1-2 Years For The Rest Of Your Life (Key Fitness Mindset) - Duration: 5:36.

All right, so if you're still a beginner at the whole fitness thing, you're not happy

with the shape you're in right now, maybe you're on the thinner side and you want to

put on some muscle, maybe you're overweight and you want to lean down, or you're somewhere

in the middle and you want to do both, I know that if you've never really been in great

shape before then it might seem like kind of a lofty goal right now, there's a lot of

things you're trying to keep track of; figuring out your calories, your macronutrients, food

choices, setting up a proper workout plan, getting to the gym consistently, putting in

the actual effort during your training sessions, tracking your progress, your supplements,

it definitely can feel a bit overwhelming at the start.

I've been there myself.

You might be having a tough time, you might be questioning whether or not it's even worth

it.

But one very important thing that you have to keep in mind is that learning the ropes

in terms of building muscle and losing fat is just like any other skill.

And once you've gone through that initial grind and you've gotten accustomed to things,

you've learned about your body, you've built up the proper habits, you've achieved some

decent muscle building and fat burning results, it might be easy to just focus on the immediate

short-term game that you're gonna see, but you also have to understand that by just putting

in the work for that initial year or two you're literally setting yourself up for an entire

lifetime of benefits.

And the specific time frame it's gonna take for each person to get to that point where

they really just get it in terms of training and nutrition, and they've built a decent

physique, and everything is mostly on autopilot, that time frame is gonna differ a bit it depends

on whether you're being exposed to the right information and how closely you're dedicating

yourself to your plan, but I think in most average cases probably somewhere between a

year or two if you're getting the right informatio, that's all it takes to really get a solid

handle on things where training has just become a normal part of life, probably something

you enjoy and look forward to, at least on certain days of the week, and where nutrition

is mostly just automatic and is something that you don't really have to think too much

about.

I mean, if you go about things properly you should be able to gain roughly 50% of the

total muscle mass you're ever gonna build just in that first year alone.

And then probably the second year will be another 25%, so within one to two years you

can make a very solid transformation if you stay consistent, and be right up around 75%

of your genetic limit.

And then the next year or two would be used to fill in most of the remaining amount.

And not everyone is even trying to be as muscular as possible, so if you're going for a leaner

more aesthetic look, then by the two-year mark you might already be carrying an amount

of muscle that you're satisfied with.

And if you compare that to the scope of your life as a whole, that's really not a long

time.

That's seven hundred and thirty days, and it's a hundred and four weeks.

And then the other very important thing to understand in this whole equation, is the

fact that maintaining your physique after you've built it is a lot easier than the actual

process of building it from the ground up.

Not only because you'll have all the right habits in place already so they're easier

to stick to but even just physiologically as well, it doesn't require as heavy of a

training stimulus to keep your existing muscle mass intact in comparison to initially building

it.

So once you've achieved a physique that you're happy with, at that point if you want you

can be a quite a bit looser with your training and your physique probably won't change that

much.

And then because of muscle memory if you do happen to go off the rails a bit down the

line and fall off track a bit, which happens to most people here and there, you're going

to be able to rebuild any muscle that you might lose at a way faster pace than it took

to originally build it.

So, what I'm ultimately getting at here is that, if you're in those beginner stages,

if you're thinking this is really hard, I'm overwhelmed, I don't know if I can maintain

this, understand that there's a huge lifetime ROI involved with just buckling down and putting

in the work for the first one to two years.

Even though it might seem challenging right now, if you can just grind through and move

forward regardless, stick to your training plan, stick to your nutrition plan, continue

researching so that you can expand your knowledge further, that is going to massively benefit

you literally for the rest of your life, because it really just gets easier and easier the

longer you've been doing this.

And once you've gone through those first couple years, you'll always be in shape and have

a body that you're happy with moving forward.

You'll be healthier.

You'll be more confident and you'll have the knowledge to easily get back in shape if you

do fall off track.

One to two years is not a long time to ask for in the grand scheme.

There are a lot harder things in life than going to the gym and eating well.

Those are things that will directly benefit you not just physically but mentally as well,

so just go and do it, keep that bigger picture in mind and understand that the effort you're

putting in right now is going to have a reverberating effect ten, twenty, thirty, fifty years or

more down the line.

So, I hope this was helpful.

