What is Aldosterone? What Causes Water Retention? (LOW SODIUM INTAKE?!?!?) - Duration: 3:49.
Jim, bruh, dude, I'm gonna be ripped. I'm gonna be diced. I'm gonna be shredded
wheat - no salt for me, bro. I'm serious well that it's fitting a
backfire, and here's why. Hey, Jim Schultz here for F cubed and livefcubed.com.
Man, leaving no stone unturned in all things fitness, finance, and faith. So, if
you're brand new to the channel, man, toss me a little sub action before we get
started. Today's video is gonna help you guys learn a little bit more about an
unknown player when it comes to sodium and water balance, when it comes to what
causes water retention - aldosterone. Having spent so many years as a
competitive bodybuilder, man, I have learned all about sodium and
bodybuilding, I mean, let's call it, "bloating bodybuidling". And, we talked a
little bit about this in the first video where we took a look at some of the sodium
nutrition facts, and kind of like the sodium myth, if you will. Where we said, you
know, if you're an athlete, when it comes to sodium for athletes, a low sodium diet,
a low sodium intake probably doesn't make a lot of sense. And, so give that guy
a look, if you missed it the first go around. Now today's hero - aldosterone. Now
this little hormone inside our bodies - it doesn't get all the glitz and glamour
that testosterone, or cortisol, or insulin get, but man, is this guy ever important,
especially if you walk around feeling like a water balloon.
So what is aldosterone? How does aldosterone work? Well, basically this
little guy is a hormone that is produced by your adrenal glands, which sit right
above your kidneys. Now aldosterone, amongst other things, basically controls
how water and sodium are excreted from your body or reabsorbed back into your
system. Now what is super interesting is the fact that aldosterone basically
has an inverse relationship with your body's ability to rid itself of excess
water. If aldosterone spikes, that sends a signal
to your kidneys to reabsorb sodium back into your bloodstream. It
also sends a signal to your sweat glands to reduce the amount of sodium that they
lose through your sweat. So what can cause aldosterone to spike? A low sodium
intake...which might seem pretty counterintuitive, but it actually makes
perfect sense, if you stop and think about your body's main objective. Your
body's main goal is not to get ripped. It's not to get diced. It's not even to get
shredded wheat. It's to survive. So if you don't give yourself enough sodium, if you
don't feed your body enough sodium through your diet, like we talked about
in that first video, it's gonna conserve sodium whichever way it can because your
body needs sodium - it requires sodium. So your aldosterone
spikes, you end up clinging on to every water molecule on planet Earth,
and you feel all ooey, gooey, and marshmallowy. Three feelings
that no gym warrior ever wants to feel. So ironically enough, a low sodium diet
that's aimed at cutting water could end up completely backfiring. So what should
you do? Don't be afraid of salt, man. Don't be afraid of a high sodium diet. Don't be
afraid of high salt intake. If you're an athlete, like we talked about in that
first video, this will not only boost performance, but you're probably gonna be
a whole lot healthier and a whole lot drier. Appreciate you guys for taking the
time to check us out today. You guys know the drill, man...like, share, and subscribe,
see you guys next time.

Trump Says Sarah Huckabee Sanders Is "Weak" And He's Grading Her On Her TV Appearances - Duration: 2:45.
According to a new New York Times article where they spoke to insiders at the White
House, those closest to Donald Trump, Donald Trump allegedly believes that Sarah Huckabee
Sanders is incredibly weak because she refused to walk out of the recent White House Correspondents
Dinner when Michelle Wolf made fun of her.
So in Donald Trump's book, you are weak if you sit there and take criticism and instead
don't throw a tantrum and walk out the door, never to be seen again.
That is what constitutes weakness in Donald Trump's book.
Now here's the thing.
To her credit, Sarah Huckabee Sanders sat there during that White House Correspondents
Dinner and took it.
Yeah, she whined about it later.
But she didn't get up and walk out.
She sucked it up and sat through the rest of the thing, as have other people in the
past.
I mean, hell, the whole reason Sarah Huckabee Sanders was up there was because Donald Trump
was too afraid to attend that Correspondents Dinner in the first place.
So yeah, you can attack Sarah Huckabee Sanders as weak on very many fronts.
But this isn't actually one of them.
If you want to call her weak, talk about how weak she is when she goes out there and faces
the press every day and insults them and lies to them.
That's weakness.
Weakness is not being able to stand up and tell the truth, even if it's going to make
you unpopular.
But she is unwilling to do that.
