Christian Pulisic has completed the first major deal of the January transfer window after completing a £58million switch from Dortmund to Chelsea today

However, Pulisic face a long wait to pull on a Blues shirt after being loaned back to Dortmund for the remainder of the 2018/19 season

When will Christian Pulisic make his Chelsea debut? The rapid winger won't be able to feature for Chelsea until the current season ends in May

His final game for Dortmund will be an away trip to Borussia Monchengladbach on May 18 unless they reach the Champions League final on May 26

As soon as the football season draws to a close, he will link up with the Blues before making his debut in pre-season around July

However, Pulisic's return to Chelsea may be delayed if he links up with the USMNT squad to participate in the 2019 Gold Cup in June

Will Christian Pulisic watch Chelsea vs Southampton at Stamford Bridge tonight? Pulisic is unlikely to be unveiled at Stamford Bridge until the summer out of respect for his current club, Dortmund

The German giants are currently enjoying their winter break though it still remains unlikely he will make an appearance in the stands

Traditionally, players who sign pre-contract agreements distance themselves from the club they are set to join in a bid to keep their current fans on side

Appearing at Stamford Bridge would not go down well with Dortmund fans as their side are fully-focused on maintaining their six-point lead over Bayern Munich at the top of the table

Jonathan Hunsaker: Hey, breastfeeding moms out there, make sure you watch this video.

We're going to talk about whether or not you should detox while you're breastfeeding.

Stay tuned.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Is detox safe during pregnancy?

No.

I will elaborate as to why detox is not safe during pregnancy,

and that comes down to one basic principle.

If you are detoxifying and you're pregnant, there is risk of circulating toxins that are

safely stuck away in tissues and won't get near that baby.

And what we don't want to do is start detoxifying if you're pregnant and doing some sort of

detox where we unleash toxins that are safely tucked away somewhere, in some tissue somewhere,

and circulate that through your bloodstream, where that blood may come in contact with a baby.

We don't want to do that.

What you can do while you're pregnant is green foods, green juices, things like that, things—

what you want to do is maximize your nutrition.

And by maximizing your nutrition, you're naturally, as you take in all the good stuff,

you're naturally going to force out a lot of bad stuff.

It's very, very simple.

As the good comes in, the bad's going to go out.

Doing a focused or targeted detox while you're pregnant is not safe.

Do not do that.

We do not recommend that.

I don't recommend that.

I don't have patients do that.

So, no, detoxing while you're pregnant is not, is not safe, is not recommended.

But what you can do is improve your nutrition.

Get good nutrients, get a good multivitamin, get green foods in your system.

Flood your system with as many nutrients as possible.

You want to have as much raw material available to build a nice, healthy baby as possible.

And the more raw material that you have available, the better off you, as the mother,

will be afterwards, after the baby's born.

You will be healthier, you'll have more reserves.

Should a woman detox while breastfeeding?

The answer on that one is also no. No.

Again, we don't want to recirculate toxins throughout the system while you're breastfeeding the baby.

While breastfeeding, you want to maximize your nutrition, maximize your nutrition.

Good, full-spectrum multivitamin get your minerals, green foods in particular,

those are the things that are going to support you

and maximize your nutrition so you have the best, best milk you can give that baby.

Again, no detoxing while breastfeeding, because we don't want to recirculate any toxins that

are hid away in your body somewhere and expose that baby to any toxins.

We don't want to—babies are already born with enough toxins from the environment.

We don't need to expose them to any others.

So, no detoxing while pregnant or while breastfeeding.

But maximize your nutrition, get as good healthy multivitamins, even probiotics.

Very, very, very healthy, very helpful for breastfeeding women.

Also, green foods, green foods, green foods, green foods.

You can't get enough green foods.

So, I hope that answers your question.
