Hello friends 'Tubers and my fellow home skillets today I am going to be showing you how to

make vegan french toast healthy and if you wanna follow along with me you're going to

need a nonstick pan because this recipe is going to be oil free and wheat free so it

is going to be acne friendly which I am super duper excited about so let's get on to the

recipe because I am hungry af hey girl or boy you've came to the right place

if you want vegan french toast you need vanilla cinnamon sea salt maple syrup almond milk

flax seed and nutmeg if you want it and then you're going to want to put all of the ingredients

into a blender

and after ou do that you're gonna want to of course blitz it up mix it up whatever you

wanna call it it should have a watery consistency and then

put it in the refrigerator for ten to fifteen minutes after the timer has gone off you're

going to want to heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and get a big shallow bowl to

dip the bread in and you're going to soak each side and be very careful especially if

use ezekiel bread like I did because I was going for like a no wheat just like ya know a healthier

bread it will break I learned that from experience so just be careful

and I just made sure that I soaked it all up pretty good and three slices for this mixture is

exactly like that's perfect it's on point I was worried about having leftovers

because I didn't want to make more than three slices but it worked out perfectly for me and you're gonna wanna

cook them on each side for about three to five minutes

I cooked them for three minutes on each side and then after that I looked at both sides and they needed to be

cooked a little more so I cooked them for like an additional one to two more minutes

but I just made sure to keep an eye on them and check them and wait until they were

golden brown and like crispy on the edges like they're supposed to be and yeah that's what I did

and I just waited until they were like that and it was about three to five minutes

I was freaking chasing the bread around the pan the entire time

as you can see but it's okay we still got it it

It was still freaking amazing

look at that that looks so good does it not

and for toppings I chose strawberries, raspberries,

peanut butter powder for some extra protein, and 100 percent maple syrup, and it was organic

and I just cut the bread in half the traditional way of course

and then I put all of my toppings on but you can choose whatever toppings you want

you can use just maple syrup or any kind of syrup that you would like

and yeah that that is it I will list the

ingredients and directions for this recipe down below so you can screenshot them

Today we're talking about one of our favourite riddims for the summer.

It has Vincy, Grenadian and Bajan artists all up on it.

This Vincentian producer making waves all across the Caribbean

If you don't know the rhythm, then you better get familiar with it so that we pull up

So the Morning After Riddim was produced by the very young captain John

Out of Saint Vincent & The Grenadines.

he's a young and upcoming producer

He also plays on radio but this year he killed it

with the Morning After Riddim.

The riddim was released in early June and it made waves

across the Caribbean. With major rotation in

St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Grenada and of course Barbados with Hollabak & Skinny.

The riddim itself is infectious and very well thought through the horns

Percussion, brass and live instruments really

made this riddim stand out more than anything

So the riddim itsself features three artists from

three different islands.

and of course we got L Pank from Saint Vincent & The

Grenadines.

Hollabak has a collaboration with vincy's own

Skinny Fabulous.

Anything you have Skinny ah chune you already know

it's going to be pretty amazing.

Even though the song are on the same riddim each

chune has it's own vibe going on and I think that's

each artists is from a different island so kinda get

a nice diverse representation in there.

V'ghn's "Trouble In The Morning" is perhaps one of

my favourite songs on the riddim, the song tells a

unique story about a girl and guy in d party

If you take a look at the video, you'll see some famous

stars like Lyrikal, International Stephen was up in there.

He had a MAJOR part to play in the video.

I think that set his song over the edge.

My favourite song on d riddim is actually L Pank.

"Whole Night" is one of the sweetest chunes.

It just embodies how we feel for carnival

like yo from the minute I hear that "Whole Night

My waist just started gyrating on its own.

I was driving yo and the car started swerving and everything.

Cause I was just like yo dis chune is to mean yo.

Last but not least, we have Hollabak from Barbados

*Jel's fake bajan accent*

and we have Skinny Fabulous with their awesome

collab, "Attitude."

You know when you're on d road, your attitude is

yours, you doh have to worry about nobody else.

You could jam on who you want to, take a wine

on who you want to and I think that

their song has that kinda whole carnival vibe to it.

What we really love about dis riddim is that each artist

especially the young ones, they wrote their own

songs.

V'ghn wrote "Trouble In The Morning"

L pank he wrote "Whole Night."

Hollabak he wrote "Attitude."

It's not only that you have talented singers, you also

have very talented song writers, they wrote

their own songs.

And of course, you have Captain John who produced

the whole riddim.

What more can you ask for in ah production?

It's really really dope to see artists doing that

because it's one thing we always talked about before

we want to see more diversity and uniqueness in

soca music. This is one of the ways

that's it's happening.
