The Ascending Man What Is 5D Masculinity
by Gabriel Heartman,
We are learning so much about what we as human beings are capable of in regards to our potential
and expression.
How we have so many gifts that lie dormant in our DNA and arising light bodies.
A power of creation that seems mythical in proportions to our current limited consciousness.
There is a general human frame that surrounds it and that is all true.
I have also been very interested in how this plays out in our gender expressions.
Do we just become less polarized this way and become more androgynous?
I certainly feel this when it comes to our Star Being brethren.
But does that mean we lose our humanness the way we know it now?
I suppose, like all things in this unknown and unknowable time, it all depends on where
we come from and where we want to go.
I feel we are being offered a Golden Age of Humanity.
One in which we live both in unity consciousness and individuality.
An individuation that is the Me within the We.
Being connected to Source and having an awareness of our integrated fractal expressions.
A higher vibratory dualistic experience.
So in that picture I see a New Woman and a New Man.
Or just remembering what it is we always were and even ARE currently.
I feel this Golden Earth that we are desiring to be a part of and co-create together, is
lead by the return and rebalance of more feminine and yin energies.
This has been talked about for a long time and we see its need even more with the state
of current affairs.
The more wounded masculine psychic overlay is seeing its consequence and demise.
Current disclosure revelations are showcasing the depths of this condition and awakenings
are increasing.
Men are scattered just as much as women among the dimensional consciousness spectrum but
women are closer to the frequency of 5D, at least in my opinion and experience.
The awakening is happening mentally for most men and then as the vibration continues to
raise on Gaia we are being invited to go more into our hearts, as that is what the core
of 5D is.
To live in the fullness of authentic BEingness.
There are no more 3D wound-based blocks that cap or prevent our access to our more crystalline
nature.
So when we as men begin to heal the Heart what does that look and feel like?
Clearly we are honest with our emotions.
We are vulnerable.
When a feeling arises we express it with clarity, certainty, and openness to perspective and
counter emotion.
We are not afraid to get into the fray to burn away what is old and arise what is truly
authentic.
We invite the shadow reflection as a gift to deeper understanding and healing.
There is a reverence for ourselves in the path of this integration.
There is no longer self-doubt and self-judgment.
We see ourselves as true Kings and proport ourselves as such.
The 5D masculine has met, wooed, and integrated his inner feminine.
This creates a self-contained and balanced male BEing.
The love and acceptance of the inner feminine reflects the reverence of the outer.
The healing of the mom wound feels vitally important as it holds the energy of our relationship
to the feminine and our subsequent sense of power and sexuality.
There is the need for union with Woman as an alchemical and powerful dynamic of intensely
epic proportions.
This mating and integration of this inner feminine aspect brings us a more heart-open,
softer, and less linear way of expression.
There is less DOing and more BEing.
Being with what arises in our desire and creative abundance.
We clearly respect Gaia in all Her splendor and weep at the sight of Her stunning beauty.
We are more connected to Her creatures and the guides and totems that they represent.
Meat eating becomes a thing of the past that no longer has a place on our plateour diet
just changes with the integration of this new consciousness.
One of the biggest pieces to me is the shift from competition to cooperation as we become
more aware of our connection to All That Is.
We are One of the same so competing serves less purpose.
I can feel a healthy form of competition possibly but my jury is still out on that one.
As men begin to heal their father wounds the more we begin to open our hearts to each other
in beautiful male bonding that is alive with wonder, exploration, and leadership.
A cauldron of possibilities are shared and MANifested.
No longer will men feel responsible to achieve, but rather responsive to the call of building
galactic bridges and to co-creating with their feminine counterparts in sacred union.
The weight of the world and the need to control and provide are felt through and healed with
love so that we can access our more authentic power that is in alignment with Source and
Reverence.
The chains of our own captivity are melted away with the tears of remembering what we
have always been and why we chose the density of 3D.
This healing will open up our Galactic chakras and become more in tune with the energies
of the universe.
Many men are being awoken today only to be left with the question of what it all means
and what to do with it.
The grounding into Gaia and the heart feels like it will help with this feeling of uncertainty.
This connection between our humanity and our universality is what creates a powerful new
conscious cosmic experience.
The heart opens up and grounds in.
The service to others becomes 5D mans new frontier.
I feel such a plethora of possibilities.
Our expanded heart consciousness will open new doors of relationality among ourselves
and our galactic connections.
