Hi! I want to talk about Bible prophecy.

I don't know much about prophecy. But I don't think others do either.

Churches say Jesus will return, but they have said it for 2,000 years.

They say the day is getting close, and it probably is.

They talk about the Mark of the Beast. You get it in your hand to buy and sell.

It's sounds like a microchip that goes under the skin.

Maybe the return of Jesus really is close. But microchip experiments are still rare.

Still, we should try to be good Christians, even if Jesus takes 2,000 years to return.

Like others here, I want to survive. I like the idea of listening and learning.

We do it best by reading what Jesus said. He said a lot about loving our neighbour.

We should do that, whether he returns or not.

He will reward those who help the poor. and those who visit people in prison.

If we don't do these kind of things, we won't be ready to meet Jesus.

Not here on Earth, and not in heaven when we die.

I don't do enough to help the poor. I was only taught to give a little in offerings.

Jesus said to give everything to the poor. Imagine if people really did that!

And Jesus made a special rule for people who want to help the poor:

He said, "Don't tell anyone." Maybe some people secretly help the poor.

But a lot of people brag about it. I don't think they are doing it for Jesus .

Because he says to keep it secret. I learned this just by looking around.

So we can prepare for Jesus' return by doing more for the poor.

I hope people will think about this.

Comeback for Success (2017) - CCSU Documentary - Duration: 4:16.

I was raised up in Torrington,

Connecticut. Just grew up in Torrington.

Torrington High School. I stayed in that

area about to my first deployment in

2009. I was not deployed. I was a State

Fair was stationed, we sent people out. I

joined in 2005. So about 12, 13 years now.

I joined the Marines when I was 18. It

was kind of like a tough time for the

nation, you know. So I joined the military.

I joined under a split ops program. So, I

signed up as a junior in high school.

Went to basic training during the summer.

Then, after my senior year, went back and

finished the AIT. Mostly because my

father served. Although he served in navy but

I didn't wanted to go any boats or anything like

that. When I came back, I called up my

sister and she called my old man. He came

and picked me up, out of work. I was

trying to surprise him, like not let them

know I was coming back that day. But my sister

ruined it. And first of all family then

saw friends. Basically went on one month

long drinking binge. I went home and I

like drank some beers with friends you

know, just kind of like hung out. I was

like 22 at the time. My parents always

like instilled in me, you know, go to

college, get a better job than they had

and all that. I started school like right

away. After seeing like what education

benefits was offered to me I decided

to take it up. I got my Associates Degree

from Tunxis in Liberal Arts and Science

back in 2013. Took about 2-3 years off

and came the CCSU to work up my

Bachelor's.

Not so much struggle. I've always been in

good academic standing. It's a completely

different change of tempo and way of

starting were like military step by

PowerPoint, hands-on training. It's an

up-and-down thing when you're in the

military. It has its own set of

challenges. Especially when you're out of

school for so long and you jump back

into it. I worked full-time for the last

two semesters, last fall and last spring

semester. This is more along lines of

just sitting down studying the material

just hammering into you. I got a couple

C's, you know, but nothing to put me in

jeopardy of you know going into like

probationary or anything like that. CCSU

seems like they try to emphasize the

diversity. Yes there is. I see people of

many different ethnicities and

backgrounds. And be all inclusive to

people of all backgrounds and creeds.

Is a nice school, considering that's my first

actually four-year college that I've

ever attended.

I like that has Veterans Club. I'm the

treasurer of the club, dealing with the

money and all that kind of stuff. I work

here in a Veteran Affairs office. The

club is just collection of other veterans.

What we do here is we help veterans. If you

need help with something or someone to

talk to. They come, they ask questions, I

help. If I can't help I direct them to who

can help them. It reminds me of the

Veterans Club set up at Tunxis, which is,

uh, they're doing very well. He comes in and

his quiet. And he knows what he's about

to. If he has any questions he asks.

Scott's a good dude. They were to help me out

with actually getting classes 'cause I

kind of signed up late last semester. If

you ask any of them there they'll help

you out one way or another. Overall, it's

a good program, its definitely helps me.

It's more of like a community. 5-10 years

hopefully as a PA, working in the VA, and

also a PA with the military. I'd like to

a direct Commission. Maybe hop on a

couple more deployments.
