Waching daily Sep 3 2018

Now there's no where to go,

in the heat of this love

Gray clouds, monochrome bustles

Sunlight cast shadows

Dusk is changing its color

The world is blurred

Even so,

I will still love you

I know this, though what should I do?

What can I...How can I...

What a fool...

I am...!

Let's begin, this is war!

Oh, to see you happy with someone else!

Earnest love, that is sin

I will show how I feel!

The megaphone I tried shouting in was broken

How hard I try to overreach myself

I would fail to get into your sight...

A clear sky slid by

But it doesn't suit at all.

I couldn't get a hold of my feelings

How can I...What can I...

Crying...no, I'm not...

I love you!

Fight it out, shoot right to the heart!

I don't have a choice!

I'll show off my skirt flap

I shall make you gaze upon me!

Prepare the counterattack!

War situation still a drawback

Love is blind...

I'll be awakened by your kiss!

Arsenal legend suggests Unai Emery must drop Petr Cech – This is why - Duration: 2:39.

That's what former Gunners ace Ray Parlour has suggested. Arsenal scraped a 3-2 win over Premier League minnows Cardiff City yesterday thanks to Alexandre Lacazette's late strike nine minutes from time

Shkodran Mustafi opened the scoring for the Gunners after 11 minutes by Victor Camarasa levelled for the hosts just before the break

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang restored Arsenal's lead midway through the second half but Danny Ward put Cardiff back on level terms just eight minutes later

Lacazette's winner spared the blushes of Emery who looked to be on course to suffering his third defeat of the season

But it was Cech's performance between the sticks which has once again been questioned

The goalkeeper nearly gifted Harry Arter a goal when he lost the ball when trying to play out from the back

The Premier League veteran has not looked comfortable with the ball at his feet and he almost handed Harry Arter a goal as well when he lost the ball when trying to play out from the back

And Parlour has suggested that Emery should make a change sooner rather than later if mistakes continue

"The mistakes he's made against [Manchester] City and again yesterday [against Cardiff] he made a really bad mistake in the seventh minute, and Harry Arter should've done better in front of goal," Parlour said on talkSPORT

"If he keeps playing like this Cech, and making mistakes.but you can't keep playing out from the back if the 'keeper isn't happy!

"  Arsenal did splash the cash on a new goalkeeper during the summer transfer window, brining in 26-year-old Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen

However, the German shot-stopper is yet to make his Premier League debut for the Gunners with Emery preferring Cech in goal

"I've not seen a lot of him," Parlour said of Leno. "I saw a little bit of him in pre-season in training, but they were just working on normal shot-stopping, so whether he's good at it we will have to wait and see

Who are the "two witnesses," and what is their purpose? - Duration: 2:33.

Ankerberg: Yes.

But, Mark, along with that we're also told about these two fabulous witnesses.

Who are they?

What do they do?

What's their purpose?

Hitchcock: Well, just as we're going to see later on in Revelation 13, you have the

beast—the Antichrist—and the false prophet.

Satan has his two men during this coming time of tribulation; God's going to have His

two men in Revelation 11, these two witnesses that He's going to call forth.

And these two witnesses are going to come forth.

Two men, I believe.

They're called witnesses.

That word is always used for individuals in Scripture.

They're clothed in sackcloth.

They die, they come back to life after three and a half days.

So, these two witnesses will minister, it tells us, for a period of 1,260 days or 42

months, which is three and a half years.

It's the three and a half years either in the first half or the second half of the tribulation.

They're going to be put to death.

They're going to die; they're going to be raised miraculously by God as the whole

world is watching after three and a half days.

So these are individuals that God is going to raise up.

And there's a lot of thought, again, about who are they.

Are they people who've lived in the past that God's going to bring back?

Some people think they're Enoch and Elijah; some think they're Elijah and Moses; some

would say these are just two men in the future that God will raise up, but they're not

individuals who have lived before.

Again, this is not something that we want to be dogmatic about.

But my view is that they are Elijah and Moses.

Elijah and Moses are mentioned in the book of Malachi, the very last chapter of the Old

Testament.

