Arsenal are set to sell England forward Walcott as well as German international midfielder Mesut Ozil in a January clear out, as manager Arsene Wenger reshapes his side and brings in funds.
Walcott, 28, has found himself on the fringes of the Arsenal first team this season, yet to start a Premier League game and confined to Europa League and League Cup duty.
The former Saints youngster has 18 months left on his current £110,000-a-week Arsenal contract and there are no plans to extend that.

External Battery Cage Mount for ALL Sony Mirrorless Cameras - Duration: 2:15.
The Battery life on most Sony Mirrorless cameras suck and that's where one of
these helps. It's an external battery or Power Bank if you want. But how do you
mount this on your camera or camera cage without using velcro, glue, string or
anything else? With one of these. It's not a cool looking monocle, well it could be!
It's a pipe clamp and I'll be showing you how to do this right now.
There are quite a few videos on YouTube that talk about mounting an external
battery or Power Bank, but I haven't found one that involved using this
method.
This is a rubber lined pipe clamp, or more commonly known amongst plumbers
a Rubber Lined Munsen Ring.
These clamps are used to hold pipes and the backplate
screws onto the wall for a strong secure hold. This one holds pipes between 32 and
39 millimeters making it perfect to hold the Power Bank I'll be using.
Let's now screw in the male backplate to the Munsen Ring.
One thing to note is that you may need to twist both the clamp and the backplate so they're facing in
opposite directions. This is so the backplate can be screwed vertically to the cage.
You can twist these with a set of pliers and a little force or use a vice if you have one.
I replaced the four millimeter screws that came with this
Munsen Ring with thumb screws, so taking the Powerbank in and out is a lot easier.
So you need the same thread size of the screws that came with the Munsen
Ring for the thumb screws that you need.
To attach this to the SmallRig Cage
I used two four millimeter flathead screws.
I then tightened them with four
millimeter Rubber Well Nuts.
Again this makes it easier when I need to change my
setup quickly.
Now that the Munsen Ring and back plate are attached to the cage
let's add the Power Bank in.
I found this to be the most secure method in
attaching an external battery to a camera cage. So alongside being a
Cameraman, Audio Recorder, Director, you'll also develop a hidden passion in
Plumbing!
