Arsene Wenger names Cristiano Ronaldo as his biggest transfer miss for Arsenal ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 1:43.

Arsene Wenger has named Cristiano Ronaldo as the one player he regrets not signing for

Arsenal.

Ronaldo has previously admitted that he came 'within an inch' of moving to Arsenal

before he joined Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon for £12.2 million in 2003.

The Portugal international went on to establish himself as one of the world's best players

under Sir Alex Ferguson and won eight major trophies during his six seasons at Old Trafford.

But Wenger believes Ronaldo's career would have followed the same trajectory had he joined

Arsenal instead.

When asked in a Q&A with Arsenal fans to name the one player he wished he had signed for

Arsenal, Wenger replied:

'I nearly signed Ronaldo and I think that would have changed the history of Arsenal

Football Club.

'The Ronaldo story was very, very close.'

Wenger also revealed that he launched an ambitious attempt to sign Lionel Messi and Gerard Pique

in 2003 when Cesc Fabregas decided to make the move to Arsenal's academy.

'Messi as well, because we were interested in him,' said Wenger.

'When Fabregas came here we asked Messi and Pique to join as well, that didn't work.'

New note offers an interesting idea for Apple most intriguing iPhone X successor ● Tech News ● #Tech - Duration: 2:30.

According to every single rumor we've seen so far, Apple is going to release three new

iPhones this fall.

There will be an updated version of the iPhone X, a bigger iPhone X Plus, and a cheaper iPhone

that could start as low as $550,

which will keep the iPhone X's Face ID camera and all-screen design but use a cheaper LCD

screen rather than the iPhone X's OLED.

The biggest question marks surround the cheaper iPhone for now, as that's what we've seen

the fewest rumors and mockups of.

A cheaper iPhone makes sense for Apple, since the high price of the iPhone X meant the company

didn't move as many of them as it would have liked.

However, Apple also has to be careful not to cannibalize the sales of its more expensive

device by releasing a $550-$700 phone that appeals to everyone.

The solution, according to one analyst?

Just make the cheaper iPhone come in a variety of bright novelty colors, and the more expensive

and premium iPhone X will be completely safe.

Bright primary colors were last seen on the iPhone 5c, which was a quietly successful

phone for Apple.

It was a popular mid-range choice for younger customers, or people who didn't want a full-price

device and were never going to upgrade in the initial new-iPhone rush.

But at the same time, bright playful colors don't line up with the rest of the specs

that have been rumored for the cheaper iPhone.

It's going to be cheaper than the iPhone X, sure, but $700 still doesn't meet any

normal definition of a "mid-range" price.

If Apple does go with bright color options, it's going to have to still make sure that

people see the $700 iPhone as a newly-designed and powerful device, equal to all the best

Android phones on the market, and funky colors aren't going to help that.

Breaking News - Billy Vunipola boost for England as Saracens No 8 ready to return - Duration: 3:24.

Billy Vunipola is expected to be fit for Saracens' Aviva Premiership semi-final against Wasps on Saturday — which is good news for the club and England head coach Eddie Jones

The 25-year-old No 8 missed the home league game against Gloucester 10 days ago after suffering a hamstring strain in training

It was the latest in a series of setbacks for the younger Vunipola brother, who missed the Six Nations after knee surgery, only to fracture a forearm on his return to action

When Jones named Billy last Thursday in his squad to tour South Africa next month, he admitted to doubts about whether he would be fit to make the trip

But sources have indicated to Sportsmail that Vunipola is progressing well and is likely to be ready for the play-off match against Wasps at Allianz Park

Meanwhile, England summoned two reinforcements to their training camp in Brighton on Monday — uncapped Gloucester centre Henry Trinder, who has had a superb season after so many injury-blighted years, and Marland Yarde, the wing who has been revitalised by a move to Sale

Two eye-catching transfers were announced on Monday, as Northampton confirmed Sportsmail's exclusive story about the arrival of James Haskell, who has signed a one-year deal, while Gloucester officially revealed that Danny Cipriani will be joining them this summer

Haskell hopes to use his opportunity with the Saints to extend his Test career, after patiently waiting for the right deal to come along

'I love playing for England and when you are not involved you reassess your priorities,' the flanker told Rugbypass

