the stage for ensuring that your jurisdiction gets what it contracted

for and sets up the expectations for the performance of the contract.

The kick-off meeting is an opportunity

to get everyone involved in a contract on the same page.

It assigns the roles and responsibilities, reviews the contract schedule,

and describes communication processes, as well as brainstorming issues

that may arise during the contract and potential solutions.

Having a kick-off meeting is the best way to start off on the right foot.

A kick-off meeting can prevent poor quality in the contracted supply or service.

It can prevent breakdowns in communications, missed schedule dates, payment issues as well,

reporting and compliance issues, missed inspections and multiple change order requests.

It can also prevent performance from falling through the cracks,

because one person thinks someone else is dealing with an issue.

A kick-off meeting not only helps avoid the possibility of contract breach and termination,

but ultimately, saves the jurisdiction money.

>>The Prepare phase is also when you define your contract goals.

For each supply or service, the procurement process and the contract, identify your goals.

For example, say you have a food service contract for a school district.

The goals of the contract are to provide student meals that they will enjoy,

that are nutritious and affordable.

You should work with the vendor to ensure you have the same understanding

of the contract goals.

You should make sure the vendor agrees with you about what makes a meal enjoyable, nutritious

and affordable for students, so that you don't end up with lunch choices students will not eat.

Another part of the Prepare phase is appointing a Contract Administrator,

which we'll look at next.

It is important to appoint the Contract Administrator early

because the Contract Administrator helps to ensure that the supply or service complies

with the contract terms and conditions.

For larger, complex procurements, the Contract Administrator should be involved

in the procurement process.

They also facilitate communication and are responsible for developing

and implementing the contract plan.

The Contract Administrator should understand the terms

of the specific contract they are administering, monitor vendor compliance,

effectively communicate with all parties, document all significant events,

contract concerns or vendor problems and try to resolve any problems

that might occur with the vendor.

The final part of the Prepare phase is drafting a contract plan.

The contract plan governs and guides the contract administration process.

The plan outlines the who, where, what, when, why and how of the contract.

In other words, it should also tell you what needs to be done by whom

to achieve the goal of the contract.

The plan should include quality requirements, performance schedules

and dispute resolution procedures.

The plan describes any key areas of concern, such as special terms and conditions,

notice requirements and the vendor payment process.

>>Okay, you've held your kickoff meeting, reviewed your contract goal,

selected the Contract Administrator, and drafted your contract plan.

Now it's time to Manage the Contract.

There are four things to remember when you manage the contract: have effective monitoring

in place, confirm inspections or other checks are completed, track deliverables, key dates,

and milestones and maintain a complete contract file.

We'll begin with what an effective contract monitoring approach entails.

The key responsibility of the jurisdiction is monitoring contract performance.

Effective monitoring ensures vendor compliance with contract terms and conditions,

mitigates risks and reduces the likelihood of problems or disputes.

Of course, not all contracts require the same level of monitoring.

For example, complex, or multi-stage projects require the continuous monitoring

of performance.

It is also important to target monitoring to the areas of highest risk

and evaluate performance before any key deliverable or milestone dates.

Remember that effective monitoring helps you achieve your contract goals.

Now let's look at the next step: confirm that inspections are being done.

It's important to confirm inspections are completed throughout the term of the contract.

Your contract plan should lay out the inspection strategy.

For example, for inspections of the supplies you receive, the inspector can use a checklist

that includes the supplies to be delivered, the quantity, quality,

schedules and whether the contract allows for substitutions.

For service inspections, the inspector can use a checklist identifying the tasks to be performed,

deliverables and performance schedules.

The checklist could also reference any specific plan of services.

For both supplies and services, the inspector should know the standards for acceptance

for deliverables from the vendor.

>>Another step of the Manage phase is keeping track of deliverables, key dates and milestones.

By tracking these dates and events, you help to make sure that your staff

and the vendor remain on the same page.

>>Maintaining a contract file is the fourth step of the Manage phase.

The contract file is a physical or electronic file with all relevant contract documents,

including the contract plan, inspection records, notes, correspondence, payment information,

and of course, the signed and executed contract.

To maintain these records, you may need to review the public records law.