The relationship to Gaia will be in alignment with Her consciousness and Love.
Living and breathing with and alongside her.
Setting off into unknown realms to encounter new and exciting territory with the desire
to learn and spread more love.
Implementing and encountering new technologies and wisdoms.
It is a great time to be alive.
But there is work to do on ourselves.
Some more or less than others, but needed healing just the same.
We are all in this together.
All looking for those who are resonant and can provide support, reflection, and love.
The old male collective is feeling the press of this continued flow of energy that is coming
at us in Love each moment.
Following Yin is to respond to the pings that are going off inside and to meet them with
a gentle curiosity that brings them out into the light.
No need to excavate or drill in the old way.
Feeling each of our desires and fears are what leads us the next choice point of healing
and ascending above what used to keep us down.
I look forward to this New 5D Man within me and within You to see what amazing experiences
we can have together and with our counterpart 5D Woman.
Now THERE is something to show up for!

Trump Just Got The GREATEST News Of His Presidency— His Plan Worked Even BETTER Than Expected!
The year 2017 will go down in history as "The Great Snowflake Melting".
Ever since Trump won the election liberals across the country have been left in a state
of disarray.
Trump has not wasted any time on rebuilding our country much to the chagrin of the left.
It seems that Trump's hard work is already paying off with this latest news, and it will
leave you cheering.
Jorge Ramos, a Univision anchor recently was interviewed by CNN's Anderson Cooper.
Ramos said that there was a huge decrease in border crossings last month, and the number
is astounding.
According to The Blaze:
According to The Blaze:
"Jorge, the massive drop in border apprehensions last month, the customs border protections
says 40 percent, it's down 40 percent, people trying to cross illegally.
What do you make of that?"
Cooper asked.
"Is it possible that the tough talk on illegal immigration by Trump is working, that he deserves
credit for that drop?"
"Let me just say that fear is stronger than any wall," Ramos responded.
"What we are seeing right now is the 'Trump effect.'
" He continued:
These people calling their relatives and their friends, saying, "don't come here, this
is not the right moment."
So I think it is possible.
Really no one wants illegal immigration, not even undocumented immigrants.
It is very risky for them.
It is better to do it in a legal way.
You can watch the entire interview here.
This is fantastic news and it proves that Trump has been correct along.
The American people want our borders secure and we do not want anyone just coming in.
Of course, the left will continue to push that these people are not illegal, but they
are.
Illegals have finally got the message that the days of taking advantage of our country
are over.
Now, tell me, did that bring a smile to your face?
Because I am sure as hell smiling too.

Suspect Arrested Near U.S. Capitol After Officers 'Nearly Struck' By Vehicle
In Washington, D.C., U.S. Capitol Police say they have arrested a suspect after an incident
Wednesday in which a driver "nearly struck" police officers and shots were fired.
The officers observed an "erratic and aggressive" driver near the U.S. Capitol on Independence
Avenue and tried to carry out a traffic stop, Capitol Police communications Director Eva
Malecki told CNN.
"While attempting to stop the vehicle on Independence Avenue, the driver negotiated a U-turn and
fled the scene, nearly striking officers, and struck at least one other vehicle," she
said.
"A brief pursuit followed until the vehicle was stopped at Washington and Independence
Avenues SW."
Shots were fired as the officers were working to arrest the suspect, Malecki told the network,
adding that "no individuals were injured during the arrest."
It's not clear who fired the shots.
Information about the suspect was not immediately released.
Additionally, Malecki stated that "although preliminary, this incident appears to be criminal
in nature with no nexus to terrorism."
The Capitol complex remained open to the public, though Independence Avenue was closed to traffic.Melania
Trump Is Honoring These 13 Women for Their 'Exceptional Courage'
First Lady Melania Trump will bestow the State Department's International Women of Courage
award on Wednesday to 13 women from around the world who are working to advance peace,
security, and women's rights in their home countries.
"It will be my great honor to share a stage with these amazing women.
Each of the award recipients has overcome incredible odds in her pursuit to change the
world and make it better," the first lady said in a statement ahead of the awards ceremony.
"As women, we must continue to stand together with the steadfast goal of making our world
safer through acts of collaborative and individual bravery.
As we all know, wherever women are diminished, the entire world is diminished with them."
The award, which was inaugurated in 2007 by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, recognizes
women who have "demonstrated exceptional courage and leadership in advocating for peace,
justice, human rights, gender equality, and women's empowerment, often at great personal
risk."