'Mine is to fight for an England place and I will have to play well for Saints once I have fought my way into a squad that has a lot of quality players

' Northampton flanker Jamie Gibson and Exeter back-rower Don Armand — both omitted from England's tour squad — have been included in a five-man shortlist for the Premiership Player of the Year award, along with Cipriani, Sale scrum-half Faf de Klerk and Newcastle wing Vereniki Goneva

9 All-Natural Cures For Unsightly Large Pores - Health tips - Duration: 10:04.

9 All-Natural Cures For Unsightly Large Pores

Have you ever looked at the skin on your face? I mean, really looked at it? What may look perfectly pleasant from a distance, is actually a jungle of oil, hairs, skin flakes and pores.

And as you get older, you can expect to start seeing some wrinkles as well.

Yikes!.

Next to unwanted facial hair and unsightly acne, large pores are one of the most problematic issues we may experience with our complexion.

Here at the Alternative Daily, we like to help keep you looking beautiful and feeling confident naturally.

Let's investigate the truth behind some of the purported options for shrinking unsightly pores.

How to shrink large pores naturally.

Let's start with the bad news: you can't actually shrink your pores.

They are a structural component of skin which can't be changed or removed, and their size is largely genetically determined.

Now here's the good news: You can, however, support the skin to keep pores from getting larger over time.

You can also keep skin healthy and pores clear so that they are much less noticeable.

While some may opt for pore-shrinking laser treatments, or silicon-based makeup which literally fills in the pores to give the skin a smoother appearance, I prefer to leave my skin untreated and uncovered.

That leaves me looking for natural approaches to improving the look of my skin.

Nutrition.

Personally, I always start with nutrition.

To me, it makes sense that beauty starts from the inside out.

It doesn't have to be complicated — simply consume lots of fresh, real foods, like fruits and vegetables, and whatever protein source is most agreeable for you.

Add some healthy fats and oils, and traditional superfoods such as broth and fermented or cultured foods, and you're good to go.

Supplements.

You can bolster the pore-reducing power of your diet by supplementing with zinc and magnesium, which restore skin's oil balance helping to clear pores so they look smaller.

Avoid allergenic foods.

Also, be sure to avoid allergenic foods that bother your stomach or cause an immune reaction.

I find that if I make an exception in my clean eating and consume even a little bit of gluten, I pay for it for days or weeks to follow.

My skin looks dull and breaks out into pimples, I get dark circles under my eyes and my pores look terrible.

Start listening to your body to determine whether there is a food, or possibly many foods, that may be at the root of your unwanted complexion struggles.

Sleep. Next on the list: sleep.

I'm sure you've noticed that after a long flight, or during a stressful week at work, or maybe after a weekend of a few too many late nights and glasses of wine, your skin tone and texture really suffers.

Try to stick to a healthy sleep routine and you'll notice your complexion glows, and your body is better able to repair and detox the skin so that your pores look their youthful best.

Exfoliating.

This is another important routine that can help keep pores clear and skin bright.

Try making a gentle scrub with a spoonful of sugar, a little olive oil and some lavender essential oil.

Another option is a little baking soda mixed into some honey.

Scrub gently, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.

I also love to exfoliate using a soft brush made with natural bristles.

This is similar to ayurvedic dry-brushing, which is done on the body.

For your face you need a smaller and softer brush.

Simply use some warm water and scrub gently in small circles, working up the neck and over the whole face.

Afterward, apply a little oil of your choice to moisturize.

Skin soothers.

You might be wondering whether there are any natural things to apply to your skin to minimize pores.

Rosewater can help to tighten skin, while aloe vera is soothing, healing and anti-aging.

Clay mask.

Pores can often appear larger and more noticeable when they are clogged with dirt, oil or residues.

Using a natural clay mask to cleanse skin will do wonders to keep those pores clear and thus looking as small as possible.

Try this recipe: mix a teaspoon of bentonite clay with raw honey to form a thick paste.

Add a little warm water to thin the paste enough so you can begin applying to your skin.

Leave on for ten minutes, then rinse well with warm water and moisturize.

Oil cleansing.

The same idea applies for oil cleansing.

Since "like dissolves like," using a light oil such as sweet almond oil or apricot oil to cleanse the face is the perfect way to moisturize skin while cleaning out pores.

