Waching daily Oct 3 2018

The future of humanity and the next generations is in danger because of us.

Social media and the internet did huge services to humanity, but they also harmed humanity.

And one of the things that are harming humanity is the rise of the influencers.

What the hell does even an influencer mean?

From time to time I visit people's profiles, and I see this explicitly written in their

biographies, that they are ''Influencers''.

And then I cannot stop myself from laughing.

Because what does it mean that I write about myself that I am influencing people?

And then I start laughing more when I see what they are producing and sharing most of

the time.

It's very normal nowadays to see a person creating his own fan page and calling himself

an influencer or a public figure.

Which is ok of course if he or she was doing something meaningful that can influence others

positively or help them in their lives or start a positive change.

But according to what I see today, this is not the case.

In the past few years, I used to see pathetic posts containing funny meaningless videos

from guys who are calling themselves public figures, or from girls who are filling their

Instagram pages with Bikini photos and calling themselves influencers.

And the question which usually pops into my head is ''Influencing what exactly?

Or in other words, what are you influencing people to do?''

With the rise of these people, your kid will come to you one day and say ''I decided

not to study, not to educate myself or to take any meaningful action, because I decided

to be an influencer.''

And you will keep wondering what made him or her think this way and you will say to

yourself ''I made everything right.

I gave my kid attention; I sent him to the best schools, and I did all that I can to

raise him up as an educated kid and help him have a bright future.''

All the things that you did are great but let us face reality.

It is you.

You are the main reason for this change in his or her mentality, and you made him, or

her think this way.

If you are following these people and sharing their content, then do not blame anyone except

yourself because you are helping these influencers and public figures to grow and to spread their

messages.

You are making them famous.

You are helping a meaningless message gets viral while dumping or hiding the important,

useful one.

Because that's how the algorithm on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn works.

Their algorithms are designed to highlight the content which is having huge interaction.

So, in the end, it's you who is spreading these messages, not the content creator or

the influencer.

So if you are spending time on social media and you saw a meaningful message, a post or

a video and you are not interested in checking it because you want to have fun on social

media, or If you are a guy or a lady who believes that your education should come only from

your 9 to 5 job and you are not willing to study, read or learn at home, then its ok.

You do not have to check those educational or meaningful posts or to interact with them.

The educational and meaningful content is not for everyone, exactly as not everyone

in this life will be successful, help others, or leave something meaningful behind him or

her that others can benefit from.

But my request to you is, on the other hand, do not interact or re-share the meaningless

posts of these other so-called public figures or influencers.

And here is my final message to you.

If you keep watching football games and movies during your free time, then do not ask your

kids to go and read or learn something meaningful during their free time.

If you keep sharing the news of Football stars, or news about movie celebrities then do not

ask your kid to become a scientist or a CEO.

And if you keep speaking about movie stars and football players with your friends then

do not ask your kid to be creative or a noble prize winner.

Because simply, if your kid sees that the people who are becoming rich, famous and everyone

is speaking and sharing their news are the social media influencers, movie stars, football

players…etc.

Then why should he choose to become something else?

I shared my message, and now it's up to you to stop this new disease.

Stop it before its too late and before regretting it.

See you next Episode.

Duchess Kate's response to little girl who asks her why she is being photographed is too adorable - Duration: 2:37.

The Duchess of Cambridge charmed royal watchers as she returned to work following her maternity leave on Tuesday, paying a visit to the Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden in Paddington, London - where she met a group of children who were taking part in various outdoorsy activities

And while Kate has shown us her natural ease with children many times before, she shared a very sweet moment with one little girl, who asked her why the photographers were snapping away at her

Kate's adorable response was: "They're picturing you, because you're special!" When the little girl replied, "No, they're picturing you," she can be heard replying again: "They've come to see your lovely school

" Aw! Footage of the moment - which was shared on royal blog Tea Time With The Cambridges' social media pages - can be viewed here

She certainly seemed in high spirits as she helped children search for spiders and other "mini beasts" in the garden, as well as plant seeds

Given the relaxed tone of the engagement, Kate dressed down in biker jeans, a jumper and a sporty jacket – as well as her favourite Penelope Chilvers leather boots, which she has been wearing to outdoor events for over ten years now

The radiant Duchess also toured the Wildlife Garden, and was able to see first-hand the positive impact that the Forest School has on children's emotional and physical wellbeing, and see how inner-city youngsters can engage with nature

Linear algebra, chapter 0: What is linear algebra? - Duration: 1:13.

