NOW WE'RE WORKING TOGETHER IN THIS FILM ABOUT "QUEEN."

HE PLAYS THE BASSIST.

I GO IN TO DO MY SCREEN TEST IN FRONT OF HANKS AND THE

PRODUCERS.

USUALLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN AUDITION THERE IS A YOUNG

ASSISTANT HOLDING THE CAMCORDER FRESH OUT OF COLLEGE.

THIS PERSON WAS QUITE A BIT OLDER.

SILVER HAIRED GENTLEMAN.

HALF WAY THROUGH I GO, HOLY [BEEP] THAT'S STEPHEN SPIELBERG,

FILMING US.

IT WAS A MOMENT.

I THOUGHT JUST KEEPING TALKING.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT COMES OUT.

HOPEFULLY IT'S THE LINES.

Homemade lollipops FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY - Duration: 1:45.

Homemade lollipops

Ingredients: • 6 tablespoons of sugar; • 2 tablespoons of fruit juice; • 1 teaspoon lemon juice; • bamboo skewers or toothpicks.

Pour sugar into the pan.

Add lemon juice

Add fruit juice

Stirring all the time, bring to a boil.

After boiling, simmer until thick.

To check the readiness of caramel

Put a drop of caramel in cold water.

If it hardens, then it is ready

Grease the parchment with oil

Spread candy with a spoon

Insert the bamboo skewer into it. Twist it around its axis

Let the candies cool and separate them from the parchment.

Chelsea 'rethinking move for Arsenal ace Aaron Ramsey' due to form of Ross Barkley and Loftus Cheek - Duration: 3:04.

Chelsea are 'rethinking' any plans to make a move for Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey due to the impressive form of midfielders Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus Cheek

Ramsey will leave Arsenal at the end of the season when his contract expires and the Blues were one of a host of clubs monitoring his situation

But according to the Daily Star, the west London club have been left impressed with the homegrown midfielders at their disposal with Barkley and Loftus-Cheek pushing for regular minutes under boss Maurizio Sarri

Sarri is not short of midfield options right now with Barkley and Loftus-Cheek battling with Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Cesc Fabregas, Mateo Kovacic and Danny Drinkwater for starting berths

Barkley has scored three times in his last three games and earned a recall to Gareth Southgate's England squad as he continues to impress under Sarri's guidance

And Loftus-Cheek has four goals in his last three games as he pushes to establish himself in the Blues' midfield

Kovacic is on loan at the club from Real Madrid and with no plans to make it permanent, plus the doubts over Fabregas' future, there was a feeling the club could target Ramsey in a bid for reinforcements

Fabregas, 31, scored in Wednesday's Carabao Cup win over Derby County and insisted there is no need to 'rush decisions' on what he plans to do come the end of the campaign

He told reporters: 'I still believe in myself a lot and think I can add a lot to this team

'Let's see what happens but I am happy here.In life, not just football, timing is the most important thing

'You don't have to rush decisions.You don't have to talk before things happen.At the moment I am playing once a week

utilize it for your business. To start, plan early. A lot of people wait till the

last minute to figure out what they want to do for an upcoming holiday. They say

Valentine's Day is around the corner, let me put something together. Instead, think

of the next 12 months right now and the holidays that are coming up, and figure

out which ones will best be utilized for your business. Put together a very

generic calendar of the holidays, what you would want to promote, and then put

that aside. Now, two months before that holiday is when you really want to start

figuring out your promotion. Whether it's print, online advertising, email marketing

there's a lot of pieces that are involved, so the earlier you start, the

better off you'll be. Now that you know what holidays you want to utilize for

your marketing, it's time to set measurable KPIs. You need to make sure

that you're tracking your success so that later you can analyze your results.

Depending on the marketing campaign that you're going after, you can do things

like net profit, your page views, or your overall conversions. No matter what, you

want to make sure that you measure and track your success. This will help you

figure out what holidays actually work for you and which ones you should go

after in the future. And the last tip I'm going to give you is don't just sell

your product. You also need to sell your brand and your value. Now that you know

You also need to make sure you think about the relationships. Include
