so you said that this had been a wound an open sore a diabetic ulcer yes year

and a half ago and developed a blister and it became a tumor is what the doctor

called it a tumor okay No oh no officer I know you're right that officer know

that which just means open sore no yep oh and wait for it to close kept

trimming one series three four weeks and now we've been doing pretty good except

for today I won't have any of ten weeks but we're gonna start going longer in

between visits because it's been doing the graded okay and you have the special

inserts in your shoes to help take the pressure off the spot yes ma'am

okay sure you now do you have enough sensation in your feet that this is

actually painful when it gets thick like this a little bit yes painful Zarya were

more uncomfortable slightly painful okay

very surprising when you get that done but you don't feel as though what you're

doing right because it's just so much dead skin you know it's like cutting

really thick hair look like there's nobody there

you know I'm I'm waiting till I get a little bit deeper it's definitely the

skin at the base is kind of mushy and what I don't know if it's broken open

deep to the skin though so let me just get a little bit deeper you haven't

noticed any drainage or anything coming I might have you okay

is this like like a lifetime thing now for me yes it is well unless you discuss

lifting up the bone that sits right under here or shortening it so that you

don't have this extra pressure right on the spot anymore that would be a fix

that's a surgery mm-hmm which you know is fine as long as your blood sugars are

well controlled and and you know you'll heal and you're able to stay off your

foot for a bit after but okay so at this point it does not appear that there's

any open sores this is just kind of all mushy skin mushy that says yeah very

close so this whole area you you're you're looking at the monitor there this

whole area right here the skin is kind of wet like if you left a band-aid on

too long and so if it had gone just a little bit more time it would have

broken open into an open wound so I think the two-and-a-half months is

probably too long for you know six or eight weeks probably well insurance will

only allow you to come every age but there's things you can do to manage it

at home as well do you do any kind of care for it

at home you know insurance lets me come here before that one do they okay

you know everybody's insurance is different so Medicare their rule is two

months but okay so what I'm gonna do today is I'm gonna put a little extra

pad around it just to keep the pressure off it and just leave that on until the

next time you shower because I left you part of my glove right that's waking

purple it is it shows up as blue on the video though it's kind of unusual okay

and then then this will just help it stay on and keep the area covered so it

looks good today but yeah let's get you back in at 6:00 or 8:00 to trim it again

and thank you for letting me video it

you

What is Firestarter? - Duration: 4:16.

Hi my name is Spiridon and I'm the founder of the Firestarter Magazine and

the case you never heard of the Firestarter Magazine

let me just shortly explain what all this is about.

The Firestarter Mag is highlighting international events for creatives.

Their speakers are interviewed by us and we also publish

their talks which they gave at said events. I feel like the community really needs

an overview and especially a network that informs about

WHO you can meet and WHAT you can learn at WHICH event

The magazine is printed twice a year with currently 5,000 copies each

which are given away for free to all attendees

of partnering European events. The mags can also be downloaded through patreon

Gumroad and Cubebrush. So the concept seems pretty altruistic at first and the

work that a product like this takes is usually something a team would handle

but in case of firestarter it works a bit different so the last magazine was

created with the help of 60 people including interviewers, interviewed

people, the artists who create the portraits, the cover artists and even

organizers and their assistants. So the other tasks like finding sponsors,

marketing, corresponding with the contributors (new and old ones)

and laying out the whole magazine to get it printed are on me

and frankly said I really love it.

The problem is to accept the help of so many people with no perspective

on compensating them for the work and as we all know free work stinks.

So this is what I'm calling for the support of the community

to help me giving back by asking my readers to give back.

We have proven for a year now that this altruistic model works and that the

framework is there. We also have proven that working together for a bigger cause

is possible and the people in the community that we actively help are the living proof.

So starting next year (I'm recording this right now end of December)

so starting 2019 Firestarter is launching a monthly edition of the

magazine which will be bringing like 10 additional webzines a year (additional

to the two big ones) that contain tutorials, interviews, lectures, reviews of

crowdfunding campaigns, of books, of Patreon accounts, but also more art from you guys.

The project launched on April 2017 and in a matter of months we were

able to go from 400 copies of THIS to 5000 copies of THIS: 80 pages in an A5 booklet

to 184 pages in A4 magazine, so thanks to the support of the companies

and Studios we were able to print all together 12,000 copies of the map since

it launched and they all found their way into the community's hands through the

partnering events. Through a newsletter system we are also informing subscribers

about upcoming events and new articles on the page.

See how Firestarter can become even better than before

with fair compensation and a common goal

to cultivate this community that we love to be a part of so much and yeah that's it

so thank you for your time and tell your friends about this

if you want to be a part of Firestarter and want to create content or suggest

someone who could create content please just contact us through the website

there is a little form where you can enter all the information and we will reply in really short time.