The New York Times article actually goes even further than that, though.
It's not just that he thinks she is weak.
It's that he has started asking other people in the White House how they perceive her.
"What do you think about her?
More importantly, what do you think she looks like on camera?"
According to the sources in this New York Times article, Donald Trump said he is going
to start grading Sarah Huckabee Sanders on her appearances on television.
Now this is not shocking.
We have known that Donald Trump praises members of his cabinet for how they look on TV, how
they dress, how they present themselves, how they defend him.
So it's not surprising that he would want to do the same for Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
It is, however, a little bit beneath the office of the President to base your entire opinion
on someone on how they look on TV, on how they sound on TV.
But that's what this Trump administration is.
It is a very bad and very poorly rated reality show that unfortunately everybody in this
country is being forced to watch.

What is Entrepreneurship? | Berklee Online | Creativity & Entrepreneurship - Duration: 5:01.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
People have a lot of ideas of what makes an entrepreneur.
Even the word in itself, if you think about it, is a bit hoity-toity.
It's a bit intimidating.
Most people can't even spell it.
Probably I can't even spell it, still.
So what is an entrepreneur?
By personal experience, I have found that entrepreneurship is often
driven not just by the desire to create value or generate wealth,
but also from the intense need, as a creative person,
to bring an idea to fruition.
An entrepreneur is somebody that's figured out the way
to get good product or their service to the audience
by figuring out what's in the middle.
I've been doing that kind of thing since I was a kid.
I didn't even realize that I was an entrepreneur.
| just wanted my music to touch as many people as possible.
When I was a kid and I was a musician and an artist,
I decided to press my own vinyl single.
And we took it around to the college radio stations
and they started playing it.
That was taking control and figuring out creative ways of making sure
that your music is seen the way that you want it to be seen,
finds the people that you want it to find, and makes the money
that you needed to make to keep making it.
What do you think is the biggest misperception
about entrepreneurs and about people who classify themselves as that?
I think the biggest myth about most founders
is that they have a plan, that they knew what they were doing.
People like to write history books with the benefit of hindsight
of how things worked out and say, oh, he got
to point x, he must've wanted to get to this promised land all along.
Whereas, almost every entrepreneur I come across changes courses
drastically early on.
And to paraphrase Darwin, only the adaptable survive.
And this adaptability is really what makes the entrepreneurs I see special.
Not the single-minded focus on getting the point x,
but knowing what to do next every day when you're faced with what's
in front of you.
For me, I think entrepreneurship really primarily stands for courage.
It's having that courage to either do what's right,
do something better, do something different,
and really to see the opportunity where most people see challenges.
For me, one of the strongest emotions about being an entrepreneur
is not about the buzz words and the fast company
and ink magazines and things like that.
That it's fashionable and cool to be an entrepreneur.
For me, it's about a level of irritation.
And that irritation really stems from the fact
that-- within food, particularly, I strongly
believe that it needs to be done very differently.
And for me, that irritation got me to a point
where I didn't believe that others were going
to conquer the task the same way that I believed I could.
And it was about, really, just putting together
the right team and the right systems in order to conquer that particular task.
I started to go into editing, which was initially from one tape deck
to another, just consumer tape deck-- well, that was really hard.
I did this 20 minute comedy video.
It took me 22 hours to edit this thing.
And I said, God, this is ridiculous.
And it was that moment, where I said, I am not
going to edit a linear editing system ever again.
And I didn't.
So I started Avid and Avid makes video and audio editing systems.
I think of both entrepreneurship and rock and roll as acts of defiance.
It's human to rebel against what is wrong.
That's what we do.
The core engine of humanity is entrepreneurship.
I believe the core engine of humanity is helping people
and that is at the core of any entrepreneurial endeavor.
Every person has entrepreneurial abilities in them, period.
Everyone.
Having the entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity and willingness
to interact with the world as the weaver of your own destiny,
as someone who wants to pull together lots of different pieces in new ways--
that mindset will serve you throughout your life,
whether you start a company or not.
Entrepreneurship is more than just an act of starting a business.
But in many ways, it's a way of relating and a way
of seeing the world that mirrors very much the creative process.
If you think of an entrepreneur as really not different
than the songwriter giving birth to a new song or a chef creating a meal,
or any other creative person bringing into fruition an idea
and making it real-- making it so real that other people
can feel it and taste it.
And that is fundamentally the job of an entrepreneur.
It's about shifting people's perceptions and adjusting
the world just a little bit.
