Why Unai Emery Should Not Drop Rob Holding For Sokratis Or Koscielny - Duration: 2:49.
Rob Holding arrived at the Emirates Stadium in 2016 and the English defender has been mostly been playing in the cup competitions when Arsene Wenger was still the manager of Arsenal
Arsene Wenger left at the end of last season and it seems Unai Emery also didn't fully trust Rob Holding, and then opted to using him as a back up for Sokratis and Mustafi
Arsenal has now been struck with an injury crisis and Unai Emery is forced to play Rob Holding in even the Premier League matches but the performance of the young defender has surprised many because he now looks mature and composed when he is with the ball
It's good that Rob Holding has now got confidence which has helped him to unlock his full potential and he is now on form so it will be unnecessary for Unai Emery to drop him because of the return of Laurent Koscielny and Sokratis Papastathopoulos
Everyone believed that Mohamed Salah was going to terrorise the defence of Arsenal on Saturday and the formation of the gunners would have seen Sead Kolasinac being responsible for stopping the Egyptian international but he failed because Salah was always getting past him, luckily for the gunners, Rob Holding was available to stop him from making any dangerous moves in the Arsenal box or give him any chance of scoring for Liverpool
The fact is Rob Holding pocketed Mohamed Salah on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium
Sokratis Papastathopoulos has missed a number of matches and Laurent Koscielny hasn't made any appearance for the gunners but since they are both expected to return this month, Rob Holding could soon become a bench warmer again
Unai Emery should not drop Rob Holding to start any of those two because he has proved that he is a versatile centre back that deserves to be in Unai Emery's first eleven
If Unai Emery wants to drop one centre back, it should be Mustafi because Rob Holding has earned his place in the starting eleven
Unai Emery has shown that he is a man who cares about performance and I believe that he won't just drop Rob Holding yet the young centre back has impressed on the pitch, so let's wait and see!

HaHa Clinton-Dix Takes Field with Redskins for First Time | Heavy.com - Duration: 3:36.
HaHa Clinton-Dix Takes Field with Redskins for First Time | Heavy.com
The Washington Redskins made the final trade just minutes before the deadline took place this past Tuesday.
As deals ket on going down, it looked like the NFC East was officially done with gaining new players as the Philadelphia Eagles traded for Golden Tate.
But the No.
1 team of the East decided that they needed to make one final upgrade before kicking off the second half of the season.
With that, the Redskins traded a fourth-round pick for Green Bay Packers safety HaHa Clinton-Dix.
Now, the Redskins have officially upgraded their secondary tremendously.
The D.J.
Swearinger and Clinton-Dix pair is arguably the best safety tandem in the NFL right now.
Although we haven't seen them play together yet, the numbers do the talking.
In a weak Packers defense, Clinton-Dix was the highlight of their secondary, despite the fact that the team had evident struggles.
He enters onto his new team with 27 combination tackles, a forced fumble, and three interceptions.
One of which, came against the Redskins just weeks before he was dealt.
Now, Clinton-Dix is out of Green Bay, and rocking the Burgundy in Washington as the Skins' take on the Atlanta Falcons for week nine.
The First Look in Washington.
Finally, some of the big trade acquisitions from the past two weeks are able to take the field with their new teams.
While some will be inactive, due to the short amount of time issued to get prepared, Clinton-Dix will be fully locked, loaded, and ready to go on Sunday.
Assuming since Clinton-Dix is on defense, there won't be a huge adjustment period for him.
So, with that, he should get a significant amount of snaps against the Falcons.
Hours before the game, Clinton-Dix tweeted out "Game 1!!! #HTTR" to show his excitement in playing for the Redskins.
We'll see just how well he fits in this weekend.