They appear with Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration in Matthew 17 as kind of a preview of His

coming.

And they do the same things that Moses and Elijah did.

They turn the water into blood as Moses did, call down fire from heaven as Elijah did.

So it may be that God is going to bring these two men back kind of for a curtain call, if

you will, in the end times to be His witnesses during this period of time.

Ankerberg: And the world hates them.

Hitchcock: Yes, the world hates them.

And it may be that these men are the human instruments used to call down those trumpet

judgments that we see in chapters 8 and 9, just as Moses called forth the judgments upon

Egypt; that they're calling these judgments forth.

And if that's true, then you can see why the world hates them, and wants these men

to be destroyed and killed.

Is Women Leaders Make the World More Peaceful? | Labor Day 2018 in United States of America - Duration: 8:59.

If we have more women leaders would we

have more peaceful world

I actually think that right now and

women have a big responsibility to lead

a lot of the transformation that's

happening around how we define success

how do we define work because basically

the world as it is now has been designed

by man and it's not working

there are there are a few good men were

very necessary

if you think of it you know we had the

first women's revolution which was women

getting the vote the sack of women's

revolution which was led by Betty

Friedan in the states and Gloria Steinem

which is basically having access to

every job but equal pay every position

at the top of every field and now I

think there is a third women's

revolution which is redefining what

success and Worth are so instead of

simply saying I want to be at the top

with you where you are just saying is

this really the best way to run a

business this is the best way to run our

world and women are saying now many many

women are saying we need to actually

change the corporate structure in which

were competing change the political

world in which were competing not just

compete on the terms that men created

and you know what men when this change

has happened and they are happening men

are going to be incredibly grateful

in in the making of life in the very

nature in which we are that is something

called as masculine and feminine

unfortunately we have created a world

where our idea of success and well-being

is overwhelming a mass climb um I mean

you must understand I'm not talking

about male and female I'm talking about

masculine and feminine a man is capable

of being ass women ID as he wishes to be

in terms of his thought in terms of his

emotion then he wishes to be similarly a

woman is as capable as a man to be as

masculine as she wishes when the

situation demands or when such actions

have needed right now we have created we

have created education systems which are

purely mass climb which is producing

women also whether you like it or not

unfortunately the idea of success has

become masculine those who want to be

successful even if they're women they're

becoming like this which is a serious

damage to humanity if you take away the

feminine from the world everything

that's gentle everything that's

beautiful

everything that's aesthetic everything

that is the subtler aspect of life will

disappear and only providing and

survival aspect of life will exist right

now there is a serious concern about

this see 25 years ago in a normal

conversation nobody would think it's

worth while discussing economy isn't it

we talked about the weather we talked

about juicy things in the town we never

talked about the economy

today in every conversation everybody is

talking about the economy the economy

means livelihood economy means providing

this is purely masculine in nature and

nothing woman cannot provide I'm not

meaning men and women and talking about

masculine and feminine if you make the

society so overwhelmingly masculine you

will obliterate the feminine in this

everything that's gentle and beautiful

will vanish even in a woman because when

you set the standards that this is the

only way you can succeed even she will

adapt to the situation which I feel they

are adapting and many women are

expressing the masculinity much more

stronger and cruder than a man

it is happening this is distressing

because if I am allowed to share

something from my life you know those

days when we were growing up my father

is a physician he is the provider my

mother never earned a rupee in her life

but it was never such a thing that if

she does not earn she something less no

she was the most valuable person as a

child when I look back and see with all

due respect when I look back and see in

the way my life

Ewald I could very easily live without

my father but I cannot imagine my life

without my mother she never earned

anything but that's not the point where

the money came from didn't make a

difference but how it was done in the

home was everything I must tell you the

simple things she did everything in the

house from stitching to embroidering the