Like I mentioned before, having access to the proper information is a critical aspect

of helping you learn the ropes as efficiently as possible and maximizing your results in

those first couple of years, so if you do want to grab a fully structured step-by-step

plan that lays out everything you need to know in terms of training nutrition and supplementation

using a no BS science-based approach, I definitely recommend checking out my Body Transformation

Center for Protein Degradation at Dana-Farber - Duration: 1:46.

A first-of-its-kind collaboration inside Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Longwood

Medical Center. World-renowned scientists at Dr. Nathanael Gray and Dr. Eric

Fischer leading the new Center for Protein Degradation. "It really is

unprecedented in the sense that it offers us the resources and the

environment to bridge a gap between basic research and innovation." "I think

the primary benefit here is being able to do this on almost sort of a biotech

scale of effort." Dana-Farber teamed up with investment management firm

Deerfield which committed up to eighty million dollars to the center. The goal

is to advance targeted protein degrader targets. "What protein degradation

is, we develop small molecules that not try to block the activity of a protein

but rather eliminate the protein from itself." The scientists will work to

create a next-generation protein degrader platform, taking innovation to

projects so that ideas born in the lab might become drugs that can benefit the

patients who need them most. "It's a convergence of threads of research that

have been going on for a while but in my mind what makes it so exciting is that

we're now able to degrade targets that we really didn't think could be drugged

before. So there's going to be clinical studies going on already in 2019 and the

center certainly is only going to accelerate that." The Center for Protein

Degradation will seek out collaborations from both the Dana-Farber and the

Harvard Medical School communities. For Dana-Farber news, I'm Victoria Warren.

शांति मनुष्य के लिए - Peace For People - Prem Rawat - Duration: 21:02.

Peace...

...is something...

...that without it...

...anything we do in life...

...would remain incomplete.

I'll give you an example.

When...

...we drive a car...

...or any vehicle for that matter...

...and for some reason...

...the wheel of the car or the cart...

...or rickshaw...

...is damaged.

And starts making...

...an annoying noise.

Then it has 2 solutions.

The first one is...

...that the driver...

...gives you cotton.

To put in your ears...

...to avoid the noise.

And the second option is...

...to repair the wheel.

According to you...

...amongst the 2 solutions...

...which one would be better?

It's only making a noise.

It may not take us far.

While traveling further...

...a car, rickshaw...

...or a cart, may stumble.

You'll surely face trouble.

But there won't be any noise.

So it's better to use cotton, right?

Really?

Use cotton.

If you've boarded a plane...

...and you see through the window that the engine is on fire.

You show it to the pilot.

But the pilot rolls down the window.

And tells you to ignore it.

Is it a good solution?

Well, you all laughed.

It's good to laugh.

But as far as peace is concerned...

...we follow the example of cotton.

And of shutting down the window.

We do not discuss...

...why there's no peace.

We simply close our eyes.

And hope for the best.

We leave for others to take care of.

Or people simply stop expecting it anymore.

This is the thought process.

But...

...what's the reality?

Humans will be sad...

...without real peace.

They may try to be happy.

Despite their efforts, they'll remain unhappy.

What is peace?

Peace is to stop fighting.

But what was the reason to fight?

Everyone says...

...to stop fighting.

Stop fighting!

Well...

...there may be fire because of gas.

That fire needs to be set off.

But it's also very important to turn off the gas.

If we don't turn off the gas...

...no matter how much we try to set off the fire...

...it will keep on raging even more.

If a pipe bursts.

And there's flood.

It's water everywhere.

And you're using buckets...

...to throw the water out, but the water keeps coming.

If you're on a boat...

...and there's a hole in the boat.

You keep throwing the water out...

...without mending the hole.

Then what would be the outcome?

You'll drown for sure.

The whole world is in a similar state.

In this world...

...we've become used to such habits.

Due to which...

...we are only destroying ourselves.

Just...

...a few days ago.

My program was held in a hospital.

Someone asked me...

...when they go out...

...people trouble them...

...wherever they go.

So, can they experience peace?

Everyone knows, when we go out...

...cars keep dodging us...

...people keep grumbling...

...some or the other thing.

We get worried.

I told them...

...my view point.

That they have a unique face...

...and when they go out...

...they see so many people.

They all have different faces.

But when you're back home...

...does your face turns like them?

Or does it remain as your face?

What is it?

Your face doesn't change, right?

In the same way.

We fail to know our reality.

They feel...

...if their neighbors aren't at peace then how can they be?

If the neighbor isn't at peace...

...then how can they be?

Only if...

...everyone is...

...at peace...

...only then they'll be at peace.

This means you haven't...

...recognized yourself.

You couldn't understand yourself.

