Waching daily May 4 2018

So what tapes do I use for my artwork?

The four main ones are use here are the packaging political masking and painters

The first one we have here the clear standard packaging tape

the second one the black electrical tape

The most common which is the masking tape?

And the very last one here the painters tape and blue

The one I use most often is the blue masking tape

But let's talk about the clear one the clear masking tape is a bit sticky

so I don't ever really use that one unless you listen packaging something and

The black electrical tape I don't really use that for much of my drawings or anything

The standard masking tape I do use quite often

But it tends to be a bit too sticky sometimes

and if you take a piece off and you

Put it on say part of your shirt your pant. Leg it late. It makes. It less sticky and

My favorite go-to is the blue painters tape

It also comes in green and other various colors and different widths and lengths

And I'd like to use this to hold down my artwork because it's not so sticky

To wear it will rip the paper

and I can put it on all four corners if I'm doing a watercolor and

It will help make a border and same if I'm doing graphite or charcoal drawings

It's very versatile is cheap easy to use and it comes off the paper pretty easily

The masking tape here I

Don't use quite as often, but I use that second

Electrical table use a third most often and the clear tape I used

fourth most often and

The blue painters tape is my absolute favorite

It holds things down well, and it doesn't rip the paper

Although sometimes it might be a little bit sticky

All you have to do is

put it on a part of your clothing and

Just put it on there and take it off and then put it back on again, and it'll become less sticky

these are the four tapes that I use and

Hope you found this helpful

Karen and Dilek prepare breakfast for Jaeyun and Sangmin [One Night Sleepover Trip/ 2018.05.01] - Duration: 14:24.

(The trip to the UK, filled with excitement)

(Finding a special friend for a night over in London)

Since we have no set destination...

- Right. / - Nor any plans...

- Karen. / - I'm Jo.

- Jo. / - Yes.

Nice to meet you.

- Lucky to meet you. / - Thank you.

I love your haircuts.

- Hi, nice to meet you. / - Hi, nice to meet you.

(And Karen's roommate, Dilek)

(A sketchbook proposal in the middle of London)

(Can I stay over at your house?)

Of course. You are welcome.

(The two ladies have become their oasis)

(A miraculous invitation for the gentlemen team)

What is your biggest concern right now?

Not having a house.

Our goal is to own our own home.

We're renting.

All the money we have is going into renting this house.

When I said that I wanted to go to your house,

why did you let us?

Why did you invite us?

I don't know.

Why not?

- Why not? / - Yes, yes.

The best expression I heard in the UK is "Why not."

"Why not?"

(Karen and Dilek have warmly welcomed them)

(Sangmin and Jaeyun spent the night)

(In this warm welcoming home)

(And thus went by their happy night)

(Are Sangmin and Jaeyun up yet?)

(Snoring loudly)

(Did someone bring a tank into the house?)

(Snoring loudly)

(Jaeyun's snoring)

(Did someone call me?)

(Getting right up)

(Jaeyun must've been really tired)

(I'm so tired, Sangmin!)

(I should wash up first)

(Even after Sangmin finished washing)

(Jaeyun is still making his tank noise)

(He sleeps really well)

(Yes, I am)

(You keep on sleeping, I'll be getting ready)

(Lots of nutrition for my exhausted skin)

(This is how a man cares for his beauty)

(Brushing the hair carefully too)

(Jaeyun slowly wakes up)

(Where am I... Who am I?)

(Oh, I'm in the UK)

(Oh, this isn't my house)

(Tired)

Jaeyun, here, here.

(A special treatment to relieve Jaeyun's exhaustion)

(I should give him a massage)

(Taking something out)

Of all the aroma oils...

That I've used before...

This is the best one.

(What item does Sangmin recommend?)

You can use it all over the body.

The best part for this...

(You trust me, right?)

(Sangmin, there's a camera)

(Giving him a quick massage)

Wait, wait.

Can you do my back?

My back.

Lie down.

Just a bit there.

- Did you get a surgery before? / - Yes.

- When? / - 12 years ago.

(Jaeyun had a surgery on his back 12 years ago)

So your back has been weak to start with.

Right, it's been weak.

(This is all I can do)

(For my exhausted friend)

Sangmin,

how are you so good?

Your touch is so soft.

I'm a good massager.

I'm feeling so much better.

(Wow)

(Meanwhile, Karen who woke up early)

(Begins her morning by washing the dishes)

(Cleaning up the kitchen)

(Making every corner spotless)

(Karen is a wise homemaker)

I should wash and get ready.