>> My name is Michael Frieber, and I'm a Policy Analyst

with the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General.

It's important to have contract file for a few reasons.

The first reason is that having a centralized location with all the documents

and correspondence relating to your contract is going to be really helpful

in getting anybody new to the agreement up to speed quickly and correctly.

The second reason it's really good to have a contract file is

because it can help prevent disputes before they arise.

If there is a misunderstanding or an ambiguity regarding the contract, the solution could be

as easy as going to your contract file, finding the relevant document,

and finding language that speaks right to that issue.

The third reason it's important to have a contract file is

because at some point your jurisdiction is going to have a contract that involves a dispute,

and that dispute might go to trial or arbitration.

If it does, having a contract file that has all the documents and correspondence

from the contract is going to be really helpful, as that's going to be evidence

to show what the contract said and what happened.

The fourth reason it's important to have a contract file is

because at some point it's likely your jurisdiction is going to have to go

out to procure the supply or services again, and having a contract file will help you evaluate

that vendor's responsibility in a future procurement.

>> Now that you are on the road to successfully managing your contract,

the last thing we need to discuss is the Protect phase.

Let's review five important points to consider in protecting your jurisdiction:

transfer of risk, rejection of supplies, non-completion of service

or unsatisfactory service, breach of contract and finally, extensions and options to renew.

Transfer of risk means the shifting of risk from one party to another,

and we'll discuss it in more detail next.

>>There are different risks for supplies and services.

For example, with supplies, you want to know what happens

if the supplies are damaged before you receive them?

Who bears the risk?

Whose insurance will cover the damage?

For services, if your jurisdiction hired an electrician to perform electrical work

that caused a fire, then who is responsible for any damage and repair?

What do you need to do to mitigate or transfer this risk?

Your contract may require the vendor provide an insurance policy

or a bond before rendering any services.

During the contract administration process, you should anticipate

and be prepared to address these risks.

>>Next we'll look at rejection of supplies and non-completion or poor performance

of services together, since they both mean the terms of the contract have not been met.

Let's start with rejection of supplies.

Say you've received the supplies, but what happens when you need to reject them

for non-conformance to the contract?

Do you send the supplies back, or do you request that the vendor pick them

up at their own time and expense?

Do you need to reject the supplies within a certain time period?

The contract, along with a solid contract plan, effective communication

and a kick-off meeting will help you address any supply rejection issues

that arise during the term of the contract.

Similar issues arise for service contracts.

How will your jurisdiction communicate the non-completion of work

or poor performance to the vendor?

Who is responsible for this communication?

Your contract, the contract plan and the kick-off meeting will address how

to protect your jurisdiction in the event of non-completion

of a service contract or poor performance.

You can't protect your jurisdiction if you haven't invested

in the contract administration process.

>>If it doesn't look like you will get the vendor to perform or perform in accordance

with the contract terms, you may have a breach of contract.

A breach may occur when the vendor does not satisfy the terms of the contract.

At this point, the contract administrator should contact legal counsel for guidance.

The contract may require you to notify the vendor of the breach in writing.

Legal counsel can guide you through the process.

>>Now let's say your contract is set to expire

and your jurisdiction would like to renew the contract.

This brings us to the final component

of protecting your jurisdiction: extensions and options to renew.

Here you want to make sure the applicable procurement law

and your jurisdiction's policies allow you to extend or renew the contract.

You should only extend or renew a contract if it is the best option for your jurisdiction.

>>Now you know the basics of contract administration, but there's a lot more to learn.

The Inspector General's Office offers additional resources on the subject and is here

to help you expand on what you have learned.

✅ Love Island forced to MOVE in schedule shift for FIFA 2018 World Cup as Caroline Flack show airs a - Duration: 2:33.

