President Moon to visit Washington for S. Korea-U.S. summit next week - Duration: 1:53.

President Moon is flying to Washington again next week.

With all the rapid development and abrupt changes as we build up to another historic

summit, it's good to know the sit-down between the liberal leader and his American counterpart

is now fixed.

Cha Sang-mi outlines what to expect from that meeting.

The Blue House has revealed President Moon Jae-in's Washington summit schedule for next

week.

At a press briefing on Friday, the Blue House National Security Office deputy director announced

that the President is to arrive in Washington on Monday evening, local time.

He will then spend the night at the Blair House, an official VIP guesthouse at the White

House.

The next morning, Moon is scheduled to meet with Washington's key figures in charge of

foreign and security policies.

As for the most anticipated part of his trip -- a sit-down with Trump -- the Blue House

confirmed, that the meeting will be just between the two leaders, with no attendees other than

the interpreters.

After the one-on-one, Moon and Trump will move to an expanded meeting over a business

lunch.

After his meetings with Trump, President Moon will visit the Korean Legation in Washington

to commemorate the 130th anniversary of its opening and the 136th anniversary of the 1882

signing of the United States-Korea Treaty of Peace.

Moon will touch down back in Korea early Thursday Korean time.

The NSC deputy director expressed his wish for a successful Seoul-Washington summit:

"We hope President Moon's visit this time will serve as a chance to strengthen the friendship

and ties between the heads of South Korea and the U.S. and develop the two countries'

alliance and partnership for the future."

Over the past year, the two leaders have kept close touch, holding 4 summits and 11 phone

conversations.

This summit is the fifth meeting between South Korea and the U.S. since President Moon came

to office.

arms for me from being tall it's all here to here it's all the pressure I feel

nothing from here to here is being worked so how do we combat that folks we

do what they tell us not to do we take our elbows out of the pocket and come

upwards a little bit I am able to get my upper head as well

and hit a full range of motion of working the complete bicep both the

lower head and the higher

lat pull-downs this is more about can ya fit on the thing or not here at Apex

there's one of the reasons I'm a member here because I could fit on this lat

pulldown but I promise you at least 50% of the gyms we go to tall guys you know

what I'm talking about when you're doing your lap pull downs and you come down

there's time to come back up nope that's it the rack is already at the bottom

you're done you can't go up you can't go up any higher you're stuck still here

with your arms slightly bent you can your arms are not supposed to be

slightly bent when you're at the end of your repetition my coach prefers my ass

to come up off the bench a little bit so when I come back down with that

repetition it's a really big full range of motion on my last I'm engaging all of

my life not half because I'm having to stop here okay

triceps when we're using the ropes for our press downs right again what do they

tell us lock our elbows in tight and come down and flex lot elbows locked in

tight come down and flex there's a problem you're not taking into

consideration gigantors look where this stops look what my arms

are now some of you like dude I don't have that problem I'm 6 foot 5 okay yes

I'm 7 feet tall so maybe this might be an only a 7 foot problem but it's a

problem for me nonetheless so I'm at 90 degrees I want to go all the way up so

how do i combat this you ask great question this is how now my range

of motion at top is not cut off but look at the difference look on come our way

up like that versus being stuck here look at this just walking down stairs I

can't do the old normal put my foot down and just step like everybody else my

the problem I find our legs are too long a lot of the times the pad is hitting

up to here a lot of the time I'm not able to really get up here as much and I

got a really rely on deeper squats which kill my back so how do I make up for

that loss still being able to do extensions heat all the way back I try

to take my butt and come forward a little bit actually and take my lower back off

of the pad I rest my upper back on it and by doing that I'm creating a

different angle again playing with angles and by me doing that now I do

feel it come up here versus cutting off from here to here only now this movement

is coming all the way up here because my butt is that way more makes all the

difference in the world and this is one I've just figured out recently because

of so much trauma to my back from wrestling and going through tables over

the years I don't have an l5 my disc is completely blown into pieces so this is

the first full year I'm able to do legs and do squats and things like that so I

just learned this

Best BAR Rifle Class Setup for Team Deathmatch After Update - CoD WW2 - Duration: 6:35.

hello everybody and welcome to JGOD gaming in today's video I'll be talking

a little bit about team deathmatch and my favorite class setup using the bar

rifle and I'm gonna talk a little bit about the attachments and how I play the

mode and this specifically the class setup with the streaks and all the

different basic training and all that good stuff I'm gonna go ahead and freeze

it on screen for you so I can go ahead and talk about it but if you do enjoy

let's go ahead and get into some of the gameplay so here's a quick look at

outrunning expeditionary because I want to have that extra ammo obviously you

can run armored particularly it just depends on how aggressive your enemies

and your opponents are running blitzkrieg because I like kill streaks

over score streaks because they're a little bit more overpowered in my

opinion if you use them the right way you get extended recon extended counter

recon all these different variables extended fighter pilot which you're

gonna see are all very useful I'm running the var with the old captain 2

but if that doesn't really matter because I'm running a reflex sight

sometimes I just prefer reflex sight over the iron sights I've advanced

rifling and then I have extended mags for that XM magazine capacity as far as

the pistol and the leap those and all that stuff doesn't really matter it

really comes down to preference let's go ahead and get into some gameplay so one

thing I do want to point out is this match is incredibly short you can see

we're down by 4 it's 15 to 20 down by 5 now I do I'm going against a weak Lobby

and I just play with full aggression knowing that the enemy team is not that

great just based off their rank so sometimes when you get into these

lobbies you could play a little bit more aggressive knowing that your opponents

are just a little bit weaker so I push this spot my aim was pretty much on

point the reflex sight I probably would actually use different reflex sight but

I just put it on to test it out I try to have a few matches and I was completely

slapping on stream if you had a chance to check on my stream and then pretty

much people were asking what's the class setup so I thought hey you know what let