Because peace lies within you.

Peace lies within you.

Do you know this?

Do you?

Yes or no? - Yes!

Everyone didn't answer.

Yes!

Yes!

It lies within you?

Yes!

Then why there's no peace outside?

Why there's no peace outside?

In a room...

...there's little darkness.

Not much, just a little.

And you lit a lamp there.

The darkness there, enhances.

Do you understand?

It is not there, right?

So, when peace lies within you.

And if you illuminate like a lamp.

Should the restlessness increase or decrease?

I'm not talking about restlessness, not peace.

What could be the reason?

Because at present.

Earth never had...

...so many educated people.

There weren't so many universities before, like now.

There weren't as many schools as now.

The amount of gold been dug from a mine...

...is more than ever before.

It was never before in so much quantity.

The number of diamonds now...

...were never there before.

There weren't so many countries before, as now.

There weren't so many people as now, before this.

Then, where's the problem?

What's going on?

Inspite of lighting the lamp, the darkness is increasing.

Inspite of lighting the lamp, the darkness increases.

Even the lamp light is not mitigating the darkness.

How is this possible?

The lamp should end the darkness instead of increasing it.

Recently, I was in Africa...

...two days ago.

And there...

...is an issue...

...of black and white.

Then, I thought...

...the entire world has issues.

Issues of rich and poor.

Issues of educated.

As well as issue of uneducated.

Issues of woman.

Issues of man.

Issues of young.

Issues of old.

Issues of bearded men.

Issues of a clean face.

Issues of mustache.

Issues of having no mustache.

Issues of being from Rajasthan.

Issues of being from Bihar.

Issues of being from Delhi.

Issues of riding a motorbike.

Issues of driving a car.

Issues of driving a truck.

This happens on the road.

A hawker...

...owns the road.

Who will...

...argue with him?

Save yourself.

The hawker doesn't even own the stall.

It doesn't belong to him.

If it collides...

...with your car, you'll be upset...

...since it's your car.

Issues of a coachman.

Yes.

Lot of issues around.

Issues of religion.

Issues of no religion.

Issues of being a Hindu.

Issues of being a Muslim.

But there's no issue concerning a human.

What?

It's possible.

It is possible.

Since humans have no issue concerning their being.

Thus, despite all the lighted lamps...

...the darkness is increasing.

Because the actual lamp is...

...a human being.

They aren't enlightened.

I'm trying to...

...light that lamp.

People believe in...

...technology.

Cell phone.

Cell phone.

In India...

...if there's a power cut.

People are habituated to it.

But if there's no cell phone...

...they would be miserable.

What happened?

You know that cell phones...

...have ruined so many lives.

Many died.

Because of what?

While driving...

...they're talking on the cell phone.

And you know...

...we need both the hands to talk.

The hands must be used, you see.

They crash because of being careless.

Listen.

Technology is not the solution.

I'm not against technology.

Technology will only help...

...when the base...

...of humanity is concrete.

The lamp is lit.

Get a mirror.

Then, the light of the lamp...

...could be thrown in the opposite direction by the mirror.

But if the lamp is not lit...

...you may get 1000's of mirrors...

...nothing will happen.

Technology is a mirror.

What will the mirror do, if the lamp is not lit.

Nothing.

Hence, it's important.

That we understand ourselves.

Peace begins from within.

What you should not do...

...you know that.

But what you should do...

...no one tells you that.

I will tell you that.

Don't answer me from your mind.

Answer me from your heart.

Ask that lamp.

That wants to be lit.

Ask the lamp...

...that wants to throw light.

Ask that lamp...

...or that man...

...who wants to love.

Who wants to be successful.

Who has a life...

...and is happy...

...truly happy...

...and wants to...

...dwell within that.

Ask them.

Ask them.

They will answer you.

The world won't answer correctly...

...because they don't know.

And you ask the world.

When will there be peace?

It will never happen.

As far as the world is concerned, it'll never happen.

And everyone agrees to this.

What do people want?

Money.

Money.

Why do you want money?

What will you do with the money?

You want to satisfy your needs.

You'll fulfill...

...your dreams.

If you become rich...

...you'll get the girl, you love.

If you're rich...

...then you'll get the boy you love.

If you're rich...

...then...

...just as you saw on the screen...

...your dreams begin from there.

You're encouraged to dream from there.

And you begin dreaming, starting from there.

And you want to become something...

...or the other.

This must happen to me.

That must happen to me.

Like this.

Like that.

Like this.

There are many colors of the mind.

