Pray for Las Vegas - Duration: 1:29.

For the last six weeks our nation has been going through a lot of difficulties and tragedies.

You stop and think about the hurricane that hit Texas and then the terrible flooding that followed right after that.

Then we had the hurricane that hit Florida and did such devastation in that state and the ramifications of that.

Not to speak of Puerto Rico, which the people there at this very moment are suffering under the difficulties of that terrible situation.

But then, this past weekend something happened even beyond any of this and this is just simply an act of evil

when we realize how one man took the lives of so many, injured so many families.

When you stop and you consider these things, these are things that we as Christians must do something about

—and what we must do is pray.

You know, I find often times when you're such a distance away from a problem you don't really relate to it.

And we hear these statements by our leaders saying "our thoughts and prayers are with you."

And when I hear that I'm always encouraged because referring to God, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

But, let me say something, I have to tell myself this; I, Reese, have to stop and pray.

You actually have to do it.

It's not just to say "my thoughts and prayers are with you", you have to go before God

and ask God to work as only He can do in situations like this.

He is the only one who can bring good out of something that is so evil and so bad.

But our God is that big, and that strong, and He can do those things.

And we need to go to Him and ask our God to work and complete His purposes,

even in the very midst of tragedy and the midst of evil.

This is something we can do; pray for these situations, even today.

How to Eat More Food to Gain Weight (For Skinny Guys & Girls) - Duration: 5:04.

yo its Rady here and I'm gonna be telling you how to eat more food so you

can gain weight listen up skinny guys who have a hard time eating I'm just

like you I have a hard time eating and I know in the past I've had a really hard

time eating so far in my bulk because of these three things I'm gonna share with

you I've had a much easier time eating more food alright I'm hitting the 3,000

calorie goal that I'm like really that's it I could eat more but I'm holding

myself back if you haven't seen my tracking your gains video it's

yesterday's video make sure to check that out it's gonna describe how I'm

tracking my calories to how much I'm weighing so I don't get too much fat as

I bulk up now let's get into the first thing that you can do to increase the

amount of food you're gonna eat and that is stomach stretching I made a video

prior to this up here I'm gonna post it so you can see it but basically this is

having pre-planned meals ideally before you start bulking but you can still do

it during the bulk where you sit down and you consume large amounts of

vegetables and water and things like watermelon things are gonna expand your

stomach and stretch you these are gonna be very uncomfortable meals to have but

they're important they're almost like a workout all right you train your muscles

to get bigger this is training your stomach to get bigger for more details

on that method that I used I use this in September before I started my bulk make

sure to watch the video the number 2 thing I do is that I start early as soon

as I get up and I use the bathroom I already have my meals prepared alright I

make my meals at night so I can start right away in the morning alright I

don't take an hour to to make breakfast and start eating you got to start eating

right away just have a small portion don't cram yourself don't fill yourself

to the top I know this is almost counterintuitive to what most people say

is that you have to be uncomfortably full all the time but because of the way

I'm managing my weight to calories ratio it seems that I don't actually have to

be absolutely uncomfortably stuffed now I know this is against the norm I'm not

saying there's anything wrong with being uncomfortably stuff I just really don't

like it and I haven't had that problem so far in my bulk because of the stomach

stretching that I did prior to it and because of my third tip right here and

that is I've been using these jars alright I bought nine of these jars 500

milliliters for five dollars Canadian from a dollar store and basically I

cooked my food and I pack it in these little jars these little jars look like

nothing to me alright I look at it like okay that's it I don't I have to eat

like six seven or maybe eight of these jars a day and I can kind of kneel them

together and break it down gradually so what I used to do was have like big

Tupperware that I had to carry and they're very uncomfortable to carry

these jars you can walk down the street and eat your food in them all right you

can have them in the car it's not uncomfortable undo the lid scoop with a

fork down the pipe okay it's easy so yeah the psychology of it is just it

looks really small to me and therefore I can do it and I can handle it

plus everything's pre pre packaged for me and if you need to carry it somewhere

it's not like a Tupperware container it's like a sealed lid so it's not gonna

spill which is really nice alright and it takes up way less room they're much

easier to pack than those big Tupperware containers because I used to pack those

big Tupperware containers it really sucks carrying them around because I

like glass not plastic if you eat out of plastic containers you

will start absorbing that plastic so I highly recommend if you can go with

glass it's a much better alternative especially if you're putting hot food in

it like I bake my food at night it's hot and I pour it in and then I just let it

sit and cool put it in the fridge and I have all my meals ready for the next day

I do all my fitness pal stuff for the day in advance so I just put it all in

one block I make it easy I don't I don't go like 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. 12:00 to

