Reality Transurfing Meditation for Decreasing Importance (WORKS LIKE MAGIC) - Duration: 30:02.
this video I'm gonna be sharing with you a guided meditation for decreasing the
importance of what you want to create in your life this is gonna allow you to
resonate with your desires at a totally new level so that things happen quicker
than ever welcome back to another video my name's Erin and I help people expand
their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you a guided
meditation that I think is so powerful for decreasing the level of importance
that we are giving to that of our manifestations now this is actually an
idea that is from the book called reality Tran surfing and I have been
diving in very deep to all of these understandings because my intention is
to help bring this whole understanding of reality Tran surfing to more people
because I've seen how powerful it is now under reality Tran surfing just to give
it a little bit of a summary the idea is that there is an infinite number of
parallel realities that exists there is an infinite number of different
variations of what we could experience in the present moment right now the
choices we are making are shifting us to different realities of what we want to
experience now with that there are these things called pendulums pendulums are
just a word for that of what we could call social conditioning the thoughts
that we have that we think are not physical that we can't actually see with
our eyes they actually have an electromagnetic reality and when they
are teaming up with other people's thoughts they create a thought structure
so this is any time that we are consistently thinking about something so
for example the media puts something out there
we're all collectively thinking of some event or something that may happen we
add to that reality probability think of everything in life as a probability
stream we increase the probability when we align our emotions we increase the
probability when we take action from a point of inspiration we increase the
probability even sometimes if we worry about things because then we're focused
and we're blowing up in our mind some reality that doesn't exist but we are if
we didn't exist in a different frequency but it's a reality that we start to move
more into our frame so the key to this is understanding that a lot of times the
thoughts we have are actually the thoughts of what are called pendulums
there are these thought structures of other people so have you ever been in
public and maybe you started thinking a certain way like where do these thoughts
come in from sometimes you just walked into that area or that is consistently
thought you may be for example at the DMV and it may be very easy for you to
get very irritated with how long it's taking but that's also not just because
you value your time it's also because there's so many other people that have
been in that same spot that same location thought the same thoughts
therefore added to that same pendulum and you're just kind of they're
absorbing all of it and linking up now if you link up with those thoughts then
you will get the same emotion so you'll get the same type of feelings and you
may experience the same thing this is why with this whole process it is about
becoming aware of our thoughts aware of our emotions and then choosing that
which we want to experience so one of the powerful ideas of that of reality
Tran surfing are also called this idea of balancing the forces of energy you
could call this the balance of coordination of what it's called in the
book so anytime that we make something very important we put it on a pedestal
and we immediately make it so that it's harder for us to connect to it what
we're saying is think about this anytime you've been in a relationship or you
started to really like someone or you got a crush on someone
if you put them on a pedestal and you put them above you and you made them
very important a lot of times you create resistance and that resistance will
either attract that person from you or just circumstances or will work out so
it doesn't happen now why is that well the reality where that is natural for
you to experience being around that person isn't in harmony with the way
your being if you're putting them on a pedestal because the moment you put them
on a pedestal there's a moment you distance yourself from them
it's the moment you're saying you are not at the same level as me you are up
there and any time we do that with anything in our life if we're like oh
this is the goal I want I want to be able to make this amount of money per
year what we do is we immediately put it on this pedestal and we say I'm not
ready there this is the biggest con of that of the law of attraction is that
people are here they want to be here so what they do is they feel the resistance
in the present moment because they want to be here so it's going about it
backwards instead feel the emotions of being over here now and then the reality
will begin to reflect that to you but the gap between here and here is where a
lot of times we put this over here on a pedestal and on a pedestal we can't
actually feel it we can't actually resonate with it so there's a couple
ideas I want to share with you with this and we're gonna get into a meditation
that's going to wire this idea in that's gonna allow you to take any subject you
have and to decrease the level of importance to it and for you to really
link up your self-image to that of what you want to experience because this is