The mind is always changing its color.

He is very rare whose mind...

...does not change color.

It's peculiar about money.

Spend it.

Then you won't have money.

If you don't spend...

...you'll have money.

And you'll keep on dreaming. They would fade away also.

You'll keep on dreaming. They would fade away as well.

You'll keep on dreaming. They would fade away also.

This is a situation, where...

...if you spend money, it's not fine.

If you won't spend, still it's not fine.

It's not fine whether you spend or don't spend money.

If you don't want to spend, then why have you saved it?

And if you spend, you won't be left with the money.

So you'll always be confused.

You are a human being.

You have something unique residing within you.

Realize it.

You people came here.

You have faith on peace.

You love peace.

What could be greater than this?

What else could be greater?

You all work hard.

Try to change your world.

And this entire universe will change automatically.

BEST LIGHTING SOFTWARE FOR CHURCHES | Lightkey Review - Duration: 14:27.

Are you looking for lighting software for your church that's budget friendly and easy

to use without compromising on power and reliability?

In this video, I'm gonna review Lightkey which is a Mac based lighting software.

I'll unpack all the reasons I love this software and why I think it might just be the best

lighting software for churches.

I'll also walk you through what you need to get this system set up at your church.

Coming up.

This video is brought to by Worship Leader School where you're gonna find all the essential

training, advice and support you need to plan and lead a worship.

Visit worshipleaderschool.com, or click the link in the description to learn more.

My name is Jake Gosselin, I'm the creator of Churchfront.com helping you lead gospel

centered and tech-savvy worship.

If you haven't already, subscribe to the channel so you can receive all our latest content

to help you grow yourself, and grow your worship ministry.

Let's talk about lighting control for churches.

A few years ago, it was more common to use an actual hardware controller to control the

lights in your worship gathering.

I'm talking about stage lights as well as house lights so you can fade lights up or

down, or create fancy light shows.

Whatever suits your fancy at your church.

But today, the world of lighting control has evolved and rather than needing an actual

hardware controller, you can run software just on your computer.

At our church, we have a computer that runs Pro Presenter so why not put some lighting

software on there as well that can control all the lighting?

We're a portable church, and the less hardware for us, the better.

In my opinion, lighting software for churches needs to meet certain criteria.

Number one, it needs to be stable and reliable.

We can't have the software glitch in the middle of a worship service and then have all the

lighting scenes go haywire.

The next piece of criteria is that the lighting software needs to be budget friendly.

When I say "budget friendly" I mean less than a thousand dollars.

Ideally, less than 500 dollars.

I don't think software needs to be free because that means there's no development and support

actually going into it.

I'm not a big fan of open source software because often it's confusing, just takes forever

to figure out, and there's lots of weird glitched and bugs you have to deal with.

I'm willing to pay at least a couple hundred bucks if something is supported, and it's

reliable, and it's just gonna work.

Next, the lighting software needs to be user friendly and intuitive.

I don't know what it is about lighting software over the past years as I've been searching

for different pieces of software, they all seem really confusing when you look at the

software and the user interface it just seems like you're staring at the cockpit of a jumbo

jet or something like that.

It's just really, really frustrating and especially in our church context when we have volunteers

who aren't professionally trained.

We need it to just be super intuitive for them, and we don't want them to have to go

get a professional lighting degree to be able to run lights for our worship gathering.

Being user friendly is incredibly important.

Another important thing lighting software needs to be able to do is it needs to have

automation capability.

At our church, we're small, we don't have a huge tech team so we automate our lighting

changes.

This is really cool when you us Ableton Live to send cues so I can automate light changes

throughout our songs, and we can create seamless transitions in the way that our light changes

throughout the service.

Finally, this is a more personal preference piece of criteria for lighting software, and

that is it needs to be Mac based software.

I know, there's a lot of great PC based software out there, but I prefer for our context, we're

running all Macs.

It's just better to keep things all Macs all the time, and often time there's lighting

software out there that's developed for both Mac and PC and what I feel like happens is

when whenever companies try to develop for both platforms, one of them usually gets the

short end of the stick.

The other reason it's important for us to have an all Mac ecosystem is for all the mini

networking that we're doing Mac has a really powerful, stable midi network app that makes

it easy to connect any Macs to set up all this automation.

That's just another reason why it's so important for our software to be Mac based.

For those of you who are PC users, I'll link some other lighting software below that I

think could be great in a PC environment.

I just can't guarantee it's gonna give you great results.