cooking to everything because she

wouldn't want anybody else to do it for

her husband and children she wants to do

it herself if we travel somewhere if we

have to sleep if she saw an empty

pillowcase you know when you travel

somewhere else there's just

pillowcases suits how can children sleep

on empty pillowcases and she would pull

out a needle and thread right there in

five minutes she stitched a small little

parrot or a flower this little green

parrot I stared and I slept it is so

deep in my consciousness today that

little green parrot because that sense

of that caring I think that little green

parrot sank so deep into me and in many

ways Who I am today is a manifestation

of that little green parrot that she

stitched on that pillowcase

so this is feminine I'm not saying

everybody has to embroider but I am

saying that sense that sense of concern

is feminine and this needs to happen in

the system of yoga when you you know the

hatha yoga is a common word being used

everywhere without knowing the meaning

generally Hutta means ha means Sun Tan

means moon that means balancing the

masculine and the feminine within

yourself only when these two things are

properly balanced within you you are a

full-fledged human being otherwise

you're a lopsided human being the adi

yogi who is the originator of yoga I

know in California you think it's

Madonna who did it

Adi yogi is symbolized at the ultimate

symbol of man and how he symbolized ease

all the images are one half of him is

woman another half is man he is the

ultimate man but one half is woman

another half is man because a true human

being is an equal balance between

masculine and feminine and in workplaces

I don't see why gender should even be a

issue why should you always look at

somebody as a man or a woman you can

just look at them as a human being or as

a piece of life

you

you

BEFORE YOU GO TO SCHOOL, WATCH THIS || WHAT IS SCHOOL FOR? - Duration: 8:14.

WHAT

IS SCHOOL

FOR?

Feel free to call me slow but,

I spent 16 years going to school

and I still don't know.

When I finished,

I didn't know how to do my own taxes,

purchase a home,

or apply for a loan.

I didn't know a thing about investments,

building credit or getting a job.

I graduated at the top of my class

and what did I have?

This fancy diploma to sit at home with...

my mom.

But luckily,

they did teach me some important skills

like factoring trinomials and

how mitochondria

is the powerhouse of the cell.

I'm so happy I remember

the Pythagorean theorem

'cause it helped me a lot.

Ok, I'm lying let me stop.

Because all the stuff they taught me

truthfully, I forgot.

Mom, remember when you would ask me:

"What did you learn in school today?"

And I would say:

"Nothin' much."

I wasn't being modest

The truth about it mom is

I had already forgotten.

And it's not just me--

millions of students sing the same song.

How many of you guys

avoid eye contact with the teacher

to try not to get called upon?

Afraid to raise your hand

for fear of being wrong,

which proves that school

isn't an environment

for learning or building up the intellect.

It's just a game you play for grades

and how many A's you can collect.

But I guess what do you expect

when the most commonly

asked question in class is:

"Is this gonna be on the test?"

Is this gonna be on the test?

See if school really put learning

instead of testing and memorizing

as the top standard

then the letter "F"

would not stand for "Failure."

It would stand for

"Find another Answer."

And if school was really interested

in our personal and academic success,

students would wake up later,

have more freedom and homework...

a lot less.

And that's not my opinion,

this conclusion has been

scientifically tested and proven.

And any teacher that doesn't believe me

feel free to check

my works cited page to inspect.

Oh, and I did it in MLA format

because I know that's all you will accept.

See students would get more benefit

from an extra hour of sleep

than putting them through

the torture of an extra essay,

reading 150 pages,

doing problems 1-60 on the worksheet,

and having 3 projects

due by the end of the week.

Not only is it pointless pain

but it's also dim-witted.

Because we get so much work,

but they don't teach

the time management skills

to deal with it.

See in school we are controlled by bells.

We have to learn in rooms

with the Feng shui of a prison cell.

We have to ask permission

to relieve bodily functions

but not before the teacher

asks a million questions like:

"Why Didn't you go before class"

I'm sorry

my bladder is kinda on its own schedule

and it's not always timely.

See teachers always say:

"Use your time wisely."

But that never made sense to me.

'Cause these six cruel hours

of our lives we call "school"

might literally be the worst use of

time management ever in history.

Think about it,

the traditional teaching method is foolish.

No, it's useless

multiplied by the square root of...

stupid

What they do is:

They cram information in your head,

force-feeding ya

And then you throw it up on the test.

