And now this is another episode in our which is better

Series where we're comparing Argentina and Iceland now these two teams are gonna be facing off in the FIFA World Cup

Comparison of them now first off I want to start by looking at Argentina

Currently right now their FIFA ranking is in fourth position and their star player of course is the one and only

Iceland before this they have never appeared in the World Cup and with that said of course they haven't won any World Cup championships

Currently in FIFA they ranked 22nd and their star player is Gil fille

Sigurdsson ok so now let's move on into the money of these two nations in Argentina the currency they uses the Argentinian peso and

Iceland the currency that they use is Iceland Crona

Argentina is a 36 largest export economy in the world and Argentina has vast natural resources in energy and

Agriculture, it is a leading food producer with large-scale

agricultural and livestock

industries in addition Argentina has significant opportunities in some manufacturing sub sectors and

innovative services in high-tech industries the current GDP is

545 billion u.s.

Dollars and their GDP per capita is at nineteen point nine thousand dollars

total exports of Argentina is 56 point nine billion dollars with their top three exports being

Soybean meal corn and soybean oil their total imports were at fifty four point seven billion dollars and their top

Imports where cars vehicle parts and telephones okay now

Let's take a look at the financials of Iceland after having been badly hit by the global

international crisis Iceland's economy recovered initially supported by a two billion US dollar loan from the IMF to

Stabilize the exchange rate of the Icelandic króna and restore the confidence in the country Iceland's economic

Outlook is very positive the country has a small budget surplus

Public debt is falling and in 2015 Iceland paid back the loan that was granted by the IMF in the year

2008 ahead of its repayment schedule their GDP is totaled twenty eight point seven nine billion u.s.

dollars and that GDP per capita equals eighty three thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars the total exports for

Iceland sit at four point four three billion dollars and their top exports are raw aluminium

fish fillet and non fillet frozen fish

Their imports it at five point six eight billion dollars and their top imports being refined petroleum

Aluminium oxide and cars so we look at the money of these two countries

but which country is more expensive to live in than the other when we compare the cost of living in Argentina to

Iceland we see an Argentina that the food is 68 percent less expensive housing is 64 percent

per

Clothing is 33% less transportation is 65% less and the total cost of personal care is 52%

Less and finally when it comes to entertainment its 62 percent cheaper in

Argentina so when you look at the total the cost of living in Argentina is

63% cheaper overall than in Iceland and finally looking at the country's national debt as well as your debt per citizen

Argentina's national debt is 29 point 5 billion dollars and their debt per citizen is

6739 dollars when we look at Iceland their national debt is 10 point eight billion dollars and their debt per citizen is four

This is the special

tape. The glue has been applied

in a wavelike manner, and it is also

elastic. It is quite

stretchy – 60 to 70 percent

of its original

length. When it contracts

it lifts our skin.

By lifting

our skin,

it improves our lymph drainage,

and blood circulation in problem

areas and in this way

we can,

by lifting the skin, this also has an effect on

deeper structures, meaning that it has an effect on

muscles and also on nerve

receptors. By lifting the skin, we improve lymph circulation

and it reduces swelling.

By improving blood circulation,

and flushing waste

away from a blockage

normalise muscle tone

normalise it in such a way that it

can either inflame a muscle that

is weak and isn't functioning properly, or also

to relax a strained muscle

A painkilling technique for managing

acute pain, following

injury and with highly

stressed trigger points we can use taping to

reduce the pain in this particular area.

Following oncological operations we can also

tape to reduce swelling

in our arms and legs.

There is also a technique where we

correct, for instance, a child's posture

tape. At home

for someone with no previous knowledge

it would be hard to use, because of these different techniques.

The muscle technique is used to affect

affect the pain trigger points.

There is a ligament technique,

a fascia technique, lymphatic technique

a corrective technique.