the thing anytime that we are saying that something is more important than it
actually is what we're doing a lot of times as we're making it so that our
self-image has a gap between where we are and where we want to be so if we are
saying that this person is really important they're you know they're
they're very attractive and I'm not good enough for that person we're seeing our
self-image isn't linked up to the reality where that is natural for that
version of you to be experienced because the version of you doing exactly what
you want to be doing exists right now it's just simply at a different
frequency now this isn't that cool take him in to
think about that there's a version of you that is doing exactly what you would
love to be doing in the perfect house with a perfect partner doing everything
that you'd love that exists right now simply it is vibrating at a different
frequency but guess what that reality for that version of you is natural it is
natural for you to experience it because it's a natural byproduct of who you are
so when you're in that reality you're not like whoa I get to wake up and do
this you may feel passion by it but it's just who you naturally are it's not like
something that's so different from the day before now you can live in that
gratitude and everything but it's a much more natural feeling for you because it
is your natural setpoint that is how you are so the key to this is being aware of
what your self-image is and if you find that you're making things
more important than they have to be link up your self-image with the reality that
you prefer see it as natural for you to experience those things I remember
before I got you know my youtube channel grew I remember thinking about 100,000
subscribers and to me it was on this pedestal I'm like wow that'd be so cool
but guess what it's funny my time a hundred thousand came around it's just
natural I'm like yeah I make the daily video so I'm a youtuber it's what I do
full-time and now even as I it continues to grow eventually it'll be 500,000 and
eventually a million subscribers and the scribers subscribers are just a side
effect of me doing what I love it's also there's a part of that of reality
transfer can that has to do and being connected to your heart it's being
connected to what you love doing because if you're doing things just for the
money you're going about it the wrong way if you're doing it just for the
subscribers you're doing about it the wrong way the key is knowing that when
you are aligned with what you're really passionate about with what you can
really feel those things are side effects but a lot of people go straight
for the source they go straight to instead of the source they go straight
for the side effect so they'll say oh I want the money but money is nothing but
a symbol it's a symbol we've agreed to it's a symbol that might get you things
but it's a very transient thing it's not something that it's a the vibrational
feeling that you're in is much more important than that of the money itself
money is a nice byproduct however when you focus on the money you create
resistance and you make the money more important than it actually is because
the money is just a symbol so think of it like this decreased what is natural
for your current self image the self image that you want to experience in
your life what is natural now anything that you make more important than that
self image anything that you make more important you're gonna feel resistance
because you're going to put it on a pedestal you're not going to be there
the key is to lessen the degree of importance by changing your self image
and by seeing it as natural for you to be experiencing that and anything that
you maybe not even get access important to importance to but maybe something
that you almost value too much on the other side of that you imbalance that of
the importance so for example you get a new car I recently got a new car and if
I were to just like always wonder if some
like parking next to it and gonna hit it or something like that I would be making
it more important maybe on the other side of it cuz I actually have it so
it's not like you know I need it or something like that but by doing that
I'm creating this resistance I'm creating this potential this resistance
within my energy field I'm creating this potential for me to shift to a reality
where someone dings up the car you see so it's about being aware of anything
you're giving excess meaning excess importance and being aware of anything
at the same time that you are giving some type of excess meaning in the other
direction it's always about balance things in life
are neutral it's natural for you to be experiencing what you want you can
decrease the level of importance by shifting your self-image to that which
you prefer if I really just being aware of it you know if you make something
very important and you walk around and you you think of this as like a metaphor
of like feeling tenseness and your muscles in your body you're walking
around you're kind of tense right when you become aware that you're walking
around kind of tense you can then go oh and you could like loosen it up because
you're aware of it what if you just walk around not even aware of it you're gonna
walk around tense for days on days on days on end but the key is the moment
you're aware of is the moment you can decide to relax so the moment you become
aware that you're given something excess of meaning excess importance is the
moment you can then neutralize it because you can be aware of it be like