Love Island's explosive dating antics have been shifted to make way for England's FIFA 2018 World Cup match.  The ITV2 dating show has captivated the nation with many viewers understandably divided about how to make the schedules work, with the footballing side's match set to overlap with a 7pm Kick Off

The Three Lions will take on Belgium and, while they have already qualified for the next round, a win is crucial to secure a key spot in the next draw

Yet with the Mallorca villa still in shock following the joint dumping of Zara McDermott and Eyal Booker, the hour-long programme's start time would mean football fans would miss a chunk of the saucy antics

Though the kind-hearted, sport-loving reality fans at ITV have proved hugely accommodating.  They have tweaked the timings so the main channel airs the football coverage while sister station ITV2 switches up Love Island to 15 minutes later, with a start time of 9

15pm.  They took to Twitter to announce the change with a witty snap of England boss Gareth Southgate holding his head in his hands and his notepad showing the new times

In a separate post, they wrote: "The #WorldCup isn't the only thing kicking off tonight.  #LoveIsland tonight 9

15pm @ITV2."  One delighted fan commented: "My evening tonight sorted," as a second put: "I love being in England right now because every headline is either about the World Cup or Love Island

"  A third then continued: "What an evening tonight will be. pub, food, #England win and then drama on #LoveIsland," as another announced: "Reminder #Loveisland airs at the later time of 9

15pm tonight so it doesn't clash with the England game."  Yet one wasn't impressed and added: "But I couldn't give af about football?"  Love Island airs at 9

15pm on Thursday, on ITV2.

BREAKING IT'S OVER FOR JEFF SESSIONS - Duration: 10:57.

BREAKING IT'S OVER FOR JEFF SESSIONS

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has a big problem on his hands.

A key Deep State leaker was just indicted for lying about his scheme to end President

Trump.

Now everyone is asking one big question about Sessions and the answer could have his career

on the ropes.

Senate Intelligence Committee Director of Security James Wolf was indicted for lying

to FBI agents about his contacts with reporters after he leaked classified information about

former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

Wolf was engaged in a romantic relationship with then Buzzfeed and current New York Times

reporter Ali Watkins, and was allegedly leaking information to her about Page.

These stories fed the false narrative that Page – and the Trump campaign – colluded

with the Russians.

While Trump supporters cheered the indictment of Wolf as a blow to the Deep State, it raised

big questions about Sessions conduct.

Sessions has so far sat on criminal referrals against two other key Deep State players.

In January, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senator Lindsey Graham

dispatched a memorandum to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher

Wray for a criminal referral for Christopher Steele, the ex-British intelligence agent

who was paid by the Democrats to put together the now controversial Russia dossier.

Grassley and Graham alleged that Steele lied to investigators, stating:

"BUT THERE IS SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE SUGGESTING THAT MR.

STEELE MATERIALLY MISLED THE FBI ABOUT A KEY ASPECT OF HIS DOSSIER EFFORTS, ONE WHICH BEARS

ON HIS CREDIBILITY."

While much of the letter is blacked out, the unclassified portions of the referral memorandum

indicate Steele was not truthful with investigators about his contacts with reporters.

This memo was sent months ago and Trump supporters are wondering why no action was taken.

They are also questioning why no charges have been filed against former Deputy FBI Director

Andrew McCabe after the Department of Justice Inspector General found he misled investigators

on multiple occasions during the probe of the FBI's conduct in the Hillary Clinton

email investigation.

McCabe allegedly lied about a series of press leaks he engineered during the investigation.

So far, the Department of Justice has not yet acted on this referral either.

Trump supporters are wondering why these high-profile Deep State operatives have not been charged.

Is Sessions dropping the ball?

Or are there other factors at work?

President Trump – and millions of his supporters – have long questioned Sessions' decision

making.

FBI officials and Democrats have been given a free pass to lie and leak.

Trump has repeatedly tweeted that the Justice Department is allowing his opponents to break

the law while ruining the lives of his allies through legal fees and charges brought about

by the Mueller witch hunt.

Critics argue there cannot be two standards of justice in America – one for President

Trump and his allies – and one for the Deep State

and the "resistance."

We

will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

this story.

Trump Ending It For All 'Non Citizens,' Panicked Illegals Deporting Themselves In Droves – America W - Duration: 12:18.

Trump Ending It For All 'Non-Citizens,' Panicked Illegals Deporting Themselves In

Droves – America Wins!

Progressive leftists consistently cite Americans as lacking compassion if they do not support

illegal immigration and open borders policies.

On the contrary, most Americans do not have an issue with immigration at all.

The issue lies in whether they have chosen jump our borders in defiance of U.S. immigration

laws or if they have chosen to go through legal channels.

