I know the dream of this pot smoking people is if everybody's smoking there

will be no violence in the world everybody will be peaceful loving it's

not true if part smoking people manufacture your car

do you think about smoking marijuana your thoughts on that see whatever this

marijuana and other psychedelic drugs and other things the very reason people

are going for it is they want their life experience to be little more than what

it is just going to office coming home and doing that that's idea experience

hunting isn't it yes all drugs are fun to fundamentally experience hunting now

my wana is a milder form of it but definitely slowly over a period of time

it'll make you more and more incapable of handling life situations it'll dial

the system here you give you a test that buzz where you think your meditative

you're not meditative it is just giving your feeling like that there because

marijuana as a chemical works to create a certain amount of distance between you

and your body it just creates a kind of one layer of distance which is close to

meditation in terms of experience but what meditation can do in terms of the

impact that it has on the system Mariana doesn't do another wall meditation will

enable you in a huge way Mariana slowly makes you incapable of

handling many things so initially it looks like people who are on marijuana

we're a peaceful and nice people but after some time when it goes on for a

certain period of time slowly they are the same people who can get agitated and

irritated with every little thing because it takes away the mental

capability they can't figure out one - from one to another - you can count up

to sixteen this in capability makes you

makes you very irritated and agitated over a period of time when you're not

able to hear anything properly so if you are an exclusive group by yourself where

you don't value doing anything properly you know you don't mind somehow living

it looks like it's all fine but when life doing something out of you you will

see you will be totally incapable because marijuana brings this

incapability mental in capability if somebody is smoking ways you know spaced

too much not too often it may not have that much impact on the system but if

they're smoking regularly definitely it makes you mentally incapable over a

period of time which is not necessary we have enough in capabilities isn't

somewhere because probably in these societies there's so much comes a bit of

rigidity I think the smoke pot smoking people feel that's the rebellion against

the conservative attitude of the society

say anything that you do any reactionary activity anything that you do as a

reaction to one type of injustice or one type of senselessness that is there if

you react to it you will only get into another kind of injustice and another

kind of senselessness you must act consciously right now there is a certain

kind of let's say the conservative Society they are just stuck on certain

things trying to impose certain things on people now by reacting to it you will

do something else which will be worse than that

are not any better than that so if there is something that you see is not OK in

your life or life around you you have to act consciously and see how to handle

that situation what would be the true solution for this see right now only

you're smoking it's fine suppose the whole world starts smoking I

know the dream of this part smoking people is if everybody's smoking there

will be no violence in the world everybody will be peaceful loving it's

not true if pot smoking people manufactured your car you couldn't rely

on it so suppose if everybody started smoking just imagine what will be the

condition so it's not something that works it's just that maybe I enjoy the

little feeling of it you're smoking sometime it's up to you

it's still not necessary and I'm telling you I can get into a bus you just do the

kriyas properly for a certain period of time then we will give you one a push

you come to the Bausman and I will push you in a different way

you are always drunk and fine I am always intoxicated hugely intoxicated I

am anytime I want I can go absolutely crazy but I am I balanced enough and

balanced enough to conduct any activity in the world isn't it but internally I

am absolutely drunk now this would be useful isn't it

you're drunk in your inner experience and the level of your mind you're fully

alert this would be fine even your mind gets intoxicated then all your

capability is gone if you don't value a capability it is simply because you

in a kind of imaginary paradise because if everybody around you becomes

incapable then you will know what's the trouble of living in that

place isn't it everybody is doing the things properly you enjoy kicking things

around a little bit but if everybody starts kicking it around then you will

say Oh something must be done isn't it so so what you enjoy is not marijuana

what you enjoy is a little bit of recklessness in you a little bit of

intoxication in you you can give that to you and it doesn't cost anything just

getting drunk on life in such a way that you're in deep intoxication all the time

and serve wine receive to divine okay it works better

you

04 What Is Spread - FXTM Learn Forex in 60 Seconds - Duration: 1:06.

A spread is the difference between the ask price and the bid price.