- Good morning. / - Good morning. How are you?

- I'm good. / - Did you sleep well?

Very well.

I was going to make some toasts with jam.

Yes.

I like strawberry jam.

- We've got strawberry. / - I love it.

(Okay, got it)

I'll put the toasts in here. Let's make some toasts.

How about lemon and ginger tea?

Okay, okay!

I love it. Yes.

We've got to try black tea since we're in the UK.

(Can't miss black tea in the UK)

The UK is famous for its black tea.

There's nothing we can help with.

(Guests may sit and wait)

I asked them to prepare...

- Breakfast as they usually have it. / - Right.

Instead of preparing something special for us,

we just want to know about their daily life.

Just their usual morning.

Yes.

- What they have and all. / - Yes.

Their morning scene.

(So what do the regular British people)

(Have for their meal at home?)

(Karen and Dilek prepare breakfast together)

(Warm black tea)

(First, the famous British black tea)

- Thank you. / - Thank you.

(And freshly made toasts)

(Karen and Dilek's breakfast, savory rye toasts)

(Then, are the different jams like side dishes?)

(Let's taste the British breakfast)

So, help yourselves.

Take a toast and jam that you like.

You said you like strawberry jam, didn't you?

You guys help yourselves from there.

Thank you for the toasts.

That's orange, I think.

(What caught Sangmin's eyes)

(Are the various jams to choose from)

(Which one will Sangmin choose?)

- That's chocolate. / - Chocolate.

(Got you, peanut butter)

(Adding peanut butter for a better taste)

(You know how to have your toast)

I'm going to mix the two.

(But peanut butter isn't the end)

Half peanut butter and half strawberry jam.

(Are you having a toast or just lots of jam?)

American style.

I want to try some of that.

I've never seen someone mix that many jams.

I'm going to try now.

I'm not brave enough.

I really think this is my first time.

I'm feel like a baker right now.

(Putting lots of chocolate on top)

(This is the best way to recharge on sugar)

It's so good.

(Three types of jam on one toast)

(How does that never-before-seen toast taste?)

(Oh, this tastes like...)

(Come to me, sugar)

(Amazed)

(Looks as if he's got the whole world to himself)

Korean breakfast...

There is a minimum of five side dishes.

- Five. / - Five different menus.

Rice, soup, kimchi...

You have kimchi for breakfast?

I mean, I love kimchi, but for breakfast?

Kimchi isn't just for breakfast.

- It's for every meal. / - Really?

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner. / - Oh, wow.

It helps you start off the morning powerfully.

They do say that breakfast is

the most important meal of the day.

So you have to have more.

First, the grandfather eats,

then the sons and children eat.

Yeah, it was exactly the same here.

My grandfather would've his own tray of food

in his resting room.

And the rest would've it in the kitchen.

Back in the old days, it was so different

from how it is now.

But I'm surprised that it was like that in Korea.

This is what amazes me. Cultures...

- They're all the same. / - Same, yeah.

There's something similar in every culture.

Always.

Can I get you one more?

Do you want some more toasts?

(Their plates are too clean to say no)

Do you have more?

Yeah, yeah.

I'll have one more, please.

The reason why I didn't make it is because

if it gets cold, it's not good.

We make it fresh so that it tastes better.

It doesn't taste nice if it's cold.

It's like how we don't put out extra rice when we eat.

We bring it out fresh when we need it.

(Just let me know if you need more)

(Waiting for new toasts)

We're like robbers who came to rob this house but

got close to the owners and were invited to a meal.

(Like the robbers from the movie, "Home Alone")

We work all through the week and don't have time.

So the weekend is when we do our shopping.

There are supermarkets nearby,

but they don't have everything we need.

- We drive about 10-15 minutes... / - Bigger.

To a bigger supermarket where we get everything.

So we get everything on a Saturday.

We eat it throughout the week,

and then on Friday, we have nothing left in the fridge.

There are big markets in Korea too.

But small markets,

many are within a walking distance.

- Many, many markets. / - Many, many.

Korea really is a great place in that sense.

Various shops and places are within

a walking distance, and they're all nice.

What do you do on holidays?

Generally, nothing.

Nothing?

This is my relaxing outfit...

And after work, do you go for a drink with friends?

After work, all I want to do is to come home,

just relax and have a glass of wine and have food.

Or sometimes, we invite our friends to come here...

So we don't have to go anywhere.

(Karen likes to stay at home)

Now, we're friends.

Thank you very much.

Thanks for coming. Thanks for cooking.

