In Dragon Ball Super Episode 84, Goku and Gohan will convince Krillin and Android 18
to join the Universe 7 team, and participate in the fate deciding Battle Royal of The Tournament
of Power.
In this video, I'll do the ' Dragon Ball Super Episode 84 ' frame by frame preview
breakdown.
The Episode Title Is- "Son Goku The Talent Scout: Inviting Krillin and Android 18"
April 2nd Preview Summary- In order to gather team members
for the "tournament of Power", Goku and Gohan first visit Krillin.
While Krillin agrees to participate, Android 18 refuses, so Goku lies and says there's
a 10 million zenny prize if they win.

The Episode Preview totally got me excited, as you all know I am a huge fan of Krilin
and other human Z fighters like Master Roshi and Tien.
I totally love Dragon Ball Super, but I always felt one con of it is that it is too much
of a Saiyan show, and other decent characters like Krillin wasn't getting attention.
However, finally, they are getting rid of that problem, and are now going to give characters
like Krillin the push they deserve.
In the episode 85 preview, we see Krillin sparring with Gohan, and even there's a
battle like scene against Goku where we see Goku going Super Saiyan blue.
Now, as we know Goku and Gohan took the responsibility of forming the Universe 7 team.
Good thing for Gohan fans after a long, long time, Gohan seems genuinely pumped up about
this tournament.
You can see he is enjoying the entire process, just like he mentioned, he has Saiyan Blood
after all.
Anyways, they have already decided 9 out of 10 fighters.
While the Kaioshin is searching 28 other planets with mortal life, but from the opening, we
do know Tien will eventually fill up that spot.
Next Gohan will test Krillin's strength.
Earlier on in an image battle, Goku and Gohan used their knowledge of Krillin and Basil
to make an assumption as to how it would go down, that is how Krillin would do in the
Battle Royal.
Many fans were asking how they are able to do it?
Does this mean they have telepathic abilities?
Yes, they do.
We have seen them communicating using their mind on multiple occasions before, like Goku
communicated with both Gohan and Krillin during their struggle against Vegeta.
Goku can even read the mind of his opponent to some extent.
That's not a field of their expertise, but they have the basics.
Anyways, on that image battle, Basil got the upper hand, but that's not a conclusion
we can reach about how Krillin would end up.
Because during their thought, Gohan wasn't aware of how Krillin got a wakeup call not
so long ago.
Neither did Goku know specifically about how much he has progressed, and what type of attacks
he has developed.
In the preview, it is mentioned, how Krillin has been training secretly and that he even
also invented a new attack.
It is being implied that Krillin surpassed their expectation by a long shot, we see him
doing quite well with base form Gohan.
At least compared to how he was few arcs ago when he asked Goku to punch him just to see
how much bigger the gap has become.
I just want to remind you, that Krillin is a warrior whose rate of power increase is
really fast.
When he trains he improves by many folds, he is technically sounds, can build strategy,
and has even displayed top notch fighting intelligence under the critical situation.
Like, his encounter against Frieza, time was money, and he wasted a lot of time before
Goku's appearance.
That was an underrated event.
His problem is a lack of motivation, confidence and he has a lot of self-doubt.
You can notice how drastically he powered up between the time of Raditz's Appearance
to the appearance of Vegeta and Nappa.
Saibaman were said to have a power level equivalent of that of Raditz.
Krillin who got just tail slapped out of the way as a fly about a year ago by Raditz, was
able to one shot kill 3 Saibaman who had the same power level as that of Raditz.
Even back in the Dragon Ball days, Master Roshi mentioned how Krillin was the one to
develop the most regarding power.
Characters like Goku and Tien were just naturally way stronger than him, Tien had a very clear
edge for the age difference too.
So because of all that, I really have my hopes high about Krillin's progress, and logics
apart I want him to be the underdog who will surprise us in the Battle Royal.
This type of match has scope for weaker characters to steal the spot light, and if they ever
plan on giving Krillin the guy who has been a major face of the franchise since the very
beginning a chance to shine, this is it.
This scene looks cool; Goku defends Krillin's solar flare with Sunglass.
This is a throwback to Dragon Ball; Kid Goku did this in the World Martial Arts tournament
too.
What about the Super Saiyan Blue scene, though?
You really think Krillin improved so much that Goku thought he deserves to face SSB?
Or is it, because he is going to have to face stronger opponents in the tournament anyways
so maybe Goku is spicing it up.
The case could also be that, Krillin perhaps just asked for it even though he is no match
for it, he has to confront his fears after all.
The arena looks unfamiliar; I saw some people suggesting it could be an image battle too,
I don't think that's the case.
What do you think?
Where are they?
The change of weather is also noticeable when Krillin was sparring against Gohan, the sky
was clear, but against Goku, as we can see it's dark and raining.
Is it because of the new technique Krillin invented?
Maybe for the attack, it's getting all dark you know.
