Let's remain free

Throw silks and masks at our feet

And even if there was no logic in my actions

I don't know how to live otherways

Let's be the first to start mooving

Today I'll play white chess

And you can go forward your own way

Find escape in the dusk of dark rooms...

One hundred steps back

slowly, on the tips of toes

Fly, my soul

don't stay here

One hundred steps back

How to Legit Layer for Winter - Styling Faux Fur Jacket - Duration: 2:46.

Another winter, another intense layering session for those trying to look cute in brisk weather.

Your Canadian girl is back for another episode of How to Legit Layer for Winter, so let's

get started!

From our base layers, you want to start strong with insulating and moisture wicking materials.

So stick with cottons, and light wools and clothing that fits snug to the body.

I also recommend wearing a thong, which I will explain later.

You need to moisturize.

When you're wearing so many layers, nothing is worse than itchy dry skin you can't scratch.

Hydrate those legs, and your bum especially, because tights can be so so itchy.

I have this pair that is double layered, with the base extending past the bottom so I can

keep my feet extra warm.

Now if you can tolerate thongs, I prefer wearing any tight clothing with it.

The trick of all tricks.

Putting a turtleneck on with makeup.

You want to pull your hair over your face, so that nothing rubs off onto your clothing.

Secret unsolved.

For socks, I like to double up.

That's why all my shoes are at least a half size up.

Also bunions are a real threat.

For an extra layer on top, I have a wool cardigan, which I would shed once I'm indoors, easier

to take off with my jackets than a sweater would be.

Thigh high boots are your best friend to keep your legs warm, and dry, but here's a different

way to wear them that allows you to wear a different silhouette, and add an extra layer.

Wide leg pants.

It's so trendy these days to wear long boots under skirts and pants, and if you can fit

it, why not keep your knees warm with thigh high boots?

It's so weird to put on your boots before putting on your final pair of pants, but this

is an ideal setup if you're going to be outdoors for long.

Wide leg pants allow you to layer a ton underneath without looking like a stuffed sausage.

As you can see, this look has been pretty monochromatic, I have a inner down jacket

similar in shade to my fur jacket, and that's to keep the overall outfit from looking like

I haphazardly threw on a ton of layers.

This is Stefan's Uniqlo light down jacket, which also acts as a windproof buffer for

my plush faux fur jacket.

I have my smart touch leather gloves and a thick wool beanie on to finish.

That way my extremities never have to be exposed to the cold.

Now you're super safe to enjoy the outdoors, as I like to say,

without freezing your tits off.

I particularly liked pairing the frayed washed jeans with the faux fur jacket for a bit of

balance between casual and dressy.

You can find many more legit layering ideas in the official playlist linked below, and

please like and subscribe this video so I can make more!

Thanks for watching.

Building a Business Case for Bluebeam: Rollout Process - Duration: 1:23.

[Music]

People were a little scared because it was new, and they hadn't been in it.

Then once they start clicking around, it was pretty quick right off the bat

that they were able to figure out what they needed

and do their work just like they were doing it before.

And we started with Sessions. Sessions allowed us to be more collaborative

and again we targeted one specific workflow, which was a quality workflow.

If we could engage the entire team in one Studio Session to view the same set of PDFs,

we've now impacted the pre-existing workflow.

That was how the tool helped us change the way that Jacobs does something.

We involved our IT also for computer requests

and because they set up all of our computers,

we requested that they offer just Bluebeam

as the only PDF software available for choice.

If anything, else was needed there was going to be a reason to put that on.

With that it kind of helped that initiative move forward even faster.

And so, word started to spread and if one person had it on a jobsite,

but the rest of the team didn't, they would say,

"What is that? What are you using? How do I get a copy?"

It's about the workflow and the efficiency that it can give them.

Increasing their capacity so that they can get out in the field

and do more of what they want to be doing

versus working with paperwork in the trailer.

Building a Business Case for Bluebeam: Grassroots vs Top-Down - Duration: 0:57.