Illegal aliens utilize benefits paid for with the tax dollars taken from hardworking American

citizens and intended for the use of American citizens.

Yet people who have never paid into the system are partaking of the benefits.

Leftists will argue that illegal aliens do not qualify for welfare, yet the facts do

not lie.

In a shocking new report from the Migration Policy Institute, it reveals that American

taxpayer-funded welfare is used by 10.3 million non-citizens!

More than half of all non-citizen children and teens in the United States are receiving

taxpayer-funded welfare, mostly Medicaid, while nearly half of all non-citizen adults

legally in the country are on welfare.

That is a staggering 54% of teens and children receiving some form of public welfare and

nearly half of adults.

The Census Bureau charted the growth in the use of taxpayer-funded programs for financially

poor new immigrants and found the biggest rise in the use of welfare, roughly triple

over the last 10 years.

According to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies, the use of Medicaid by

immigrants has gone up nearly as much.

According to the Migration Policy Institute –

"In a just-released study of welfare use by U.S. born Americans, naturalized citizens

and non-citizen aliens, the Migration Policy Institute found that of the 22 million non-citizens

in the country, 10.3 million are on at least one welfare program.

The report said that 54.2 percent of children and teens up to age 17 receive at least one

of four major public welfare benefits while its 46.3 percent for those aged 18-54 and

47.8 for older aliens.

By comparison, 32 percent of the U.S. born population of 270 million receive some welfare.

Of those, 45.8 percent are children and teens, 30 percent are aged 18-54 and 22.5 percent

are age 55 and older."

According to the Washington Examiner, the report is a warning that the current Trump

administration is following through with its campaign promises regarding immigration.

New rules are being considered making it significantly more difficult for illegal aliens to receive

a green card if they or one of their dependents are receiving Medicaid, cash welfare, food

stamps, and/or Social Security benefits.

MPI also revealed the Trump administration is considering changes in the standard for

when receipt of public benefits can be used as grounds for the deportation of legally

present noncitizens.

MPI states of the report significant key findings are:

Based on the experience of the 1990s immigration and welfare reforms, it is reasonable to expect

that the rule will discourage millions of immigrants from accessing health, nutrition,

and social services.

These "chilling effects" are likely to stretch beyond immigrants themselves to affect

U.S.-citizen children whose parents may disenroll them from services for fear of immigration

consequences.

These impacts are likely to weigh most heavily on states with large immigrant populations

and those with inclusive public-benefit policies, such as California and New York.

Further estimating the new draft proposed rules could and likely will significantly

reshape future legal immigration as it will give the Trump administration as well as that

of future administrations broad discretion to deny a much larger share of applications

from prospective immigrants as well as those already currently residing within U.S. borders

who are seeking a green card.

MPI estimates that the law would have a "chilling effect" on immigration and thereby cut welfare

use by aliens significantly

According to the report – "Although it is difficult to estimate precisely how many

people would alter their behavior in response to the proposed change in public-chart policy,

if immigrants' use patterns were to follow those observed during the late 1990s there

could be a decline of between 20 percent and 60 percent — and that even some members

of groups exempt from the new rule [e.g. refugees] would likely withdraw from public programs."

The Washington Examiner also reports

Steven Camarota, the center's director of research and the study's lead author, highlighted

those two Census data points in noting that it has happened despite the increase in education

levels for immigrants.

He also found that new immigrants are twice as likely to live in poverty as native-born

Americans.

According to a report entitled Better Educated, But Not Better Off from Steven Camarota, Director

of Research for the Center for Immigration Studies –

"The share of new immigrants in poverty was slightly higher in 2017 than in 2007,

and the gap with natives widened slightly.

Overall, new immigrants remained twice as likely to live in poverty as natives.

In 2007, 6 percent of new immigrants were on Medicaid; by 2017 it was 17 percent — an

11 percentage-point increase.

The share of natives on Medicaid increased from 7 percent to 13 percent — a six percentage-point

increase.

New immigrants are now more likely to use the program than natives.

The share of new immigrants living in households receiving food stamps roughly tripled from

4 percent to 13 percent from 2007 to 2017.

Among natives, food stamp use also increased, but not as much, from about 6 percent to 10

percent.

