Waching daily Oct 29 2018

Hi, guys. I'm Suzie. Welcome back.

Today's video, as we all know, we're gonna listen to BABYMETAL's latest released song.

When it came out, I had received a notice from the subscribers.

They also brought me a shocking message.

I checked it from their official, and the final result was confirmed, which made me sad.

As you all may know, Yui is leaving and this is her personal choice, which I get from this page.

I have to say, it's a bit out of my comfort zone.

Watching them three to achieving the performance is something I feel good about.

Well, the other thing that's holding me back is that I don't know how this song is going to be.

Anyways, finally I've decide to connect with this song.

Without further, please plug your earphones in.

Are you ready!?

Let's Go!!!

A beautiful start.

So they won't appear in this MV?

It's similar to their last Distortion MV.

This MV is the same series of Distortion, I think. I didn't feel good though.

Su's voice gives me a feeling like the stormy sun.

I bet it's Moa's voice.

Heart melting.

It's not over!?

It's too close. The first one is Su and second one is Moa.

Well, Needless to say, I'm more used to seeing them 3.

Although this MV seems to cost a lot, but I don't feel it, sorry.

I'd choose to see the live version of them, that is more enjoyable for me.

Although this is the dark side of BABYMETAL, but Su's voice and harmony part is AWESOME.

A warm and powerful voice was sent to my ears.

Moreovers, I don't understand its lyrics. I hope my feeling is right. Lol.

And I can't tell but I feel that there is a missing part of the song.

Maybe it's because 3 of them are missing. Lol. I don't know.

I still feel bad that Yui will not be a part of Babymetal in the future. Although I was 100% supported Moa and Su.

Hope that Yui can have a better future in her own way.

Tbh, I'm so disappointed that there is no way to see them 3 on the same stage in the future.

Really, they gave me a lot of happiness and energy.

Who knows, perhaps this will be better for their personal development.

I can only convince myself with this reason.

Well, you all know it is not enough to listen to once.

So take your time.

In the end, wish Yui all the best.

Well, if you like my videos, please give me a big thumb up.

If this is your first time watching my video, Welcome.

I will share all the awesome bands on my channel, I bet you like it.

So don't forget to subscribe and hit that bell up, then you won't miss anything.

You can also follow my Bilibili and Ins, where I'll let you vote and comment on the songs I should react to.

Thank you for everything you have done for me.

And I will see you in my next video. Bye.

What is QMB? - Duration: 3:20.

In today's edition of Kathy's Mini Classe, we're going to learn what a QMB is.

And if don't know and if you're accepting Medicare patients, you better know.

So stay tuned.

Hi, it's Kathy Mills Chang.

Today in Kathy's Mini Class, we're going to learn a very important Medicare compliance

issue that has seemingly gone undetected based on the questions that we get.

It's called QMB.

Now, a QMB is a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary.

Now, this is a special kind of a patient.

Why?

Because they're getting some extra assistance from Medicare because they may qualify for

Medicaid.

Now, whether or not chiropractic care is covered under Medicaid in your state, we still have

to identify the patient as potentially having a benefit under QMB status.

Now most importantly, you have to know how to figure that out.

Now it won't be on their Medicare card, it might be on a Medicaid card, up here in the

corner, but not every time.

The fool-proof way to know whether a beneficiary is qualified as a QMB is to go to the HIPAA

Eligibility Transaction System or HETS.

It is the way that KMC University recommends that you verify all Medicare anyway, and the

QMB status is one of the statistics that you can get from there.

Now what does it mean, a QMB status beneficiary is essentially someone who's proven hardship

in some way, either financial hardship or disability.

And Medicare has deemed that they do not pay Medicare co-insurance, perhaps that even includes

deductible and they may even get a break on their Medicare Part B premium.

Therefore, if they're in your office you may not charge a co-pay.

So, if Medicare allows $28 and twenty percent is supposed to come from the patient, in this

case if they are a QMB you must write that off.

If Medicaid covers chiropractic in your state, chances are that under those circumstances

they may be responsible for a small Medicaid co-payment.

But the very most important thing for you to remember, is that if your patient is a

QMB, you cannot charge those additional charges without understanding how that works.

We recommend you verify every Medicare patient through the HETS system, not only because

of QMB, but to make sure they're not a Medicare Advantage patient.

We have a wonderful fact sheet everything about Medicare, QMB's as well as verification

right in our KMC University Library.

It is the most comprehensive collection of Medicare training available in the profession.

Is Leicester City Owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Dead? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:53.

Is Leicester City Owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Dead? | Heavy.com

Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha is feared to be dead.

According to The Guardian, Srivaddhanaprabha is believed to be one of at least five people involved in a helicopter crash outside King Power Stadium.

Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha is believed to have been among at least five people on board the Agusta Westland AW169 helicopter that crashed outside the King Power Stadium.

The Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) are leading the investigation into the incident, with inquiries expected to continue in the "coming days".

Leicestershire police ask for patience over details of those involved and reiterate they are "working with a number of other agencies" to provide an update.

The Independent is also reporting the Leicester City owner was part of the crash.

Here's how The Independent described the scene of the accident outside the stadium on Saturday evening.

A spokesman from Leicestershire Police said: "The aircraft came down in a car park near the stadium shortly after 8.30pm, with Leicestershire Police, East Midlands Ambulance Service and Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service all responding to the incident." East Midlands Ambulance Service said the alarm was raised at 8.38pm and it sent a doctor, ambulance and team of paramedics alongside a hazardous area response team to the car park outside the stadium.

The club's owner is known for arriving and leaving the stadium in his helicopter at home games.

The soccer club has not issued an official statement on the status of their owner.

Srivaddhanaprabha purchased Leicester City in 2010, and is a Thai billionaire who founded King Power International.

Srivahhhanaprabha played a major part in turning a struggling club into the 2016 Premier League champion.

"They've been wonderful with the fans but they've been wonderful with the wider community," Matt Davis, vice-chairman of the Foxes Trust fans' group, told Yahoo Sports.

"They are not your average businessman (and his family) that attend a handful of games a season, they are here every game and this that's unfolding is just a total tragedy.".

According to ESPN, the helicopter took off from the center of the field more than an hour after the Leicester City-West Ham match.

After clearing the stadium, the helicopter went down in flames.

The owner has been known to take a helicopter to and from the soccer games.

While Srivaddhanaprabha has not been confirmed to be dead, fans are fearing for the worst with multiple outlets reporting the owner was inside the helicopter.

"Emergency services are currently dealing with an incident at the King Power Stadium, in Leicester, after an aircraft came down in a car park behind the ground earlier this evening," Leicester police said in a statement per ESPN.

"Officers are working alongside the ambulance service, Leicester Fire and Rescue Service, the Air Accident Investigation Branch and Leicester City Football Club to establish the exact circumstances of the collision.".