4:00 you can certainly meal space it but for

me I just kind of try and eat constantly as best as I can but not worrying too

much about the timing yet alright so I'm kind of like a beginner at this I have

all this information but to put into practice you want to do the things you

can do you want to keep it simple so that you're not doing way too many

complex things at once so yeah that's what I do so much isn't

this pal I try and just do like one slot for most of my food and the way I do it

is I use my rotation diet if you haven't grabbed that make sure to do it it's

really been helping me as well not feeling full not getting sick of

eating the same foods because I rotate them and basically just being able to do

these three things one increase stomach capacity stomach stretching to starting

earlier so you have more time in the day and three using the jars will help you

get gains faster okay make sure to subscribe if you want to get them gains

and I'll catch you in the next one see

♫ Oh no

♫ Tonight I find it hard to swallow

♫ The bed is made, and I feel hollow

♫ My friend suggests that I should take it slow

♫ I took it slow

♫ I sweat it out

♫ I'm not okay

♫ And I'm shaking on the floor

♫ I lie awake

♫ And I count the days

♫ And I wait beside the door

♫ For love

♫ I only want you next to me

♫ Sweet love

♫ How long before you hurt for me

♫ Hurt for me

♫ Do you hurt for me

♫ Black out

♫ The night before inside of my mouth

♫ Too much, it's what I like to do now

♫ My mind explodes

♫ And I can't make it out

♫ I'm falling down

♫ I see your face in blurry shades

♫ And I reach out for your hand

♫ All your ways I can't explain

♫ But I want to understand

♫ My love

♫ I only want you next to me

♫ Sweet love

♫ How long before you hurt for me

♫ Hurt for me

Tiffany Shedd for Congress - Duration: 1:26.

The West is a place of endless possibility, boundless optimism, and rugged individualism.

We love our open spaces, our God given rights and the freedom to live our lives on our terms.

My family has been living in rural Arizona for 100 years.

This is where we've chosen to make our home.

It's where we've chosen to raise our kids, and lay down roots.

But our Western way of life is changing.

The threat of big government creeps closer.

Our property rights are threatened.

Our second amendment rights are under attack.

We need to make a choice: give in or stand up and fight!

I'm Tiffany Shedd and I choose to stand and fight because Washington D.C. has stopped listening.

Arizona deserves a real leader who understands our way of life.

Who doesn't just go along with Washington politics.

We need a Washington outsider focused on ethics, honesty, and integrity.

As a constitutional conservative, no longer can I just sit aside and watch politicians threaten our way of life.

There's so much work to do and that's why I'm running for Congress.

Join our fight!

Let's stand up for the West!

I'm Tiffany Shedd and I approve this message.

There's a Place for You in Theater- McNeese State University - Duration: 3:46.

Hey there, this is Charles McNeely,

coordinator of the theater at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

I'm sitting in the scene shop of the Tritico Theatre, behind the Tritico Theatre, and

I've been thinking the last few days... I don't know if you were alive in the '70s, maybe you've heard of this commercial.

It was for the military. I think it was for the Army and it said, "Be the Best You Can Be."

And I've been thinking a lot about it lately because

I have learned that

theater has the capability

of doing just that.

Being involved and participating in theater has made me the best person that I can

be and it does that because, and this is something that, you know, I didn't read in a book.

I wasn't told this, I didn't learn it in school.

This is what's happened to me over the last 34 years of doing theater.

It has taught me how to relax in stressful situations.

It's developed my concentration; I am much more focused.

We use our imaginations quite a bit in theater, so my creativity is heightened.

Whenever you finish a production and you do something as massive as that and as

well as hopefully it is, you develop a lot of confidence. And so I have developed a lot of confidence in my life.

And finally, the other thing the theater does that I find extremely important

is that it makes you sensitive towards others-- people. You become a team player-- a collaborator. You work

well with people, and so I've been asking this question for years and I'll ask you,

is there a job, a career, an occupation that it would be a bad thing to be relaxed, focused,

creative, confident and sensitive towards others? Now, I've asked that question for years and some people have said, "Hey

what about this?" But once we looked into it, once we did our research and asked somebody in that job, we realized that

nothing we have found

really would be a bad thing

to be relaxed, focus, creative, confident and sensitive towards others. It's always a good thing-- no

matter what you do-- to be the best you can

be at your job. To be the best you can be as a parent, as a child, as a student. Whatever it is you

do in life,

theater

will make you better.