[Music]

The grassroots is really the approach

I think that all three of us have taken.

It just makes for a stronger argument down the road

as opposed to the top down

where they feel like they're kind of forcing it down their throats.

You gain the buy-in right away, up front.

So, you have some of those champions right off the bat

that help you promote the program.

They understand it. They understand the value that it brings to their work,

and, as people start to get into the software more,

you start to develop more and more subject matter experts.

And people just start to talk, and that community grows.

And as you continue to share that knowledge across the company,

you share who those subject matter experts are,

and it doesn't take long before you know

you call so-and-so when you have this kind of an issue

or this is the champion in my group.

Building a Business Case for Bluebeam: Initial Challenges - Duration: 0:52.

The mentality of "We've always done something a certain way."

They don't want to change now.

They have another program and they are comfortable with the way that they work,

and they don't really care potentially if it could bring them more value.

A lot people will come and say, "My project's moving too fast.

I don't have time to learn something new."

And so that's what we have to tackle:

the behavior of people thinking that learning something new is an obstacle for them,

when it's actually we're trying to do something better for them.

It's always difficult when you're trying to gain buy-in from management

to have the metric to tie back to.

The ROIs are critical when you get to a senior level.

A lot of it is just proving the business benefits.

Rather than just taking a white paper that you read online

and saying, "But it works."

Liverpool news: Gary Neville reveals ADVICE he gave Jurgen Klopp for Man City clash - Duration: 3:08.

Liverpool go into tonight's evening's clash with Manchester City knowing they can go 10 points clear of Pep Guardiola's side with 17 games left in the season

But their last league visit to the Etihad ended in a humiliating 5-0 thrashing and it will arguably be their toughest test of the campaign

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** The corresponding fixture earlier this season ended in a surprise 0-0 as both sides cancelled each other out

But Neville has revealed he spoke with Klopp ahead of the game and suggested to the Reds manager that Liverpool need to stick to what they know and play free-flowing attacking football

"I spoke to Jurgen Klopp yesterday and I actually suggested - and he probably agreed - that earlier on in the season in the game at Anfield that both teams were a little bit more measured than they have ben normally," Neville told Sky Sports

"But these two managers don't retreat. "They don't play the defensive way or think defensively

"I think to be fair it's beyond them. They couldn't think to try and win this match in any other way than playing good football, passing the ball forward, doing the right things

"Their philosophies have been built on that over too many years and they're not going to give it up on the biggest night

"I think we're going to see a great game. "I did say that earlier in the season at Anfield

I couldn't see how we could see a 0-0 between these two teams and I don't see the same tonight

City don't have Fabian Delph available while Benjamin Mendy remains out injured meaning Guardiola has a decision to make at left-back with Oleksandr Zinchenko the third-choice option

"The one big problem City have is at left-back where they have obviously lost their two main left-backs," Neville added

"I always think injuries do count against you in title run-ins. "I always think back to title run-ins that we were in and the uncontrollables are the ones that do hurt you a little bit and I want to see how City handle that tonight

"Zinchenko has done okay but Liverpool… I've not seen a team attack or make as many runs like Liverpool's wide forwards do inside full-back and centre-back and that's a real challenge for that lad to come in and play in this game tonight

"

Changing Lives for Generations - Duration: 3:07.

I've got a pretty strong family. I've got a beautiful wife three amazing children and

Family life was good, but it was tough to find the balance between

Work and business in in trying to I was very confused as to how I can accomplish both at the same time

and

in my business life

you know it was it was unclear very very cloudy on how to

You know, I knew some of the stuff I had to do didn't really know how to do it.

