Tomato ketchup gets a special place in the fridge and it is taken with samosa, noodles, sandwich etc.,
Ketchup has become an essential food and some people doesn't like tomato soup but like tomato ketchup.
Which type of tomatoes are used to prepare ketchup, what chemicals are added to preserve tomato juice?
Whether tomato ketchup is good or bad, we are going to see about this in today's video.
1 tsp of ketchup contains 15 calories, carbohydrate 4 grams, sodium 160 milligram, and 4 grams sugar.
Tomato contains vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, mineral, fiber.
Vinegar, tasting agent, sodium benzoate is added with tomato juice and hybrid tomatoes are grown and used to make tomato ketchup.
The peel of these tomatoes will be thick and will not get spoiled soon but this type of tomatoes are unhealthy for us.
The colouring agent added in ketchup causes allergy.
Artificial sweetener added in ketchup increases blood glucose level.
While preparing and preserving ketchup the nutrients like vitamins and fiber are destroyed and we take it only as calories.
So take tomato ketchup occasionally instead take coriander chutney or mint chutney which is healthy.

-Yeah, we jumped on Stagecoach.
Jamey Johnson let us come on right before Willie Nelson,
and then, we went to Glastonbury.
Yeah, that was insane. It was insane.
-Could people hear what you were doing?

The first five rows --
We couldn't play it through the P.A. system
because of the music. All the music's original.
So the music couldn't get out there.
But it was playing through the monitors.
So, about five rows out, they could hear us.
But then like, you know, 20 rows out, they couldn't.
So it was -- -Did they know it was you?
-I think it happened so fast, Jimmy.
Like, we had five minutes.
You know, we had eight minutes at Stagecoach,
and we had four minutes at Glastonbury.
-What if people started booing you?
-That would be a problem. [ Laughter ]
You know, I thought about that, though.
'Cause, you know, you're like -- you got to think about it.
-What if they throw something at you?
-Well, the guy's career really takes a tumble fast.
-Yeah. -But I didn't know.
You know, you're in England.
I don't know if they're gonna throw bottles.
I have no idea what's gonna happen.
-Let's set up the movie, for anyone who doesn't know
"A Star is Born." -Yeah, I mean it's --
I mean, it's a property that's been around.
But, really, the movie that we tried to make
is a movie about love.
What happens if two people actually really love each other
and how hard it is to endure even with that love.
And it's about finding your voice,
about finding something to say in this world that's --
You know, it's hard.
People are gonna tell who you you are,
what you're supposed to say.
I mean, I think we've all been through that.
And how you can have more courage to do that
if you have the support of people around you and love.
So it's really, you know --
I mean, it sounds cheesy, but it's just a call for,
you know, how important love is.

This is control line combat, also known as F2D
It is an aeromodelling sport where two pilots fly against each other
trying to make as many cuts as possible in small paper tail
more cuts means more points.
As you can see these planes fly extremely fast
and no this fotage has not been sped up
they fly up toward 150km/h
They are powered by a tiny little 2.5cc engine running on wood-alcohol.
The pilot controls the airplane with a handle, connected to two thin steel lines
and the lines then controls the elevator.
Many things can happen in a match, planes can crash
They can have mid-air-collision
Lines can get tangled
and much much more.
In future videos we will dive in to more of the technical aspect of flying
setting up and maintaining F2D models and engines.
