My name's Aaron Graber. In this video we'll go over the Ventrac stump grinder.

The Ventrac stump grinder has an 18 inch cutting head with 16 individual carbide

cutting teeth. All of those teeth are replaceable and adjustable.

It also comes with a convex mirror so that the operator can see safely and easily

what's going on in front of them.

The stump grinder is a great example of how

Ventrac pushes the limits of versatility at just over 28 inches wide 33 inches

long this stump grinder is even more compact and a walk-behind stump grinder.

But couple it with a Ventrac 4500 tractor and it's just as capable as

other commercial options.

There's some other distinct advantages of this stump grinder that are worth mentioning.

The Ventrac is a very turf friendly tractor so when you're using

this tractor and stump grinder combination you're much less likely to

tear up the ground you're working on. This is great on nice lawns or in other

areas where you don't want to leave a mess when you're done.

Also since it's on the Ventrac you have the ability to get very close to

obstacles or buildings and grind stumps since the tractors compact and

maneuverable.

Belt drive is a clear advantage in this application because you don't have to

worry about breaking shear pins or building excess heat with hydraulic drive.

If you come up to an obstruction the belt can slip and you can back off

before it does any damage.

Most people know the Ventrac very well for its ability to operate on steep

slopes and with a stump grinder it's no different. You can grind stumps on hills

that other machinery couldn't even get to. Another convenience for commercial

users of this setup is that you have a very high transport speed of up to ten

miles an hour. This allows you to get from site to site

much quicker than other stump grinders of this same capability.

The Stump grinder consists of two separate components the cutting head and the mirror kit.

These brackets are bolted to the tractor and they allow the mirror kit

to be added or removed in a matter of seconds.

The mirror kit is also adjustable specific to the operator. That adjustment is made

here. The stump grinder has a jack stand located right here that is used for

positioning the hitch arms when attaching or detaching from the power unit.

Make sure the jack stand is in one of the two lower positions when

attaching or detaching and raised up into the highest positions when actually in use.

To operate the stump grinder make sure the tractor is in low range and

then once you have the PTO running and the cutting head is spinning pull up to

the stub make contact with it and then use the tractor steering left and right

to sweep passes against the stump.

As you progress you'll keep driving forward

until you're done grinding this stump. To control the depth and how aggressive you

are with the stump grinder you'll adjust with your SDLA lever.

When it comes to weight transfer this is one attachment that you won't run and

float the stump grinder will work in any setting.

This stump grinder is used and appreciated by golf courses,

municipalities, schools, landscape contractors, and even homeowners.

It's another great addition to your Ventrac fleet to make your tractor the

most capable it can possibly be.

Cahill finally plays for Australia as Socceroos sent home

SOCHI, Russia (AP) — Tim Cahill finally got onto the field in his fourth World Cup for Australia, asked to provide a spark with the Socceroos in desperate need of goals.

The goals didn't follow and Cahill had no interest in talking about whether Australia's 2-0 loss to Peru on Tuesday to close out the World Cup would be his final international appearance for his country.

Cahill made a swift exit following the loss, giving a few polite waves but otherwise opting not to talk about his limited contributions to Australia at the World Cup in Russia.

According to teammates, Cahill made no indication about his future with the national team.

At the end of the game, Cahill walked over and touched one of the goalposts before giving away his jersey to fans in the front row behind the Australia bench.

"I don't know if it was the last time.

Timmy never gives up," Australia midfielder Aaron Mooy said.

"His career is amazing.

So driven mentally and had so much ability and someone I've always looked up to.".

Cahill came on as a second-half substitute after plenty of speculation about whether he would even see the field after the 38-year-old forward was named in Australia's final roster.

He joined a select list of players to appear in four different World Cups and was trying to become the fifth player to score in four different tournaments.

The issue that followed Australia this entire tournament also followed Cahill.

When they had chances in front of goal, the ball simply wouldn't find its way into the net.

Cahill's best opportunity came in the 60th minute when a corner kick bounced around the box and fell to him about 12 yards out.

But his shot was deflected away by Peru defender Christian Ramos.

"That was the main reason that we could control the game for big parts, and if you play like that and you have chances, you create chances, then you have to score.

That was our problem," outgoing Australia coach Bert van Marwijk said.

It was the third straight World Cup that Australia was eliminated in the group stage and the only time it has advanced to the knockout round remains the 2006 tournament.