For the past couple years the lighting software I had been using was myDMX 2.0 and then 3.0.

This is a Mac and PC based software, it's easy to use, it's budget friendly, it has

automation features, but recently over the past couple months, it has been glitching

on us like crazy.

The one main glitch that we continued to see time and time again is that when we're running

the software on our Mac, the CPU usage we were seeing in our activity monitor was just

skyrocketing.

I tried to do a ton of research to figure out how I could troubleshoot this problem.

I think it had something to do with the midi automation.

Anyways, I couldn't figure it out.

If I can't figure something out after a couple hours of research, then it's pretty hopeless.

During our rehearsals, in worship services, the computer running this software was starting

to lag like crazy, and it was really frustrating for the volunteers and for myself.

That's why I had to find a different solution.

So, I sat down at Google, I searched "lighting software for Mac," and the first result I

saw was the Light Key app.

As I browsed their website, I was super impressed with what I saw.

You can even download the software for free.

I'll put a link in the description of this video.

I was able to try it out and see what the user interface was like before even buying

a license, and I was just super impressed.

I also went to the worship ministry Facebook group's and I searched the Light Key app in

those groups to see what type of experience people were having.

Everything I read was positive.

People loved it.

So, I was sold very quickly on this app, and then I told our pastor about it, he approved

it, we purchased a license for the app, we purchased our USB to DMS dongle that's compatible

with the app to be able to plug it into our lighting system, and we were up and running.

So here's what you need to buy to get this system up and running.

First, you need the Light Key software.

I'm gonna link it in the description, and like I already said, you can download the

software for free, but you'll have a very limited version of the software, but you'll

be able to experience it enough to see whether or not you like this type of user interface.

When you're ready, you need to buy a license for the software.

They have different tier licenses and the way it works is it's an annual subscription.

So it starts at $69 for 256 channel of DMX.

That actually may work for a lot of churches with smaller lighting systems, but the more

standard favorite selection for a lot of people out there, this is one we bought, is the 512

DMX channels subscription.

So that's a $99 per year.

That may seem a little bit pricey, it's definitely not free, but in my opinion it's worth it

because you're investing into a software that's well supported, and it's actually going to

be continually updated and made better over time.

Once you purchase a license, you're gonna receive your license code.

You just enter it into the software and it's ready to go.

The cool part is that that license code can be deactivated from a computer if you need

to move it to another one.

The next thing you're gonna have to purchase for this setup is a USB to DMX adapter.

This makes it so that your computer can send the DMX signal to all of your lighting fixtures.

At our church, we purchased the DMX King Ultra DMX Micro.

It's a super compact little interface with USB on one side of the end and DMX on the

other.

Of course, for our MacBook Pro because it's a newer one, I had to get the USB C to USB

adapter.

The great part about this software is it's super efficient, doesn't suck up a bunch of

CPU power, or RAM, so you could run this lighting software on the same computer you maybe have

ProPresenter on.

That's exactly how we're gonna run it at or church.

I'm gonna include links to the software and all my recommended hardware down below in

the description of this video.

Setting up the software itself is really simple and intuitive.

The first step is to set up all your DMX patching.

This is where you tell Light Key what light fixtures map to which DMX addresses.

The software already has a ton of lighting fixture profiles built into it's library so

you can just search for whatever lighting fixtures you have in your church and then

drag those on to the patch bay.

When I set this patching up at my office since our church is a setup and tear down church,

I simply just copy the patching assignments that we had from my DMX 3.0, so it's really

easy to get up and running.

The next step is to edit the visualizer that's built into this software.

This is a great feature that allows you to see your light scenes, and make edits, and

design your lighting cues at home when you're not plugged into the lighting system at church.

It took me just a couple minutes to add in these trusses and this rectangle to symbolize

our wide screen that we project our lyrics and video on, but now when I'm in my office,

because we're setup and tear down church, I can design all of our lighting cues and

know exactly what it's gonna look like when Sunday comes.

The next step is to start building your presets, or lighting scenes.

You click the little plus icon on the top right of the software and I went through and

I created lighting scenes for our house lights, our stage spotlights, our different LED kind

of backlighting, color combos that we have, also we have some truss warmers, the lights

the shoot straight up through the trusses, made some scenes for those.

Then, I also made som scenes that include some movement.

I even added some of the crazy scenes that they have built into the software.

Then once you're done building out all of your presets, you're gonna create your control

panel.

This is the interface that you or your lighting volunteers, or your tech team are actually

gonna use to control the lights during the service.