Didn't really have a framework to put it in place. My life is great. I've been a warrior for

Only eight months now and I have a definite clear

Vision on where I want to go where I want to be

My personal life has improved. My relationships are better my -

I have the dots

Warrior connected the dots for me

so I

know now

I have more clarity on where I want to go how to get there and know I have somebody behind me

To help me get to my goals and get to my vision

So it's really I really have a concrete vision in my head of where I want to be

This has been this has been the best decision of my personal and business life in only eight short months

We've got a - We seen a 42 percent growth in revenue

physically doubled in size

took my employees on a fishing trip and we we're in the middle of Lake Michigan and I was able to

talk to each one of my employees for a little while and

Really

personally, ask some how they're doing

and each one of them there was an employee that that I talked to, new and old, even the new employees that I that I

Had since CEO Warrior

There wasn't one of them that said that - every one of them, without me prompting them

They they're like wow

Avengers 4 Endgame Wolverine SCARRED THANOS FOR LIFE! Special Avengers DETAILS REVEALED! - Duration: 10:53.

so this is it it's always ladies ready let's go

what is good YouTube warstu here with a video on Avengers end game so don't

get confused with the trailer I play fool the video I know it's advantages

Infinity Ward trailer but the reason I'm actually talking about that and I didn't

cert it just there is because everyone is still talking about the fact that

Hugh Jackman could actually be appear in Avengers endgame just because Google for

some reason seemed to put it on a few Jackman famous movies he was appearing

to be inventors endgame now realistic like I said it's not gonna happen

the actor himself could have a cameo role but I doubt they are going to ruin

the introduction of the x-men and just chuck chuck him in a kind of post-credit

scene or a little scene although it would be interesting so it got me

thinking about a video I made it such a long time ago so if you remember before

Avengers infinity war came out there was a TV spot called Marvel Avengers

infinity war big gang spot that came out in February now the clip itself is not

very long but what everyone was talking about including me this is when I first

started to do Marvel videos I think it's back in February last year is the end of

the clip we see a scarring in fallacies of face now everyone kept saying that it

was Wolverine confirmed Wolverines gonna be part of this movie Wolverine is

absolutely everywhere just like when people were saying venom was going to

period vengeance infinity war and yes I was one of them people but I was

incorrect as we know Venom symbiote came down back from space with spider-man so

it still could be possible one day so I thought why not go over this kind of

scarring on fast his face which everyone was saying was Wolverine Hugh Jackman I

don't really think that's the case I still don't book Wolverines pop in the

moment you know I knew it rework she talking about where I was trending so

it's kind of trending in the Marvel community at the moment so I think what

would make more sense would be obviously the mad Titan had destroyed many planets

many universes I guess you could say before he even got his hands on the

Infinity Gauntlet but there were a few kind of more realistic theories going

around that maybe it could have been in black

hunt for the cat yet it Black Panther he's a cat in a way he's just yeah you

get what I mean he's a cat or it could have been some kind of technology from

Captain America that he had infinity war so a website that I do use quite

frequently that is actually a half-decent website is we've got it

covered common literally if you google fast was scarred by Wolverine on Google

literally there's multiple articles appear back from February may literally

every video was about those who came around before Avengers infinite or

actually came out and everyone was thinking there was a possibility that

Wolverine did that but obviously we know how old fast is going to be so it really