whoa that's the old me whoa that's how I was thinking I'm gonna
observe those thoughts and as I observe them everything begins to change so it's
in the observation of where the power is and I use this in my own life because
there's been many times that I I find myself like just even recently there was
something going on with my website yeah things weren't it wasn't appearing the
right way there was some gateway issue thing you know very important time
because I had something going on and it was I was feeling resist about it and I
realized that I was also making it things very important now it's trying to
control everything from the ego this is why I also decrease importance happens
when you also meditate and let go it was let go the outcome I'm like why do Mike
why does my ego have to do everything that's the way that you go thinks he
goes like I got to do this this this and this and I've been rewarded in the past
for having certain parts of my ego with my discipline so I've developed
discipline started you know be coming much more successful however
there is a fine balance in a fine line when you identify with the ego it can
start to work against you it's about being aware of that and not identifying
with it and what if what you want to manifest in your life also wants to
manifest you kind of a deeper idea right what if there's a resonance to
everything in our life and when you are resonating with your desires your
desires are also wanting to attract you so it's not so much about what does the
ego always have to do but it's like can you just let go and kind of get out of
the way a little bit set the intention set the focus intention is powerful but
at the same time let go of the outcome so I believe that this is a game changer
this is something that I've noticed has changed my life and it's one of the ones
that I've been posting on the channel for a while that so many people messaged
me and they go higher and I I decided to you know try the whole decrease in
importance light thing and it's totally transformed my life thank you
it makes me feel great that I could introduce people to this idea and what
do I want to do right now with to you is I want to do a meditation because this
meditation will help to wire in everything we just learned you know in
the new style of videos I do the 10 minutes of the explanation and then
10-15 minutes of the meditation because this wires in what we learned so that
what we learned becomes something that's very integrated rather than just
something that's intellectually inside of the mind so we're gonna do right now
is we're gonna do a meditation that links us up to the self image where
things are just natural for us we're gonna use a little bit of guided imagery
we're going to relax our body we're gonna go through a little visualization
what I asked you to do right now is to maybe close your eyes lay down if you
can sit down if you can and take a deep breath in and out with me and as we move
through this you're gonna feel more and more relaxed by the end of this you're
gonna feel like that self image that perfect version of you
that's who you're meant to be you're gonna feel like things in life are
natural for you it's natural for you to attract what you want things in your
life are also intending to attract you because you are resonating with that
self image so let's go ahead and take a deep breath in a deep breath out
breathe it out to feel your body relaxed more and more and then put your hands
over your heart because when we do that what we do is we connect with our heart
in a powerful way we're actually increasing the electromagnetic energy
inside of our heart and with reality Tran surfing the key is having our goals
connected to our heart at the same time we must be connected to our heart so
know that the more you put your awareness in your heart the more you are
growing this energy and the more you are lining with the best version of you
let's take another deep breath in another deep breath out
breathe it out feel your body relax more and more with every breath you take
you're gonna feel your body sink deeper and deeper into relaxation deeper and
deeper to a very present space deeper and deeper into a feeling in your heart
center and continue to breathe knowing that with every breath you take there's
a wave of relaxation that's flowing through your body close your eyes if you
can and feel your body relax even more
I feel this sensation in your head do the sensation in your
brain
but the awareness behind your eyelids and relax your eye muscles feeling warm
but the awareness now in your jaw through your jaw loosen up the sensation
and your tongue just relax your tongue bring the awareness to your left arm
your left hand tense it up and then relax see where this with your right
hand you're right on squeeze and relax
now put the awareness in your chest and feel the energy inside of your chest
and the more you feel here the more you connect with the authentic Worf we
imagine that there's a ball of energy in your chest any color that you like
feel it inside your hands over your heart imagine this ball of energy
whatever color it is and imagine it spinning in the clockwise position it's
spinning imagine it's spinning faster and faster I'm gonna count down from
five to one with every number I count you're gonna feel this energy increase
inside of your heart you're gonna feel this expand all around your body you're
gonna feel this energy of love flow through your body and you're gonna feel
even deeper relaxation with every number I count you're gonna feel double the