me pull a clip from the video stream then go ahead and upload that and kind

of talk a little bit about this class setup obviously I can't with another

video about the bar class setup and that one had a high caliber instead of the

reflex and it really comes down to preference you could also run rapid fire

which I don't really think is necessary for this weapon but in general things do

come down to preference this is just how the weapon looks based off how the

weapon performs and all the attachments you can see how I'm playing with it

we're still down by 8 points I'm kind of holding this down because there are a

lot of them just sitting right there I know that the

gonna come out we got to get map position like I said every mode is all

about map position and maps control and right here we're not really in a good

position I can see them on the mini-map I don't really want to push from that

angle I go ahead and take a different approach and then go ahead and destroy

that guy I got my fighter plane knowing full well that I'm a wipeout this team

clearing off from this area and get these free kills so it's one of the

great things like see I'm working from the back from outside spawn working

toward spawn try and get as many kills as I can because if you start from spawn

obviously get the spawn protection which I covered in my fighter pilot tutorial

how to maximize those kills that was even for blitzkrieg and with blitzkrieg

it's crazy good so again I melt that guy doesn't even die don't take damage and

then I'm coming around I go ahead and melt that guy he's focused on my

teammate I'm waiting for kinda for a recon task because you want to make sure

you got that recon pass before you call in some of these other streaks

especially if you're gonna be using the fighter pilot or the mortar strikes or

any of the other streaks glide bomb it gives you kind of positioning so you

know where they're at but in general the other ones don't so you want to make

sure you have a recon in the air so you don't just call it blindly and don't

know where to line it up you got to position things the right way you can

see I'm positioning myself the right way with placing these s mines in a position

so that I know my back is covered I have the best map control my team everyone

else is behind me unfortunately they're not pushing the objective I died to a

fire shot if I had armored on in that position I would have survived that

little gunfight so you can see right there I don't call it in waiting for my

recon I call in this so I got a better idea where the map is so you can see I

made that split-second decision I'm going to take that guy out and now I

kind of have an idea where they're at I'm gonna call in the mortar strike and

I'm a position in a way so that I can actually make sure that I get some kills

it's not always effective because sometimes things change out the map

people leave people connect we're still down by two on Team Deathmatch and it

goes up to 75 like I said I'm not a huge fan of team deathmatch but it all

depends on how your opponents play if they're not gonna move they're refused

to move and go all the way around the long way and kind of take them out I did

have an awful gameplay where I did that on Aachen which you if you were able to

see it on a livestream you'll know everyone in chat was like dang that is

the worst campers in the world and they weren't even partied up so I don't know

what they're doing you seem kind of repositioning maximizing the lethality

of this weapon cuz this is a three kill up to 23 Raiders with advanced

rifling so you can see I'm just tearing those guys up sitting their spawn I got

my streak I got my recon I'm just playing this area that's a four shot

kill range ish right there so that's kind of the maximum it can go so that's

why you want to use a gun like this on a smaller map like this I know a lot of

times people think this map big you can see I haven't really gone to these long

sightlines because I'm focusing on make sure I maximize the effectiveness of the

weapon so a lot of times the play style is determined by the weapon you're using

LMG I piyo would focus on longer sightlines SMG I probably playing

similar paths I'm playing right now so a lot of times you just really have to be

in tune with your weapon know the best way to use it and navigate the map

effectively team deathmatch you got to know where the spawns are I know the

spawns flip we pushed a little bit far I kind of waited knew as soon as I knew

the spawns flip I repositioned and then made sure I put myself in position to

call my streaks and then again you can see how I'm cycling through my

blitzkrieg streaks you could also run ordnance if you want to do that ordnance

is more ideal for Kill Confirmed in my opinion than team deathmatch but it all

depends on your preference me in particular I know I'm gonna get all my

for my streaks on my streak up I don't really care too much about score per

minute or all that I just want the match to end as quick as possible that's why

all I have is Lee pose in the recon and if you actually pay attention to how I'm

actually navigating the map I'm very focused on where positioning is I know

this guy's you might come around the right side I'm just kind of focusing on

covering the different aspects I know that they want to try and flank so I go

ahead and take a little peek over here kind of wait a little bit and then my

mini maps telling me they're in this direction that guy just pops out he

sneaks around enemy lines I guess my teammates were kind of right there I he

guy kind of just walked all the way around this is pretty much the end of