Each U.S. embassy can nominate one woman for the award; this year the winners hail from
countries like Bangladesh, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Vietnam,
Yemen, and Peru.
Since 2007, over 100 women from more than 60 countries have won the award.

The first lady will be joined by Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Thomas A. Shannon.
In past years, the secretary of state has often participated in the ceremony.
Rex Tillerson, currently in that role, is not expected to attend the event Wednesday.
When former Secretary of State John Kerry gave the award to 14 women last year, one
honoree, Chinese human rights activist Ni Yulan, was prevented from visiting Washington
by Chinese authorities.
"Every door opened by our vision will inspire others, and strengthen the platform on which
women and men of courage may stand for generations to come," Kerry said.
In 2013, Michelle Obama joined him at the ceremony.
"With every act of strength and defiance, with every blog post, with every community
meeting, these women have inspired millions to stand with them and find their own voices,"
she said.
Michelle Obama also participated in 2011 ceremony, when Hillary Clinton, then secretary of state,
presided over the annual event.
In her speech to the award-winners, Clinton praised them for having "reached down deep
and done what was necessary.
And I often wonder how many of us, including myself, under those circumstances, could have
done the same.
Their courage, their compassion, their commitment, their quiet moral authority has come from
putting the well-being of others before their own."
Melania Trump's participation in Wednesday's award ceremony is an important marker for
the first lady, who's gotten off to a slow start in her new job and has chosen to remain
primarily in New York while her son, Barron, finishes the school year.
Among this year's award recipients are women who have made herculean commitments to protecting
women and children around the world.
Jannat Al Ghezi, deputy director of The Organization of Women's Freedom in Iraq, helps women
escape domestic violence by offering them shelter, training, protection, and legal services.
Yemen's Fadia Najib Thabet protects children from radicalization and recruitment; Syria's
Sister Carolin Tahhan Fachakh is being honored for her dedication to the women and children
of Damascus, where she has remained throughout the Syrian conflict to run a nursery school
and tailoring workshop to support displaced women; and Colombia's Natalia Ponce de Leon
lobbied for a law to increase penalties for assailants who use chemical agents after a
stalker attacked her with sulfuric acid, burning her face and body.
The legislation also improves burn treatment for victims.
Here's the full list of honorees:
Sharmin Akter, Activist Against Early/ Forced Marriage, Bangladesh
Malebogo Molefhe, Human Rights Activist, Botswana Natalia Ponce de Leon, President, Natalia
Ponce de Leon Foundation, Colombia Rebecca Kabugho, Political and Social Activist,
Democratic Republic of Congo Jannat Al Ghezi, Deputy Director of The Organization
of Women's Freedom in Iraq, Iraq Major Aichatou Ousmane Issaka, Deputy Director
of Social Work at the Military Hospital of Niamey, Niger
Veronica Simogun, Director and Founder, Family for Change Association, Papua New Guinea
Cindy Arlette Contreras Bautista, Lawyer and Founder of Not One Woman Less, Peru
Sandya Eknelygoda, Human Rights Activist, Sri Lanka
Sister Carolin Tahhan Fachakh, Member, Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (F.M.A.), Syria
Saadet Ozkan, Educator and Gender Activist, Turkey
Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Quynh, Blogger and Environmental Activist, Vietnam
Fadia Najib Thabet, Human Rights Activist, Yemen
Two women being honored at the ceremony hail from countries temporarily banned under President
Trump's second executive order on immigration.
(The executive order was blocked by federal judges, there's a chance it will ultimately
be upheld.)
After being awarded the State Department's prize, the thirteen honorees will travel to
different cities across the U.S. in April as part of an International Visitor Leadership
Program, reconvening in Los Angeles for a final summit and discussion.WikiLeaks Founder
Just Warned Conservatives To Brace Themselves For Next BIG Drop — And It's BAD
This past week, WikiLeaks released a treasure trove of information regarding the CIA and
its connection to the Obama administration.
What was once a conspiracy theory became fact, and to understand the magnitude of it all
will take some time.
Sadly, we don't have that luxury after what Jullian Assange revealed in his latest broadcast
recently.
We are now aware that the CIA has gone rogue.
It is sickening to know that these people are spying on the American people.
Companies such as Apple and Samsung are painfully aware that the CIA has the ability to hack
into their systems.
