How To Prepare For Firefly Music Festival || Do It Right: Firefly - Duration: 3:10.

- I'm Wil Fulton,

and this is "Do It Right": Firefly Edition.

Whether you're a dewy-eyed newbie,

or a grisly old festival veteran

with an armful of old wristbands,

sometimes you do need a little help from your friends.

We're here to make sure you're fully prepared

for this year's festivities,

and don't end the weekend caked in mud...

Unless, of course, that's what you want.

If you know anything about festival season,

you know that Firefly,

held annually at The Woodlands in Dover, Delaware,

has established itself as one of the most

interesting and popular festivals on the East Coast,

maybe even the entire world.

You definitely want to bring a bag with you to Firefly,

especially if you aren't staying on the campgrounds.

Unfortunately, you can't bring any bags

bigger than a standard backpack,

about 12 by 12 inches.

Buzzkill, we know.

This venue's basically in the middle of the woods,

which means thousands and thousands

of blood-sucking insects.

Bring wet bug spray wipes.

Needless to say, there aren't a ton of outlets

available to you at this outdoor concert venue.

So, take matters into your own hands

and bring a portable charger.

This way, you'll never lose your friends,

and also you can stalk your ex on Facebook if you want to.

Hydration is obviously a necessity.

And aside from copious amounts of water,

you should be bringing some hangover cures, too.

Because of Firefly's remote location,

traveling by car is probably the ideal option.

Unless you have your own private chopper.

(helicopter rotor whirls)

Around the venue, there's plenty of parking --

if you're willing to spend a little bit, of course.

If you want to avoid all the parking fees and traffic,

the bus might be your new best friend.

There are DART bus shuttles from Wilmington to Firefly

that take about two-and- a-half hours one way,

all for a measly $4.50.

Just remember to bring cash, as they do not accept cards

or personal favors.

If you want to soak in

every moment of festival fun at Firefly,

you can just pitch a tent and never leave The Woodlands.

If you need a break from the festival,

there are plenty of hotels in the surrounding area.

Now that we've covered the logistics,

let's get to the fun stuff,

'cause that's why we're here, right?

Obviously you're gonna wanna see the bigger acts

like Kendrick or Portugal. The Man,

a wild psychedelic/tropical band

known for their high- energy live performances.

Deep inside The Woodlands,

you'll find one of the best dance parties of your life

called The Thicket.

They'll provide a pair of heavy-duty headphones

and a lineup of world class DJs for you to rock along with.

All you have to do is dance.

At the end of the day,

remember to be safe, stay cool,

and above all else, have fun.

Festival season is about peace, love,

and plenty of hangover remedies.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp plots to hijack Chelsea's move for £35m Brazilian ace ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:13.

Liverpool is keen on a move for Porto defender Alex Telles, reports say.

The Porto left-back is thought to have a £35million release clause in the contract and has attracted

the attention of several big clubs this summer.

Telles won the Primeira Liga with Porto last season and provided an amazing 14 assists

from defence during the title winning campaign.

The 25-year-old added another six assists in appearances in other competitions and managed

four goals as well in 45 appearances.

Le Parisien claim Jurgen Klopp wants to sign the defender, who is also being monitored

by Chelsea.

The Blues have been watching Telles since January and were considering triggering the

Brazilian's release clause.

Paris Saint-Germain are also thought to be interested in Telles, and after Liverpool

joined the race a bidding war could erupt for the full-back.

Klopp wants to bring in some genuine competition for Andrew Robertson, with the expectation

that Alberto Moreno will be sold this summer.

Moreno lost his spot to Robertson when he was forced to sit out December and January

due to injury.

Robertson is now firmly Liverpool's No.1 left-back and Klopp is eager to bring in a

defender that can challenge the Scotland international.

Chelsea are pushing forward with transfer plans despite the uncertainty surrounding

Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.

Conte is expected to be sacked at some point this summer, but Chelsea are stalling as they

search for a new head coach.

There is also the issue of Conte's compensation package, which will be around £9m should

the Italian be fired.

How to care for your EB. - Duration: 1:42.