If you haven't heard of oil cleansing, it's pretty simple.

Just massage the oil of your choice onto your face and leave for a few minutes.

Then wet a washcloth with hot water, wring it out and apply it to your face until it cools.

The steam opens the pores and allows the oil to really clean them out.

Wipe your face clean with the cloth, then rinse with cool water to close the pores.

If you have blackheads, using clay masks or oil cleansing is a good way to clear out those pores, rather than squeezing the blackheads, which may cause damage to the skin and scarring, neither of which will improve the appearance of your complexion.

Protect your skin.

Finally, ensure you make an effort to protect your skin from the sun, as UV damage can thin the skin and reduce elasticity over time, leaving pores looking more noticeable.

Try natural sunscreens made with zinc oxide — modern formulations won't leave you with a white nose.

Or simply wear a hat and stay out of the midday sun when UV rays are at their strongest.

With a little effort, you can keep your pores clear and skin youthful so you have the best complexion possible.

Treat your skin well, and don't forget, the most important beauty accessory is a smile!.

Jail and caning for masseur who rubbed Japanese client's breasts, exposed buttocks and inner thighs - Duration: 5:29.

Jail and caning for masseur who rubbed Japanese client's breasts, exposed buttocks and inner thighs

Jail and caning for masseur who rubbed Japanese client's breasts, exposed buttocks and inner thighs.

A masseur rubbed the breasts of his client more than 10 times in a minute under the guise of giving a massage.

Hu Xidong, 35, who worked at Zufu Foot Reflexology, was convicted for outraging the modesty of the 28-year-old woman on Monday (May 14), and sentenced to nine months' jail and three strokes of the cane, reports The Straits Times.

During the sentencing, the judge took into consideration two other charges for the outrage of modesty where Xu rubbed the woman's exposed buttocks and upper inner thighs.

The court heard that the woman, a Japanese national, had visited the reflexology centre on July 19, 2016, for a foot and upper back massage.

This was not the first time that the woman had visited the outlet, but she had never asked for an upper back massage before.

As such, she was unsure of the procedure involved.

He instructed the woman to lie on a massage bed in a curtained area after massaging her feet for about 40 minutes.

The woman went to the area and removed her clothing, leaving only her underwear on.

She had done so based on her past experiences at other massage centres.

The woman then lay face-down on the bed, placing a towel over her lower back, which covered her from her shoulder blades to her buttocks.

Hu promptly entered and started massaging her.

During the massage, he removed her towel and pulled her underwear down to her buttocks while continuing to massage her.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Eunice Lau said the victim did not know how to react as she was unsure if this was out of the ordinary.

Hu subsequently asked her to flip over and she complied, covering herself with the towel which she tucked under her arms.

He then massaged her head and shoulders for a few minutes, before removing the towel suddenly.

Hu rubbed the woman's breasts simultaneously in a circular fashion for about a minute after pouring oil down the center of her chest.

DPP Laiu said that the woman knew at that point that this was not a part of the massage, but was too shocked to react.

After the session, the woman tried to tell the receptionist what had transpired.

Unfortunately, the receptionist could not understand English.

The woman lodged a police report later that night after discussing the matter with her roommates.

DPP Lau told the court that the incident exposes an "abuse of trust in a customer-masseur relationship", as the victim was in a situation where it is "difficult…to discern ill intentions".

She said: "This trust was flagrantly abused by the accused when he exposed her breasts and rubbed them repeatedly for more than 10 times, under the pretext of providing a legitimate massage service.

Hu's lawyer, Mr Julian Lim, said that his client suffers from an anxiety disorder and had been "distracted and inattentive" during the session, which led him to believe that the woman had requested a full body massage instead.

Mr Lim added that the woman also did not voice out her discomfort.

District Judge Kenneth Yap responded by saying that being anxious and stressed was no reason for Hu to "absent-mindedly molest people", noting that a psychiatrist had evaluated Hu, and found no causal link between his condition and actions.

Before Judge Yap delivered the sentence, he said that it was incumbent upon Hu to ensure nothing which could have been perceived as inappropriate should have taken place without active consent, given his status as a professional.

He added: "As a professional, you should know better.

Hu will start serving his sentence on May 21.

For outraging the woman's modesty, he could have been jailed up to two years, fined, caned, or a combination of the three.