couldn't be possible for that to happen in this current timeline and I know what

some people say but Disney our buying fox and the deal is basically gone

through yes the deal has basically 90% gone through although it's still having

some issues in certain countries so it's still gonna take a little while to come

through but realistically would they add Wolverines his movie and have a massive

back story of have Wolverine scarred Stannis up no I don't really think

that's the case it's just a battle scar he's an absolute savage hence why they

wanted him to take whole con and beat him up without the affinity corner to

show you just how powerful he actually is so yes at some point we are gonna see

the Fantastic Four we are going to see the x-men and they've already

technically introduced Deadpool into the MCU by having a pg-13 version of

Deadpool which didn't really work because in my country it was a 15 so why

kind of sense to the movie if it's still gonna be the same rating in other

countries didn't really make sense on it really hope they don't pull Deadpool

into the MTU because a PG Deadpool is never going to work so guys let me know

in this card box section did Wolverine somehow claw Fanus and is that how the

scarring is there I mean this theory if you go back to the trailer breakdowns

for this TV spot back before Avengers infinity war actually came out

absolutely everyone under I think it was one of my first Marvel

videos that went kind of big is the breakdown for that

so no I'm pretty sure it's not the reason why he's got a scar on his face

it's nothing to do with Wolverine but the same time realistically it's comic

book logic it good potentially there are secret deals done all the time but I

still think if Black Panther could've done it but realistically Black Panther

wouldn't have met on us before this invasion so really I don't think that's

happened I just want to go back over this topic like hey we'll be revisiting

a lot of my origin theories I did for ventures infinity war and just comparing

them to how they could play out in Avengers endgame because obviously some

of them didn't actually play out in this movie so also guys I am going to

something quite special at the weekend it's cool the avengers stationed in

London I think it's at the Excel center it looks pretty cool it's basically like

a quest kind of me Expo where they've got Captain America's bike they got

Thor's hammer in the ground so you contend that you're trying to pull it

out and I've got some Iron Man stuff they've got a lab some laboratory stuff

they've got a lot of cool stuff there some Bruce Banner stuff they've got

lucky and I am an engineer Bay where you can pretend you're trying it training to

actually be part of the current Avengers which is pretty cool and they do have

some black panther wasp and fellow stuff on display so what I'm gonna do is I

will be recording a vlog style from leaving my house to get in there don't

worry it's not gonna be my new style of video but I'm trying to get more

transparent with you guys I want you guys to kind of get to know me as a

person that kind of on some stuff but mainly if you want to get to know that

stuff follow me on Instagram but I will be doing kind of vlog style on certain

things like if I go to heroes and villains or something like that maybe

not that or if you go to comic-con or if we go to so like that I just want to

vlog so it's more interesting but like I said guys there be one off the I won't

be vlogging all the time and I did buy a new camera especially for this so when I