To wash your Everyday Bustier,

we recommend hand-washing.

You can fill up the sink with cold water,

add some gentle detergent, and agitate with your fingertips.

You can just give it a dip, or you can use your fingers

to massage out the armpits or underarm areas

or any spots that you might have.

And then just lift it out of the water, let the water drain.

And you can either rinse it under the faucet

or you can fill up the sink with cold water

if you need a little more to get all your detergent out.

Don't wring your EB.

Just gently shake it out or towel blot to dry.

If you prefer machine-washing,

be sure and use your delicates wash bag

that comes with your Everyday Bustier.

That's gonna protect the rose gold hardware

and keep things from snagging.

Just nest your cups together with a single twist in the back band,

zip it up, and it's ready to go in the load.

Add your gentle detergent to the washing machine

and then set the machine to the delicate cycle.

It can go in alone or with other delicates,

as long as lights are with lights and darks are with darks.

Whether you're washing your EB by hand or in the machine,

the procedure for drying is the same.

You're gonna set it upright, close the clasp;

and just like you would shape a sweater,

use your finger and thumb to gently smooth the cups as needed.

Don't wring out the EB.

You're just setting it upright to dry,

keeping it out of direct sunlight.

To store your Everyday Bustier,

with a single twist in the back band,

nest the cups and stack them upright side by side.

If you don't have enough room in your drawer,

simply nest the cups and don't put anything heavy on top.

Late Night Hosts Offer Gifts & Takedowns for Trump's Birthday | THR News - Duration: 2:28.

Thursday was President Donald Trump's 72nd birthday and late-night hosts

joined in the celebration...in their own special way.

On CBS's 'The Late Show,' host Stephen Colbert bought a very

special present for the president.

After wishing Trump "a birthday," not a happy one, just "a birthday,"

Colbert delivered this peace offering:

"Now although I criticize President Trump, everybody knows that,

I did give him a gift."

"Sir, I hope you enjoy these cufflinks. Just let me know

if you have trouble getting them on."

Great minds think alike.

On Comedy Central's 'The Daily Show,' Trevor Noah also suggested

that Trump get some time in custody

for his birthday in a "Between the Scenes" segment.

"What do you get the man who has everything?

A pair of handcuffs? Hancuffs, yes?"

Noah then noted that the birthday had its ups and downs for the president.

The New York attorney general served Trump with a lawsuit on Thursday,

"which is Trump's favorite kind of suit," Noah joked.

The host also said Trump received a "present" with the Justice

Department's inspector general report on the FBI's handling of

the 2016 presidential campaign.

The report found that former FBI head James Comey had

used a private email server for some bureau work,

the same practice that Comey had faulted presidential candidate

Hillary Clinton for, and that one FBI agent had texted someone saying,

"We'll stop Trump from winning the election."

"I don't care what anyone says, it looks bad," Noah said.

"Can you imagine if you found out the FBI during Obama's term,

like someone, like FBI agents were texting, and one of them was like,

'What if he wins, and it's like, don't worry, he'll be born in Kenya.'"

Over on TBS, Conan O'Brien didn't neglect

to mention Trump's day of birth, either.

The host joked, "Trump spent a quiet evening with loved ones,

then Melania stopped by."

He added that on Thursday, "Trump had some cake, ate some ice cream

and played some golf...and then he remembered it was his birthday."

On ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!,' the host

imagined the cake Trump got for his birthday.

"They gave him a Carvel ice cream cake.

He grabbed it right by the Cookie Puss," he joked.

Referencing the recent Supreme Court case involving a Colorado

baker refusing to make a cake for a same-sex couple on the basis of

religious objection, Kimmel added,

"The vice president is the one who actually gets the cake for birthdays.

He is in charge of making sure that all cakes that come into the White House

were baked by heterosexuals."

Suntan lotion can cost as little as 3euros a bottle through to 30euros or more.

Do you get what you pay for?

Sunscreens are regulated by the FDA as drugs.

This means they must get premarket approval by the FDA and show both efficacy and safety.

And that means SPF30 is SPF30, regardless of price or brand.

