I'm a social worker. So it's my job to

empower and to advocate for not only my

patients and families, but for our

caregivers that care for our patients

and families. And so I know that every

day we have an opportunity to make a

difference, and I could be the difference.

CNBC "The bottom line is that ADP has massively underperformed its potential." - Duration: 0:18.

The stock has done well over a long period of time.

But the issue for shareholders is not how well the company has done over the past, the

issue is how well it's gonna do in the future.

And the bottom line is that ADP has massively underperformed its potential.

You're judged relative to your potential, not relative to the status quo.

Nemanja Matic insists he is nowhere near hitting top gear after missing pre-season for Man United - Duration: 2:42.

Nemanja Matic insists he is nowhere near hitting top gear after missing pre-season for Manchester United

The midfielder has been one of United's stand out players of the new season, settling in immediately into Jose Mourinho's side after a summer switch from Chelsea.

Matic joined United just over two weeks before the start of the season and the Serbian revealed he has been struggling to keep up in games.

'I didn't have pre-season. I trained alone. I can feel it in some parts of the game,' he said.

'My body is not ready yet and I have some difficulty, of course, but I try to hide that and to play simple. I will be better.'.

Despite the fitness issues, Matic has still turned in some excellent performances for his new team and has played every minute of United's league campaign so far.

Mourinho relied heavily on Matic to marshal the midfield in his title-winning season at Chelsea and forked out £40million to sign bring him to Old Trafford.

Matic has helped shield a United defence that struggled at times last season and has brought a renewed calm to the midfield.

But one player who has impressed Matic is his regular midfield partner, Marouane Fellaini.

'He is a great player,' Matic said about Fellaini.

'If you see him how he works everyday in the training session, his games that he played didn't surprise me – that he played well, that he scored goals.

'He deserves everything well because he works a lot and he is a great player.

'He doesn't have the credit that he deserves.

I don't know why, I don't know really.

'But I really enjoy playing with him and I am sure that we will continue like this.

United have two weeks off as international football takes over and do not play again until a trip to Liverpool on October 14.

CNBC "How big is the margin opportunity at ADP?" - Duration: 0:43.

The issue here is, how big is the margin opportunity at ADP?

Management says there's a 100 to 200 basis point opportunity of the next three years.

We think that number is closer to 1200 basis points.

And if I'm elected to the board of the company and get one out of ten seats, I'm gonna

work with the other directors to make that happen.

And that's what this is about.

It's very simple.

Do you want a major shareholder on the board, who's got a $2.3 billion investment in the

company with the third-largest investor in the company in terms of dollars committed

to the company?

And we intend to be a long-term investor in the business.

Do you think it's helpful to have that point of view in the room, where there's someone

who's had a lot of experience at extracting cost and efficiency and making a business

more effective?

That's what I'm gonna bring to the table, that's the question for shareholders.

Boss is an Emotional Word - Duration: 2:05.

Boss is an emotional word.

No matter what you call yourself: leader, manager, supervisor – even in some cases, pastor

people on your team think of you as their boss.

The conversations they have in their minds and with their friends go something like this:

"The boss said I have this project I have to do."

or "My boss scheduled a meeting."

or even "I have a great boss."

Boss doesn't have to be used in a negative way, but it does point out something we know

to be true – there's a power dynamic at play in your relationship.

And the way you use that power is the key predictor of your team's success.

As a leader, you have a different set of responsibilities all together than the rest of the team.

Those responsibilities are sometimes delightful and sometimes difficult, but they're always

yours to carry.

That's where we come in at Arrants McSwain.

We help leaders build strong teams by being an outside support, a listening ear who cares

about your work and your team as much as you do.

We deliver team building and executive coaching programs that use your and your team's strengths

to solve the problems you face every day.

We specialize in using Myers Briggs Personality Type and Equine Assisted Learning.

That means our programs are tailored to suit you and your learning style.

You'll walk out of a private coaching session or a team building workshop and immediately

put to use new information.

Plus you and your team will have a lot of fun along the way.

Look over our website to learn more about Half Day and Full Day Team Building Workshops

or see about the 90 Day Executive Coaching Program.

If something piques your interest, then go ahead and schedule a free 10 minute phone consultation.

And boss… or leader… or however you refer to yourself…

You really are doing all right.

If you invested the time to make it to the end of this video, you're already in the

right mindset.

Wanting to build a stronger team is the first and most important piece in our whole process.

The Art of Living is Loving - Two Minute Message - Duration: 2:19.

- Hey everybody.

Daniel Fusco here.

Welcome to today's Two Minute Message.

I dunno about you, but I love big ideas

that I can drive in every area of my life.

A concept that is so huge,

that if I get it right

everything is gonna fall into place.

I want to share one of those with you today.

And it's this, that the art of living is loving.

The whole point of your life,

is to be only love all the time.

How do I know?

Well, when they asked Jesus what the greatest

commandment was, he gave them two scriptures,

Deuteronomy 6:5 and then Leviticus 19:18.

He said, "First you should love the Lord

your God with all your heart,

all your soul, all your strength,

and all your mind."

And then the second,

"You should love your neighbor as yourself."

I like to call this living upward loving God,

inward loving ourselves, and outward loving others.

That's why I wrote this brand new book

that you can get wherever you like to get books.

Upward, Inward, and Outward.

And I want you to go get that today,

because in the book I explore this reality

that art of living is loving in these three directions.

You were created by God and recreate in Jesus,

if you say yes to Him to be a vehicle

for God's unstopping, incomprehensible love,

in every single conceivable moment of your life.

And the fruit of the spirit is love

to make sure that we get to be that,

And God wants to teach us every single day.

How to be vehicles of love.

That's really the art of living,

is loving God, ourselves,

and everybody else with God's amazing love.

Now, we wanna respond to this.

It's one thing to hear something like that,

but what is it look like for you every single day?

To live love, inspired by the Holy Spirit.

We want to explore that together.

I would love for you to make comments on this

if you want, just comment it down.

And share, this is how God is inviting me

to love more profoundly, and please,

Everybody knows that love is what it's all about.

And we want to live upward, inward, and outward.

The art of living is loving every single day.

And don't forget, pick up my book,

Upward, Inward, and Outward wherever you like

to buy books, it's available right now.

I think you'll be blessed by it.

God bless you guys.