What's really cool about this control panel is that it gives you the ability to create

buttons, and faders, and it's all virtual.

Then you can assign whatever presets you want to those buttons or faders.

It's a little bit hard to describe and it is something that you're just going to want

to play with yourself, but let me show you how I have the cue set up for our church.

So, on the far left we have the master fader.

That just brings all the lights up or down.

We don't really ever touch that one.

Then we have a collection of house lighting cues.

We have our house blackout cue, our house full cue, our house pre-service cue, worship

cue, and message cue.

Next to that, we have our collection of spotlight cues.

This is just our front-lighting onstage that control two ellipsoidal lights that light

both the band members and our pastor.

We don't have many scenes for this, really just our band settings, our speaker settings,

and a blackout.

The next bank of cues is a fun one.

This is where we control all of our LED lighting that we have.

So we have eight LED wash lights that are mounted on the top of the trusses, and then

we have four of them that are truss warmers shooting light up through the trusses.

So I went through and I created all these different buttons that you simply click on,

now cue up the appropriate LED lights.

The way I have all my LED light cues set up in this software is that only one of those

cues is gonna be enabled at a time.

This prevents any weird overlapping of colors and it just makes it really, really simple

for operation whether we are operating it manually from the computer or if I'm cueing

these scenes from Ableton Live.

On the far right we have two little faders that control the fan and the amount of haze

for our haze machine.

What's cool about the different groups of lighting cues that we've created in this control

panel is that they can be layered on top of one another.

That means our house lights and then our front lighting and our LED backlighting they can

all be controlled independently, so we don't have scenes that necessarily control all of

them at once.

Instead, we send separate cues to our LED lights, or separate cues to our front lighting

or separate cues to our house lighting.

This work flow worked really well for the way that we cue lights throughout our worship

gathering.

The final step in my setup process with this lighting software is automation.

They've made it incredibly easy to set up lighting automation if you're using software

like Ableton Live to cue your lights and lyrics, and other production elements in worship.

Setting this up is really easy.

First, all you have to do is make sure Light Key is receiving midi cues from the network

session that you're sending midi cues to from your Ableton Live computer.

Then, when that midi mapping is set up, you go to the different cues you've created in

the control panel, you right click on a cue, you go down to external control, and then

you just simply click the add trigger button.

The software will then start listening for midi trigger and as soon as you send over

that midi note, it's gonna map it.

There's so much more that Light Key can do that I don't have time to cover in this video,

but I hope this gives you a really full understanding and a great look at what it could do for your

worship ministry.

If you have any questions about this setup, let me know below in the comments, and also,

head on over to the website.

I'll put a link in the description of this video where you can download the software

for free and try it yourself, and then if you do pull the trigger on the license, you

can get the USB dongle from Amazon.

I'll link that below, as well.

I really think you're gonna enjoy this software for your worship ministry, and I will let

you know if anything changes with it.

So, make sure to subscribe to the channel, but so far my experience with this is awesome,

I highly recommend it.

This gets Jake's stamp of approval.

3 Tips for Selling Merchant Services in 2019 - Duration: 4:42.

Hi, my name is James Shepherd.

I want to give you 3 tips for selling Merchant Services in 2019.

Tip #1 on my list is to embrace simplicity.

Now there is a lot of things you hear about.

You know technology advances and integrations and all these different things, but you know

the truth is that for most of the merchants that you are out in the field talking to,

or are on the phone talking to, what they really, really want is simplicity.

They want flat rate pricing, subscription rate pricing.

Simple, simple, simple, now it doesn't always have to be flat rate.

It could be interchange plus pricing and you could promote that as simple.

You could say, "You know rather than having flat rate pricing where it is complicated

for you because you don't know if you are getting over-charged or not.

What we do is we just do a flat half of a percent mark-up over interchange."

The way you present it needs to be simple.

In 2019, what merchants are looking for is simplicity.

In their mind, merchant services is kind of already been solved.

It is like a solved problem.

It is something that they don't need to worry about again.

It's like they are not really like going to spend a ton of time looking at which cell

phone provider they should have this year.

They kind of already figured that out.

They chose Verizon or they chose Sprint and it's like, "I don't really want to switch.

There is not a lot of value in switching.

I have a cell phone; I'm good."

Be really, really simple.

That is tip number one is embrace simplicity.

Tip #2 is to embrace technology.

Think about what kind of technology could I offer to this merchant.

So you need to start going deep.

The problem with technology right now is most processing agents and ISOs, they are going

really wide and shallow.