do my next Q&A I boys Sony cyber-shot camera it's pretty decent so I'll be

using that more often just so you can get to know the person behind the camera

so if you do want to that Expo it's more of a I don't really

know what to call it it's just a veget station I will leave the link in the

video for this and if you are going or have been to it I believe it's there

till March but obviously in that video that I'll be making and going soon so

it'll probably post on Sunday on Monday I'll leave all the links down below and

I ve rolled in a lot of it because there are some pretty awesome information I

did get in touch them and they've kindly allowed me to go to visit it for free

which is awesome sorry we'll be doing a kind of like a vlog stroke promotion for

the thing because I do have a bit of a kind of a bit of a mind falling I guess

you could say in the UK so as suppose it's especially from people in England I

know they have done it in other places so if you've been to it already or if

you are actually going to it let me know it looks pretty awesome can't wait to

see all the Marvel Avengers stuff there's going to be pretty damn cool

anyway guys please like subscribe and comment I will be doing another QA to

drop all your comments down below I think we'll be doing a wider range of

videos like The Punisher season 2 when that comes out stranger things season 3

some other stuff like whatever movie is going to see but it's always gonna be

Marvel and DC related but I do want to bring more pop culture stuff into it I

did do a video yesterday for Byrd box which obviously didn't get as much

traction as a normal video but it's not an old video but I did really like that

so if you did watch that let me know in the comments down below I did do a video

for that and talking about the deleted scenes that has arised anyway and also I

am still doing the giveaway so all you got to do is comment down below and let

me know everything that you're thinking if you do want to enter the standard

giveaway which is for either the venom blu-ray if it's out in your country or

the infinity war if it's out in your country but it's out on Netflix now so

probably not and man the wasp or Deadpool is super duper - or you've got

to subscribe to channel comment down below who is your favorite superhero

then if you want to enter the bigger giveaway which is my 50,000 subscriber

giveaway still can't believe we are over 50,000 or already so I will be giving

away a has bow in the finiti gauntlet part of the Marvel legend range I

believe it is on every country so hopefully I can get it to the set

country all you gotta do is comment down below what do you think who scarf Alice

his face what does actually happen I know

we'll be picking a winner tomorrow morning and then it'll be on Friday

night's video which will come out tomorrow night 24 hours after this video

goes live most likely which is going to be awesome

and also am doing obviously some updates for the channel I will be upgrading the

audio to a road mic quite soon so the voice might sound a bit different

obviously because when you improve your mic the voice sounds slightly different

so if I do start sounding different just let me know and I will be incorporating

faith my face with the channel a bit more often rather than just doing it

just voiceovers as I want to be more transparent I want to be on camera more

often bought a new camera so I might as well do that but that's not gonna be

every video it maybe once or twice a week maybe less just am trying to

improve the channel for you guys as I know some of you at least five or six

you would appreciate that area guys please like subscribe and comment if you

do want to reach out to me to work me or anything like that just email me would

you business at gmail.com or reach out to me on my Instagram at Washu I do

apply to most people on there I'm quite active on they're really active on my

story so if you want to get to know the person behind the wall shoe channel all

you gotta do is follow me on Instagram and obviously Twitter and you'll get to

know more of me if that's your kind of forte if not that's cool anyway guys I

will catch you in another video very soon catch ya later

13 Home Remedies for Bronchitis That Might Finally Ease Your Cough - Duration: 14:01.

13 Home Remedies for Bronchitis That Might Finally Ease Your Cough.

Bronchitis remedies.

Sometimes a run-of-the-mill upper respiratory tract infection takes a turn for the worse,

and is no longer just a common cold.

You cough, you wheeze, you have shortness of breath.

You say you have a chest cold, but your doctor calls it acute bronchitis, also known as a

lower respiratory tract infection.

It sounds scary, but usually isn't very serious, and most of the time you won't

need antibiotics because the majority of cases result from a viral infection, like a cold

or flu.

Bronchitis causes the mucus lining of your bronchial tubes (which carry air to the lungs)

to become inflamed and full of mucus.

It's temporary, and most people feel better in a week to 10 days, but your cough can linger

for several weeks.

Fortunately, you won't have to grin and bear it.

There are plenty of home remedies for bronchitis that can ease your symptoms and suffering.

"None of these [bronchitis remedies] are going to actually reduce your duration of

illness," says Chris Carroll, MD, a member of the board of trustees of the American College

of Chest Physicians.

"But, you'll feel better, and that's important."

Get some rest.

When you're fighting an infection, your body craves down time.

It may be tough to power down and log off from work, but it's essential.

"Rest is the forgotten ticket to healing for many acute illnesses," says Amy Rothenberg,

a licensed naturopathic physician in private practice and a member and founder of the American

Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Experts say you need adequate sleep to maintain a healthy immune system.

A Sept. 2015 study published in the journal Sleep found that people who are sleep-deprived

are more vulnerable to the cold virus than those who get seven hours of slumber.

That's important because having a cold is often a precursor to bronchitis.

Drink lots of water.

Staying adequately hydrated when you're battling bronchitis helps to thin out mucus,

making it easier to expel.

And if you're fighting a fever, you may already be dehydrated, so you want to replace

lost fluid.

Water is fine, but warm liquids may be more soothing.

(Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages, which can dehydrate you.)

Although doctors widely recommend that patients with acute respiratory infections drink extra

fluids, a 2011 scientific review found no evidence for or against boosting fluid intake.

So far, there have been no randomized controlled trials to demonstrate the benefit or harm.

Still, though, staying hydrated can only help your overall health; read up on the reasons

why dehydration is bad for your body.

Try herbal and natural remedies.

Certain herbs have medicinal effects that are soothing to inflamed mucus membranes of

the respiratory tract.

Rothenberg likes licorice root, a flowering plant called mullein, and the bark of the

wild cherry tree (Prunus serotina).

Health food stores carry these herbs in multiple formulations including liquid extracts, powders,

and teas.

Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapple, has been shown to be effective in reducing inflammation.

It also helps with coughing up phlegm.

Ginger root is another good option, because it soothes and acts as an expectorant, said

Rothenberg, who also serves as president of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic

Doctors.

One of her favorites: Boil slices of ginger root to release its medicinal properties,

add lemon and honey to the concoction, and drink up!

Add honey to your lemon water.

Honey has been used as medicine since ancient times.

It's prized for its antibacterial properties.

But the main reason honey is a bronchitis sufferer's friend is that it soothes irritated

mucus membranes, and it's a sweet addition to tea or warm lemon water.

(Lemon is widely used as an expectorant.)

Never give honey to infants and children under 1 year of age because it can cause botulism,

a rare but potentially fatal type of food poisoning.

Eat spicy food.

If you relish spicy food, the antidote to your phlegmy cough and congestion may hiding

in your fridge or pantry.

Powerful condiments like hot mustard, horseradish, and wasabi can help loosen up bronchial secretions,

Rothenberg says.

Unless someone has an allergy or food sensitivity, she would recommend these spicy foods to help

phlegmy patients "get things moving along."

Hot chili peppers, which contain capsaicin, may also ease congestion by thinning out mucus.

This recipe for pumpkin chili features cayenne pepper and fresh jalapenos, which will warm

your belly as well as it will clear your sinuses.

Some people add a pinch of cayenne pepper to their tea, Rothenberg adds.

Cayenne is used to boost blood flow, enhancing the effectiveness of other treatments, she

explained.

Inhale some steam.

Inhaled steam is widely recommended for loosening mucus and relieving wheezing.

You can use a warm-air humidifier or vaporizer (we like the Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier, $33

at amazon.com), but you don't need fancy equipment.

Leaning over a sink of hot water with a towel over your head while breathing in the warm

moisture can help.

Repeat this several times a day.

Adding a drop or two of an essential oil, like eucalyptus, to the mix can also help

open up a clogged airway.

(Eucalyptus is known for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relief properties.)

A note of caution: Children can sustain scalding injuries from hot water spills or steam burns

from vapor-producing devices.

Instead, sit with your child while running a steamy shower in a closed the bathroom.

Or consider using other treatment methods.

Gargle salt water.

Swishing warm saline water in your mouth and throat several times a day when you have bronchitis

may help wash away excess mucus.

"It's not an antimicrobial; it won't help treat the virus, or the bacteria if your

have a bacterial infection," Dr. Carroll explains.

"But it will help improve your symptoms."

Gargling may also help stave off future upper respiratory infections, like colds, which

can progress to bronchitis.

Japanese researchers randomly assigned nearly 400 healthy volunteers to gargle plain water

or diluted antiseptic solution, or to maintain their usual habits, and found plain water

gargling three times daily reduced upper respiratory tract infections by 36%.

Even when people did get an infection, water gargling eased symptoms.

Pop a throat lozenge.

For a sore throat, try popping a lozenge to ease irritation and keep your tender mucus

membranes moist.

(Here's a DIY cough drop recipe.)

Zinc lozenges pack an additional punch.

In randomized controlled trials, zinc taken within 24 hours of the onset of cold symptoms

has been shown to reduce the duration and severity of colds in healthy people.

Rothenberg prefers lozenges that combine zinc and herbs, like elderberry.

Elderberries have been used throughout history to stimulate immunity and fight inflammation.

"There are some wonderful ones on the market that are very palatable," she says.

We like the Whole Foods Market, Elderberry & Zinc Lozenges ($5; amazon.com).

Lozenges are not appropriate for small children because they pose a choking hazard, but they're

fine for older children and adolescents.

Take an OTC cold drug.

Over-the-counter cold remedies like expectorants, cough suppressants, and decongestants can't

cure bronchitis.

And there's some question about their benefit.