New immigrants are now more likely to live in a household on food stamps."

Ariana Grande's Newest Fragrance Set for Sky-High Sales - Duration: 7:39.

Ariana Grande's Newest Fragrance Set for Sky-High Sales

Ariana Grande is on cloud nine.

She has a new man, a new album set to debut next month, and a new fragrance named after one of her favorite things — clouds.

Grande, who turned 25 on June 26, adores clouds so much that she frequently posts images of them on her Instagram, followed by more than 122 million.

The pop star and her new fiancé, "Saturday Night Live's" Pete Davidson, sport cloud tattoos.

So, when it came time for a concept for her fourth scent from Luxe Brands, Grande merely had to look to the sky.

"I love clouds, and I love this new fragrance.

It is my favorite one yet," said Grande in a statement about her fourth fragrance in conjunction with Luxe Brands.

Cloud detours from the whimsical pom-pom attached to the previous three Grande fragrances, to a more sophisticated blue, puffy cloud-shaped stand. It isn't only expected to be Grande's favorite — industry sources estimated it will hit sales of $50 million in the first year, making it the strongest debut in the portfolio.

Combined, Grande's first scent, Ari, along with Sweet Like Candy, Moonlight, and several limited-edition entries, produce retail sales of about $150 million.

With the launch of Ari in 2015, Grande proved she could she could shake up the sluggish celebrity fragrance market.

Grande, said Joel Ronkin, chief executive officer of Luxe Brands, transcends traditional celebrity boundaries.

"She has connections with her fans that are hard to match.

She's that rare combination being aspirational and also seen as real and down to earth," said Ronkin.

Ronkin added Cloud appeals to younger shoppers hungry for scents.

"When you get the right celebrity matched with an authentic brand, you can win at retail," said Ronkin.

"She has a community talking about the brand and how much they love it.".

Cloud will roll into Ulta Beauty Sept.1, just after Grande's fourth studio album, "Sweetener," drops in mid-August.

Ulta Beauty has the U.S. exclusive.

"Since Day One, our guests have loved the Ariana Grande family of fragrances and we expect nothing less with the latest addition, Cloud," said Penny Coy, vice president of merchandising for prestige skin care and fragrance at Ulta Beauty.

Cloud will also premiere at Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada, Douglas in Europe and Boots in the U.K.

with a wider rollout to prestige doors later in the fall.Grande has every reason to have her head in the clouds.

Her latest single, "No Tears Left to Cry," made its debut at number one on iTunes in 88 countries.

She teased her new fragrance in June just after Davidson proposed with a dazzling pear-shaped engagement ring.

"Ariana developed an exclusive preview of the fragrance for her fans available online with the download of her album.

That's Ariana bringing all worlds together," said Noreen Dodge, chief marketing officer of Luxe Brands.

"She uses her social influence, combining it with her music, to give her fans something special in advance of the fragrance launching in the market and further creating buzz about the brand.

Ariana will be very active with the brand throughout the season.".

Cloud ushers in a new brand concept under the Ariana Grande portfolio, with the potential for more introductions under the Cloud pillar.

"Ariana had a vision to bring an optimistic, uplifting brand to the market.

Clouds for Ariana signify optimism and happiness which truly reflects where she is today and the spirit she wants to share with her fans," Dodge said.

The fragrance is also more sophisticated as Grande and her audience matures she added.

The prices range from $20 for a 0.33-oz.

eau de parfum purse spray to $59 for the 3.4-oz.

EDP.

"We will continue to innovate under both pillars," said Dodge.

"Ariana has so many ideas."The fragrance, which Grande had a hands-on approach in developing, includes top notes of lavender blossom, juicy pear, bergamot; a heart of crème de coconut, praline, vanilla orchid with a dry down accented with sensual musks and creamy woods.

"She's very involved in the process and fans can sense that," Ronkin added.

Ronkin said the fragrance business is changing and brands have to adapt with it.

"What you are going to see are different ways to experience a fragrance, whether it is a body mist, a hair mist (which has been a delivery system in other Grande fragrances), a scented tattoo or a personalized scent," he said promising further developments from Luxe Brands.

The innovations in the fragrance industry appear to be working with NPD showing prestige fragrance sales on the mend, increasing 8 percent to $706 million in the first quarter of 2018.

