You can determine if you have anaemia by having the following symptoms
Constant fatigue or tiredness high heart rate when exercising or shortness of breath during physical activity, headache or migraine pains

How does an anaemia actually affect the body I hear you ask?

Iron is essential in red blood cells if we have low iron levels in our blood
It results in low production of red blood cells
Now it's important to note that haemoglobin is found in red blood cells giving off the red colour.
Iron is a component of haemoglobin
And when we are lacking in iron, we lack in haemoglobin and have smaller and paler red blood cells
Iron is the basis for this process. Red blood cells carrying the haemoglobin are important for the transport of oxygen around the body
With less iron comes less oxygen in the body
Oxygen is essential. When we take a deep breath in the oxygen gets transported all around our body all the important functions and
processes of life
With too little oxygen we have the resulting symptoms which we mentioned earlier all of these symptoms
Stop you from living everyday life to the fullest and limit you and many of life's adventures
So let's figure out how we can treat and prevent anemia
Step one is to get proper diagnosis. Don't just assume you have it get tested
Then you can start treatment right away. A blood test is good for this.
Step two your doctor might recommend taking iron supplements
These tablets have chemicals allowing them to be easy on the stomach. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach though
Above all else make sure you have a healthy diet with lots of iron. This will help to prevent iron deficient
Anemia before it has a chance to strike by preventing it you don't have to worry about the treatment process