Or to paraphrase Steve Jobs, putting your own little dent on the universe.

This Arrest Is About To Turn Trump's World Upside Down - Duration: 13:43.
This Arrest Is About To Turn Trump's World Upside Down
Special counsel Robert Mueller, Democrats, and journalists have been hunting for the
silver bullet that could take down Donald Trump.
And they may have just stumbled upon it.
One Trump advisor has revealed he expects to be arrested and it could turn Donald Trump's
world upside down.
When the FBI raided the home and offices of Trump attorney Michael Cohen, journalists
jumped for joy.
They believed that since Cohen spent a decade as Donald Trump's "fixer," he would
be the one person who could spill the beans on Trump's criminal conduct.
Mueller believed this too.
The special counsel referred information about Cohen's taxi medallion business and alleged
hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels to prosecutors in the Southern District of
New York.
It was a bank shot attempt by Mueller.
Despite the fact that the Christopher Steele dossier accused Cohen of traveling to Prague
to collude with the Russians in the 2016 election, Mueller didn't find any evidence linking
Cohen to Russian election interference.
So the special counsel laundered his case against Cohen through the Southern District
of New York in the hopes they could put the squeeze on Trump's attorney.
Now Trump's attorney is telling his friends he expects to be arrested any day now.
One Trump associate told Vanity Fair that Cohen is the one man who can take him down:
"Trump should be super worried about Michael Cohen," a former White House official said.
"If anyone can blow up Trump, it's him."
But Cohen has disputed these claims.
He wrote:
"The problem today is if you don't watch the news on television/cable and/or read the
newspapers, you are uninformed.
However, if you do watch the news on television/cable and/or read the newspapers, you are misinformed."
Does Cohen really have incriminating evidence on the President?
That is unlikely.
Cohen has strongly denied any collusion with Russia.
And if there was any proof he coordinated with Russian agents, Mueller wouldn't have
passed his case off to the Southern District of New York.
What Mueller was trying to accomplish by effectively laundering the Cohen probe through federal
prosecutors in New York was expanding the investigation into Trump's business dealings.
Americans would be outraged if Mueller took it upon himself to poke around Trump's financial
empire.
So the special counsel executed an end-run by siccing the Southern District of New York
on Cohen in an effort to dig up dirt that can be used on Trump.
If Mueller can't find any impeachable offenses in his Russia probe, then he will utilize
every other resource at his disposal to bring down the President.
It's an outrageous and offensive scheme.
And it makes it clear that Mueller is an enemy agent on a mission to undo the 2016 election.
The special counsel's office is not a team of investigators.
It is a collection of political assassins scheming to bring down a President.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments
in this story.

Hot Dog Water Is The Latest Trend For HILARIOUS Reason - Duration: 3:37.
We live in an age where pretty much anything can become a trend that people will pay a
lot of money to get their hands on.
But one man decided to take advantage of that in the most hilarious way.
Welcome back to IO, I'm charlotte dobre, and this next story has to be one of my favourites
to date.
If you've been to a festival before, you know that they can get extremely expensive.
It can be something ridiculous like 6 dollars for a bottle of water, and people will actually
pay it.
Douglas Bevans set up a water booth at the car free day festival in Vancouver Canada.
But douglas wasn't selling just plain old water.
He was selling bottles of unfiltered hot dog water, as in, bottles of water that have been
used to cook hot dogs in.
Oh, with the hot dog still in them.
Douglas embellished his product with the promise that the water was keto diet compatible, would
help you loose weight, increase brain function, and make you look younger.
The bottles of hotdog water looked super legit, they were branded with text.
They even had a guy in a hotdog suit passing out the bottles.
And how much was douglas selling these fantastic bottles of unfiltered hotdog water?
38 dollars.
And people actually bought them.
You can do a lot of stuff for 38 dollars.
You can have an epic meal, go to a concert, get your nails done or even a haircut.
But people actually paid almost 40 dollars for a bottle of water with a soggy hot dog
in it.
A lot of people.
Like 60 litres worth of hotdog water.
The booth also sold hot dog lip balm, breath spray and body fragrance.
I mean, I love a good hotdog as much as anyone else, but I don't wanna smell like one.
People were extremely confused by the booth.
One twitter user posted that the hot dog water booth was the strangest thing she saw at the
festival, and she had no idea whether it was real or an elaborate stunt.
I bet if some of the people that bought the water found out they were trolled, they would
be pretty mad.
But apparently the booth had this sign up, that people failed to read.
