However, Letitia Dean, who plays Sharon Mitchell in EastEnders, is thoroughly enjoying the storyline, according to one of her co-stars.

Lorraine Stanley, who plays Keanu Taylor's mum Karen on the BBC show spilled the beans in a new interview.

Talking about the steamy romance between the two characters, she said: "I love it! Karen doesn't, but I like watching it.

"There's just something about it.

I'm buying it and watching it like a viewer.

I'm watching it like I've always watched EastEnders.".