THAT'S NOT EDUCATION....

that's bulimia.

And the more bulimic you are

the better you will do on assessments.

So it's no wonder why

so many students graduate

mentally and emotionally anorexic.

See school teaches you

how to memorize dots.

TRUE education SHOULD teach you

how to connect them.

TRUE education teaches you

how to catch a fish.

School teaches you:

yeah you caught the fish

but u didn't show your work

so it doesn't count.

Throw it back!

I'm just asking

What is school for?

It's not education,

that's just not true.

If you still think that, you

might be sniffing the glue.

See the word education

comes from the Latin root "educe"

meaning "bring out"

i.e bring the gifts out of a person

and make them viable.

But school doesn't bring out much.

It just stuffs more facts inside of you.

Now some of that stuff is justifiable.

We need reading, writing,

and some arithmetic-- that's fair.

But are you telling me metamorphic

and igneous rocks

are more important than self-care?

If suicide is the 3rd leading cause

of death of ages 10-24

and Harvard studies suggest

the biggest predictor for success

is self-control and emotional health,

then why the heck

aren't we taught how to handle stress,

bullies or rejection?

How about anxiety or depression?

You know-- skills we need

for our entire lives.

Bro, I don't even know how to cook.

I'm honestly surprised I'm still alive.

But hey at least I can name all the battles

that happened in the civil war.

Seriously, what is school for?

Some say you need it to be successful

and that's something we do not doubt.

But do you own a MacBook or iPhone?

Did you know they both

were created by a dropout?

Are you watching this video

on Facebook or YouTube?

Doesn't matter which you choose.

They both were created by dropouts.

Ever used Snapchat, WhatsApp,

shopped at Whole Foods?

Well, Thanks a dropout.

Does your home furniture come from IKEA?

OK don't get the wrong idea--

he was not a dropout,

don't be a fool.

I mean how could he drop out,

Ingvar Kamprad, founder of IKEA

never even went to school.

I know what you're thinking:

"He's just picking and choosing,

there's millions who didn't go to school

that aren't successful.

Who is he fooling?"

And You're right!

But open your history books

and start perusing.

You'll find the very people

we idolize in school

never really had formal

and/or secondary schooling.

I'm talking George Washington

Abe Lincoln

Americas best presidents

had zero school between them.

Ben Franklin

Thomas Edison

Shall I proceed?

Ernest Hemingway

Mark Twain

Teddy Roosevelt

Margaret Mead

Now, please!

I'm not saying drop out.

'Cause some schools are great

and many teachers are rare treasures.

I'm saying that there's a difference

between people who are smart

and people who score better.

I'm saying that your future

is something no test

will ever measure.

Even if that test begins in 3 letters

like SAT, ACT.

It's BS if they say those determine

your L.I.F.E

No, your destiny is in your hands.

You must shape it to be great.

So don't expect school to open doors

'Cause it's more likely to slam them

in your face.

Sometimes I wonder

about all the dreams lost in school

and how much potential goes to waste.

If it wasn't for music

and YouTube then I

would have been just another lost case.

Everybody watching this

please close your eyes.

Imagine a child sitting in the back

of some teachers class

in some town,

he never raises his hand,

he fails most of his classes

but inside of him lives a passion.

And if nurtured and brought out

will lead him to discover

the cure for cancer.

But you see,

I'm afraid that child's gift

will never come out.

He will never win the Nobel Prize award

because in class he was ignored

and his worth was judged only

by his scores.

So teachers, principals,

parents, advisors, and students,

I ask one more time:

"What

is school

for?"

What is IFTTT? An Interview with CEO Linden Tibbets | ConTECHtual (S2, E5) | NowThis - Duration: 6:24.

From a young age every human experiments

with cause and effect.

For example, if you cry for your parents then one of

them is bound to show up. Or if you touch a hot stove you

experience pain.

This week we learned about IFTTT

and how it makes apps talk to each other because who doesn't want to

order pizza out with just a tweet.

A good way to illustrate this concept is a line of dominoes.