relaxation and double the energy in your heart
five see and feel this ball spinning faster and faster for look at it now
start to glow even more three spinning faster and faster in your heart space
feeling double the amount of relaxation to one feel it flow through your body
this sensation of relaxation the sensation of love is who you
now put the awareness your stomach
feel yourself relaxed but the awareness in your left leg your left foot if
you're wearing seen your right leg your right foot feel your foot relaxed with
every breath you take now you're feeling more and more relaxed knowing that you
can just let go thoughts come into your mind just
observe them and let go thoughts come with your mind just put
the awareness in your heart just feel the love inside of your hearts now
understand that manifestation can be so much easier than you can even imagine it
is simply about resonating with the reality that you prefer
it is about resonating with the kind of experiences that you want and it's about
understanding that when you act and live from your heart things happen faster
than ever manifestation is less about the thinking
and more about the feeling and when you go straight to the feeling
everything becomes easier so now what I'd like to ask you to do is to imagine
that you're in a very relaxing place this place - you can represent
relaxation clarity it's a place you can go for inner work being a forest cabina
Beach could be an inside where ever imagine a very relaxing place
doesn't it feel nice to be in this place
isn't it exciting to know that you can come here anytime you want to observe
your thoughts to get clarity to relax
now whatever you see imagine the color is becoming brighter and brighter what
kind of sounds do you hear
imagine those sounds becoming louder and louder
now pay attention to how relaxed you feel and notice as you look around you
see a chair in the middle of this place now walk over to this chair
I noticed that on this chair there's a little sign that says the chair for
decreasing importance this is a chair you can go to whenever you want this
chair will help you to resonate with your desires in a very deep way it'll
help you to let go of things that you want to let go of or help you with that
process now notice what this chair looks like
put your hand on the arm of the chair and then sit in it and feel the cushion
notice how it feels to be sitting in this chair
now in this chair you know that you can link your self-image of the way you
prefer to be to yourself this chair helps you to decrease importance and it
also allows you to align with the self-image that you prefer so on one
side of the chair on the right arm of the chair notice that there's a dial a
dial that is marked from 0 to 10 and on this scale of 0 to 10 one represents you
giving things very powerful XS meaning very important and this one this mark on
the chair when this dial is here you feel like everything is very important
anything that you want to let go of anything that you have resistance
towards as you move from 1 to 10 you will feel yourself let go of the outcome
you will feel yourself more so linked up with the self-image of being in your
preferred reality so now pay attention to anything that you may be giving
access meaning access importance and set the intention that right now you are
going to let go of the XS meaning you are giving things
of the importance and that as you let go you're gonna feel yourself let go of
luggage that you've been carrying around you're gonna feel lighter more free and
now put your hand onto this
now what we're gonna do is I'm gonna count from 1 to 10 with every number I
count you're gonna feel yourself let go more and more and by the time I reach 10
you're gonna feel light you're gonna feel like everything is perfect the way
that it is and you're gonna simply know that now you are resonating more with
the desire of the reality that you prefer so one with every number I count
you're feeling double the amount of relaxation you're also feeling like
you're letting go more and more to moving the dial up feeling yourself let
go of anything you're giving excess meaning 3/4 feeling this energy you're
letting go more and more 5 now you're starting to feel this lightness in your
heart center lightness in your chest 6 understanding that manifestation could
be so much easier than you priorly thought 7 things are happening and
easier for you than ever before you know the universe is also intending to give
you that which you want 7 8 9 feel this energy now with the count of the next
number we're gonna let go of anything that's not serving and we're gonna feel
so much lighter 10 now you have just let go of all the excess meaning all the
excess importance you are giving things and by doing so you are a completely
person now understand that from this point going forward you were gonna feel
like things in your life are natural for you to experience you're gonna feel like
anytime you start to give something excess importance you are aware of it
and you can observe it and let it go set that intention that you become aware of
anything any energy that's imbalanced anything that you make important you
become aware of it you can just simply let it go
now notice on the left side of the chair you see a dial that is marked your
self-image of the reality you prefer now this dial is one that when you move you
start to resonate with the self-image that you prefer so what we're gonna do
is we're gonna link up with this reality right now so imagine you doing what you