"At least in children, none of the over-the-counter medicines have been shown to improve symptoms

or duration of illness," says Dr. Carroll, who is a professor of pediatrics at the University

of Connecticut.

Still, adults seeking respite from a nagging cough or sinus congestion may find they offer

some relief.

(Read up on the OTC remedies that work, and which don't.)

What's more, these medicines can be used along with other home remedies.

As for antihistamines, there are no good-quality trials to show whether they alleviate symptoms

of acute bronchitis.

The sleep-inducing antihistamine diphenhydramine (Benadryl) does offer one benefit, Dr. Carroll

says: It can help children and adults get a good night's rest.

Take an OTC painkiller.

If you're fighting a fever or seeking pain relief, acetaminophen (Tylenol) can help.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, like ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve),

and aspirin are also good options because they address pain, fever, and inflammation.

You can give a child acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever, but never aspirin.

(Aspirin is associated with Reye's syndrome, a rare but potentially fatal condition that

causes brain swelling and liver damage.)

For a high or persistent fever, seek immediate medical attention.

Slurp chicken soup.

It's not just folklore.

A steamy bowl of homemade chicken soup (here's an easy recipe) may have medicinal properties,

helping to soothe inflamed airways.

Researchers at the University of Nebraska published results of their chicken soup experiment

in the October 2000 issue the journal Chest.

Using homemade soup and a few store-bought versions, they showed how the soup inhibited

movement of infection-fighting white blood cells collected from healthy volunteers.

The results suggest that chicken soup has a modest but measurable anti-inflammatory

effect.

"The commercially available soups actually did better than grandma's soup," says

Dr. Carroll.

Of course, he adds, that was just one recipe: Your own grandmother's soup might actually

do better.

So go ahead and slurp up a bowlful of comfort.

Quit smoking.

If you're a smoker, do your inflamed bronchial tubes a favor: Go smoke-free.

"We know that smoking will irritate and aggravate bronchitis," Dr. Rothenberg said.

"It prolongs acute symptoms."

Plus, if your goal is to get rid of your bronchitis, giving your pipes a rest will help.

"You are going to amplify the effectiveness of all the natural approaches to bronchitis

if you are not smoking," she said.

Load up on vitamin D. Want to prevent future bouts of bronchitis?

Consider dosing up on vitamin D (here are 12 ways to up your D intake).

Observational studies show a link between low vitamin D levels and more frequent and

severe bouts of upper respiratory tract infections in children and adults.

(Being low on vitamin D is also linked to many health conditions.)

But can popping supplements help?

Researchers in Canada tested vitamin D3 versus placebo and gargling (recommended in Japan)

versus no gargling in a randomized controlled trial involving 600 young adults.

The group that took 10,000 IU of vitamin D a week over eight weeks sharply cut their

risk of upper respiratory tract infections.

(Gargling did not appear to reduce infections in this study population.)

Vitamin D shows promise, but larger and longer studies are needed, the authors concluded.

More recently, a randomized trial comparing high- and low-dose vitamin D supplementation

in nursing home patients cut the incidence of acute respiratory infections.

Building a Business Case for Bluebeam: Intro - Duration: 1:15.

[Music]

You get into a project team and somebody has it and then you want it too.

And so, it grew very quickly and very easily.

It allowed us to move out of the paper world

and make work more efficient.

So, a lot of what we were doing just can be automated.

And the efficiency to be gained in that increased capacity

for our employees was pretty much invaluable.

We're still in our digital transformation process

and so what we're tackling is some of our paper-based workflows

and converting them to digital.

The learning curve for the point of entry into Bluebeam is so minimal.

We want some of that independent research and that championship.

We want those experts to grow organically

and see where they take our company.

The improvements that it offers to a project;

you're really talking about efficiency and to some degree safety.

The efficiency side of it certainly equals dollar signs ultimately.

The group that used Bluebeam initially that developed a certain workflow,

once the other departments started getting wind of what they were doing,

it sparked ideas on how to use it in their own way and it's still growing.