For example, if the Euro to US dollar is trading with an ask price of 1.14010

and a bid price of 1.14000, then the spread will be the ask minus the bid price.

In this case, 0.0001.

So a spread of 0.0001 is equal to one pip.

For yen-based currencies like USDJPY,

the spread is again the difference between the ask and the bid price.

So, if the Japanese yen to US dollar is trading

with an ask price of 120.420 and a bid price of 120.400,

then the spread will be 0.02.

In this case, the spread of 0.02 is equal to 2 pips.

Japan's Hayabusa 2 spacecraft is arriving at an asteroid called Ryugu - Duration: 6:05.

Japan's Hayabusa 2 spacecraft is arriving at an asteroid called Ryugu

A Japanese spacecraft is about to rendezvous with a tiny asteroid orbiting between Earth and Mars. Images snapped from just 40 kilometres away by the Hayabusa 2 spacecraft reveal an irregular-shaped, rotating object covered in boulders and craters.

The space rock is just 1km across and goes by the name of Ryugu.

"When you see Ryugu in two dimensions it's diamond shaped, but when you see the rotation it's like a spinning top," said Trevor Ireland, an asteroid expert at the Australian National University and member of the mission's science team.

"It's got a bulge at the centre, but it's quite angular.

Professor Ireland and his colleagues will get a closer look when Hayabusa 2 catches up to the asteroid today and locks into position 20km away from the asteroid, hovering alongside Ryugu as it orbits the Sun at about 30 metres per second.

The small spacecraft, which is about the size of a fridge and flanked by large solar panels, will then use its cameras and other sensors to develop a three-dimensional picture of the rotating asteroid over the next three months.

The mission Launched in 2014, this Japanese Space Exploration Agency (JAXA) mission plans to survey the small rock for the next year-and-a-half, then bring dust samples back to Earth in 2020.

On board the spacecraft are a range of visual, radar, infrared and thermal sensors that will nut out the asteroid's shape, composition and temperature.

After spending three months observing the surface and looking for potential landing sites, the team plans to start a series of landing experiments possibly as early as September.

The spacecraft will go down to the asteroid, touching down for second and collecting dust from the surface by shooting pellets at it.

"There's also the small carry-on impactor, where they're going to use an explosive charge to clean off the surface of the asteroid and a get a fresh sample," Professor Ireland said.

The impactor will blast a 2-metre crater so the spacecraft can collect dust from beneath the asteroid's surface.     The spacecraft will also drop two rovers off on the asteroid's surface.

One is called Minerva, a cockroach-style rover with cameras and thermometer; it will survey the surface. The other, MASCOT, will enable the team to examine microscopic grains.

"We'll get a brief glimpse of what we're potentially going to bring back to Earth," Professor Ireland said.

Why send a mission to an asteroid? "The whole point of going to an asteroid is that you can actually see the history of that asteroid by landing on it and taking samples and bringing them back," Professor Ireland said.

Those samples can tell us about the evolution of the solar system.

"Being able to bring samples back really gives us an understanding into how these asteroids evolved, how they bring material down to Earth, and how that interaction may have effected Earth over the past 4.5 billion years," he said.

It's not the first time a space mission has made a round trip to an asteroid. In 2003, the Japanese Space Agency launched a mission to get samples from an asteroid called Itokawa.

Despite some malfunctions on the spacecraft, it returned with a small sample of dust blown off the asteroid's surface. The samples indicated that Itokawa was only 8 million years old.

"This thing has only been around for a blink of the eye in terms of the history of the solar system," Professor Ireland said. First impressions from the new mission indicated Ryugu may be quite a lot older than Itokawa, he added.

What's so special about this asteroid? While Itokawa was a stony asteroid, Ryugu is a C-type asteroid, which are believed to contain organic material and water.