What I mean is they sell 15 different point of sale systems and smart terminals.

They have Poynt and Mynt and Clover, all these different systems that they sell and they

don't really know anything about any of them.

My challenge to you would be instead of going wide and shallow, go narrow and deep.

Pick a point of sales system or a smart terminal that you like, that you think serves you know

50 to 60% of the people you talk to.

It serves a big portion of them, and become an absolute expert.

I mean you know everything there is to know about that terminal or that point of sale

system.

You could program it yourself.

You know it inside and out and spend a lot of time.

Get to know their support people.

Start making sales with it.

Really, really, really get to know it and go deep.

Then maybe you add another one.

So next year maybe you add 3 new technology offerings to your value proposition.

Again, the big problem when I talk to sales people is like, they sell so many different

technologies and they don't understand really any of them.

So 2019 embrace technology, but don't embrace it in a wide and shallow approach.

Go narrow and deep.

Really understand it.

Become an expert.

The final Tip #3 is that what you want to do is, you really want to target verticals.

Target verticals.

Now when I say this, I don't mean you are only going to sell pizza shops in 2019, or

you are only going to sell hair salons.

What I mean is just like I talked about in that second tip of embracing technology, but

going deep, you want to do the same thing with your marketing efforts.

You may go out in the field and you may go after auto repair, quick service restaurants,

hair salon, whatever.

You have maybe 5 or 6 different verticals you go after.

That's fine, but take a little time to really dive deep into each of those 5 verticals and

become more of a payment processing expert for them.

Customize your marketing materials.

This is one of the most powerful things you can do.

If you go to Staples, you can get your business cards for $10.

Why get one box of generalized business cards, when you could get 5 boxes?

One of them talks about your pizza shop offer.

The other one talks about hair and nail salons.

The other one talks about something else.

You want to have these different offers.

The idea is give them options.

Give them different things that they can offer, so when you go out in the field, you know

the value proposition when you go to a pizza shop.

You know the value proposition when you go to a retail store.

So think about what's upsetting to those people.

Think about the merchants from their perspective.

What are they concerned about for 2019, and how can your offer speak to that?

Okay so in 2019, my big challenge to you is going to be get into those verticals and go

really deep and become much more of an expert, and then once you have that offer, find a

way to simplify it going back to that first one, right?

Really simplify your offer to make it a no brainer decision for the merchant and to make

it really easy for you to explain.

I hope that you have a record 2019 that you sell more merchants than you've ever sold

before.

If you want my help to do that, you need to check out the 6 Week Jump Start Program.

What Bodybuilders Eat for Lunch | Fouad Abiad's Bodybuilder Bulk Meal - Duration: 6:44.

it's a long game and it's a lifestyle so it's important that whether you're

eating or training or whatever you do things that make you want to keep doing

it okay guys so I'm gonna make my favorite meal

it's not my absolute favorite my absolute favorite is ground beef and

pasta but since I'm try and work on bringing my stomach down for future

shows I've eliminated a lot of the red meat out of my diet for better digesting

meats so I'm using ground turkey instead of ground beef today because it digests

faster this meat I get comes to me from true local the

company here in Ontario that source is some of the best meats and they deliver

to your doorstep kind of flash-frozen so this comes from them so I'm confident

when I get my food that it's of a good quality people are on this whole wheat

pasta thing it doesn't matter okay I don't want whole wheat pasta I don't want

more fiber it's gonna sit in my stomach longer white pasta is not great either

but I don't care if you care if you want to make it if you want to have pasta and

not feel bad and actually still worry about your stomach and digestion and all

that get rice pasta most grocery stores if you go to the organic section or the

pasta section most likely the organic section have rice pasta if you get rice

pasta which is like eating rice and it digests quickly and you can still feel

like you're having your pasta meal and not feel guilty about it lately I've

been eating just regular white pasta because it's been digesting okay for me

so we're gonna make some regular pasta so warm up the pan look at this meals not

complicated it's not something none of you guys have made everybody at some point or

another has made pasta with meat sauce with pasta sauce I'm not gonna crush

tomatoes from fresh I have pasta sauce that I like I get it at Costco I'm sure

you guys can find a pasta sauce that you like in the off season this is a meal I

normally have at least once a day because it's very easy to eat it tastes

good it's very calorie dense and if you could find something that has

all three of those things then you should have it as much as possible this

is the pasta sauce I use there's nothing special about it it's not organic

low in sugar low in salt it's just regular fucking pasta sauce but it

tastes great

like I said you guys have done this before nothing complicated about it it's

gonna break up the meat a little bit of salt I know a lot of you chefs out there

that are watching the video are gonna be like oh he didn't he didn't let the

water boil all the way before he put the pasta in and how come he didn't put salt