Assange has announced that he would help these companies regain control over their products.
"So I want to announce that after today, considering what we think is the best way
to proceed and hearing these calls from some of the manufacturers, we have decided to work
with them to give them some exclusive access to the addition technical details that we
have so that the fixes can be developed and pushed out, so people can be secure," Assange
said during the press conference broadcast via Facebook Live.
Assange also touched on how this lack of control has caused destructive ramifications.
"The Central Intelligence Agency lost control of its entire cyberweapons arsenal," Assange
said.
"This is an historic act of devastating incompetence to have created such an arsenal
and stored it all in one place and not secured it."
Assange also added.
"There's absolutely nothing to stop a random CIA officer" or even a contractor
from using the technology.The technology is designed to be unaccountable, untraceable;
it's designed to remove traces of its activity."
You can watch the entire video here.
No matter what is done to secure these devices, the CIA still has this ability.
Who is to stop these rogue agents from continuing to use these hacking tools?
This is terribly frightening and I know for myself I feel very uneasy.
As a political writer who is to say that they cannot place "Russian fingerprints" on
my devices in order to silence me or my coworkers?
This is the time for us to speak out and continue resisting these totalitarian tactics.
They know their number is up and we must root them out once and for all.

Boooring!
In my opinion, one of the main tasks this project

for example "Your hands are the reason your team is losing,
now cut them off".
Haha!
"Would you mind putting

Trump is leading coal miners out of a ditch – and into the abyss - Duration: 4:18.
Trump is leading coal miners out of a ditch – and into the abyss
For the out-of-work coal miners in West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania, Donald Trump is
the pied piper leading them nowhere.
Dismantling the Obama administration's clean power plan will not bring back coal jobs or
save the withering towns of Appalachia.
It will only serve to make America sicker and disappoint some misguided people.
On Tuesday, flanked by company executives and miners, Trump signed an executive order
to swiftly nullify Barack Obama's efforts to combat climate change.
The clean power plan would have closed hundreds of coal-fired power plants, frozen construction
at new ones and replaced them, in time, with wind and solar farms.
Whether Trump withdraws from the Paris agreement or not, he will all but guarantee that American
doesn't meet the ambitious goals of the accord to drastically reduce greenhouse gases
and slow the warming of the planet.
Some sneer at the largely white and poor people who depended on coal for their livelihoods,
but their distress is understandable.
Morally bankrupt political leaders have lied to them repeatedly, blaming the Environmental
Protection Agency for the vast decline of coal country's fortunes.
While Republicans deserve far more blame, Democrats in states such as West Virginia
have encouraged this canard: all you have to do is deregulate everything, they say,
and the boom times will return.
Even coal executives understand how simplistic this narrative really is.
Competition from natural gas is the culprit for coal's struggles.
Renewable energies are gaining a greater market share.
And automation at coal plants means fewer jobs for the working class, even when executives
increase their profit margin.
Cheap natural gas has changed the energy landscape.
New drilling techniques in shale fields across the country have lowered production costs
and driven energy prices down.
Hydraulic fracturing, where millions of gallons of sand, water and chemicals are pumped underground
to break open rock and release gas, is driving this energy revolution – while also polluting
groundwater.
There just isn't a market demand for coal.
Production peaked two decades ago.
Trump's electoral sweep of Appalachia – in once Democratic West Virginia, he crushed
Hillary Clinton by 42 points – undoubtedly motivated him to kill the clean power plan
as quickly as he could, since his voters are particularly desperate.
Political leaders keep failing them, and they want easy answers.
In the short term, Trump's actions may make a slight difference.
Share prices of energy companies soared this week.
A few coal mines may stay open slightly longer.
But as with Trump's Twitter bullying of companies to keep jobs in the US, stripping
Obama regulations is no strategy for saving the jobs and towns of one of the country's
most economically depressed regions.
America's fraying social safety net and capitalism's capriciousness punished coal
country for decades, forcing poor people to rely on the whims of executives who once profited
off the destruction of the planet.
Trump offers no serious hope for the millions of blue-collar works who are losing their
jobs to machines.
Rather than shred environmental regulations, he can offer a vision for a future that is
phasing out the reality of well-paid laborers with only a high school degree.
A stimulus plan to put them to work elsewhere or even something akin to a guaranteed minimum
income may be needed – not a shortsighted evisceration of what Trump Svengali Steve
Bannon dubbed the "administrative state".