What is linear algebra?

Well, the first use of linear algebra is to solve linear systems.

Linear systems is shorted for system of linear equations.

I have some examples here.

When we have data about elements we can derive them into equations.

And often non-linear equations can be approximated

by linear equations.

As you can see, this is very important in various domain of science.

Now to solve linear systems.

Can we just use simple elimination?

This one - one solution.

No solution

An infinite amount of solution.

Now we have a problem.

The right infinite is bigger than the left infinite.

Also, simple elimination is difficult

to implement as an algorithm.

In linear algebra, we introduce a systematic

way of solving linear system.

The first thing we do is look at linear systems

by its column picture.

Who Are the Teenage Actors in 'This Is Us'? | Heavy.com

This Is Us is one of the hottest shows on television these days, and the stars of the series have certainly skyrocketed.

Names like Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, and Milo Ventimiglia have become household names, but what about the younger stars of the show?.

Who are the teenagers who play the younger versions of the stars? Read on to find out.

Hannah Zeile.

Hannah Zeile is a 20-year-old actor who stars as young Kate Pearson.

The role of Young Kate marks her first since taking four years away from the industry to go to high school.

Hannah tells Variety, "So, coming back to set I sort of felt like a fish out of water.

I had to be told where I was supposed to be, I didn't really know the routine of everything yet.

I was a little bit nervous because I knew I was going to be working with Milo and Mandy, who are obviously really talented and have been in the business for a really long time and I looked up to them.

I didn't really know what to expect, but I had no lines that day so I could just kind of watch them, and they were both so welcoming and kind.".

Interestingly enough, Metz used to work as a commercial agent at the agency where Zeile was signed when she was younger.

Zeile says the first day in the hair and makeup trailer for This Is Us, Chrissy turned to her and said, "Oh my God! I don't know if you remember, but I was a commercial agent at the agency that you're with.".

Zeile was raised in Thousand Oaks, California.

Both her parents are former athletes.

Her father, Todd Zeile, was an MLB player, while her mom, Julianna McNamara, was an Olympic gymnast.

Niles Fitch.

Niles Fitch was a child actor.

When he was four, he started print modeling in Atlanta.

He then made his Broadway debut in The Lion King after touring in the show across the country.

He's appeared on shows like Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Army Wives, and Best Friends Whenever.

Asked what it was like filming the scene when teenage Randall gets a panic attack, Fitch tells Young Broaday, "Difficult at first because I wanted to portray what some people experience and make it look real.

When we started filming it got easier and easier.

Mr Milo was really supportive too.

He treated me just like a dad would treat a son in that scene, with a lot of compassion and love.".

He says if he were to dip his toes into another industry, he would try out photography and directing.

He tells teens who want to pursue acting, "Read a lot.

Don't overthink it, always be yourself.

Bring your unique self to every role.".

Logan Shroyer. Logan Shroyer is 19.

Before booking This Is Us, he appeared in Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street, and as Cole Campbell on The Thundermans.

In a February interview with Vulture, Logan shared that he was born in Torrance, California, but spent some time in Oklahoma before relocating to South Bay.

He explains that for This Is Us, he went through a very last-minute audition process.

He had one audition and then found out the next day he had booked the role.

"The next day, I got word that I booked it, and then it was this whole transformation process into being Kevin in the '90s, getting brown contacts to match [Justin Hartley], and then I was on set the next day.

I got the full script that morning, met Dan [Fogelman], Mandy [Moore].

It was just this crazy whirlwind.

It was really crazy.".

He goes to on say that before he booked the role, he had six callbacks for a film.

Then, This Is Us came along and he booked it in just one audition.

He didn't book the film.

Asked about his time with Justin Hartley, Shroyer explains that he hasn't had too much contact with the actor.

"Justin and I will talk.

Many people might think I'm coached by him or something like that, or there are these rigid guidelines.

But in actuality, the first time I talked to him, he was like, "This is your character too.

You really just run with it.

This is Kevin." Early on, I did study him a little bit to see some of mannerisms and things like that.

It has to become a part of what you do.

But they really give you the respect as an actor to take it and do your own thing.

So, I'm really thankful for that, that they trust me so much.".