in the water for the pasta listen man just make sure it's cooked make sure it

tastes pretty good and get the food in if you're the kind

of person who wants to do this for your whole life for 20 years or whatever for

you know have a real career sometimes just gonna do things because

they're fun sometimes I just want to try something different keep me interested

it's a long game and it's a lifestyle so it's important that whether you're

eating or training or whatever you do things that make you want to keep doing

it

I can't just eyeball it I got to make sure I'm getting the right amount of

food right because you're still look even though it's the offseason even

though we're eating like as much as we can and all this other shit you still

have to have a general idea how much protein carbs and fats you're getting in

a day it has to be close still gonna weigh my food so I'm gonna do six ounces

of ground turkey okay pastas done so burner goes off strain the pasta what

we're gonna do is this we're gonna make ourselves fatter by making it taste good

so turn this on to a medium setting a little bit of olive oil measuring cup

two cups

a little bit olive oil to make it taste good and we're gonna add the sauce dash of

salt I could honestly eat this meal every meal of the day

that's how good it is that's how much I like pasta now if you want to be a

really fat fuck like me get yourself some really shitty Parmesan cheese

you want to get big you want to put on size that's how you do it

pasta sauce has sugar pasta sauce has fat and grease and shit and oil on it

you know it's it's a ready-made and whatever we put Parmesan cheese it's fat

and shitty for you and we used white pasta use ground turkey instead of

instead of fresh turkey breasts so I know all of you who guys out there that

are like nuts about every little calorie are looking at this going this is

disgusting this is you doesn't need all this food you guys are never gonna get

big the guys who are looking at this meal and thinking yeah you know what

that's a fucking calorie dense meal you guys are the guys are gonna grow this is

what you need to grow because the the calories that you need are in here the

quality that you need the quality protein quality carbs are in here and to

make sure that you're going to eat it every day or every or a couple times a

day that's what the Parmesan cheese does that's what the sauce does okay so make

sure your food tastes good so you can get it in

Son admits sadness to be leaving title challengers Spurs for Asian Cup - Duration: 5:07.

Son Heung-min admits he is sad to be leaving Tottenham's trophy chase to play at the Asian Cup

The forward has been in tremendous form and scored his eighth goal in nine games as Spurs reclaimed second spot in the with a 3-0 New Year's Day win at Cardiff

But Son will head for international duty after Tottenham's league game against on January 13, and could miss up to five matches because of the tournament in the United Arab Emirates

'Of course I feel very sorry because I miss already in September,' said Son, referring to his involvement for at the Asian Games earlier this season

'I feel sorry for my team-mates, the fans and the coaching staff. It's difficult.'Sometimes you think it's a bit sad, but it is also important for my country

'I hope I can keep my form for the national team and when I come back here again as well

'Should tournament favourites reach the Asian Cup final in Abu Dhabi on February 1, Son could potentially miss five league and cup games for Spurs

This would include league games against Fulham, Watford and Newcastle, as well as the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final tie with Chelsea

Tottenham's concern will be that Son was sluggish after he played at the Asian Games, a tournament which won

It was only after Son had a break from international duty in November that he found the form which has seen him become one of the hottest properties in the

'I was tired after the Asian Games because in that tournament it was playing after (every) two or three days,' Son said

'It is very important to be right mentally at the Asian Cup and to come back with a strong mind and be strong physically

'It (November) was a turning point for me because I was tired and I didn't travel

'It was good to have this time, some days off, and hard sessions with the team. But the Asian Cup is big for us because we have not won it for 59 years

''I'm going there not just to enjoy it, I am going there to win something and come back with confidence

'Tottenham's win completed the double over Cardiff after their 1-0 victory at Wembley in October

Cardiff are battling against relegation and boss Neil Warnock feels Spurs should be forced to play at Wembley for the rest of the season not to give their rivals an advantage

Spurs were due to move into their new White Hart Lane stadium in September, but the project has suffered construction delays

'The league should enforce they play at Wembley for the rest of the season,' Warnock said

'There shouldn't be any chance of an advantage for our opponents.'It's not our fault - we should have been playing at the new stadium ourselves

'I think they should step in now and rather than seven or six weeks, they should make it until the end of the season now and enforce it now

'