When coal country keeps foundering, what will the loud-mouthed president say then?
What lies will he proffer?
Even his supporters deserve better.

IGOR "THE DUKE" POKRAJAC - This is probably the end of my MMA career - Duration: 3:43.
Speaking of those subjects, unfortunatley you had to cancel your upcoming fight. You were supose to fight at UFC 209 in Las Vegas, right?
It was suposed to be a great fight, against good opponent but medical test you did, CT and MRI,
showed that you had some problems and further tests showed that its not getting any better
so you had to cancel the match. Tell me more about it.
Before every fight in UFC,you have to do an MRI,they are insisting on it
Specialy if there has passed a long period and they dont have scans,or if you suffered a KO.
They demanded it ,since I was back in UFC
they demanded new scans
for this next fight I was about to have
And after I finished those scans, I got a call from a doctor
He said..look you have some problems, you have to come to the hospital
And I was like...my legs shatered..i thought ..its over..im done
I have 2 more days to live..and thats it
I already started to say goodbye to my friends,familiy...really...
I was driving my car..crying
...horror
So I came there to the hospital, talked to the doctor..they told me the bad news
whats my diagnose..
and then I had no choice but to cancel the fight
But I had enough time to call UFC ,so they can find a replacement for me
They found a replacement.. but in the meantime he also got injured and canceled the fight
Since then I intensively with Dr.Rotim and his team.. followed his recommendations..I did all the medical test i could
So I could find out whats my exact diagnose, how to handle it..
can it be handled? what from now on? how?
99 % I already know whats gonna happen
but ill take some little more time..Im in conversations with UFC
i have sent complete medical results to them..
but..i think thats it..that this is the end...
this is probably end of my career..
i know this for some time now..its not easy for me
its hard..its not easy to accept..
i cant forgive myself...i knew that end of my carees was on its way..i was thinking maybe year or two..
i wanted to come back to UFC..have couple more fights..to give my maximum one more time
and to finish my career as a UFC fighter
its not a bitter taste in my mouth..but,you know, when you know you can do some more
I mean..I feel great..i dont feal any pain..I dont have any problems..just simply..the problem that I have
is incompatible, too dangerous, too risky and uncombinable with further fighting on that level thats is required in UFC.

How much time should i meditate? - Duration: 2:26.
how often should I be meditating if I
want to seriously do it. Would five
minutes or ten minutes once a day be enough?
First of all, if you are not serious
about it don't do it at all. So don't
waste your time with it. But if you're
willing and committed to really
exploring what meditation is, you need
dedicated time every day. It's almost
like you taking a shower, you brushing
your teeth. It, has to be done every day,
in order to make a habit out of it and
for your body and mind to also learn and
remember that you are meditating. What I
mean by that is once you
meditate at a certain time, at a certain
place every day, after a certain time you
would realize that exactly at that time
when you're meditating your body and
mind is calling for it. You will
notice that very call from
inside for meditation and that
that's nothing and it's not your soul
calling or anything, it's just that your
body is used to that silence, that
relaxation, your mind is used to that
silence and needing that. So a habit
is to make it a habit is something very
very useful and it allows you to also go
deeper into it in shorter amount of time.
So like otherwise when you are
meditating once in a blue moon you are
actually first of all fooling yourself
that's not meditation. But still when
you're meditating irregularly I would
say that you would first of all not be
able to go deep in your sessions and
also it's not something that is really
going to change your inner
alcomy to more silence, to more
joy. So it should become like a habit
like brushing your teeth or shower? Yeah
exactly, yeah that makes sense.

Is she right for Prince Harry ? Meghan Markle fails 'Britishisms - Duration: 2:56.
Prince Harry's rumoured girlfriend Meghan Markle may want to delve into the British
history books if this test is anything to go by.
The 33 year old Suits actress, who is rumoured to be dating flame haired bachelor Prince
Harry, was quizzed earlier this year on her knowledge of British culture and she failed
miserably.
During the quiz, which was aired on UKTV, Meghan admitted she was the "worst" person
to have ever played the game.
The brunette beauty was able to correctly pinpoint three British ales but when asked
what the British term for 'sidewalk' is she couldn't answer despite visiting her 32 year
old beau and his father the Prince of Wales earlier this year at London's Kensington Palace.
When she was asked which spread British people prefer Marmite or Vegemite the brow haired
actress replied easy Vegemite straight away.
