that by God's grace and that includes different habits like drugs the capacity
to consume scintillating the brain cells becomes a problem secondly food and food
is so powerful the Bible says that their God was their bellies in other words we
we most people I know I did this one for years so now I gotta find it myself
you'll be eating breakfast and thinking about what you eat for lunch is anybody
here with me you feel me and then body to lunch you think of what I eat for
dinner so the whole life is preoccupied with the belly and we don't even think
about it happens all the time because we have become victims of our gastric
juices slaves to our intestines fasting breaks that have it matter of fact some
of you are gonna feel so free after this fast you're gonna be afraid to eat again
the longer I fast unless I want to eat and I'm talking about even breaking the
fast becomes a challenge because the decision to break it it's almost like
you are committing a curse or sins because you're finally free from the
slavery of your stomach this will happen to you and it's fast you'll be free from
also fasting quiets the heart to hear from God when you fast
there's no disturbance from your body and the longer you fast the quieter your
body becomes now I must tell you now the body is your enemy
Paul says who will deliver me from the body of this death this body will fight
spiritual activity until it is defeated and the only way to defeat the body is
to willfully overcome it by spiritual authority once your body is defeated it
becomes quiet
finally you will be in charge of your life again remember you are not body you
are spirit you live in a body right now most of us are not in control of our
lives because our body is in charge and fasting puts things back in perspective
push through it back and finally fasting brings godly intimacy when you fast the
closer you get to God you'll find unless your body is impressed your spirit
becomes excited fasting draws you to guard attracts you
to God and it actually makes you love God's presence some of you are having
difficulty in your life and you don't know why it's because your body is

disciplined spiritually number two you increase your spiritual capacity we

more mentally alert than when I was on a fast ever when I'm on the fast
I think quickly I solve problems amazingly fast I am able to constantly
think so clear that anything happens I know exactly what it is I can discern it
I can define I can analyze in other words most of us have memory fun because
we don't fast your memory can return to perfection than you fast enough and a
long fast your whole body lines up and your mentality is totally just restored
by the fast and it destroys all other distractions mental clarity secondly a

ugly things and evil things fasting cleans our lust and pornography

the things of God but the body see some things of the flesh and so when you beat
the body under then your spirit takes over your love when your desire for the
word again will increase some of you really don't have a desire to read the
Bible I know it I know what I've not talked to him all the time and the
reason is because your spirit is not in control you pick the Bible up in the
night try to read it in the morning it's on your chest why you're spreading and
in control you know that chipton you a mean story turn up that macaroni and
cheese you ate just took over your life you know and in between verse two you
forgot what happened anybody I've been there in the morning you say I slept
with the word you're exactly right it didn't sleep in you you slept on it

you you're gonna want to get before God and pray yeah you're gonna find the
Bible to become more of a passion rather than a toleration because your spiritual
hunger is going to increase natural benefit the more you fast
the pure body becomes your health returns that's why it says my Isaiah 58
it says yes your help this return speedily when you're on a fast most of
your diseases are because of the poisons in your body a came from the things
you've been eating all along and you're fast clean all that stuff out and sort
of the disease goes with the fats comes up
I got so many testimonies about how I was hearing from things permanently I've
never had them since I fasted cuz the Lord will heal your body while you're
fast naturally healing naturally heal next loss of weight it was a man I
finally got to what you really looking for right yeah your body would be healed
because you will get back to the weight that's normal for your body as well you
know based on your height you supposed to be a certain weight you had talked to

you get to use them clothes again that you couldn't get in see and God blesses
you by giving you a clothes back that was always in the closet

telling you it takes out all the toxic waste or the garbage you've been getting
with those canned foods and those soda pops and those chocolate bars and all
the junk that's clogged up in your arteries in your and your veins and all
the things that your kidneys been trying to get rid of and all the stuff your
liver being suffering from your fasting cleans that out fasting protects you
from cancer because cancer is caused by free radicals which is the increase of
the cells are trying to fight the poisons in your body then you fast you
prevent and avoid the possibility of developing terminal diseases
say God is smart he's as fast it's one way to tell you state you stay healthy
amen fasting also gives spiritual freedom
you're finally free to be in charge of your life
next fasting gives you physical freedom you finally free from the bondage of
food and the desire to eat all the time fasting also gives a spirit of giving I

a fasting habit that was so heavy in college that my my grades are always up
Dean's List every semester

things you remember them when you read things you retain them fasting makes you
able to retain information today neighbor thank God I'm fasting

pick up spirits like crazy when you are on offense and the longer you fast
the more you are sensitive to demon powers and angels but I want to fast I