While you want to find a sunscreen that's SPF30 to 50, broad spectrum, and with water

resistance, it doesn't matter which brand you choose.

There is no correlation between the cost of a sunscreen and its effectiveness.

According to research, that tested all different types, cheaper brands are just as effective

as more expensive ones, if used properly.

All only live up to their protective promises if applied correctly.

You need to use a lot to get the SPF protection indicated on the bottle.

Manufacturers use 2mg for every square centimeter of skin when testing the SPF.

This means the average adult should use roughly one-sixth of a 200ml bottle to cover the body.

Using half the recommended amount gives just a third the level of protection.

Surveys found that most adults typically use only a quarter to a half of what they should.

So what causes the wide range of prices?

Generally increasing sun protection from SPF30 to 50 costs very little.

Some of the added cost comes from extra features such as water resistance.

Some comes from manufacturer inefficiency; some makers are just better than others.

Because all sunscreens provide the same protection, manufacturers have to find other ways to slice

up the market.

The higher-cost brands are focused on elegance.

A product that is claiming four-hour water resistance means it has to have some kind

of film; it might be oily, it might be sticky.

Another product that's got more expensive, non-active ingredients may be more sophisticated.

It may contain more expensive fragrances and/or preservatives.

Elegance is becoming a key trend for sunblock consumers.

But that may not be for the best.

Consumers are demanding a product that feels extremely light on the skin.

That needs more expensive ingredients, which is why some brands cost a bit more.

Aerosol sunscreens are the industry response to consumer demands for sunscreen that feels

lighter and less oily.

While the sunscreen is exactly as effective, spraying it on is far less effective than

lathering.

If you think about it, you're paying for a lot of gas that doesn't hit your skin.

They automatically feel lighter, softer, more elegant – because people aren't putting

enough on.

We should also be concerned about the effectiveness of aerosols.

The problem with aerosols is making sure you spread it correctly.

Spraying a pressurized container, a liquid coming out in a cone of droplets, it's unlikely

the whole amount you're spraying from the can will make it to their skin.

Imagine the conditions on the beach; there might be wind, you might be spraying it the

wrong way.

My advice for consumers?

Buy sunscreen that matches your needs.

If you want a cheap sunscreen, that's fine, it all works the same.

Browse store shelves and find the sunscreen that fits your needs with the lowest price

per ml.

If you decide to pay more for extra features such as water resistance, a more elegant way

of application, or nice fragrances, that's fine too.

ADRIFT Sam Claflin & Shailene Woodley YT Josh talk about research for the movie. - Duration: 4:28.

I just talked to Tammy and I think it's so cool when you are working on a film

that's based on a true story. It's so cool to have that real person to

use as a resource. How much did you talk to her before production? Um,

I began speaking with her a few months before we commenced production. We would

Skype and email and text and she was very open and available for any questions

that we had, but more, I mean her alongside her book. Her book was really

our main resource and sort of Bible if you will what we wanted to base this

movie off of and she helped elaborate on sequences or events that took place in

the book so that we understood it a little bit better, and then she came to

Fiji about halfway through filming, about halfway? It was about halfway through yeah, just about halfway.

For two weeks and we got to meet her in person and that was pretty

spectacular, you know you just um. It changes your perspective on life I think and it

changed my perspective on the story. Like I think even though you know it's based

on a true story you know you see, see that tag line on the end of films a lot

and even though you read that and you kind of go wow, that's that there's

something about meeting that person for real that makes you go wow it really is

a real story. Right, and for the most part the film is pretty accurate to her story. I

mean there's not really any more dramatic you can get than actually

having to survive stranded at sea for 41 days. I mean unless we do a TV series

where there's 41 episodes and you know a day for an episode. No, I mean truthfully

like we had to stay true to the book. I think that was our goal to make her

proud and to do her story justice and of course she was sort of a part of it from

the beginning and very made it a very collaborative experience, and we're sort

of open to any sort of potential changes that we needed to make, um just to kind of

make the story work a little, a little yeah, a little more.