At the bottom of the sign, which is like, who reads the bottom of signs, in fine print,
it had the following message under history.
Over 50 thousand years ago, long before the first humans ever reached north America, a
massive volcanic eruption created a unique underground spring, complete with its own
natural filtration system, pristine lava rock…now known as…
Hot dog water in its absurdity hopes to encourage critical thinking related to prouct marketing
and the significant role it can play in our purchasing choicese.
Yep.
That's right, douglas bevans trolled people at the festival with a fake product to make
a point that we as consumers are so stupid that we will buy practically anything for
an outrageous price because its trendy or new or because it comes with the promise that
it will help you loose weight.
News flash, if you wanna lose weight, eat healthy and work out.
I mean seriously?
There is literal fat from the hot dogs floating around in this water.
I guess the moral of this story is, always read the fine print.
And stop believing every advertisement you see.
Kay?
Well guys, let me know your thoughts on hot dog water but for now im going to respond
to some of your comments.

How To Deal When Your Son Is Going Through Puberty | Momsplained | Scary Mommy - Duration: 2:27.
- Today on Momsplained.
How to deal with a son going through puberty?
Because your little boy is becoming a man,
and it's confusing the hell out of both of you.
(lively music)
(sniffing)
And making it hard to breathe.
Step one, recognize the signs.
Is your son having mood swings?
And eating everything in sight like he's PMSing?
Does he have terrible body odor?
And spend the same amount of time sleeping
as you spend awake?
Then, congratulations!
And, I'm sorry, your son has hit puberty.
You just had dinner.
- [Son] Leave me alone.
- Step two, build a line of defense.
Your kid will be sweating from places
he didn't even know he had.
And it's going to smell.
But don't embarrass him.
Instead, strategically plant bottles
of Axe Gold around the house.
Don't even say anything about it.
You'll know for sure he's using it
because you'll smell it all over the damn house.
Listen, teens have no concept
of a thing called moderation.
So explain to your dude
that this is not a shower replacement.
And he needs to follow the directions.
At the end of the day,
Axe Gold smells way better than B.O,
so get ready to drink in the aroma of teenage glory.
Step three, don't make it weird.
I know, it's an awkward conversation to have,
but it's necessary to have it.
Try and have a chat with your son before puberty even starts
but if it's too late, just play it cool
and let your kid know
that everything he's going through is normal.
So that was a bad idea.
And finally, step four, brace yourself.
Sure, puberty isn't easy on the kid,
but it's not easy on the parents either.
So just remember it's only temporary.
Your cute little boy, he's in there somewhere.
- Why can't you be more like Steve's mom?
So annoying!
- Yeah, I swear he's in there.
It's just gonna be a few more years until I see him again.
Girl, bye.
You've been Momsplained.
Come over here and give your mom a nice hug.

This Much I Know Is True | Berklee Online | Creativity & Entrepreneurship - Duration: 4:35.
People ask me all the time about lessons that I've learned along the way
and are there any general truths that I've somehow discovered, like Moses
getting the 10 commandments from God.
Well, the truth is, no.
I have some lessons that I will share with you,
but these are my personal lessons so use them as a guideline.
There is no such thing, ultimately, as a prescription that
will make somebody an entrepreneur.
There's more of a mindset in a way of seeing
the world which is what we've discussed throughout these last four lessons.
Here is the eight lessons that I have learned in my entrepreneurial journey
that I'd like to share with you.
The first thing that I've learned is follow your passion, not the money.
I never really understood all these stories
in magazines about 101 ways of making money
and here is a bunch of businesses you should start.
Fundamentally, unless you're loving whatever you're doing,
you simply just won't become successful at it.
The second is keep in mind that when you're
looking for people to join you and fund you, it's not about your idea
but it's about who you are.
People invest in people, not ideas.
It's people that make ideas a reality, not the power of the ideas themselves.
The third lesson is about simplicity, something
that we've probably heard over and over throughout the course.
When I first started my company, people started asking me, well
why didn't you do this for actors, or stand-up comedians, or speakers,
but the decision to keep it focused on one thing and becoming the best at it,
that is, creating the biggest and best marketplace that will help bands
connect with music promoters was integral and key to our success.
Remember that simplicity always trumps complexity.
The fourth is about whether or not you should write a business plan.
Now as I said in the beginning, this course
is not about learning how to write a business plan.
There's plenty of resources out there for you to learn how to do that.
So should you write a plan?
My answer is yes but more importantly don't become a slave to it.