Both of Australia's goals scored in this tournament came on penalties by Mile Jedinak.

Australia, Iran and Costa Rica, which still has a game left, are the only teams in the tournament that have failed to score during the run of play.

"We had a lot of chances.

even in that first half and it just wouldn't go in," Jedinak said.

"On another day maybe a little bit of luck, but maybe that's just been against us a little bit, particularly from open play.

It wasn't form a lack of effort or a lack of trying.".

The last three goals scored by Australia — two in Russia and one in Brazil — have all come from the penalty spot.

Australia is only the second team in World Cup history to score three consecutive goals from the penalty spot.

Ghana did it from 2006-2010.

The inability to score in the run of play cost the Socceroos, especially in the second group match against Denmark when they settled for a draw and entered the final day needing help from France.

Ultimately, it didn't matter.

All the scenarios Australia needed to fall in its favor ended with its loss and Denmark and France playing to a draw.

"We always just seemed to be a second late, a second off," Australia midfielder Mark Milligan said.

"It's disappointing but still proud to be part of this group.".

and with a whole proven system online

which can help you to attract leads and customers

so that you don't have to worry about it."

You just have to learn how to use it

and grow your business.

And you just have to worry about building your business

and not chasing people and not meeting people

one-on-one all the time to show them a business,

because now you have a proven system online.

You can send them a video,

and you have a follow-up system

where you will send them emails automatically.

Still a glimmer of hope for South Korea at World Cup

KAZAN, Russia (AP) — With its top player out injured and two losses already at the World Cup, South Korea has plenty of work to do to progress to the knockout round.

To make things even tougher, the team's final group opponent is defending champion Germany.

"There is 1 percent chance, there is still hope," South Korea forward Son Heung-min said on the eve of the Group F game at Kazan Arena.

"We will do our utmost.".

Following losses against Sweden and Mexico, the Asian team needs a win and other results to play in its favor to advance.

South Korea also needs Sweden to lose against Mexico in the other group match to finish with a better goal difference.

South Korea's already slim chances have taken a hit in the buildup to the match when captain Ki Sung-yueng was ruled out with a left calf injury.

The Swansea midfielder is South Korea's most experienced player, with 104 appearances with the national team.

Defender Park Joo-ho will also be absent because of a thigh injury he picked up against Sweden in their opening match.

"They are very important players, strategically and mentally," Son said.

"They are important for other players, too.

Unfortunately they are injured.

Ki Sung-yueng is really a pillar for our team, he takes lot of pressure from us.

He is irreplaceable, but our morale is not too bad.".

South Korea coach Shin Tae-yong did not reveal which player would captain his side against Germany, just saying the role would not be for the faint-hearted.

"Ki Sung-yueng's injury was something I'd never imagined, and it gives me a headache at the moment," he said.

"We will see who feels the less pressure, the less emotional.

He will be the one who earns the armband.".

South Korea has lost twice to Germany at the World Cup and will need to spring a major surprise to defeat the four-time champions, who put their campaign back on track with a late 2-1 win over Sweden.

Germany now needs to beat South Korea by at least two goals to be guaranteed a spot in the last 16.

Shin said he did not have enough time to prepare for the crunch match and hoped for a different scenario.

"Actually not everything has gone as planned in this group for us," Shin said.

"And it's the same for Germany.

They should have won their first two games, and the third game could have been a little bit easier for them.

I think that it would have been easier for us, too.

And now the situation is more complex, Germany will be a much tougher opponent than we first expected.".

After a shock 1-0 loss to Mexico in its opener, Germany recovered with a last-grasp win over Sweden and now hopes to build on the momentum to secure a convincing win against South Korea.

Germany coach Joachim Loew said his players will be wary of the speed and pace of their opponents to avoid getting caught on the break.

Germany has conceded goals in its past seven matches and has been vulnerable to counterattacks since the start of the tournament.

"South Korea has players who can execute fast breaks, we will try to adapt," Loew said.

"We made numerous mistakes against Mexico, fewer against Sweden, but we still lost the ball in midfield.

We have to make sure we don't lose the ball as easily.".

Loew will be without midfielder Sebastian Rudy, who has not fully recovered from surgery on his broken nose, while defender Jerome Boateng is suspended after receiving a red card against Sweden.