- Thanks for all the presents. / - Last night's meal...

- Was absolutely lovely. / - Thank you.

That was really, really nice.

Had it not been for this chance,

we would've lived on without knowing each other.

Absolutely, absolutely. They do say...

It's been one of those experiences where we

virtually had no idea what we were getting into.

We didn't expect it at all, as you know.

But it's been really good having you guys.

- We're never going to forget it. / - No, we won't.

Or forget you guys. I'll never forget you guys.

Next time, in London,

if you ever meet Koreans like us,

please be nice to them too.

- Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely. / - Definitely.

I'll be seeking out for Korean friends.

- In London. / - I can talk about all of this now.

Cheers.

- Cheers! / - Cheers!

Thank you.

Shall we get a picture together?

- Oh, yes. / - We'll print it and give it to you.

Yes, please.

(Making this into a memory that will last)

- Thank you. / - Thank you.

- Thank you. / - Thank you.

- Have a safe journey. / - See you again.

Next time, come to Korea. See you again.

(There isn't anything more valuable than this)

- Take care of yourself. / - Thank you very much.

Good luck.

(A promise to see each other again)

(It's not easy to leave)

- Bye. / - Bye-bye.

(Just as the good time Sangmin and Jaeyun had)

Thank you. Bye. See you again!

- Take care! / - Thank you.

(Hopefully it was the same for Karen and Dilek)

(From being total strangers)

(The four have become valuable friends)

GOP DONORS WITH A LIGHT WARNING FOR REPUBLICANS – 'START WINNING, OR ELSE' - Duration: 15:03.

GOP DONORS WITH A LIGHT WARNING FOR REPUBLICANS – 'START WINNING, OR ELSE'

GOP donors are starting to feel irritated.

They want a win and they want it fast.

They even threatened to shut down their pockets if they are not satisfied.

During a recent gathering at the Rocky Mountain resort, these people made their concerns clear.

Accompanying Doug Deason were 10 other donors from Dallas.

They decided to stop their financial support until Republicans actually accomplish something

new.

The Obamacare replacement was a distinct request.

They want it gone and they want it now.

Other crucial requests they had was the taxpayers reforms and a few other changes already promised

some time ago.

Deason personally turned down two fundraiser Republican plans just to prove his point.

He will not back down if changes are not made.

This is an ongoing move right now to get Republicans working the way they should.

They were high and mighty when questions came about Obama and his system but are currently

not doing anything to make these changes happen.

THE well-known professor Eddie Zipperer confirms these concerns.

No changes have been made in a while and the list of demands just keeps on stacking.

These people don't deserve a dime until they make it happen.

Do you agree with the Donors as well?

Are changes already over-due

their date?

How to Invest in 💲 Stocks for Beginners in Malaysia (in 2018) - sector by sector analysis 📈 - Duration: 17:46.