How to make the bass sounds for Stephan Bodzin - 'Singularity' - Duration: 12:32.

Hello, this is Lucas Palmeira from Imaginando and I'm here to give another tutorial on DRC.

Today I'm gonna show you how to make the bass sounds from the song 'Singularity' by Stephan Bodzin.

Since today we have 3 sounds to make, let's get right into it...

Okay, so I'm going to open the first DRC

It's on a default patch like we normally use it

I'm gonna start by raising [OSC 1] to maximum

Change the performance mode from POLY to MONO

Okay, and now

Let's go to the first envelope generator [EG 1] and raise the DECAY and SUSTAIN to maximum

And on the second envelope generator [EG 2] let's raise the DECAY to maximum

Drop the SUSTAIN (0.2)

And the RELEASE should be okay.

Now on the filter:

envelope generator 2 - modulating the cutoff should be about right,

Let's just drop it a tiny bit to (0.44)

And now let's drop the CUTOFF and RESONANCE to zero

Okay like this

And now let's give it a little bit of DELAY

Turn on SYNC and change time to 1/4

Now we give it a little bit of FEEDBACK (0.28)

And now let's raise the AMOUNT to (0.2)

Now for some reverb, let's raise the DECAY to (0.77)

Let's also drop the DAMPING to (0.2)

And now let's raise the AMOUNT to (0.3)

Now let's give it a little bit of chorus also,

ON and drop the rate to (0.06)

and the depth to about 3

Ok like this

Ok first sound is done. Let's go to the second one

Another DRC...

And now let's raise the MASTER to maximum and the first oscillator should be Okay.

and let's raise the second to (0.23)

Change the first oscillator to a sine wave

Now go to the second oscillator put it on the same octave and change it to a square

Like this now, let's go to the filter and drop the envelope generator 2, modulating the cutoff to (0.3)

Now we drop the CUTOFF to (0.174)

And the resonance to about zero

Now we go to the first envelope generator and

we raise the ATTACK just a tiny bit to (0.029)

DECAY to (0.25)

We put everything about the same

now we got the second envelope generator and

We also put [ATTACK] to (0.029). It's basically the same as the first one

Okay, and now we turn on the arpeggiator

And we raise the rate to 1/16

Like this, okay, and now we go to the last sound

which is the main lead,

Okay, first change performance mode from POLY to MONO

We go to the master and we raise the MASTER to maximum

PRE-GAIN to (0.7)

Oscillator one to maximum and oscillator 2 to (0.65)

we drop one octave on the second oscillator

We go to the SUB oscillator and change it to a sine wave and raise one octave.

And now we go to the AMP and we raise the SUB to (0.7)

Now we go to the filter,

We drop the CUTOFF to (0.158)

Leave the RESONANCE at zero, but we change the mode from L4P to L2P

Now we go to the first envelope generator and

Everything should be okay. Let's just check [EG 2] We have to raise the DECAY to (0.77)

SUSTAIN to (0.2)

let's now give it some delay:

We turn the SYNC ON, we change the time to 1/4

FEEDBACK to (0.178)

The CUTOFF raise it to (0.738)

And the AMOUNT to (0.120)

Okay

Finally for some reverb

Give it (0.12) AMOUNT

Let's give it (0.7) DECAY

and (0.7) damping

And I think this is it...

Let's now listen to the melody that I've recorded before

one thing that I noticed was that I still don't know why but I will definitely check it out is that

for some reason Ableton is turning off the automation,

when I Tried to automate the oscillator to sync.

you will have this file with all the automation so you can really dig into what I've done to try and recreate the song

I'm not going to go into it now, but what I can say is basically I've

I've automated all these parameters here and

You can check them all out

Later on and try to see what you can do for yourself. So

Let's now

Try and listen to what I've recorded before

And I put it here. I'm gonna put this closer here just wait a second

Okay, so now we will listen and I will turn on the automation so everything goes right

So

we will be listening in any second now and remember to download the Ableton file in the description.

And this is it. I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial. Don't forget to subscribe

Imaginando's YouTube channel, download the Ableton session for this tutorial, and we will see you again next week guys

Goodbye