As a very famous war general once said, the first casualty of war
is about a plan.
So create a plan as a blueprint for you, but then
understand that that is just step number one.
It's not the last step towards which you're working for,
but it's the first step of your journey.
The fifth lesson that I learned came from an artist that I used to book.
A guy called Pat Metheny who said, if you want to grow,
be the least talented person in the band.
The same goes with business.
If you want to build something meaningful, whether that's your band,
whether that's a company, whether that's your career,
then seek to surround yourself with people who know more
than you, who are smarter than you.
Only then do you learn, and grow, and become better than the person
that you already are.
The next lesson is focus on relationships.
Don't ever, ever assume that just because you're
doing something in a professional setting
that it doesn't affect people on a personal level.
Be aware of this, be sensitive to the people around you.
I'd like to say, everything your mom told you about being nice to people
is true.
My seventh lesson is around constant upgrade,
or what got you here simply won't get you there.
Life is all about living it as if you're in permanent beta.
You're never the finished product.
Never assume that the instincts that got you to where you are right
now will be sufficient for taking you to the next level of where you want to go.
So focus on continuously upgrading yourself,
focus on continuously meeting new people,
focus on continuously reading new things, and get inspired by new things.
Go out there, observe the world, and seek
to become a better person than who you already are.
Then the last one is something that I've always kept dear to my heart
and has always guided my decision making.
When things stop being fun, then take a good look in the mirror and just say,
do I still love what I do.
Is this what I sought out to accomplish?
Is this the world or the reality that I sought to live?
Is this the future that I wanted to design for myself?
If it's not fun and it's not fun repeatedly,
then it's time to change that reality or just simply move on.

DeSantis: Hard left in this country is totally off the rails - Duration: 10:52.
House Judiciary Committee member and candidate for Florida governor
congressman Ron de santis run thanks for joining us this morning your thoughts as
you were listening on there with our audience at the the the mood in the
temperature of the political environment right now well I think the hard left in
this country is just totally off the rails and Maxine Waters is really the
Pied Piper for the unhinge left with her rantings and ravings which has been
going on for a long time but what she did this weekend
I think crossed a clear line she was inciting people to I think it was to
violence but certainly do things that are outside the democratic tradition by
harassing people so I'm proud to be leading an effort with a few of my
colleagues to censure her in the house and to ask for her resignation I don't
think she's fit to serve with that and here's the thing Sandra this is not just
this would be bad anyways but this is a year after my Republican colleagues at
baseball practice got shot up by an unhinged left-wing anti Trump lunatic
and he targeted us because we were Republicans and you know how I know that
because I was fortunate enough to leave practice probably three minutes before
he started shooting he came up to me and one of my other colleagues and asked if
it was Republicans on the field we said it was now we had no idea he was gonna
go do that but he was deliberately targeting Republicans that day that is
not good for our country to have that but the left is just so unhinged right
now I think it's really really dangerous you know congressman that is really
chilling that he came up to you and you mentioned that that he came right up to
you why do you think this is so dangerous Maxine Waters as you know is
saying denying that she's calling for violence which is calling for protest
and resistance but the danger to you is violence well I think I think it's it's
crossing the line look there's democratic debate is tough and you hold
people accountable but you do that through commonly accepted means yes
protesting fine but harassing people I think crosses the line and yes I do
think when you're stirring up people like that I think you're likely to try
to incite somebody to do something that could be very very
bad and so I just think it's irresponsible and we've seen too many
instances I mean the baseball practice is obviously the most serious one but
just our Attorney General in Florida Pam Bondi was getting harassed by left-wing
activists just this weekend going to see a movie about mr. Rogers it's just
gotten off the rails what about those who say it's Donald Trump's fault
Nancy Pelosi is laman the president when some of the things that he said in the
past you know punching protesters in their face and that sort of thing well
look I think that when you're in a situation like this where this president
has come in and this has been the response of people like Maxine to him
they were never they never gave him a chance on day one to have a civil
disagreement she wanted to impeach him I think before he even got sworn into
office for pete's sake so I remember his election and
inauguration there was resist resist was the mantra
from day one there was never an attempt to have a dialog with this president
congressman you are running for Florida governor we just interviewed a couple of
the candidates in the South Carolina runoff that's happening today at this
after the president gave an endorsement to Henry McMaster in that state last
night during that rally you have received the full endorsement of the
president how important is that right now I think it's very important if you
look he is the most popular Republican president amongst Republican voters in
modern history in Florida and that includes Ronald Reagan and his overall