how to invest in stocks in Malaysian share market sector-by-sector

breakdown

in this video I'm going to show you the sector breakdown just go into my

brokerage account as you can see over here go to here home market so if your

brokerage does not have this kind of feature then very easy it sucks

change the work to a brokerage that shows you something like this okay this

sector so so I'm going to get gonna do a quick review of how to invest in these

sectors in the stock market so for example if you go to these sectors

mining there's really not much of mining sector you can invest in I don't know

why you want to invest in mining sector so just keep that plantation sector it's

something that we can see over here plantation you have like two pages of

stocks your oil palm for the most part um again you know you have like fgv like

felda and all that but if you ask me whether I'm an expert in this sector

know like I don't think anyone it's really an expert in those oil palm or

even plantation sector unless you work in that sector alone which means that

Tuco warren buffett you have to invest within your circle of competency if not

you will be doing a lot of work in this sector trying to understand it plus the

fact that and open is essentially a commodity now again again the commodity

prices it fluctuates you have to understand what the supply and demand

whether the weather factors and all that if you have a certain weather condition

coming and if you assign all the harvests of these plantation companies

in return it will affect the net profit and then in return if you affect that

stock price so you have to understand the whole process if you are not an

expert in this I would say that you could probably just skip this plantation

sector unless you have a good understanding of this now how about

properties now properties are getting no brainer everyone can relate to

properties because mostly you can see all these stocks are a property

developers now it seems are very easy to know the property will appear

we're doing well or not bagging launching and all that then most of

these properties are actually property developer for residential properties

when it become the residential properties and at the time of this

recording with two empty eighteen you know that there's always supply in the

market there's a lot of overhang property that cannot be so they have to

do a lot of promotion and all that so property sector it seems like easy

because it's something that we encounter everyday but because of the oversupply

issues overhang issues so this is just we invest with caution because it's not

as easy as a lot of people actually things but if you like that then just go

ahead but personally there's other options when I want to invest in

property which I'm going to talk about more as this video progress so for hotel

there's really not much shangri-la and all that so we just skip we know finance

now finance is another sector that is good because finance is actually what

because a bellwether of the economy and what it means by that and normally

finance sector is if there's a any stock market crashed finance sector would be

the first to be impacted or there is a sign that's why it's called bellwether

of any stock market over the economy and after that's a stock market crash

recession then he recovers back finance stocks is also one of the first sector

no study has shown that the first sector to recover so there Lyla like yachts

terrible weather of the entire economy a stock market having say that you also

know that now the banks margin are really being squeezed that's why you see

that over the years there has been a lot of retrenchment because a lot of things

when it comes to banking there's a lot of compliant causing loss which means

that they really the complaint cross compliance costs cost a lot of money to

implement right and all these are actually very regulated by the central

bank so the other thing is the interest rate has been all-time low and the

interest rate is low banks earns their money from the interest rates that

you charge them and you borrow a loans and all that quiz the banks margin

that's why a lot of banks nowaday they are going for the what we quite a well

management business side of thing or business banking because the loan which

used to be the lending son of the England used to be very profitable but

with this compression of interest rate banks have to really do a cost here and

there reduce paperwork or everything go online redo the staff and all that and

next one we're not going to do SPE special purpose acquisition vehicle we

are going to do infrastructure now infrastructure you have a lot of this

electrical and all that so generally infrastructure again it is a good for

cash flow due to the fact that the infrastructure okay just imagine you

know all the company line know like TN be the man guy no infrastructure not

sure why it's not listed here but every infrastructure company like it can be

everyman you actually paying them so there's no no doubt of where the money

will be coming from and there's no point to say that whether the business is

doing good not having said that they also monopoly meaning that if they feel

that the increase in the tariff is justifiable then maybe they will do so

with government approval and things like that of course but having said that the

cash flow is also always almost guaranteed the only thing that

infrastructure company or stock have to look for they have to really control the

costs okay but this infrastructure a lot of cost to maintain all those

infrastructure related to support all the infrastructure and not sure why I'm

saying over here but hope that makes sense so with that we have cover

actually how to invest in plantation started investing probably start

investing financed on how to invest in infrastructure stocks now this is next

how to invest in technology sector or technology stocks now when it comes that

knowledge a sector a lot of people will jump right into it because they think

technology is a very easily understandable who else your hand if you

are not using some of Technology in today's age maybe your

handphone maybe your computer maybe your let them be iPad so all this technology

sector but when invest in circuit technology sectors in in those

technology companies it's not as easy because for example in there is one

example they are not really like you know technology is technology they also

you have to understand you know they are doing a lot of testing manufacturing for

all the parts and whatnot equipment to test for example they are supplier

supplier for for Apple the supplies of the parts to make sure I phone now it

might seem simple to say that as long as mobile phone and normal device are going

they may have this supply and demand but just bear in mind that there's a lot

more to into it because things like what is the the whether there's any raw

material shortage does that could impact the revenue for example if I go to only

like Vitrox the vision inspection so vision inspection for microchip and

all that man engineer myself so I know a bit of this and this is something sector

if you are not working in the sector it's really hard to say that what is the

supply and demand of these electronic parts or electronics sector how how what

is the cost whether there's you know China and all that they are actually big

competitor for this semiconductor industry they really you know things are

really like for example computer is getting cheaper and they are getting

more advanced simply because the cost of all these things actually going down so

there's a lot of competitive cost over there and to an extent man there's a lot

of competition there's a lot of supplies your cost who drives down you cannot

sell that as expensive that you were selling to your customer and having say

that when it come to cost control and come to supply and demand of these

technology sector there's a lot of factor that goes into it it's not as

easy as a lot of people think so the h1 I want to warn you about you really have

to be working in this industry and your knees your

maybe your Bogle feet wet deep into this in data to understand the supply and

demand curve whether there's a lot of whether there's this tariff and all that

job political risks that might affect the supply and demand own not only the

technology sector but the technology parts in this sector itself so again not

easy but let's move on to trading and service now trading and service is

something that you need to specify because it's a huge scope by its own a

huge huge scope know what means like that now you see Air Asia your favorite a

Asia flat company or Air Asia it's still it's still trading and service business

a Malaysian Airport VJ corporation that probably runs the all the Asha also sell

calm and BJ food all those or Kenny Rogers be jet authorities or the

gambling and all that so caring is a pharmaceutical company farmer run

pharmacy so it's a huge sector you have to narrow down by what kind of business

that you're focusing on is the evasion is it telco is this something like those

nonchalant compliant things or whether it's a food and beverage so these are

all our services are trading and services sector so you have to focus

it's impossible to cover everything and you can see the under services and

trading and this sector there's ten pages of all these stocks that is listed

and here so it's a huge sector you might want to narrow down by only investing in

