hi friends welcome back to my channel

today i m going to share skin whitening rice gram flour mask + scrub

it works as a face pack as well as scrubber

take a bowl and add 1tbsp rice flour

simple grind rice in a mixture to make home made rice flour

rice has so many benefits it tighten your skin,close open pores,anti ageing and whiten your skin

now i will add 1 tbsp gram flour or chickpea flour

it works best as a cleanser you can daily use this to get clear skin and it also helps to remove extra facial hairs

now i will add 2 tbsp tomato pulp

grade 1 small tomato to collect its pulp

now add curd 3 tsbp make sure to take sour curd

when ever you use curd in your skin care make sure to take sour curd like 2 to 3 days old curd to get it benefits

sour curd helps to remove dirt and impurities from skin,lighten your skin,helps to remove blackheads and whiteheads

if you take sweet curd then it will not give you 100% benefits

now finally mix everything till you get smooth batter

very creamy consistency

Apply to face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes

and after 20 minutes scrub your face very gently using tip of your finger don't apply any pressure while scrubbing your face

and then wash it off using normal water

and apply any moisturizer

or simple take 2 drops of almond oil or olive oil and apply to your face

use this face mask+scrub daily in night to remove all the dust and impurities and also brighten your skin

The Walking Dead set for 'a long future' despite dramatic ratings dip

The Walking Dead returns in February for the second half of season nine, with The Whisperers entering and causing chaos.

And despite all of the inevitable bloodshed and a steady decline in number of viewers, AMC boss David Madden predicts "a long future" for the show.

Speaking about the changes in the current run of episodes, David told IndieWire: "Creatively, we are doing some different things in season nine.

"Season nine takes a big time jump.

There are a lot of new situations that propel us into a very different tone.

Everyone is desperate to know what happens in the final season of Game of Thrones, which is set to air in April 2019.

The Night King is making his way further down into Westeros from The North and causing destruction.

But it's not clear who will survive the inevitable battle with the White Walkers and who will be slaughtered.

Now, fans reckon Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) will survive the threat from the Night King.

We are still at Sim Racing Expo 2018 at Nürburgring and I am with 2 members of TGDC team :

Hello, So I am Francis Dechilly.

And I am David Lopez. 2. David Lopez2. David Lopez TWO, very important!

Today TGDC is a team where drivers are racing mainly on ovals with iFRN series.

But the team is also visible on road track isn't it ?

Exactly, our specialty is oval races, NASCAR

We are racing on iFRN league, a french speaking league, but there is not only french people on track.

And we are also racing on main endurance event like 24h of Le Mans, 24h of Spa, 24h of Nürburgring and others.

And what is the workforce of TGDC today ?

On this members of the team are Francis Dechilly, Eric Laval, David Lopez, Cyril ... Cyril ... Cyril Floris !!

In fact I was think to ..... so Cyril Floris and My self (Yann Bussion).

And sometimes we have drivers from other teams like Pascal Dupas

who is driving for Vaillante team but sometimes race with us on road series.

When did you join TGDC Eric ?

2 years ago. 2 years ago I meet Yann with Matt Michez who present me this person.

We have same passion, we exchange material picture, we have both Nascar steering wheels

NASCAR seats, on were passionate by the same things, we discussed a lot, we enjoyed ourselves...

To speak about i-FRN, you are selected for play-off. You we were not in Play off initially.

A driver can't participate so as you are in 17th position you are selected.

Yes thank you to Eric Geron to leave it's place to myself. And yes as 17th of global ranking I am now in the chase.

Ah yes yes yes yes yes !!!!! I would like Eric Laval take care about some drivers at i-FRN.

It's very important. I know there is a big team, Race Clutch, it's our main competitor

I would like he makes a point of honor to stay as lang as he can in this play off and rivalised with this "team of no one"

Good team anyway ... but still "team of no one"......... No more seriously there is no specific target.

He made his race, he made his play off. I hope for him he can go as far as he can... and that's all

After if with hazard he encounter a Jean Baptiste Charles ...

So that's all, non specific goals, he mae his race, I am happy that he can participate to this play off

and can fight and race against RC and others teams. That's all.

In a first time if on track we are quite rough, on vocabulary too.

Proof is for exemple with Jean bap on track we are not friend, not at all

but oustide the track it doesn't prevent to appreciate us. Human relation are one things, i-Frn is another one.

OK so on TGDC side it's quite relax, no specific target, Eric you will race on your side try to do the best ...

We have understand there are some goals to reach on RC side. The chief doesn't smile a lot.

there a more pressure on RC compare to TGDC it's quite different.

Yes he would like to have some results, and he would like to have a least 2 drivers on final round for title battle.

For him 2 drivers in last play off round it should be fine.

After 3 or 4 it should be difficult. There are Gary (No he is not there), Simon (Crochart), Cyril (Nousbaum)

So it will be tricky, there is only 4 places. There is still Pierre (Verne) and Micka( Cado).

I think they should acces, for myself it will be more difficult but we will see what it will occur.

2 Differents philosophy but anyway both are in play off.

After ... if were refere to driver list on paper, RC had a pretty one line up.

Compare to what happen on previous season the was some strong drivers.

aaahh .... on paper but on track also. RC team imposed itself, there is no doubt it's clear.

After on our side it wa still like this before? First target is to participate, fight if we can tell it like this, on track with ...

not the best, but driver who are very quickest compare to us.

For the moment we finish the season quitely but I alert the team, for next season it should be different.

It will be more difficult, with more training, participation to some event mandatory.

And why ?.. To be able to keep this cool aspect but in the same time try to reach the next step

to complete some target that should be mandatory. In our environement, it's the only way to progress.

OK it's clear training should impact a lot ... TGDC 2019 version will be completely different !

because people will not hear me ... and if the doesn't want to continue and evolve, it's there choice to leave.