The German coach said all other players are available, including playmaker Mesut Ozil and midfielder Sami Khedira, who were dropped from the starting lineup against Sweden.

"After the match against Mexico, Mesut has showed a very good reaction at training, that is what I expected from him," Loew said.

"It was the same for the others and Khedira.".

Starbucks expands health benefits for transgender employees

Starbucks announced Monday that it will expand health benefits for transgender employees, including covering surgeries that were previously considered cosmetic.

The company has covered gender reassignment surgery since 2012, but will now cover services like breast reduction or augmentation, hair transplants, voice therapy, facial feminization surgery and others.

These procedures are considered "cosmetic" by many insurers, and therefore are not covered or are more difficult to obtain.

Starbucks partnered with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) to create the new benefits.

A WPATH official said that Starbucks is the first company to do so.

"The approach was driven not just by the company's desire to provide truly inclusive coverage, and by powerful conversations with transgender partners about how those benefits would allow them to truly be who they are," said Ron Crawford, vice president of benefits at Starbucks, in a release.

Transgender advocates have applauded the changes, saying that many of the procedures that insurers consider to be strictly cosmetic can be "life-affirming" or even "life-saving" for transgender people.

Starbucks has been praised in the past for its policies related to LGBTQ workplace equality, and earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's annual Corporate Equality Index rankings for 2018, making the company a "Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

Starbucks has come under fire over several race-related incidents.

The company closed more than 8,000 stores nationwide one day last month for anti-bias training after two black men were handcuffed and removed from a Philadelphia store while waiting for a friend.

While Argentina continues to fight to stay in the World Cup, soccer legend and

party starter Diego Maradona appears to be fighting to stay on our earthly plane.

During the FIFA World Cup game between Argentina and Nigeria, Maradona set the

tone with some unpleasant and perhaps non-consensual pregame dancing.

During his country's anthem, those who set near him either wanted to display their affection

by holding on to him for dear life, or they just didn't want to see him topple over the low barrier.

After Lionel Messi scored to put Argentina up 1-0,

Maradona was just about ready to take flight right out of this world.

Once the game was over with Argentina taking the win, a video shows Maradona not looking

too well and having to be carried away.

A photograph showed paramedics treating the 57-year-old in the box.

South American television network, Telesur -- for which Maradona has been filming a show during the World Cup

later posted a photo of Maradona and said he was fine, and about to board a flight to Moscow.

Maradona posted a message on his Instagram account

in which he said he had a problem with his neck. "I want to tell everyone that I am"

"fine that I am NOT neither was I interned, " the message read.

"In the halftime of the game against Nigeria, my neck hurt a lot and I suffered a"

"decompensation. I was checked by a doctor and he recommended me to go home before"

"the second half but I wanted it to stay because we were risking it all.

" How could I leave. I send a kiss to everyone thanks for the support."

who has been interested in adding messenger bot marketing

as a service to your business,

Because I often get asked the question,

what should I charge

for my messenger bot marketing services?

In this video, I'm gonna go through three strategies

to help you decide what to charge

for your messenger bot marketing services.

what your service will fall on that price range at the end.

Strategy number one to think about

when charging for your messenger bot marketing services is

are they already working with you?

Are they a client that is already working with you where

you are, providing Facebook ads, social media management,

maybe some other consulting or marketing service.

The reason why this question is important to start with

is because if they are not already working with you,

there is a cost to onboarding somebody new.

And piggybacking off of number one,

which is are they already working with you or not,

so that you can determine how long it will take for you

to onboard them and to actually think about that,

the cost of onboarding somebody new into your business

is strategy number two, which is the big no-no I have.

Please don't do this.

Please, please, please don't do this.

Please, please, pleeeaase,

do not charge by the hour.

Do not charge by the hour.

Do not charge by the hour.

Okay, one more time.

Don't charge by the hour.

The reason why I say do not charge by the hour

is because when you are first doing a new service,

it is going to take you longer to do it, because it's new.

But as you progress in your business,

you are going to get faster at that service.

And not only that, you want to be able to charge

for the value and the improvement that you are giving

to somebody's business, rather than charge by the hour.

So strategy number two is to not charge by the hour,

is to put your packages together based on the value

that you are providing for them.

And tip number three is to charge

more than you think you need to charge.