Thank you very much!

Man City star admits Thursday's Liverpool showdown is a game they must win - Duration: 4:31.

Bernardo Silva admits the pressure is on Manchester City in their title crunch against Liverpool

Champions City host table-topping Liverpool on Thursday in a mouthwatering and potentially decisive clash in the race for this season's Premier League

Having allowed Jurgen Klopp's unbeaten side to open up a seven-point lead on them, Pep Guardiola has warned his players that dropping any more points will doom their hopes of retaining the crown

WIN £25,000 for FREE with Footie5 - click here to play  And Portuguese playmaker Silva said: "Is it must-win? A little bit, yes

We know the pressure is a little bit more on us because if we don't win it will be very difficult to go after them

"That's what we will try to do — it's what we try to do every game. We will try to win the three points, especially with our fans and we'll try to win that game

"We have to think about ourselves, we have to think that we have to win every game possible to try to reach them, to close the gap a little bit and that's what we'll try to do in the next game

We know we are seven points behind and if we win it will be only four - seven or four is very different - but we'll put some pressure into them

"All games are important when you play against one of the contenders. Read More STAN COLLYMORE: Even a 5-0 Liverpool win over City won't make them my title favourites  "When it's the team that is in the first position it's even more important, because you're not only winning your points but you're taking them off their points

"They're unbeaten until now in the Premier League and we'll try to end that."  City will know exactly how Liverpool are feeling having been in the same position last season — going into the new year with momentum and an aura of invincibility around them after an unbeaten start to their league campaign

Silva said: "It's better to be that team than what we are right now. They've had a lot of clean sheets

An impressive defence. The front three, everyone knows how good they are. They work a lot

The midfielders they work a lot, they press a lot.  "We know them, they know us. So it's two very good teams."  City will be pleased to see the back of December, after losing three of their final five league games in the month

They ended the year with victory at Southampton on Sunday and Silva said: "After that difficult moment of losing three of the last four games in the Premier League, it's good to come back from that and get a win before that game against Liverpool and get our confidence back to where it should be

Hey guys! I'm checking out this new Roblox "game," but I don't think it is a game at all!

It takes a long time to start.

Pizza face!

Looks more like a Roblox song or ad! Maybe that's why they call it an anthem rather than a game.

Thanks for checking this out with me. Make sure to like and subscribe to my channel!

Liverpool fan replies superbly after claim that Ederson is the 'best GK with his feet' - Duration: 3:58.

Brazil are pretty lucky when it comes to goalkeepers right now.  The Selecao haven't always been blessed with talent between the sticks but in Alisson Becker and Ederson, they have two of the finest shot stoppers in world football

It's genuinely difficult to separate the two number ones and Premier League fans have become more aware of the debate than ever after Alisson's summer move to Liverpool

Ederson had made the transition in English football the preceding summer, proving an overwhelming upgrade on Claudio Bravo and finishing the season with the league title and Carabao Cup

Aside from proving his competence from crosses and facing difficult shots, Ederson added an entirely new dynamic to Manchester City thanks to his ability with the ball at his feet

Ederson vs Alisson  It's a trait that also happens to be shared by Alisson, with both goalkeepers getting involved as their teams pass out from the back and also using long balls to kick start counterattacks

There have been no shortage of clips showing both Alisson and Ederson providing the kind of passes you'd expect from a top Premier League midfielder

And although Brazil believe Alisson slightly edges the debate, picking the superior goalkeeper is an unenviably difficult task

Liverpool fan defends Alisson  However, Ederson certainly gained himself some new supporters at the weekend, after showing off some of his finest skills during the win over Southampton

That led to a video of Ederson completely deceiving Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg with some fancy footwork gathering engagement across Twitter, and it was certainly a neat moment

Yet the caption of 'Best GK with his feet, I don't wanna hear otherwise,' didn't exactly go down well with Liverpool and supporter 'LFC Torres' was quick to reply

In fact, he delivered three tweets in retaliation that have proven rather popular with Kopites, even if he had to compliment Kepa Arrizabalaga for one of the statistics

It's a pretty emphatic reply - so check out the tweets below:  Pretty hard to argue with that, to be fair

Ederson and Alisson are so closely matched on the tropes of a sweeper-keeper that the smallest of statistic differences play a huge role in the debate

And like the Liverpool supporter points out, both have made mistakes with their feet before and individual errors shouldn't be used to sway the argument

It's also interesting to note the impressive stats from Kepa who - despite trailing Alisson in short passes - can clearly compete with the two Brazilians when it comes to distribution

No matter where you stand on the debate, though, there's no denying that both Alisson and Ederson are in brilliant form so far this season

Perhaps the deciding factor should be which of them is lifting the Premier League title in May

Who do you think is the better goalkeeper - Ederson or Alisson? Have your say in the comments section below