rating in Florida is now over 50% because I think people see that he's
delivered results on a wide variety of fronts obviously people feel the
economy's doing better but you look at something that I was working hard with
him to do to move our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem that's got a lot of
residents in Florida you look at how he stood up to Raul Castro after Obama gave
away the store that's got a lot of resonance in Florida so I think it's a
critical endorsement I'm honored to have his support and I think the voters of
Florida will look at it and say look the Santis is a guy that's fighting the good
fight he stood by the president he's an Iraq veteran and he's got the
president's endorsement good enough for me
speaking of which things that you've been working with the present
on Congress and immigration and fixing the crisis at our border what is next in
this heated debate in Washington congressman well if you want to deal
with the border it's very simple you can do a targeted bill that people like Mark
Meadows and Ted Cruz have offered it would basically say if people are coming
illegally across the border not the report of entry you keep the family
together you do a speedy Asylum adjudication
most of these asylum claims for those people are not valid and so you do it
and then you can repatriate the family as a family unit however what the
Democrats want to do is they want to say any adult who crosses the border
illegally if they have a minor with them then they should be released into
American society so they want to institutionalize catch-and-release which
will be a huge incentive for more illegal immigration and really dangerous
illegal immigration when you're bringing minors across some of this dangerous
area so their position is totally irresponsible and the president's right
the Democrats want an open border the Attorney General is raising some of
these issues yesterday in a speech let's listen to what he had to say if we
refuse to prosecute these adults for illegal entry as many of our critics
want us to do that would be a disservice I think to the people of this country it
would be an insult to those who come here illegally waiting their turn making
their application and most importantly it would encourage and has already
encouraged more adults to bring more children illegally on a dangerous
journey that puts these children at great risk so you have that view and the
Democrats say they don't want an open border they do want controls how do you
think this will end up well the Democrats have never been willing to
support us on doing any meaningful border controls they'll support fig-leaf
is if it's that attached to an amnesty but that's not what we need to do you
cannot give somebody coming illegally an immunity from prosecution an average
American would not have that I mean if you were to violate federal law I mean
the fact that I have two kids would not give me an immunity and so you have to
apply the law across the board for sure in the asylum
I think we should change override the court decision so that the families can
stay together and repatriated together but no immunity from prosecution for
someone coming illegally a lot of folks looking forward to some testimony this
week from Peter struck congressman as we know from that Inspector General report
he did hold this FBI agent did hold an extreme bias of the president but the IG
found that it wasn't used in decision-making at the FBI but still
Congress wants to ask him questions the president is concerned that this will be
a closed-door hearing happening tomorrow with Peter struck the president tweeting
this out the hearing of Peter struck and the other hating frauds at the FBI and
DOJ should be shown to the public on live television not a closed-door
hearing that so nobody will see we should expose these people for what they
are there should be total transparency what is your what are your thoughts is
this is gonna be closed-door we could see him testify publicly later but at
least for now this is what we know I want it to be public Sandra I think the
president's exactly right let the American people see this guy's bias
firsthand I would though push back a little bit on on what the IG found he
said that the decision not to charge Hillary wasn't necessarily because of
bias because you had other people who didn't have the text messages that were
involved in that decision but what he did say is that once struck opened the
Russia collusion case against Trump's campaign that he decided not to pursue
the Huma Abedin emails right in the homestretch of the campaign with more
classified emails because of his bias he wanted to stop Trump like he said in his
text message and he wanted Hillary to be President so his lack of action on the
Huma Hillary emails the IG said a reasonable person would likely conclude
that it was driven by his bias so I think the bias has infected this thing
from day one but particularly on the so-called collusion investigation this
whole thing was started by Peter struck based off virtually no hard evidence and
what if struck denies that what if he appears before the committee or in front
of the microphones and publicly he says well those are my personal views but
they did not influence my official duties as an official of the Federal
Bureau investigation well that's what he said
to the IG and the IG said that his explanations certainly with regards to
the post Hillary decision with the Russia collusion and the Huma emails
he said struck just wasn't credible when he was confronted with his text messages
about talking about the meeting in Andrew McCabe's office where he said you
can't take the risk of a trump presidency and you need an insurance
policy he basically played dumb as if like he
didn't remember that meeting and IG Horowitz said that was not credible at
all so he's his explanations have already been provided to the IG and the
IG didn't think they held very much water hmm
congressman Ron De Santis great to get your thoughts this morning
you
