During an interview with ABC, Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono refused to deny that the Democrats

leaked Dr. Ford's letter.

Today, Senator Tom Cotton announced that Senator Dianne Feinstein would be investigated for

the leak, as rumors swirl that one of her high-level staffers is responsible.

The Democrats want to play a game here, pretending that 1) Ford's sketchy allegations are credible

and 2) this entire sham is not political.

They truly think the American people are stupid.

Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono would not deny that Democrats leaked Ford's letter

Audio Version- What is Return on Investment? - Duration: 0:59.

What is return on investment or ROI? In the simplest terms, it is a profit made

from an investment. The investment can be the value of a whole business and a

majority of CEOs and business owners regard this the ultimate measure when

dealing with a business or any business proposition. The goal of most businesses

is to maximize this metric otherwise the cash would have better use in a money

market account or short-term Treasury bond. The investment also can relate to

another part of the business, a new product, plant , or factory as well as any

activity and/or asset with a cost attached to it

To conclude, its main objective is to sum up the profit made from a business

investment and/or decision. Stay Tuned! D'Millennial Deal-Maker Out!

Overwhelm is a Lie! - Duration: 5:07.

(gentle music)

- Overwhelm.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed?

I know, everybody tends to say, "Yes, I feel overwhelmed."

Not enough time, not enough resources.

Now here's the good news.

Overwhelm is really a lie.

And what do I mean by that?

Let's go back and first of all see overwhelmed

the way the mind sees overwhelmed.

See your mind has the ability to look at the whole horizon,

to look at everything at one time.

It sees the whole picture.

Have you ever done your to do list

and you look at your to do list

and it grows,

and maybe you got 100 things on there.

Then the mind goes, "Oh my, I'm overwhelmed."

Overwhelm is a belief in scarcity, number one.

And the belief in scarcity is a lie.

There's enough time to go around.

It's not the scarcity of resources,

a scarcity of time,

it's the belief that you must do it all at one time.

So when you scan the horizon

and you see the whole project,

when you see all the things

that are on your plate to accomplish,

you tend to think that it all has to be done in one swoop.

It has to be done only one step at a time.

Now here's the thing.

You have the capacity, and that's the key word,

to do only which is in front of you.

I shared another videos about some of my heroes

like Mother Teresa and she was asked a question,

"How do you go and serve the poorest of the poor?

"Isn't that an overwhelming, daunting task?"

And she doesn't hold it that way.

She goes, "I just pick up the one that's in front of me,

"and I teach all the sisters of charity,

"just pick up and care

"and feed the one that's in front of you."

And that's how the world changes.

You have the capacity to do only

that which is in front of you.

You do not have the capacity to do it all at one time.

And I hope that's a relief.

When you know that you've only been given the capacity

and you have it built in

and it will show up,

you do this one piece.

That's why they say, "How do you eat an elephant?"

That can be overwhelming.

Well you eat him one bite at a time.

So overwhelm is basically a belief that you must do it all

and there's no way,

so people tend to do nothing at all.

They don't wanna move forward and do that

because it's such a daunting task.

So just remember, the capacity has been given to you

to do one step at a time.

Think of it this way,

if you've ever seen a fog,

a lot of fog, thick fog,

and then you have a flashlight,

and you put the flashlight,

you put the beam of that flashlight,

you'll see an ending point in that fog.

And that is only how far you can walk.

So you find out what's at the end point of that fog.

So what you do is you hold that flashlight

and you start to move towards that beam.

That's you have the capacity to do.

Maybe it's 30 feet.

So you go to the end of that beam

and now you're at another place.

Why?

Because you took action.

You did what was in front of you.

You had the capacity to only go 30 feet.

Now, you've gone that 30 feet.

Where's that beam?

Another 30 feet in that fog.

Now you can see what you couldn't see 30 feet ago.

Now you've got the whole experience of the 60 feet.

That's what it's like,

not just pick up the poor, so the poor,

but any particular project,

any particular endeavor that you're moving towards.

So you got that beam,

and that beam is the light of awareness.

It is the desire to take the next step.

So take it easy on yourself

and understand that you have only

the capacity to do what's in front of you.

Gandhi was asked one time in the middle

of trying to free India from Great Britain,

"This is such an overwhelming, daunting task,

"how can you do this, especially with no violence,

"in the manner that you're doing this?"

And he looked at them and he just said,

"I don't understand your question.

"I am doing this one step at a time.

"When we go to the sea,

"and there's thousands of us marching to the sea

"to make salt."

Which is a demonstration,

a peaceful demonstration they were gonna do.

He said, "We take it one step at a time.

"We will feed ourselves one step at a time,

"one meal at a time."

Now, he didn't worry about the end result.

That was the north star,

but he went there one step at a time.

And he ended up freeing a whole country with that ability

to believe in that peace.

So remember that overwhelmed, when you're feeling overwhelm,

you may be believing in a lie that you have to do it all,

and you don't, that's the good news.

Just do what's presented in front of you.

And that's enough for today.

I guarantee you that beam of light will tell you

what the next thing is tomorrow.
