hey guys people have been asking me is doing a juice fast healthy and I'm
saying to you yes I mean if you don't believe that doing a juice fast is
healthy then I really don't know what to say to you but when you do a juice fast
over a hundred days like I did to you know for myself and I don't have any you
know like health problems and all I talk about is how it made my sleep better and
declared up my skin and made the whites of my eyes way it also detox the the
color of my has made them look like they did when I was a kid it is almost at a
hundred percent my anxiety my skin is clear my mind has no fogginess to it
anymore I have a better grip on my food I don't
feel like the food is control of me I'm controlling the food and when I eat I
have lost tons and tons of weight I mean look at my videos before this video I
mean the proof is in the pudding I know people who aren't juice fast when
I was on juice fast through their sugar levels will have 400 points and in like
three weeks 21 days the sugar went down to 71 points and they were taking off
their medications that they were taking so sometimes you have to make a judgment
on your judgment and not what others say because people can really hinder you
from making you know a decision that can make or break your life and in this case
I don't think it's gonna break your life I think it's gonna make your life maybe
you're overweight or if you have diabetes or high blood pressure or a
eating disorder consider yourself addicted to food and
addicted to food is when you cannot help yourself you're always eating even when
you're not hungry this is a way to reboot the system and crave your
cravings for sugars and junk foods and also when you get back to eating solid
foods by doing the juice fast you'll make better wiser decisions you know
when you go back to eating and the best part about a juice fast if you're also
trying to lose weight you lose weight not only the healthy and safe way but
you lose weight quickly each week pounds will drop you will see it on the scale
with no disappointment I see people do the keto diet Jenny Craig Nutrisystem
and they do all these point counting and calorie counting and all this other
stuff and they still don't lose the weight that they should be losing and
they're putting in all this work and they're starving and they're not losing
weight one thing anybody can tell you who has done a long juice fast after a
few days the body stops giving off I think it's called ghrelin which is the
hormone that makes you feel hungry you don't get those symptoms of you feel
like you're starving and you need to eat that goes away so you need to keep that
in mind that a juice fast is ultimately the only thing that I can see a person
doing for a long time I'm getting this I was healthy maybe perhaps like in a few
of my friends cases who did juice fast eliminating having diabetes and getting
off your medication oh you'll have blood pressure medication or during your
anxiety or eczema well psoriasis I mean there's so many
benefits in juicing and you know you're cleaning your blood your liver your
colon just all the tissues in your body it's it's like taking a shower you wash
the outside of the body so when you do a juice fast you're washing and cleansing
the inside of the body and that's the best thing that you could do for your
body where you don't have to be monitored like you would on a water fast
you're getting the micronutrients from the fruits and vegetables and it gives
you energy and also when it's time to go to sleep it gives you a wonderful sleep
you go into a deep sleep like you did when you were a kid sleeping a solid
eight or nine hours so you know you can lead a horse to water but you can't make
them drink all I can really do is tell you my experiences my opinion and how it
worked for me I can't say that it's going to yield the same results for you
but I have nothing but positive stuff to stay about juice fasting and if you ever

knowing how to fast the right way and maybe just happen to do it one time even
