child their baby their teenage child or even young adult prepared for an

operation medically speaking there's really not that much we do or we need to

do we obviously would not operate on someone that has had other health issue

that are currently affecting them even just a simple respiratory infection

simple cold we want the child the patient to be in the best shape possible

for an operation otherwise there's not that much we can do

medically speaking the other issue is obviously the psychological aspect and I

think it's a really important one for the older patients we have a Child Life

team at Mount Sinai that really helps these patients deal with the operation

their recovery the hospital stay and how this whole process will affect them they

can meet with the family and the child before the operation they can take them

through the whole process explain it to them

in in their terms much much better than we can and I think in for those older

patients that's a really important aspect of helping them deal with with

the whole operation and recovery but again medically speaking there is not

that much we usually have to do to get patients ready for for surgery my name

and how to realize the equity value over the ownership cycle. In the third stage,

which is usually a mid term ownership, what we do is work with value creation

in the last bit of the ownership in order to maximize the equity value

before an exit. And then of course there's the last stage which is

preparing for an exit or an exit phase. There we help with a vendor due

diligence. We don't do the actual vendor due diligence, but what we often do is a pricing

the industry. We would always bring in industry experts. So our normal return on

sales, which means extra revenue on top and that goes

straight through to margin and it's about three to five percent. But if we're talking about

SIMS (Software Internet Media) that's usually ten to twenty percent which of

course is a significant upside. I recently finished a large assignment for

a portfolio company with a private equity company and we generated a 36%

increase in EBITDA margins in six months. Which of course can be

translated into a significant equity value.

With a killer soundtrack, messages of sex positivity, and lots of humor, Sex Education handles teenage issues like abortion and homophobia with lots of heart, while balancing its heavier moments with lighter bits that focus on young love, orgasms, and everything in between.

The show dives deep into the pulsating hormones ruling the characters' worlds, investigating sexual issues that are very real to the teenage human experience.

Series creator Laurie Nunn said in a statement that "the reception to series one has been so exciting.

Seeing how people across the world have connected to characters that began as ideas in my head is incredible.

I'm hugely grateful to every person that has taken the time to watch the series, and I can't wait to continue this amazing journey.".

"Laurie Nunn has captured the awkward teenage experience with a lot of heart and humor in Sex Education," said Netflix vice president of original content Cindy Holland.

"Along with the Eleven team and executive producer and director Ben Taylor, she's created a universally relatable series that has resonated with our members around the world.".

Production on Season 2 is scheduled to begin this spring.

The show was created and written by Nunn and executive-produced by Eleven Film's Jamie Campbell and Ben Taylor, and co-executive produced by Sian Robins-Grace.

Taylor also served as a director on season one along with Kate Herron.

"Series one is very much Otis' journey," Nunn told Thrillist shortly after the show's launch.

"If we're lucky enough to get a series two we will always come back to Otis.

He's a fantastic leading character but the fact that we've got this great ensemble and these amazing young actors who have also just brought so much to those characters.

It just feels like they could go anywhere.".

Since its debut, the eight-episode first season has been certified 91% Fresh, with critics praising it for its woke comedic raunch, refreshing diversity, and ability to subvert teen sex-romp tropes.

Season 1 of Sex Education is streaming now on Netflix.

How To: Prepare Your Diesel For Winter - Duration: 3:00.

Hey everybody. Jeremy here from O'Reilly Auto Parts to

show you how to prepare your diesel for winter. A few simple tips and tricks can

make a big difference in the dependability of your diesel as cold

weather sets in. Start by having your battery or batteries and alternator

tested. The heat of summer can weaken batteries and weak batteries often die

once the cold sets in. In addition to that, a bad alternator won't keep your

batteries charged. O'Reilly Auto Parts will test them both

for free so stop by before it gets cold to make sure they're strong enough to

make it through winter. If your diesel has glow plugs it's important to check

them before it gets too cold since they're designed to help with cold

starts. It's not likely you'll know they're failing until it gets cold and

your vehicle won't start. Check out our video on how to test your glow plugs. As

extreme cold sets in be sure to use your block heater if your vehicle isn't

equipped with one it's a worthwhile investment especially if you live in an

environment that gets sub-zero temperatures. Like glow plugs, you

probably aren't going to know your block heater isn't working until you need it

to work. You can test it with a multi-meter to make sure it's functional.

Just clean the prongs on the plug then attach the leads of your multi-meter to

the prongs. The manufacturer will specify the optimal output and ohms. In extreme

cold it's possible for diesel fuel to gel. Different diesel fuels reach this

point at different temperatures usually between 32 and 18 degrees Fahrenheit.

Using an anti gel diesel fuel additive in the winter can help keep this from happening.

There are also additives available for

emergencies when your engine won't start because of ice or gelled fuel. Know the

manufacturer's recommendations for the chemicals that are ideal for your engine.

The most common ice or gel point for diesel fuel is at the fuel filter.

Changing your fuel filter or filters before winter doesn't guarantee you

won't get frozen fuel there. Starting winter with clean filters and draining

the water separator helps minimize the risk.

a lightweight engine oil during winter preferably synthetic oil. Conventional

heavier weight oils thicken up in cold temperatures which can affect its

ability to flow. Be sure to follow manufacturer specifications for the

engine oils you use in your vehicle. And that's it. You can find any of the

New Education Apps for Microsoft 365 at BETT 2019 - Duration: 2:04.

- Hello my name is Baldwin Ng from Microsoft.

My day job working with Microsoft

is to bring in great apps that can increase engagement

and excitement in the classroom.

So let's get started and check out some

of these apps on the apps wall.

One of these amazing apps that I really like is Ohbot.

Ohbot is a UK company.

It's a block based programming app

on Windows 10 and as you can see the eyeballs,

the lips, can actually all get programmed,

so you can imagine you can do a storytelling project

using Ohbot robot voice out what the story is about.

Can you play some music?

- Here are some of my latest beats

- And let's come over here a little bit,

we have another different kind of robot.

This one is called Fable.

Say hi to Fable.

It's a robot with wheels and what's really cool

about this one is it's robotics is really easy

to pull out and snap back in,

so you can imagine even a kindergartner or second-grader

can put together a robot within seconds

and then they can get ready for another kind

of block based programming.

Another app from another category called Accessibility

is great company called GraphoGame from Finland.

Their strategy is to allow teachers in a special needs area

to constantly monitor kids' performance

in their reading level and the areas of improvement

that require so the dyslexic can further enhance overtime.

There is a game based system and every kid

can be monitored through games

so it's not really that scary.

One thing really cool about this app is

that you can actually gather the data

and later on go back to the system

and see where the kids need improvement.