You Think to yourself,

"If I push the first domino.

Then the rest of them fall in a row." Watch.

Nice. You do that a couple of times

and you wonder if you can improve upon the method.

If this toy car hits the first domino.

Then this ball...

Will fall... Into this bucket...

See this, this right here, this is the core principle

of IFTTT otherwise known as 'If This

Than That' it's a system that allows apps

and services to communicate with each other.

Kind of like a digital Rube Goldberg machine much like our example

with dominoes. The idea of IFTTT was actually conceived

by creator Linden Tibbits while he was waiting in line for Indian

food back in 2010.

Tibbits was thinking about event driven computer programing.

Basically programs execute functions after simple

commands or input like a button being clicked

or when a notification is received.

These are called "events".

He figured if you wrote a bit of code around events you can cause

similar reactions from other programs based on how the events

are encountered. Essentially coding interchangeable

cause and effect.

Tibbits named the system of triggers

and actions, "If This Then That"

or IFTTT. Now IFTTT is a free app that

you can download on your smartphone

or use it from your desktop.

Now once you've linked your apps

and accounts to the IFTTT app you can create what are called

applets. Applets can then link two of your services together.

Do you think that we can use IFTTT for more than just

changing the temperature of our apartment.

That is a great question Daine

and you know who I think would have answers for us is Linden

Tibbits. Himself?

Himself! We Should go ask him. But Before we go we have to talk about

websites.

I know talking about we're talking about.

We're talking about domain.com which by the way has all your website

needs including dot com and dot net domain names

and intuitive web site builders.

With their affordable,

reliable, and easy to use tools you can start sharing your ideas

with the world on a professional web site today.

The people at Domain.com love ConTECHtual.

Love us! And to show their love for us

and for you they're giving you a discount.

Buy domain names web hosting

and email services

and use the coupon code 'ConTECHtual' at Domain.com's

checkout and you'll get 20 percent off your purchase.

20 percent off my purchase?

I've been saying it all season.

Well it's like news to my ears every time.

So you're kind of the third party this holding hands

with all of these other systems

and making them become friends

with each other.

I've been given the Switzerland metaphor a number of times

before and we'll roll with it.

We want everything to work together.

What was the first two services you connected?

So the first, what we now call 'applet' I believe

was one in which it sent me a message every day at

like 9:30, 9:45.

Actually, it still works and it says,

"Hey Linden, you're building something incredibly cool.

Invest in your team and yourself build something that matters

and that lasts." Awww,

nice!

That's so wholesome.

I think that some people can get worried about misuse

of that data. Is that something that is on the top of

IFTTT's mind?

Oh, I think it's just incredibly important.

What applets are really about are about bringing those integrations

out from the shadows in the open

and giving people the freedom to say 'yes'

or 'no'. If you want your Instagram photos saved

to Dropbox, or your Alexa to know if

someone's ringing your front door,

those are all choices that you can make

if you think those are going to benefit your life.

This is a free service.

No ads on your web site.

So how do you make money?

The brands themselves. Every one of those companies every one

of those brands every one of those products is going

to become an Internet service

or it's not going to exist in the future.

We want to help those brands

and products figure it out. So that's how the business works.

That's who pays. We now have over 15 million users,

75 million applets,

that's now kind of brought everybody to us.

Ten years down the line what is IFTTT going to look like?

I can't imagine the future is about looking

at more and more screens just like this.

You know? Hopefully the future is about interacting

with our world a whole lot more.

It's all about removing

as much of the interface as possible.

We want to make it as easy as possible

for any of the things you use to

work with any of the other things.

Great, so can we see it in this office?

We've got some pretty cool stuff to show you,

yeah. Awesome.

I'm really excited. Visitors if they want to

they can basically use this iPad,

take a photo,

and it'll be two things. One,

it will print it and then two it's going to post it to

today at IFTTT is our kind of internal Twitter account.

Want to give it a go?

All right. Stand right there.

OK. OK. Here we go.

That was a pretty good I would say.

That's about as good. Yeah I like that a lot.