However of course, Marmite is the much loved spread in the UK.
Speaking about the test, the 'Suits' actress said: "I think I lost.
I think I was the worst at this game."
She was also quizzed on her knowledge of Cockney rhyming slang, when she was asked what 'apples
and pears' meant.
Meghan couldn't even guess the answer, which all British people will know is slang for
stairs.
Despite Meghan's lack of British knowledge, it has been reported she is making Harry who
ended his relationship with his former girlfriend Cressida Bonas in 2014 after their two year
romance the happiest man he has been "for many years".
A source told the Mail Online: "He's happier than he's been for many years.
He's in a very relaxed period of his life and Meghan has come along at the right time."
Although Meghan has brightened up Harry's life, her half sister Samantha Grant has warned
Harry against his new girlfriend because she claims she can't be trusted.
Samantha who shares the same father, Thomas Markle, as Meghan branded her sister a "shallow
social climber" who always wanted to be a princess and is "narcissistic and selfish".
Speaking previously the mother of three writer said: "The royal family would be appalled
by what she's done to her own family.
The truth would kill her relationship with Prince Harry, he wouldn't want to date her
any more because it puts her in a bad public light.
"I certainly don't think Harry or his family would want to associate with her afterwards."
thanks for watching.

Keratoconus symptoms - Duration: 8:18.
Hi welcome back to
"KeratoconusHub TV"
Friends...It is very important to understand the symptoms of keratoconus to know whether you are suffering
from keratoconus or not.
As keratoconus is a very rare disorder of the eyes and most of the patients are new to
this eye disease.
So in many cases it becomes too late before they can notice the symptoms.
It becomes even more crucial to notice the keratoconus symptoms early, as it is a progressive
corneal disease.
When someone suffers from keratoconus, the vision cannot be corrected with eye glasses
except in the case of early stage of it.
Contact lenses especially for keratoconus and other surgical treatments for keratoconus
like C3R, ICL, INTACS, Corneal Transplant etc. are required to be considered.
Keratoconus is a degenerative corneal disease and generally its signs are first observed
in the late teenage years.
So as soon as you notice any of the symptoms mentioned here, you must consult to an eye
doctor.
Since if not treated on time it may lead to corneal transplant in future.
Now I will tell you…
Why keratoconus is difficult to identify in the early stage?
Actually when the keratoconus is in early phase then it is really not easy to distinguish
it from other refractive disorders of the eye like nearsightedness, farsightedness,
astigmatism or presbyopia etc.
In this case it is possible to get satisfactory vision with the help of corrective eye glasses.
But due to its progressive nature… the keratoconus starts showing its signs as the time passes.
So here I am going to discuss keratoconus symptoms in detail.
So how to know whether you are a keratoconus patient or not?
See... as I told you, that it is hard to identify the keratoconus symptoms in the beginning
but as the disease progresses the symptoms become easy to notice.
You may observe the symptoms like worsening of vision quality which is poor especially
at night.
Keratoconus generally affects both of the eyes asymmetrically.
It means that you may have poor eyesight in one eye in comparison to the other.
Other symptoms of keratoconus are sensitivity to bright lights, blurred vision, sudden changes
in eye vision, distortion in vision, seeing halos and ghosts around the bright light,
double vision and itchy eyes etc.
A common optical aberration of the eye that keratoconus patients observe is 'coma'.
Coma is a name given to optical aberration in which a V-shaped flare is observed appearing
to have a tale, like any comet.
What causes such peculiar disturbances in the vision when you have keratoconus?
Now you know various kinds of vision disturbances that are observed when someone suffers from
keratoconus.
Do you want to know what is the science behind all such disturbances?
Let me explain it to you...
Keratoconic cornea has irregular surface and many high-points on the corneal surface which
are exposed to the light.
So as the light hits the cornea it gets scattered because of these high-points and irregularity
in the cornea.
This leads to the formation of multiple images on the retina of eye.
So you see… multiple images and some other visual disturbances!!!
When someone suffers from keratoconus, then this keratoconus vision cannot be corrected
with glasses because of conical cornea caused by corneal thinning.
As the cornea becomes irregular in shape so keratoconus can be called as irregular astigmatism.
Keratoconus eye disease is a degenerative corneal disease and generally its signs are
first observed in late teenage years, so it is very important to identify the keratoconus
signs.