These are some things that I wanted to share with you because I would love to have you involved in theater wherever you are.

Spend four to six weeks on a production.

Working with creative people, developing your skills as a people-person, as a team player.

Learning how to relax in stressful situations

And so on. So that's what I'd like you to do. If you've never done it, find a place. There is more than just onstage.

We're in the scene shop. There's lots to do back here. If you like power tools, if you like working with fabric, if you

enjoy working with sound and electricity

we have that-- lights and sound and so on. There's a place for you in theater.

And we will be welcoming to you and invite you to find that place so that you can be the best you can be.

Thank you so much for listening. Please, in the next couple of months, try it out. Become better.

The best you can be. If you have any questions, Charles McNeely at McNeese State

University. Contact me. I'll be happy to talk to you about anything you want to talk about about theater. Again, thank you so much.

Take care.

North Korea cyber war THREAT: Russia provides internet for Kim Jong-un - Duration: 4:33.

North Korea cyber war THREAT: Russia provides internet for Kim Jong-un

TransTeleCom, a state-owned Russian telecommunications company, is reportedly providing a new internet connection to Kim Jong-uns hermit state.  Dyn Research, which monitors international internet traffic flows, said it had seen TransTeleCom routing North Korean traffic since around 5.30pm (local time) on Sunday.

Analysts say 60 per cent of internet traffic was being handled by the Russian telecommunications company.  It comes after North Korea was blamed for several major cyber attacks in recent years, including against banks and Sony Pictures (6758.T), as well as the WannaCry ransomware attack which left computers frozen until their owners sent cash. .

Pyongyang has denied any involvement.

But Bryce Boland, chief technology officer for the Asia-Pacific region at FireEye, a cyber-security company, said these connections would be vital for co-ordinating the secretive state's cyber attacks.  He warned the Russian connection would enhance North Korea's ability to command future cyber attacks.

Having internet routes via both China and Russia reduces North Korea's dependence on any one country at a time when it faces intense geo-political pressures, he said  .

Mr Boland added: "This will improve the resiliency of their network and increase their ability to conduct command and control over those activities.  Mr Boland said many of the cyber attacks conducted on behalf of Pyongyang came from outside North Korea using hijacked computers.

Those ordering and controlling the attacks communicate to hackers and hijacked computers from within North Korea. Tensions continue to rise between Kim and US President Donald Trump, who have traded war-like threats and insults over the North's nuclear and missile development programmes.

This has led to an intensification of diplomatic efforts and a renewed push on sanctions against it. Previously traffic was handled via China Unicom (0762.HK) under a deal dating back to 2010.

TransTeleCom now appears to be handling roughly 60 percent of North Korean internet traffic, while Unicom transmits the remaining 40 per cent.  The new external connection was first reported by 38 North, a project of the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

TransTeleCom declined to confirm any new routing deal with the North Korean government or its communications arm.

In a statement, it said: "TransTeleCom has historically had a junction of trunk networks with North Korea under an agreement with Korea Posts and Telecommunications Corp signed in 2009." North Korea's internet access is estimated to be limited to somewhere between a few hundred and just over 1,000 connections.

It comes after reports emerged that the US Cyber Command has been carrying out denial of service attacks against hackers from Kims regime designed to limit their access to the internet. .

paperless.

Most definitely.

office managers, Pat from Fresno, thanks for joining us Pat.

Thank you.

So tell us, you've been coming here for eight years now, what do you love about AADOM?

What I love about AADOM is all the networking, and how we actually become butterflies.

You know, we learn, we network, we actually figure out in our life whether we want to

continue as an office manager or grow into something else.

So, because of what they do for us, it's an organization that you have to a member of,

you just have to.

Great, well thanks Pat, appreciate your time.

Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, you're welcome.

Joé DeRiso Explores Her Passion for Special Education | Wheelock College - Duration: 2:17.

I do admissions, so I'm in Undergraduate Admissions where I give tours to incoming students.

I do Best Buddies and I am in the TLC group, which is Teach, Learn, Create.

