We open up with a girls dinner featuring Spice, Tommie, Sierra and Mimi put together by Rasheeda.

The ladies share their drama over some drinks and food, but things get extra interesting when Tommie drops some tea about Sierra's new boyfriend, Brasco.

Tommie reveals to Sierra that her new boo has four kids, not two like he's been telling her, and he has another chick on the side as well.

Sierra doesn't accept the news because of the messenger, but she says she will talk to Brasco at Joc's grand opening for his salon.

Rasheeda gracefully bows out of attending due to the possibility of bumping into her husband, Kirk.

That really doesn't make any sense being that she is sharing a home with home though.

Spice is excited to announce her new single with Tommie but is worried about the fiery Love and Hip Hop star's addiction to the bottle.

Keep that in mind because we will be touching on this again.

Talking about the new lines in

Pennsylvania and what that

means.

Let's put that in some

perspective, old versus new.

Nationally Democrats need 23

seats.

They need a gain of 23 seats,

get that nationally.

They get back the house.

So, before the withdraw of the

map in Pennsylvania, after the

2016 election, this is what

things were looking like in

Pennsylvania.

What you see here are five

Republican incumbents who were

in districts in Pennsylvania

that either Hillary Clinton won

or tied or where trump won but

the margin was within single

digits.

You think if there was a wave

election year, these are sort of

the seats that would come into

play.

Democrats were looking before

they changed the map, look, in a

great year, we can contest five

and pick off a couple.

Knock down that 23 nationally.

Republicans were looking at it

and saying, we can hold all or

most of these seats in a really

good year, too.

That's what the playing field

looked like, too, before they

redrew the map.

This is what you had, this is

what you have now.

Notice a couple things.

Some of the names are a little

different.

You have, first of all, six

names instead of five.

Now six Republican incumbents

are in districts that either

Clinton won or trump won by

single digits.

Meehan that was a Clinton by two

districts and redrew it and

became a district of 29.

He has resigned and that's as

good a democratic pick up

already.

Didn't have that before.

How about Costello, Clinton plus

one.

They redrew the line and became

a ten-point and Costello looked

at that and said not running in

that districts.

Broke the news on your show.

Fits Patrick got more favorable

there.

Clinton for the Democrats.

Dent, that was a trump plus

eight district and now a Clinton

district.

And two other Republicans come

in to that hit zone already.

Look, 23 is the number

nationally.

Public health through the years has been really good at gathering data and doing

surveillance and doing wonderful epi but maybe not as great on getting that

information out in a relevant format to, not only our healthcare providers but

also our community, and so we're giving that back now and really showing why why

we're here and what we do. >>And our providers actually love localized data

because they like seeing the state reports but they kind of want to know

what's going on in their backyards. A lot of them are also working regionally so

they love seeing not just what's going on and in Deschutes County but kind of

what's going on in Crook, in Jefferson and in Central Oregon as a whole.

I'd say a lot of our local providers really turn to public health when it comes to say TB

education and questions, STD education and questions. They really look to us for

information and, as Jenny said, for that data and that localized data to really

look at trends and kind of know what to ask their patients.

Spice Goes Off in This Love & Hip Hop Highlight When Tommie is Late to Their Video Shoot Because of…a Pig?

Spice had her concerns about working with Tommie when they first met, especially because of her drinking, but she put them aside because she was convinced they could make a hit together.

Fast forward to their video shoot, and Tommie is three hours late, drink in hand (at 10am, but I guess it's 5 o'clock somewhere?) and giving all sorts of excuses.

She starts out saying that she just had to get ready, but then decides it might be more believable if she says she has to take care of her pet….

Her pet pig, to be exact.

She even does an impression of what was wrong with him.

But Spice isn't buying it, which prompts Tommie to get defensive.

Apparently she thought that the pig was having a heart attack and needed to take care of him.

At the end of the day, Spice isn't buying it.

She thinks this is about Tommie's drinking….

Which, like, to be fair she is drinking throughout the entire scene and slurring her words so…Can you blame Spice for thinking she's just drunk? Whatever the case may be, Spice doesn't want her excuses, she just wants to make music.

Fentanyl is More Than One Drug - Duration: 1:09.

Fentanyl is a class of drugs which includes fentanyl itself and then other fentanyl analogues

and so far in the US we've seen between somewhere between 15 and 30 different analogues show

up in the illicit drug supply.

That started in about 2013 where acetyl fentanyl showed up in Rhode Island and in the Northeast,

we've subsequently seen the very high potent illicit fentanyl product Carfentanil showing

up in many jurisdictions.

Other analogues like Furanylfentanyl a variety of different analogues are showing up and

they're all different - they all work in the same way, but they have different potencies.

Some are more potent then fentanyl some are less potent then fentanyl.

And I think it's really this emergence of such a variety of synthetic opioids that is

also leading to the rise in overdose deaths because the drug supply is unpredictable and

individuals who are using drugs don't particularly know exactly what they are using.