"So they're very important in terms of what they may have brought to Earth in the past," Professor Ireland explained.

Although this is the most common type of asteroid — about 75 per cent of asteroids are C-type — meteorites from these asteroids rarely make it to Earth.

"It may be just that they burn up in upper atmosphere and they don't like getting to Earth very easily.

They explode in the upper atmosphere and they weather very quickly as well."       A NASA mission called OSIRIS-Rex will rendezvous with another slightly different C-type asteroid later this year, called 101955 Bennu.

"It will be a very complementary mission in terms of what we're going to get," Professor Ireland said.

I was extremely concerned about so I went to the dermatologist today and

what'd they say they said that everything looked good on my face in my

body and everything except for this spot right here so it is precancerous and so

they had to freeze it and I was so scared out of my mind I was shaking I

was nervous my palms were sweaty you weren't they that stuff feels like it's

gonna be okay and she started crying I'm like stop it

but what they did was they just put a paper towel or a towel down here and

then they took nitro the nitro like we have at ice cream shop nitrogen nitro

and they froze it and it stings like a bee sting for like maybe five seconds

and then it stops stinging and then I just noticed on my way here because

we're driving to the store that it's been stinging a lot more so this is what

it looks like sorry if you don't like to look but that's what it looks like it

just looks like a big ol welt on my face so I'm gonna wear it like I'm gonna have

it like this for a few days and then she said it should crust up and then all

was like yeah yeah it's this birthday I'm so excited

sfe is like me hold me hold cuz that's you know she wasn't she wasn't talking

very much I think she was probably maybe one

and she'd me hold me hold so Alison's like alright you can hold him for just a

minute so she was holding them and loving on

him and stuff and just kissing him and just being so sweet to him and then

Alison's like here give it back to me it's time to put him in its cage and

Sofia goes no and snatched him and grabbed him and squeezed him so tight

and killed him it was so it was horrible it was not funny at all it was so

horrible it was so sad Alison brought me the hamster put it in my lap in my hand

it was like mom I don't know what she did but she squeezed him and he's he's

just not moving and I'm like my god and he was like twitching a

little bit which I know was so sad he was twitching a little bit and then

he ended up taking his last breath and passed away so she Allison was

devastated devastated but we will never forget that little story

The story is:

One day, when I use this MacBook Pro,

Vaguely

I see a lot of broken lines under this screen.

And more and more.

Thick and thicker.

When I saw this,

I was shocked.

Then I checked the price online.

If I want to change a new one,

with installation,

It will cost RM2400, that is USD600.

At that time I thought:

Where am I going to find this money?

However, there are still need to be repaired.

So, I will bring this MacBook Pro,

go to Apple's Service Centre for repairs.

Later, the customer service told me this:

Ok. You don't have to pay any cent.

Your MacBook is still under warranty.

At that time, I was so happy. . . .

So, if at that time,

My MacBook Pro is not under warranty

and also without buying AppleCare,

Then I will spend a very high maintenance fee.

So, my advice to you who is watching this video is:

AppleCare is actually very important.

About AppleCare,

There are three things to note here.

First, the type of AppleCare + deadline.

There are two types of AppleCare.

One is AppleCare.

The other is AppleCare+.

AppleCare+ mainly for:

iPod, iPad, and iPhone.

But for

MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air,

iMac, Mac Pro,

are use AppleCare.

AppleCare has a 3-year warranty.

AppleCare+ only has a 2-year warranty.

The second thing to note is:

Where can we buy AppleCare?

You can buy it from Apple official website.

Or when buying this Apple product,

Where can distributors buy AppleCare.

When (before) need to buy AppleCare?

There are also 2 types.

AppleCare+:

You must purchase it within 60 days of purchasing the Apple product.

While for AppleCare, you must

buy AppleCare within 1 year of buying Apple products.

Another thing that needs to be added is that

This message was obtained by a Apple distributor.

He said AppleCare can only be purchased once.

And it cannot be extended.