With the help of Jumpstart, which is a program here at Wheelock College, I actually learned

that I really wanted to focus on kids with special needs and see that they were getting

all the opportunities possible and actually focusing on kids that have invisible disabilities.

So, things like anxiety, depression, PTSD, all those types of things that they don't

think kids deal with but it's a very big part of kids' lives.

So, Jumpstart is an AmeriCorps program.

There is a 300-hour field experience that you have to do.

You can do it all four years.

I did it my freshman year and it is something where you go with a group of people here from

Wheelock.

You have a group of 4 or 5 corps members and a team leader.

The numbers do differ depending on who is in it.

But you're going into an under-resourced daycare center in the center of Boston, either Dorchester,

Roxbury, just pretty much anywhere.

You're able to help these kids learn how to read, how to write.

Sprinkle in some math, but they're pretty much getting a preschool experience that they

wouldn't be getting because of the fact that they don't have all the resources that other

preschools have.

I was just like a corps member.

I went into the classroom, I think three times a week, and I was someone that helped the

kids--I had two partner kids--so I helped those kids learn how to read and how to write

and they were kind of able to grow as a learner, which sometimes is hard for them because they're

in an under-resourced daycare.

So they don't have all the resources that other schools might have for them.

So we were able to bring in these resources for them and also allow for them to have just

the great experiences any other child might have.

These kids, they're kind of getting left behind, and that causes them to not enjoy school,

not want to go to school, dropping out of school.

I just really want to focus on making sure those kids have as great of a classroom experience

as other kids.

Cleo Vixen Q&A for FA - Duration: 4:38.

- [Woman] Fucking Awesome.

- [Interviewer] Excellent.

(giggling)

Hey, did you really enjoy shooting

for Fucking Awesome again today.

- Yes I did.

(giggling)

- [Interviewer] Was it better shooting the second time

than the first time or was the first time better?

- I think they're about just as good, I would say.

- [Interviewer] They were both pretty fucking awesome.

- Yeah, both pretty fucking awesome.

- [Interviewer] Do you enjoy huge cocks

or is it all about how the guy uses it?

- I don't know.

I enjoy both.

I enjoy big cocks, but I also enjoy not so big cocks,

but ones that know what they're doing.

So, I just like cock.

- [Interviewer] Right, so you're not a size queen,

like if a guy eats you out, he has some mojo action--

- I don't really care too much about size.

As long as it's not like super tiny.

- [Interviewer] What's the smallest penis

you've ever been on?

- Small.

- [Interviewer] Really?

- Mm-hm.

- [Interviewer] Where did you find that guy?

- In Oregon.

He was the first guy I ever gave head to.

He was really--

- [Interviewer] You thought it was a toothpick, didn't you?

- Yeah, I mean I knew there had to be bigger ones out there.

(laughing)

- [Interviewer] You weren't even choking?

- Yeah.

- [Interviewee] What was it,

like the size of an acorn or what?

- I don't know.

It was a while ago.

- [Interviewer] Did you pick your teeth with it?

(giggling)

- [Interviewer] Did he cum?

- Yes.

- [Interviewer] Wow.

What was the biggest cock you were ever with?

- Mm, I don't know.

(giggling)

I don't know.

Probably like,

There's a couple people in porn that--

- [Interviewer] So it was a porn cock?

- Yeah, porn people.

- [Interviewer] Have you ever like met a guy and

let's say you're hanging out or whatever at the park

and you meet some guy dog-walking, who knows,

and he brought you back to his place

and he pulls out a gargantuan one?

- I currently have a crush on somebody right now

who has a really big dick.

- [Interviewer] Is he in adult?

- No.

- [Interviewer] So, how do you know

he has a really big dick?

- I've seen it before?

- [Interviewer] You fucked him?

- Uh, maybe.

But, it's just a little schoolgirl crush.

- [Interviewer] Well, if it's a big dick,

you wanna grab a hold of that and hang onto it

for as long as you can.

(laughing)

Get all you can out of it.

Drain it.

What do you look for in a man outside of work,

since we're on the subject?

- I look for someone with similar interests,

someone who likes to like have adventures.

Someone who has like a crazy side,

but also likes to be mellow.

Intelligence is huge for me.

I don't like to even have a long conversation

with somebody who's not intelligent.

Yeah, someone who has their shit together.

- [Interviewer] How did you get into porn?

- Well, I would say that's part of that subject,

but I actually used to do mainstream modeling and acting

and I kinda,

I was very innocent

and hit about, I was 18, 19.