love feeling passion in your heart imagine one scenario that would
represent this new self-image what would you be doing
isn't it cool that anytime you think of this self-image you know that that
self-image that version of you actually exists right now it's just a matter of
resonating with it
now pay attention because everything with that version of you the things that
you're doing in that reality is natural for you maybe you have a significant
other maybe you have a certain type of abundance in your life a certain type of
lifestyle that's natural for that version of you pay attention to how
natural that feels imagine looking through your own eyes and walking around
and living that kind of lifestyle what would your body language look like
pay attention to how it feels as that version of you
now I'm gonna count down from five to one what we're gonna do is we're gonna
look at that dial of our self-image and this dial is marked from one to five
what we're gonna do is we are gonna count down from five to one every number
I count we're gonna move the dial one notch by the time we reach one we are
going to be the best version of us things are gonna be happening naturally
we're gonna realize manifestation is so much easier than we priorly thought and
this will make everything in our life easier so now put your hand on the dial
start at five notice that you're starting to link up
with this reality this version of you which exists right now for feeling more
relaxation flow through your body feeling yourself start to embody this
new sense of body language this new version of you 3 feeling an increase of
love in your heart - knowing that everything in your life that you want to
experience is natural for you and 1 feel this now and imagine this scenario of
this version of you and know that this is who you really
soak in this energy
notice how natural it is for you to attract what you want
feel that in your heart
now set the intention at this version of you is who you are now and that when you
come out of this meditation you see a reflection in your life before the end
of the day today that proves to you that you have shifted that you are now the
best version of you and you easily attract what you want now I'm going to
count down from five to one every number I count you're going to feel yourself
become more alert more present at the moment
knowing that you're gonna have an amazing day today five through yourself
now becoming alert and present for feel the energy flow through your body three
start to move around wiggle it around to one open your eyes and know that you
have shifted you are a completely new version of yourself and you will get a
reflection about your day today that you have changed

from Latina-owned stores.
I'm super excited because I'm going to interview
Latina business owners
and they're going to get to style me for a week.
So I'm half Peruvian and I'm half Persian.
I really wanna delve into my Latina side
and get reconnected with my roots.
By doing this I'll be able to
meet other Latinas in the community
and learn a little bit more about myself.

I'm here with Noelle.
She's a creative entrepreneur at Mi Vida.
- I'm a proud Chicana.
My family has lived here in Los Angeles
since the turn of the century.
Just having these LA roots with the Mexicana background
is all of what you see here.
- [Shila] How would you describe like
the clothing that you sell here?
- I like to think that this style
is a reflection of like a city girl.
Our focus right now is to really shine.
Mi Vida, you know, my life.
It's living your life the way that you choose,
that always shines brighter on those around you.
Our store really operates as a non-profit,
because everything we do is recycled back
to the artists that create the goods
and hosting more events.
We'd really love to see Shila rocking
some of our muscle tanks which are really popular.
- I'm obsessed with these earrings,
they're beautiful, they have the Virgin Mary on it.
In the Latin community the Virgin Mary is someone
who is there to protect you and guide you.
This shirt definitely brings nostalgia back to
before I went to college and my mom gave me a rosary,
and said "Here, take this, if I'm not with you,
"the Virgin Mary will be."
Having the Virgin on your chest,
it's like gosh damn, I gotta be the best version of myself
I can be, wearing that.
- It's magical, it's ancient, it's full figure.
I love your outfit so, so, so, so much.

I love the message of the shirt,
and the way that it made me feel on the inside
and on the outside.
The next store that I went to was called Wasi Clothing.
- It's a Latina, brown-owned business,
small business, all eco-friendly, all handmade in LA.
I do source my stuff from Bolivia,
so I like to represent my culture and my ancestors.
I also do custom sizing because a lot of us are curvy.
I make custom sizes for them, so they like that a lot.
'Cause we've got hips.
When I make the clothes I have to be in a good place,
because whatever I'm making, you know,
I think that energy is transferable onto the clothing.
So I think I'm gonna style you in some, like,
colorful, fun fabrics with like a funky print.
So we'll have a lot of fun with that.
- Llamas on my shirt and llamas on my shorts.
It's gonna be a good day.
I just could see myself wearing that outside,
out with friends,
but I also saw myself wearing it to sleep too.
It was kind of like a two-in-one outfit.
Alpacas and llamas are all around Peru,
so it's really cool to have them all over my shirt
'cause they're actually one of my favorite animals.