Filming on and in water is never easy whether it's in a tank or actually out

in the ocean, and there's this scene where you are carrying Sam back to the

boat swimming. How real, how hard was that scene? That was actually really hard. Only

because the current was really strong that day and the swells were quite big

and he, you know, in that scene had to pretty much be mostly lifeless and he

uh, he tells a funny story where I'm dragging him and I'm trying to stay afloat so

that I have oxygen because so often I was going underwater, between both of our

weight and the current, that I didn't realize that I had been for like a

minute and a half while we were rolling dragging him under the water. So I was holding my breath here, oh yeah, I think, I had to come up for breath. I

was I'm so sorry, sorry guys. But, no I mean, truthfully, I am a heavy guy even though the gravity of the water

kind of allowed that to be a bit easier as she, we were fighting against the current

and it was, it was tough, it was really tough here, a little bit. You carried my body

weight a lot. Well, and not just Sam, speaking of having to take on a guy with heavy

weight on top of you, I heard from Baltazar that when you, that when you, let me finish my sentence so it doesn't sound inappropriate. So when you guys jumped off the cliff

Baltazar told me that he landed on you. Oh yeah. By accident. Yeah I forgot about

that. I remember specifically telling him to, I mean kind of make, have this running

joke with Balt, was that he'll jump, he'll do anything, he's all down for the adventure,

but um, sometimes he isn't as graceful as he may think he is, and as we're jumping

I was like please jump this direction. Just jump, jump straight. So that I, and I will

jump this direction. He's like yeah got it, got it, got it. You're like no no no no no.

Jump this direction. He's like yeah got it, got it. And still he ended up not. I'm so glad that

you're fine today.

Egg-Sitter Cushion for Tailbone Pain: Honeycomb Gel Cushion - Duration: 3:53.

this video is about the egg-sitter cushion for people who have tailbone

pain or coccyx pain. I'm Dr. Patrick Foye. I'm an MD or medical doctor and I'm the

director of the coccyx pain Center or tailbone pain center here in the United

States. I'm online at www.TailboneDoctor.com and patients travel in to see me

from around the country and occasionally internationally coming here

to the coccyx pain center. and I get to see lots of different cushions that they

bring in with them... different tailbone cushions to relieve the pain that they

have at the tailbone or coccyx while they are sitting. and sometimes if I see

someone with the cushion that I haven't made a video about I'll borrow it for a

couple of minutes, as I'm doing now, just to sort of show you what the cushion is

so for people that are sort of searching for that perfect cushion or if you've

tried some that haven't worked so well and you're looking for other options you

can see what some of those may be this one happens to be called the egg-sitter

cushion I'll hold it up here and see if the camera hopefully will show you know

it says egg-sitter like sitting on an egg. and really what you can see this is

a gel material you know and you can see that it's sort of a honeycomb appearance:

you can kind of you know see right see right through it. and basically what that

allows is that it's very flexible so that when you're sitting on it it

distributes the pressure in terms of relieving some of the pressure

hopefully in the area where you're having most of the pain. the back area

here is a little bit is a little bit thinner and that's helpful because when

you're sitting you position the coccyx over that back area and then the other

areas are supported and you know the coccyx is not putting very much weight

onto the cushion and a little bit that it is you know it's a gel material so

it's a cushioned material and the holes in between take some of the pressure off

in that area. so this particular patient who both who let me borrow this or

loaned this to me for a few minutes here has tried four or five

different cushions. for her she found this one to be

extremely helpful and again that's the egg-sitter cushion with this honeycomb

type of appearance here that's a little different than sort of the most common

forms of tailbone cushions which are more like this one with the

with a wedge or cutout here in the back where my where my hand is now so that

with those you sort of sit like this with your tailbone

positioned over the hole so that it's not putting so much pressure on to the

tailbone when you sit that you're putting your your body weight onto the

other sit bones here and here but not so much at the midline you know at the

coccyx here so again yeah just you know options that

are available if you're having tailbone pain and if the standard cushions have

not been so helpful for you and you're looking for for other options that one

again is the egg-sitter cushion typically of course it's going to be

zipped up inside of the inside of the cloth black casing