I know this is sort of a broad, unspecific tip,

but let me tell you, as somebody who has been

doing chatbot and messenger bot marketing for clients

for a while now, is that there is still a lot of

education that you will have to do with clients,

because messenger bot marketing is so new.

So I really would put a buffer in for that education

and the time that it's gonna take you to hand-hold them

through the process of learning how they can actually

use messenger bot marketing in their business

in a way that's really gonna have an impact.

So I really, really would think about it

and really think about charging more

than what you initially are thinking about charging,

because most likely, you need to charge more than you think,

and I'm only telling you this from personal experience,

that it could take longer than you think

to onboard somebody, to educate them on how they can

best use the messenger bot for their business,

no matter what it is, and to account for that,

because you don't want to end up in a situation

where you have undercharged for that service.

All right.

So three strategies to think about.

To recap, our number one is,

are they already currently a client working with you?

Number two is to not charge by the hour.

We're not gonna do that, right?

And number three is to charge more than

you think you need to charge.

Okay.

So now for the money moment.

See what I did there?

Money moment?

Okay, well never mind.

Okay, so generally what I'm seeing on the low end

for people charging for initial chatbot services

is on the low end is $500 all the way up to $10,000,

and this is based on a couple factors.

One factor is how extensive the buildout is.

Is there gonna be coding?

Is there gonna be a lot of Zapier integrations?

Is it gonna be very programming-heavy

for the person who's building it out?

That's one way that people are thinking about

how much to charge on that scale.

Number two is, how much of the actual marketing

and content are you gonna be helping the business owner

create for their bot?

That is probably the second component on what to charge

on that scale.

Jun 27, 2018  AceShowbiz - Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein is reportedly facing a lawsuit from bosses at his insurance company over his criminal trial

The movie mogul is currently facing multiple charges of sexual assault amid an ongoing scandal linked to the film boss' bad behaviour

Weinstein has been accused of bullying, harassment, misconduct, and rape by over 90 women, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Asia Argento, Rose McGowan, and Salma Hayek, since some of his questionable actions were detailed in exposes published in October (17)

And now, according to The Blast, bosses at Steadfast Insurance Company are asking a judge to rule they are not responsible for covering his legal fees or the $1 million (£757,100) bail he paid after recently turning himself in to police in New York

"Steadfast seeks a declaration, that the criminal proceeding is not within the scope of coverage afforded by and does not trigger the insuring agreements of the insurance policy issued by Steadfast under which Weinstein seeks coverage," the request reads

Weinstein is reportedly seeking to recoup the bail money, but the insurance executives are "declining coverage for the bail paid by Weinstein" and they are advising Weinstein that the cash bail he paid is "not within the definition of Defense Costs or Loss under the Steadfast Policy"

XXXTentacion: Cops Search For Possible Suspect In Rapper's Murder — New Security Film Clues - Daily - Duration: 1:34.

The investigation into XXXTentacion's shocking death has taken a huge leap forward, as cops release the name and photo of someone spotted at the crime scene

   Police investigating the murder of XXXTentacion, 20, have a person of interest in their sights

Just days after they arrested Dedrick Williams – the man they've accused of shooting the rapper to death, they've identified another person they'd like to speak to

This man – Robert Allen – is being described as a "person of interest," because he was seen lurking around the motorcycle store where XXXTentacion was shopping moments before he was killed

Allen, 22, was picked up on the security camera outside Riva Motorsports & Marine in Deerfield Beach, Florida, according to TMZ

   Broward County Sheriff's Office has released footage of Allen, who the Miami Herald has described as a local fraudster

The 5ft 8 man – who apparently weighs at least 310 pounds – is on probation until 2021 after being convicted on 21 counts of, according to the newspaper, "fraudulent use of identification

" But why do police think he's a person of interest? As we know, police say that two gunmen approached XXXTentacion as he was leaving the store, and at least one of the suspects shot him to death

 Cops arrested Williams, whom they allege was captured in the dealership, in the parking lot and in the actual SUV they say the murder suspects used to rob and kill the rising hip-hop star

They say Williams, who was reportedly wearing orange sandals, was with a "heavy set black male in a dark colored T-shirt

"    Now they're asking the public to come forward if they have any information about the case and, of course, if they know where Allen is

As for XXXTentacion, his friends and family continue to mourn him. The latest news came on June 27, the very day of the rapper's memorial, which was taking place at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, as an opportunity for grief-stricken fans to say goodbye to their hero