So as soon as you notice any of the below mentioned symptoms, you must consult to an
eye doctor or a cornea specialist.
Since if not treated on time it may lead to cornea transplant.
The symptoms associated with keratoconus are as follows:
No.1- Keratoconus patients feel more sensitivity to bright lights.
No.2- Blurred vision is reported by the patients suffering from this corneal eye disease.
No.3- Patient may observe sudden changes in eye vision, mainly in one eye at a time.
No.4- Near and far vision becomes distorted but generally far vision is affected more.
No.5- Halos or ghosts are seen around the bright lights at the night time.
No.6- Double vision is another major keratoconus sign affecting the keratoconus eye.
Even on seeing with one eye the affected person observes the double image of an object.
No.7- Excessive eye rubbing can also be considered as possible keratoconus sign.
No.8- Driving becomes difficult at night time because of blurry vision and halos around
bright lights.
So if any person finds one or more of these symptoms, he or she must visit an eye doctor
or cornea specialist as soon as possible.
Keratoconus diagnosis is mainly done by a very common technique known as corneal topography.
Patients suffering from keratoconus should keep visiting the eye doctor regularly to
examine their eyes.
As keratoconus also has genetic effects, so regular eye check-up of the children of keratoconus
patients is advised.

Podcast Tools - Duration: 4:08.
Today, I want to talk to you about the must-have podcasting tools to crush it with your podcast
and to podcast like a pro.
My name is Luis Congdon.
I'm the creator of The Podcaster Secret Weapon, The Ultimate Podcast Launch Guide, and The
Podcaster Secret Weapon Facebook Group.
Let's dive into podcast tools.
The very first thing that you should have if you're going to crush it with your podcast
is some sort of recording equipment.
Now, there's a lot of different advice out there and tools that you can use to record
with.
If you're just getting started, I highly recommend you grab something like GarageBand, which
is free by the way if you have a Macbook or use Logic Pro, which does cost money or use
Audacity, which is free for PC and Mac.
I really recommend that you don't go out there and you spend a lot of money on recording
software.
Even some of the pros that I know like myself are using free software and they've been doing
so from the very beginning.
So the other tool that you're going to need for podcasting like a pro is some microphone.
A lot of people, when they get started podcasting, they think, "Oh my god.
I need to record like a pro.
I need to sound awesome."
So they go out and they buy one of these really expensive mics.
Let me share a quick story with you.
When I first started podcasting, I had a beat up laptop.
It was over 7 years old and I used the microphone.
I was really broke so I just used one of those mics that comes with your phone with the little
headset on it.
That is perfect.
With a free recording software, a beat up laptop, and my headset with a little mic,
I was good to go and I was recording like a pro.
Even to this day, those are some of the fan-favorites recordings that are getting some of the most
hits.
Don't go crazy.
Now, if you want to step it up from the headset, you can go to something like ATR2100.
The ATR2100 is a wonderful microphone.
It will cost you around $50-60.
It's not too big.
It's not a big expense.
If you want to step it up and spend a little bit more money, and I'm not saying it's a
better microphone but you can go to the Blue Yeti.
It will cost you anywhere from $100-160.
The Blue Yeti or the ATR are fairly comparable.
They're great microphones but if you're going to record, you're going to need a nice mic.
At some point, I highly recommend that you grab a microphone that works for you.
All right.
Let's talk about my other tool which is a website.
When I talk to podcasters, they're not talking about websites.
They're talking about microphones and awesome equipment and how to record.
But if you want to podcast and you want to do so properly, one of the goals that you
should have is you're creating an awesome show, it's got great sound, which I've already
explained to you how to do it fairly simple version of great recording.
Then you want a website.
A podcast at the end of the day is content marketing.
You're creating content that's driving people over somewhere so they know who you are, what
you're up to, and about your business.
So you're going to need a website.
Now, there's a lot options around websites but my number one tool for websites is WordPress.
It beats every other kind of websites out there.
Make sure you have a WordPress website.
Wordpress.org is what you want.
Wordpress.org website and everything else I mentioned will get you started with an awesome
set-up for podcasting like a pro.
We've gone through a variety of tools that you should have; great recording equipment,
software, and a website but there's a lot more that I'd like to go over with you.
Head on over.
Click on the description and head on over to the website and I'll see you over there
because I've got an awesome training and videos for you that teach you much more in-depth
about how to podcast like a pro and how to profit from your podcast.