What Is Loneliness Doing to Your Brain? - Duration: 3:54.

Today we're talking about loneliness; not to be confused with introversion,

or social anxiety, while those subjects are worthy topics.

Loneliness actually has been defined in many ways:

"a state of solitude or being alone," "inability to find meaning in one's life...."

Okay, this is already a downer, so look at a picture of a panda.

Aw, it's cute! Now I want a panda.

I'm gonna overnight one to my crib. I'm gonna do that.

Of course, we're not the only generation to experience loneliness,

even though listening to The Weeknd really does make it feel like that.

Health insurance provider Cigna recently published a study citing that 18-22 year olds

have the highest "loneliness score," followed by millennials,

then Generation X... so yeah, young people, we just killin' it right now.

Generation Z cited that they feel people are around them but they aren't really with them,

feel shy, and they feel like people don't know them very well.

The old man in me really wants to say, "these kids right now are out here spending too much

time on the Twitters and the Fortnites!", but that's not exactly what Cigna found.

Cigna cited lack of an IRL social life as part of the problem,

saying that "levels of in-person interactions,

physical and mental wellness, and life balance"

are better predictors of loneliness than social media alone.

So, if your IG game is on point but you like to hang out with your friends, you should be good...

but if social media IS hanging out with your friends, go outside! Humans are social mammals

and need social interaction to survive; that's part of why solitary confinement in prisons

is so torturous. Why do that to ourselves on the outside?

"Y'all best go out to the quarry for some stickball and a swim!"

You know, I'm not doing this voice again.

One study breaks down three types of loneliness.

Situational loneliness is when unpleasant events or circumstances cause us to retract from society.

Developmental loneliness can hinder our capacity to balance individualism and intimacy.

(Psychological disorders like depression or schizophrenia could cause developmental loneliness).

And finally, internal loneliness,

when a self-perception of worthlessness intensifies the feeling of being alone.

This got dark again, bring in another panda pic.

Lifestyle influences our neurophysiology,

so lonely people perceive the world very differently.

For instance, people suffering from loneliness

tend to see benign events as more threatening, living in self-defense mode…

even in their sleep. Some research suggests that lonelier people have more restless sleep patterns,

which could impact cognitive development.

Research suggests that there are neural correlates for loneliness.

A 2009 study revealed that lonelier people showed less activation in brain centers

associated with reward when viewing pictures of people in pleasant situations,

and less activation in parts of the brain linked to empathy

when viewing images of people in unpleasant situations.

Other researchers also discovered that neurons in the dorsal raphe nuclei are sensitive to social isolation.

Those neurons in question, taken together with the ones from the ventral striatum,

deal with the reward neurotransmitter dopamine.

So, it's possible that low social interactions

= less dopamine = less feeling good. Of course, the latter study was run with mice,

so more research is always needed.

On top of that, a meta-analysis from 1980 to 2015 found that

loneliness and its accompanying depression was as bad as smoking 15 cigarettes a day,

and is a risk factor for mortality. This is so dark; bring in the pandas!

Please, don't leave, don't leave! I'm not gonna leave you on a downer.

Loneliness is a social epidemic, yes, but there are remedies.

Don't replace friendships and happiness

with likes and text messages. Go out and meet people!

Humans need social interaction in real life – it's developmentally necessary.

Easier said than done, but remember, you're not alone in feeling alone.

And if you'll excuse me, I have a panda waiting for me at home.

I did order one, and I can't wait to play with it.

Yo, thanks so much for watching. If you're like, "ooh, I need a little bit more loneliness content!"

watch this video about what solitary confinement does to your brain.

And if you're like, "that's a little bit too dark for me," watch this video about pandas watching...

watching porn? Watch this video about pandas watching porn.

Thanks for watching my video, and also, subscribe to Seeker for more videos!

Pandas watching porn? I'm definitely gonna hafta watch that.

I gotta find out what's going on with pandas.