I mean, I'd been watching porn for a while

and kind of hung out with somebody

who used to date a porn star

and would always talk about porn

and I was super interested in doing porn.

I thought well, I've already been doing modeling and acting

since I was really young.

And so I just decided why not try the porn side of it.

- [Interviewer] Let me ask you, young lady.

What do you do in your spare time?

- What do I do in my spare time?

I write.

I've been keeping a journal since I was 18.

I mean many before that, but one in particular

I've been writing and focusing on for a while.

I write songs, I sing, I go to the beach,

I go hiking, and just spending time

with my family and friends.

- [Interviewer] Okay, what's your favorite sexual position?

- Spoon or doggy.

- [Interviewer] Oooh.

That's nice.

I like that.

That way you can watch TV while you fuck.

- Yeah.

(giggling)

- [Interviewer] Both couples can, both partners.

Alright, well thank you very much.

- Thank you.

- [Woman] Fucking Awesome.

Celebs Go Dating fans worry as he misses her birthday for holiday with another girl - Duration: 4:52.

Have Charlotte Dawson and Frankie Cocozza split up ALREADY? Celebs Go Dating fans worry as he misses her birthday for holiday with another girl

Celebs Go Dating fans are worried their favourite couple - Charlotte Dawson and Frankie Cocozza - have already split up.

Just last week fans saw the couple choose each other at the Celebs Go Dating finale but although they looked loved-up on the show their social media tells a different story.

This week Charlotte celebrated her birthday in Greece but Frankie was nowhere to be seen.

Instead, the X Factor bad boy is on holiday in Bali - with another girl.

Posing topless on a scooter with a brunette beauty wrapping her legs around him, Frankie looked like Charlotte was the last thing on his mind.

You can dip your garlic bread in my mussel sauce any day mate, he commented on the saucy snaps.

And fans of the show guessed that Charlotte and Frankie are over.

You and Charlotte Dawson lasted long then, one fan commented.

Lad what about Char? another asked.

Charlottes representative refused to comment on whether the pair are still an item.

Mirror Online have contacted Frankies representative for comment.

Last week, Frankie was the only one to turn up to Celebs Go Dating finale all on his own because there was only one girl he wanted to go with.

And after an anxious wait, Charlotte finally put him out of his misery.

But Charlotte might have over-egged it as she turned up in a white wedding dress.

Im ready to get married! she bellowed.

It just had to be Frankie hes definitely the man for me, she said.

Im buzzing, Frankie gushed. I think youre gorgeous and I havent had more fun with anyone in ages.

But Charlotte admitted that she had to kiss a lot of frogs to get to her man.

And Nadia Essex revealed that of all the 24 snogs on the show, NINE of them were Charlotte snogging her dates.

And fans of the show were thrilled they finally got it together.

So glad Charlotte chose Frankie, my heart melts, one viewer tweeted.

What a chuffin result! Well done for following your heart Charlotte Dawson and Frankie Cocozza (sic), another added.

Omg so happy that Charlotte Dawson came down the stairs on her own. Frankie Cocozzas face lit up, another tweeted.

Meanwhile, Charlotte has worn some pretty outrageous outfits during her time on Celebs Go Dating.

But her get-up for her final appointment with dating experts Nadia Essex and Eden Blackman really took the biscuit.

Charlotte wore a bright red blazer - and nothing else.

And when she turned around, a split revealed her whole bottom - much to Nadias surprise.

Shes been liking saying that she fancies me and we like each other and that but Ive been playing it a bit cool, do you know what I mean? he continued.

And his mum told him like it is.

Youre giving it all the large now but if she takes someone else to that final youll be absolutely gutted and you will sit in the corner sulking, she said.

Behave yourself, he answered.

I havent asked her out loads of times, only once.

Yeah but she hasnt said yes, his straight talking mum answered.

Press it with the back of your wrist, so no need to change gloves.

Sure that makes it a lot easier for the dentist so they don't have to push it, take off their

gloves, and then put another glove on and what not.

Exactly.

So alright, so the front-to-talk, what other differentiators do you have?

We have a two-year warranty, so if you break it, get it wet, we'll replace it for up to

two years.

Nice, nice, well how does our audience get in touch with Black Diamond Radio?

Yeah, please go to customearpiece.com or blackdiamondradio.com, or come by and grab my business card.

Alright, well thanks for joining us Ashley.

Thank you, have a good day.
