So, all injuries are not preventable but things that some things can be done to

reduce how often the injuries happen especially in teens and youths when

they're playing sports overuse injuries are the most common. So, some key things

that I tell people are don't play the same sport year-round don't train the

same year-round it's good to either take some time off from your sport if you do

focus on a single sport or even better is to play multiple different sports as

that are the same thing all year long.

ASK UNMC! Is it too late to get a flu shot? - Duration: 1:00.

So, it's not too late to get a flu shot you should get a flu vaccine as long as

influenza is circulating within the community. Now that might go into March

or April or maybe even the early part of May. It takes about two weeks from the

time you get the vaccine to the point where your body has responded to it and

that you are immune to the flu so if that virus is going to continue to be

circulating for about two weeks you should go ahead and get the vaccine.

Now obviously the best time to get the vaccine is before the epidemic hits so

probably sometime in the fall September, October, November would be the best time

to get your vaccine but if you've waited it's not too late.

The Future of Farming Is Underwater - Duration: 2:50.

- I feel we are overusing the resources of our planet.

We want to expand the possibilities of agriculture

in an environment where it wasn't thought

that you could actually grow plants.

We think that that can really change

the outlook for the future.

(atmospheric music)

(pleasant music)

Nemo's Garden is an alternative agriculture project

where we are trying to find a way to grow

plants underwater in underwater greenhouses.

We have grown between 50 and 60 different species:

basil, different kinds of salads,

goji, soy, sprouts, medical herbs.

Harvesting the plants is actually very simple.

We cut it just like we would do on land,

and then we wrap it into reusable plastic containers

and we just close it up and we pick it

up on the surface nice and comfortable.

The main challenges of growing plants underwater are:

it has never been done; it's all new.

Initially, the learning curve was very steep.

Every operation has to be done scuba diving,

and that is a challenge on itself.

The main advantages are the

protection from outside elements.

We are underwater, nothing can get to us.

No pests, means no chemicals needed,

and, of course, no hail, no storms,

the temperature stability that we have inside the water,

which is a lot more stable than outside.

Plus the higher pressure underwater, apparently,

makes our plants grow faster and stronger

and with higher contents of essential oils.

The water that we use for the plants

is mostly from evaporation of the surface of the saltwater.

Once it's evaporated it condenses back into rain.

We basically create freshwater automatically

that we don't need to consume any energy for.

(soft piano music)

We know that climate change and the future of demography

is headed towards a way where we will be

overusing the resources of our planet.

I hope that Nemo's Garden is a way to use those

resources in a very respectful way and balanced way.

The whole concept for the project is to expand

the possibilities of agriculture.

In a world that is covered more than 70 percent in water

it simply made sense to us.

Mayweather, 50-0 in boxing, also hinted on several occasions he was willing to follow in the footsteps of James Toney and enter the world of mixed martial arts. The 41-year-old has publicly discussed MMA bouts with and the Irishman's successor as UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov. But his next opponent has now been revealed as Tenshin Nasukawa.

Who is Tenshin Nasukawa? Tenshin Nasukawa, who hails from Japan, is a rising star in MMA. At just 20-years-old, he already boasts a kickboxing record of 27-0, with 26 wins coming via knockout. He made his MMA debut in December 2016, beating Nikita Sapun in the first round, before going on to win a further three bouts. Nasukawa admitted himself he was surprised to get the call to fight Mayweather.

Although, he also promised to deliver Mayweather the first defeat of his professional fighting career.       "It was a surprise offer but I accepted without hesitation," said Nasukawa. "It's the biggest moment in my life and I want to be the man who changes history.

I'll do that with these fists, with one punch - just watch." When is vs Tenshin Nasukawa? The bout will take place in Japan on New Year's Eve (December 31). Nasukawa competes in the RIZIN Fighting Federation, the company Mayweather has recently signed with.

It is unknown whether the showdown will be under boxing, kickboxing or MMA rules but Mayweather hopes to have this resolved in "the next couple of weeks". "I wanted to do something different. It doesn't matter where the fight is but it's in a special place," Mayweather said.     "I always wanted to display my skills outside the US and be in a special fight.

This presented itself, I spoke with my team, I got with Rizin and we put it together. "It's always been a goal of mine to go outside the US and go to another arena and display my talent as a professional. I did it as an amateur but it was different as a professional.

"I fought in the US for all 50 fights but as an amateur I was able to travel and fight in Russia, Cuba and so many different countries. "I chose Japan because it's such a great place and they've got great people and the fighting atmosphere is unbelievable. "I want to give the people what they want to see - blood, sweat and tears.".

Every hero has a goal.

A quest.

A final destination.

However, most of us are not just natural-born heroes.

We start dreaming when we are kids...

...and when we grow up we tend to focus on making a living.

But some of us...

...keep on dreaming.

Facing new challenges.

Working hard.

Making sacrifices.

Do everything!

To finally achieve our dreams

Just to realize...

They are not dreams anymore.