Getting Your Video Results To Explode - It's Time For A Revolution! - Duration: 6:23.
Have you ever put videos online and found they just don't get the results
that you're looking for?
Would you like to know the secret to getting the most
out of your content every time?
Well stay tuned because in this video I'm going to
give you my five magic questions to ensure video marketing success and I'm
going to explain why Guy Fawkes and the gunpowder plotters were video marketing geniuses.
Please like this video and subscribe for more on producing and
marketing your video content.
Remember remember the 5th of November,
gunpowder, treason and a really great approach to video marketing strategy.
In 1605 a conspiracy to blow up the houses of parliament
in London England was foiled
when after nearly three years of meticulous planning one of the
conspirators sent his brother-in-law a letter warning him not to attend Parliament.
The conspirators were caught and executed now I know you're thinking
you're wondering what the link is between that and good marketing strategy
let me tell you Guy Fawkes and his crew planned every
single element carefully but they told too many people and although this isn't
a great strategy for a revolutionary plot -
it is the secret to video marketing success.
Plan carefully and tell too many people about it.
I want to be clear I am
in no way encouraging the use of explosives or revolutionary plots.
Planning your video and video strategy is so important that it's going to have
its own video or content at some point but what I do want to give you today are
my five magic questions asking these at the beginning of any project will ensure
that that project has the best chance of success ask these answer them properly
and everything else will fall into place.
Question 1 why do you want to produce
video as opposed to any other form of content?
It's always important to make
sure that you're using the right tool in your marketing toolbox video is
fantastic and can be used for so much but it does
take time and cost money if what you're trying to accomplish can
be done just as easily with an image or text or some other strategy then use
that other strategy don't waste your resources on video save your money and
your time for the video projects that really matter that can really make a
difference to your business.
Question 2 who is your target audience?
Are they
existing clients of a new or prospective customers are you trying to sell
yourself to the public in general or are you promoting yourself or a new
initiative to your employees the more you know about your target audience the
more detailed information you have the more carefully you can target your
script and your strategy and the way you produce the whole video to give it the
best chance of success.
Question 3 where does the video lie in the customer journey?
is this video going to be the first experience that a
potential customer has with you or is this going to be giving an existing
customer more information about a particular product or service the reason
this is important is it will tell you how much detail you need to put into
that video the further along a sales were marketing funnel a viewer is the
more detail you can get away with putting
video but if you put in too much too early in the funnel
you will lose viewers you will lose engagement and ultimately the video will
not be effective.
Question 4 where are your intended audience going
to watch the video? Are you putting it on your website on YouTube on Facebook or
Twitter or LinkedIn or Instagram doesn't matter where you put it you just want to
make sure you choose somewhere for your video that your target audience are
going to be and likely to watch it the reason that knowing the channel your
video is going to be used on is important is getting the format of the
video right the style of the video will ensure that it appears more regularly in
people's newsfeeds that they engage more with it and ultimately that it can be as
effective for you as you really want it to b.
Question 5
how will you judge the success of a video if your video's goal is to promote a
product are you going to judge it by sales or by conversions to a sales page
if you're promoting your brand are you going to judge it based on the number of
views it gets how many views is a good number of views for it to get knowing
this allow to judge what value a video has to your business if it's not going
to have much value you don't want to put much budget into it but if the returns
on the video can be huge the budget should be proportionate to this.
Ultimately the Gunpowder Plot failed because they told too many people
about their scheme but doing this is actually the secret to your success
tell people about your video don't just put it on your website and hope for the
best if you've gone through the magic
questions you'll know what channels you're going to use it on use those
channels to tell people the video is coming tell them that it's there if you
plan this before you even write a script you might even be able to take
behind-the-scenes photos climb trailers for the content and build up to it in an
exciting way and I promise you the more people you
tell about your content the more people will watch the more sales you'll get
them all conversions the more engagement and ultimately the more return on
investment you'll have from that piece of video content.
I hope you enjoyed this video.

IoT Success Story: Fort Telecom relies exclusively on Gemalto for ERA-GLONASS and eCall solutions - Duration: 3:17.
Hi. I´m Vladimir Makarenko Development Director of Fort Telekom company.
We´re from Russia.
And we are a producer of different electronical equipment.
First of all, we produce ERA-GLONASS and eCall systems.
You know emergency call systems.
And we supply to more than 60 different car makers worldwide using Gemalto modules inside.
First of all, our customers are producers of commercial vehicles like MAN, Scania, DAF,
Volvo, Renault and others.
In 2010, when we developed the first eCall device.
Actually, the first eCall device for national eCall system in the world.
There was only one GSM-Module that met all the ERA-GLONASS and eCall requirements back then
- it was AHS2.
So, today for us this is the most important part of our devices.
And we have really good experiences of this module.
And in our new device, we´re planning to use EHS5 – the new generation of eCall GSM
Modules from Gemalto.
When you are the first company in the world, who develop something you´re obviously always
faced with a lot of problems, issues and this is always a big challenge.
For us Gemalto was and not only was – they are our main partner in this project.
Because the technical support from Gemalto with acoustics tests, with GSM module-tests
during the certification of the product.
I guess this is the main thing that Gemalto gave to us.
You know, for me IoT, first of all, this is the connected car market.
We´re a company which produces different things for cars.
And I understand that connected cars
this is the biggest part of IoT for the next 2 or 3years.
So, we can see a huge opportunity to create some devices which can change the world and
we love to do it – to create it.
And we´re happy to be a part of these solutions that really change the world.
I mean autonomous vehicles and connected cars.
So its really great.
Thanks Gemalto for these days.
It was really great and like great support and great event.
Thank you very much!
