An update video for Power Of The Primes Battletrap.

So we bought the Reprolabels stickers.

This is the sticker sheet.

We placed almost all of them, except of some alternative stickers.

So let's see them on the figures. We will start with Roadtrap.

The license plate is 2 stickers.

We have 2 stickers for the lights.

One for the flash-lights and one for the headlights.

The Decepticon symbol is a sticker.

We have stickers on the windows.

These 2 small ones here are stickers.

These 2 here are stickers.

These 2 are stickers as well.

We have 2 stickers here on the back.

And finally, the rear lights are stickers.

Let's move on with Battleslash.

We have 2 stickers on the front of the helicopter.

We have stickers for the windows.

These 2 here are stickers.

These 2 here are stickers.

We have 2 stickers up here.

These 2 here are stickers.

We have 2 stickers over here.

And finally, we have 2 stickers on the tail of the helicopter.

Many extra details.

So let's see now their robot modes.

And here they are in their robot modes.

The only stickers that have showed up in the robot mode of Roadtrap are these here on his arms.

We have already seen the rest of his stickers in his vehicle mode.

And the only sticker that has showed up in the robot mode of Battleslash is the Decepticon symbol here.

And these small round red bits here on the chest are stickers.

We have already seen the rest of his stickers in his helicopter mode.

So, let's combine them now and see how the stickers look in their combine mode!

And here is Battletrap in his combine mode.

There is no sticker that has showed up in this mode.

But you can see the big difference with the stickers on.

Many extra details.

He was very plain without the stickers. Now with the stickers he has more details.

I believe he looks much better like this.

In this video I will show you How To Get Rid Of Flabby Upper Arms Fast For Women.

As a dermatologist I get this question quite often.

This is a 4 step guide to tone your upper arms.

Stay tuned!

Flabby arms are caused due to 2 primary reasons.

One, our skin tends to lose its elasticity as we age and 2, due to excess fat accumulation.

This seems to be a very common issue among women, probably because they have less muscle

mass to fill up the upper arms.

4 steps: (1) Lose the fat

(1a) First, Losing fat on the whole body by managing your energy balance, eating in a

caloric deficit and burning more calories.

(1b) Second possibility: Localized fat reduction.

This can only by done using cryolipolysis, an advanced technique freezing the adipose

tissue locally.

This is done with a CoolSculpting machine.

I perform this technique in my practice over 5 years now, with good results on the upper

arms, especially if combined with the other points in this summary.

(2) Improve the skin's elasticity

(2a) Prevention: not smoking and avoiding the sun's UV radiation

(2b) Healthy food choices, with plenty of vitamins and minerals

(2c) Use prescription tretinoin cream.

This will help to boost you skin's elasticity .

(3) Hormone Optimization

(3a) Lower your cortisol levels

You can do this by avoiding stress, improving sleep quality, don't overdo cardio, and again eat healthy food.

(3b) Raise your Growth Hormone levels

Again better sleep quality, decrease cortisol and insulin by eating less sugar,

and perform short high intensity exercises.

(4) Fill up and tone the arms by building more muscle

(4a) Of course, here you should perform Exercises for the triceps.

My favorites are the bench dips and rope push downs.

(4b) And second, Exercises for the biceps

My favorites are the alternate dumbbell curl and the weighted chin-ups.