What are your thoughts on my outfit today?
- Uh.
- I don't know if he's about to shade me or compliment me!
- I love the design, the llamas, everything's perfect.
I'm sensing it's Peruvian.
You could definitely tell it's like representing a culture,
because of the plants and the llamas,
and I think it's really trendy.
- I love the cactus, the animals, it's so cute.
And I think it really reflects your personality.
- Um, I don't know what that means,
but I guess I remind them of llamas maybe?
The best thing about llamas
are not that they're cute and fluffy,
but all the llama puns that exist in the world.

Then I went to Valfre.
- It's named after me, my second name.
I quit my job and I started like my blog full time.
Honestly, it started like with five views a day,
and I always say this, that like three were my views.
I love, like, not in a bad way,
but like stalking our customers.
But I really like to see how they style like
our garments and our pieces.
I wanna style you like in one of our newer pieces.
- So I decided to add a red jacket and add
some earrings that I got from Mi Vida
that say bidi bidi bom bom.
I know that Valfre loves when their customers
kind of make the outfits their own,
so I'm deciding to add a little pop of color with this
and give it a little bit of, like,
'80s Michael Jackson vibes meets Posh Spice?
It was cool to kind of wear it out
and wear it out to Chloe's birthday.

- I was a little concerned about the outfit,
cause I was like oh maybe this is
a little too much for the park,
but honestly, people loved it and I had a great time
at Chloe's birthday party,
so I'm excited for the next outfit.
I went to Hija De Tu Madre.
- So I'm really inspired by my culture.
I'm Mexican and I identify as a Chicana,
so everything that I do in my business is inspired
by my cultural identity.
- [Shila] What is the thing that you want young girls
to feel when they're wearing your outfits?
- I want them to feel super proud
of where they come from.
You know, like I have immigrant parents who
came to this country because they really wanted
a way better life for me.
I want people to also kind of reclaim their identity
and feel really proud when they wear a jacket
that has their Latin-American flag,
or La Virgen de Guadalupe, or Frida Kahlo, you know?
There's so much pride in all of these images.
- I know you love to give back to the community;
Can you tell me a little bit about the stuff that you do
in order to give back?
- Recently I had a pair of gold hoops that said, um,
F Trump on them,
and I donated $19 of every sale
to organizations that help undocumented immigrants.
And now we have a new product that I'm wearing,
and it says Anxious, it's a little gold necklace,
and I'm donating a percentage of those sales
to organizations that help women of color in mental health.
I want you to wear a signature Hija De Tu Madre jacket
that reps your identity or a part of your identity.
- Today I'm feeling very patriotic
and I'm like, what better way to fully embrace
my Peruvian side than to go to a Peruvian restaurant,
then invite my friends from Pero Like
and Suze down to join me.
We got to have some chicha morada with lomo saltado.
- If you got fries you gotta have ketchup.

- I feel like whenever I get my lomo saltado,
I get ketchup too.
- You cannot put ketchup on lomo saltado.

It was a good experience to kind of share
a little bit of my culture with them.

- I love it.

Like I love how it's all made of sequins.
That is so pretty, it's like a really cool,

your career or your family.
So this is not only like a place
where we're supporting your business,
it also becomes a circle of women
just supporting each other in whatever way.
It's often a man's world, so what better time
for women supporting women.
- They were the Latina version of Cheetah Girls.
They helped me choose my outfit,
and they were each putting their input.
They're like oh this would look cute with this.
Out of all of them they chose the camo outfit for me,
and it had like a picture of Frida on the back of it,
and I wore like a black tank top with some shorts.
And it was really cool, 'cause they repurpose
all their clothing as well.
The thing that I love about Kaleidoscope Kollective
is that the pieces are so unique that
you can't find them anywhere else,
and it's truly one of a kind.
- So I love the street wear aspect of it,
it feels like a natural street wear item,
and the fact that it has Frida Kahlo,
a pretty iconic Mexican artist,
like that's next level.
- They repurposed old outfits and then like
created it and made it their own, which is really great.
- It reminds me a lot of, um, Destiny's Child.