Just kidding, he won't be getting anything that big.
However, on a serious note what type of attack do you think Krillin invented?
Could it be a killer move like Destructo Disk, like The Disk is one attack that could slice
up anyone if it connects or do you think it will be a variation of a Solar Flare type
of distracting technique?
We see Goku wearing Sunglass, maybe the attack Krillin got would still work?
Do let me know what you think about this, in the comments.
Don't forget Goku will also be baiting Android 18 with a fake promise of 10 Million Zeny
prize money.
What I find irritating is the fact that they are still not telling everyone what's at
stake.
It's illogical, as they are going to find out in the tournament anyways, they deserve
to know the responsibility that lies on their shoulder.
This could also bring out the 100% from them, and these type of lies wouldn't be necessary.
Time is life now, and they can't afford to waste it.
Everyone would leave everything instantly if they knew life is on the line.
Hope it gets revealed soon, I think they are waiting to gather everyone before actually
announcing what the tournament is about.
Well, that's about all for the episode 84 preview, we have some new Episode 85 spoilers
different from what I uploaded earlier.
I don't want to upload another Episode 85 spoiler's video, so I am attaching it here
instead continue watching.
The Spoiler video is also separately uploaded on my ' Dragon Ball Fanverse' channel,
subscribe there too.
**
Guys as we wait for Goku and Gohan to test Krillin's strength on Episode 84 we got
some Episode 85 spoilers also some extra bit of information about Episode 84 and 86.
This will just give you a basic idea regarding things that are going to happen in the upcoming
few episodes
Dragon Ball Super Episode 85: "The Universes Get Into Gear: Each One's Thoughts"April
9th While Heading over to The Guardian of Earth
(Dende's) temple to look for android 17, Goku spots Majin Buu.
He ends up sparring with Buu, who's slimmed down after training nonstop for the tournament!
We all know that Android 17 is going to be in the Universe 7 team for the Tournament
of Power.
He became an auto-choice after they decided to include 18, but even though 17 was alive
all these time unlike 18 he was not in touch with the Z fighters.
We did see him in Dragon Ball Z as a park ranger, and you could tell he is a good guy
as we also see him giving his energy for the Spirit Bomb.
So to find out his location they are heading over to Dende's place, and I think alongside
finding 17, they are going to have a small team meeting, and also might seek for some
consultancy from Dende.
Another interesting thing is, Goku and Gohan didn't yet tell anyone about what's at
stake in the tournament, but I think Dende knows it by now as he also holds a godly position.
I wonder if he's going to be the one who will suggest Tien, because they have mentioned
everyone except for Tien till now.
Goku will also spar with Buu, wow this is going to be fun to watch.
You could say a rematch after a long, long time.
However, the last time they fought they were very close in terms of power, and now Goku
is stronger by many folds, but it's interesting to know that Majin Buu has been training hardcore.
I didn't even imagine he would train at all; I wonder what is motivating him to train.
He is the type of guy who enjoys fighting, but he was never established to be the one
to train hard.
I wonder if Mr. Satan is pushing me since everyone's existence is on line.
I like how Majin Buu is like a Pokemon of Satan, and I bet Satan will be there even
during the tournament of power guiding Buu.
What's really shocking is that Buu trained so hard that he even slimmed down, some might
think this could be hinting that he got his Super Buu form, but no that's most likely
not the case.
Lots of logical problems, even if you put that apart that would totally change the character;
so, I j think he is in just a better fighting shape than he was before.
So yeah, Be Hyped to see Majin Buu slim.
Anyways, about Android 17 even though they will be searching for him on Episode 85, it
has been confirmed that Episode 86 will be centered on him.
He might make a last minute appearance in Episode 85 to be continued in the next Episode.
We already know, what's going to happen in 84, thanks to the preview, but we have
something new here.

What annoys me is that they are hiding that their existence is at stake.
It's 100% illogical; they are going to find out anyway when they go into the tournament
right?
Plus, we need the sense of urgency.
These fighters need to know what they are going to fight for, the responsibility on
their shoulders.
If we know one thing about Dragon Ball, these characters bring the best out of them when
they are in pressure.
What's gonna happen if they tell him now?
Hurt their feelings, make them feel sad?
Well, they can't afford it now, also they are not sensitive 2k17 Snowflakes, they have
been through the toughest of situations.
If they told it already, these type of lies would not be necessary.
Vegeta would agree even if Bulla weren't born.
Most importantly, we have only around 38 hours in hand now, time is money.
If they want to give 100% on their preparation, they should know it right away.
Anyway, I do think everyone will get to know it before the tournament, it could be Mr.
Satan just breaking it in front of everybody, or maybe Goku and Gohan will be bound to tell
to bring the seriousness in him.
I think from a plot point of view; they want to do it after having gathered all the fighters
that is the entire team.
Well, that's about all for now.