To tape the upper extremities

we need both hands, so

a person will find it hard to

tape themselves. If we need to concentrate on the muscles

then we need to know the exact spots to tape,

when we tape the muscle from beginning to end

and someone with no anatomy knowledge

will not be able to do this independently.

Also

we need to know the reason why

the problem arose. A person with no medical

knowledge will not be able to find the cause.

The only thing that you can

do at home would be to

are to apply these cross tapes

which physiotherapists

also tape onto

trigger points and these can also be used for bruising.

A trigger point – is a painful point in the muscle

At home a patient

can tape their lower extremities

if their physiotherapist or another specialist

has shown them – in their particular case – exactly

how to do this – how to affix

this tape, how to

get this tape ready.

It is better to go to a specialist who will assess the situation

and find the main problem and then also

either shows you what to do or tapes you

as this is only one of many therapeutic methods.

Dogs are wonderful animals, but sometimes they are a little too eager. Bertie the seven-month-old English bulldog has been filmed careering into his owner in their south east London garden

His owner Ellen Newark, 22, shared the video on Twitter. It turns out this flurry of activity is quite unusual for the puppy

"He loves BEING at the park but I have to carry him there," Ellen told the Press Association

"He absolutely hates walks, in fact he actually pretends to be asleep when I say 'walkies' or get his leash out

The other day he actually fake yawned." So how come Bertie sped towards Ellen in the video? Well, it would appear he thought she had a treat for him when she said "what's this?"

"He didn't care to stop for me because we always play fight and I'm pretty sure he thinks I can't feel pain," Ellen said

In the video, you can hear Bertie make contact with Ellen as she yelps. Luckily she escaped with just a bruised nose and a comedy video

Arsenal players told identity of next manager is '90% certain' with announcement imminent - Duration: 2:31.

Mikel Arteta is on the verge of being appointed the new manager of Arsenal with the squad already informed of his probably arrival, according to reports.

Arsene Wenger brought down the curtain on his 22-year reign with the north London club at the end of the season and the search has been underway to find a replacement for the long-serving French manager.

Although Arsenal had targeted several experienced names – such as Juventus boss Max Allegri and former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique – Arteta has nudged ahead in their thinking.

And now the Daily Mail report that Arsenal have informed the squad that Arteta is '90% certain' to replace Wenger.

The Spaniard is the preferred choice of both Ivan Gazidis and Josh Kroenke, son of owner Stan, and the club are now preparing to fast-track his appointment.

Although Arsenal's board had only set a deadline of the World Cup to find a new manager, the Daily Mail claim Arteta's arrival could be ratified by the end of the week.

The hastiness of Arteta's arrival owes much to the dearth of genuine competition for the role, with Enrique's wage demands too high and Allegri inclined to stay at Juventus, with the Italian also wanting more control over transfers than Arsenal were prepared to allow.

Head of football relations Raul Sanllehi would have preferred Enrique, while Sven Mislintat's choice of Julian Nagelsmann will not be allowed to leave Hoffenheim in the summer.

Arteta is keen to take over the reins at Arsenal and is already thinking about his backroom team, with Gunners midfielder Santi Cazorla in consideration to be given an assistant role and a player-coach contract.

Germaine Greer appeared on todays Good Morning Britain alongside Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.

She spoke about Meghans future in the Royal Family and suggested she may have some difficulties.

"She needs a stylist and she needs a good one" Germaine Greer The controversial feminist said: Success will come at great loss to herself.

Shes a great foodie and thats not a good idea in Buckingham Palace, I gather.

The booze is terrific but the food is terrible.

There is speculation that Meghan will wear the Spencer Tiara, the same headpiece worn by Princess Diana when she married Prince Charles.

In terms of the dress, its thought that Meghan will wear a Ralph & Russo design – the same designers who crafter the frock she wore in her engagement photos.

Reports suggest that Meghan will pay for the gown herself and that it will be a far cry from the six-figure Alexander McQueen frock worn by Kate Middleton.