the sector that you are very very familiar in depend on let's say if you

are talking about Nestle okay and they show you probably next ok my eg it's not

analogy stocks since I it's like trading services Nestle Nestle supposedly also

it is a training services but know Nestle is actually and what I call with

consumer product a services trading services sector you

have to be to narrow down what other expect whether it's a pharmaceutical you

know where there is a foreign vibration know that now having said that one of

the best sector to invest in from a very high level is one of it is also consumer

sector because let's let's be frank things in consumer sector like we want

to show you this night Nestle right so regardless of any economic cycle

economic recession you still have to a lot of people still have to depend on a

no drink and eat all your conflicts and your meal oh you're Milo your new powder

and all that so these are the most resilient sector when it comes to

consumer products and I highly highly suggest if you're a beginner you might

want to actually look at this sector corrects it's a company that does

rubbers condoms and all that and people are not going to start having sex

even though tech the economic recession scream coming down now QL is actually

care resources is a company produce eggs and poultry that you eat every day you

go to your economic rise you want to buy a cook for yourself you go to any

restaurant these are the company produce poultry eggs and all your food for

consumption so when you are stuck and don't know what to invest in so you

don't reset very sexy sectors like technology or even properties you choose

sectors which is boring but something everyone can relate in Sasbadi is at

least a company that that's all your revision books your SPM PMR are and

all that so these are require consumer goods and it's always always good to

start with then your consumer good now the other last thing that I want to

cover today is this sector ok construction let's see or the

construction again if you were in a construction company

then there's always you can actually invest in this sector

if you know what's going on but having said that if you're not in this sector

then you be expected to do a lot of homework because construction it all

comes to who gets what job whether they get a tender for these jobs whether they

got jobs for construction infrastructure not only in Malaysia Malaysia and what

is the potential of that how how much this company who are able to secure

contract the viewer bridge in China of Vietnam or Myanmar

how they're going to profit for that so this is actually not easy and if you

follow this sector very closely again it's very special I sector don't go into

this sector unless you actually in this contracting sector itself now what I

want to say that there's this industrial products that that is perhaps the second

the second option if you want to choose a sector as a total new beginner when it

comes to invest in stock invest in this is how you want to invest in this

so-called industrial product sector so in the soup Ronda is if you review over

here you have this algae on another gear that made all those rooftops they meet

me some companies here they actually make glasses some company here they

actually make steel so all those are industrial equipments like piping and

all that boring stuff but this again a basic necessity when it comes to all the

human what humans need for homes or infrastructure for the sewer whatnot and

things like that so as you can see this ten pages over here again specializing

the thing of industrial service or product that you want to specialize in

now things like pressed metal aluminum supplier looks easy but some of these

combination export their stuff overseas so you might also want to specialize in

certain equipment sector and this sector that but what kind of industrial product

are goods and it's likely there are a few counters under that new

category so you nice now you're category and just keep an eye follow the news if

you want even like Super Max they actually make rubber globes even

companies like for example let me show you here I should have company like top

glove also rubber these are the top producers of rubbers anyway in the world

so with that being say this will be my second sector because these are most

resilient we have covered everything in this sector how do you invest in

consumer product stocks how to invest in industry product stocks how to invest in

construction stock trading stocks technology stocks how do you invest in

infrastructure so we have covered almost everything big huge over here the only

thing that one sector I have not covered but this is the sector I would like the

most because I'm also the expert in it in it you want to know this sector which

if you very consistent very guaranteed dividends year after year and also very

resilient to any economic cycle you if you reach and you hear do smash this

notification button hit subscribe and wait for the next end screen there will

be redirected there's a video for you in the next lesson you can click where I

review the sector that gives you consistent dividends year after year

regardless of economic condition that is the sector the safe the path for the

last does that being said is CFL you hit the subscribe button like this video

comment below of you like this and just watch the next video coming up in the

end screen because you're going to love it very very much okay ciao

you
