in year one that was the best the game had ever been like they should just keep

it back then well this new SMG met her and shit like

that it's just so locked like the game was so orangey now it's unbeliev

and like if they don't nerfed the mat if they don't buff the mats like how fast

you farm at something I'm not literally killed again the game's gonna die just

because even I was watching on a tee fuse our streams today and he said

they're the nerf like no Matt nerf is actually gonna kill the game cuz

Thomas Markle Snr, 74, declared he "just about reached the limit" with the Windsors and the Duchess of Sussex' "superiority" in a bombshell interview released from his home in Rosarito, Mexico, more than 5,000 miles away from Buckingham Palace

Claiming he, as a father, should be shown more respect as he has given Meghan anything he could, Mr Markle told the Mail On Sunday: "She'd be nothing without me

"I made her the Duchess she is today. "Everything that Meghan is, I made her." And in a clear attack against his own daughter who, he said, refuses to speak to him, he added: "What riles me is Meghan's sense of superiority

" Arguing the British royals are attempting to silencing him, Mr Markle continued: "I tell you, I've just about reached my limit with Meghan and the Royal family

But despite these fractures with Buckingham Palace, Mr Markle demands Meghan shows him some gratitude

Speaking bitterly about the better relations the Duchess has with her mother Doria Ragland, he said: "Oh, she's a mummy's girl now, and Doria gets a lot of the credit

"But Meghan seems to have forgotten that she lived with me up until Doria and I divorced, when she was six, and even then I was still a big part of her life

"When Meghan was 11, she moved back in with me up until she was 17 and went to college

"I was having my good years then, making good money, and could afford to give her the best, with a good school good education, good home

"She became the woman that she is today thanks to everything I did for her. "And did I get any recognition for it? "Any thanks? "She doesn't even speak to me now

How cold is that?" Kensington Palace told Express.co.uk it would not comment on Mr Markle's remarks

How Adidas is using motion capture to reinvent running shoes

When Kanye West isn't wearing his Yeezys (or Vans, as he describes in a song on The Life of Pablo), he's often spotted in Adidas Ultra Boosts. Since being introduced last year, the Ultra Boost has quickly transcended its intended purpose as a running shoe, becoming an essential silhouette for sneakerheads everywhere. But despite Ultra Boost finding success in the streetwear community, Adidas continues to create products around a mantra from founder Adi Dassler: "It all starts with the athlete." That idea, combined with the use of evolving technologies such as motion capture, is what drove the design behind AlphaBounce, the company's latest running shoe.

Before becoming a reality, AlphaBounce had to be shaped by ARAMIS, a motion-capture system that helps determine the amount of strain and tension caused by different materials. ARAMIS, which NASA has used to inspect the outer hull of space shuttles, combines high-speed cameras with flexion sensors to gather information at up to 500 frames per second. Since the software maps skin, bone and muscle, it can give Adidas engineers insight into how they should go about designing a more comfortable running sneaker. ARAMIS can visualize the level of comfort on every area of an individual's foot, from the heel to the toes, as well as indicate when the fabric may be getting in the way of performance.

"It's a really versatile tool," said George Robusti, senior design director of global running at Adidas, of the ARAMIS system. "The technology enabled us to fine-tune how we approach the functionality of the product. You shouldn't need to think about the shoe being there."

In the case of AlphaBounce, Adidas built the sneaker's upper with a flexible, lightweight material called ForgedMesh. It's supposed to fit like a glove -- but still be less weird looking than those five-finger shoes. While Adidas has relied on ARAMIS to build a product in the past (it used it with Ultra Boost too), Robusti said this is the first time a design was brought to life based on data collected from the motion-capture system. Those learnings, of course, derived from Adidas bringing in athletes to put AlphaBounce through its paces.

As we sat and talked inside Adidas' headquarters in Portland, Ore., I asked Robusti how AlphaBounce compares to the Ultra Boost and NMD, two of the company's most popular runner lines. Unlike those highly coveted (and arguably fashion-centric) shoes, the AlphaBounce was designed primarily for performance, said Robusti, though it still needed a modern look. Adidas achieved that last part by mixing black, purple and orange colors, with a limited-edition speckled pattern meant to evoke the shoe used in Adidas' motion-capture tests.

A promising and insightful new study confirms what we lazy people have suspected all along.

Lazy individuals are in fact more thoughtful and intelligent than our highly active counterparts.

In this video, I'm going to show you the reason why laziness is a sign of intelligence according

to science.

A study published in the Journal of Health Psychology suggests that individuals who have

a high IQ tend to spend less time engaging in physical activity.

Researchers from the Florida Gulf Coast University gave a large group of students a test designed

to measure their need for cognitive activity.

They used this to identify thirty students who expressed a strong desire to engage in

deep thought, as well as thirty students who preferred to avoid mentally difficult activities.

Then, the researchers gave each test subject a device to wear on their wrist which would

measure their level of physical activity over the next week.

The group who described themselves as "thinkers" were determined to be far less active than

the "non-thinkers" throughout the week.

Oddly, on the weekends, their activity levels grew closer together.

Although the researchers were unable to explain this phenomenon, I have a personal theory.

It is possible that "non-thinkers" engaged in habitual physical activity as a part of

their normal workday, while the "thinkers" did not.

On the weekends, the "non-thinkers" might have taken a break from their regular gym

routine, while the "thinkers" were more inclined to engage in recreational activities

and social outings.

Why Lazy People are More Likely to Succeed in Life

This connection between laziness and intelligence is thought to be a result of the way that

a highly intelligent mind functions.

Smarter people tend to have an increased capacity for internal stimulation and an inclination

to spend more time deep in thought.

While highly active people rely on external stimulation in the form of activity, more

intelligent people just don't need to do this.

Our minds can maintain an adequate level of stimulation from the comfort of our worn-out

armchairs.

This theory is supported by earlier research, which suggested that highly intelligent people

were less prone to boredom.

They also found boring situations to be less unpleasant, and were more able to easily cope

with them through increased internal thought.

Could it be then that "non-thinkers" engage in physical activity as a way to escape the

dullness of their inner world?

As lead researcher Todd McElroy warned, "Ultimately, an important factor that may help more thoughtful

individuals combat their lower average activity levels is awareness.

Awareness of their tendency to be less active, coupled with an awareness of the cost associated

with inactivity, more thoughtful people may then choose to become more active throughout

the day."

Well, that's the reason why laziness is a sign of intelligence according to science.
