Upload uBITX Firmware for I2C S-Meter

The file name ends with _S is the firmware using 'I2C Signal-Meter'

Basic Usage is the same as Character

You do not need to set the ADC value for the S-Meter in uBITX Manager.

Enter any ADC value. Not used by I2C S-Meter

Character LCD is also the same

It works the same

Set the S-Meter to Not Used in uBITX Manager

Signal-meter does not appear because uBItX does not measure the signal

Do not worry. Spectrum and Band Scan are available.

Cut the yellow line on the LCD

I have pre-installed the connector for video recording

Connect the line to uBITX to RX of S-Meter.

Connect the yellow wire connected to the LCD to D9.

Now all installations are over

Various measurements are possible without affecting uBITX

The signal from uBITX reaches the LCD via the S-meter

This means that the S-Meter can determine the status of uBITX.

We can see that it works normally

S-Meter does not work yet.

In order to operate the S-Meter, the command must be transmitted to the S-Meter

Check whether it is used and touch the Apply button

You can see the S-Meter displayed by touching the home button and moving to the main screen

This method does not affect uBITX, so I made S-Meter measurement time a little faster

If you use this method, the display of the Power Meter or SWR Meter is also available without affecting uBITX
