Since he was sworn in on January 20, the Trump ... Donald Trump himself and the Trump Administration

really haven't had any good news whatsoever during their time in office.

But this week, they finally got a piece of positive information.

A good story for them to brag about.

That story is the fact that in spite of all the evidence, Steve Bannon, one of Donald

Trump's most trusted advisors will not be prosecuted for voter fraud in South Florida.

How great is that?

You know, finally a positive uplifting story about the Trump Administration not necessarily

screwing up the country.

Here's the issue.

Prosecutors in South Florida, Miami/Dade specifically, were looking into whether or not Steven Bannon

was actually a resident there when he registered to vote and proceeded to vote in that county.

Turns out as best prosecutors can tell, no.

He was not a resident.

He bought a property but did not reside there.

He had no intention of residing there and under Florida Law, that would be considered

voter fraud.

But, they said, because of the way Florida Law is written and because it is so vague

and antiquated, they're just not going to bring charges against him because it would

be likely he could get off on a technicality even though they have evidence that they say

they could easily get a prosecution.

All of those voters, voter fraud, that Donald Trump was talking about, again it literally

came from within his cabinet, okay.

Steve Bannon committed voter fraud.

These prosecutors were pretty clear about the fact that they are 99% sure he committed

voter fraud.

They're just not going to prosecute him.

At this point for the Trump Administration, yes, take whatever you can get.

This is a victory for you.

Steve Bannon's not going to prison for voter fraud, you know that thing that you made into

a massive issue to make up for the fact that you lost the popular vote by about three million

votes.

If only we could find more members of the Trump Administration who committed voter fraud,

then maybe we could start adding those numbers up to that three to five million that you

claim voted illegally.

I guarontee you, the people that you're going find who voted illegally, all you have to

do, Donald Trump, is look down your hallway because they're all up and down there.

We've had Bannon, there's evidence that Ivanka voted in a state where she doesn't actually

live.

All kinds of stuff.

The voter fraud, just like in a horror movie, is coming from inside the house.

A Flash of Light Occurs at Moment of Conception

Scientists have discovered that a "breathtaking" flash of light occurs at the moment of conception.

For the first time, researchers from Northwestern University have now demonstrated that when

a human sperm first meets an egg a bright zinc spark can be seen, not only a "remarkable"

phenomenon but also one that might be a game-changer for in vitro fertilization.

"It was remarkable," said the study's co-author Professor Teresa Woodruff. "We discovered

the zinc spark just five years ago in the mouse, and to see the zinc radiate out in

a burst from each human egg was breathtaking. All of biology starts at the time of fertilization,

yet we know next to nothing about the events that occur in the human."

The researchers say that the size of the flash of light provides valuable information about

the health of the eggs. The brighter the flash, the more viable the egg, and thus the better

option for in vitro fertilization, which has a high failure rate (around 50%) and often

involves clinicians using imprecise means of testing or simply choosing whichever eggs

they think appear to be most viable.

"This means if you can look at the zinc spark at the time of fertilization, you will know

immediately which eggs are the good ones to transfer in in vitro fertilization," explained

Woodruff. "It's a way of sorting egg quality in a way we�ve never been able to assess

before."

"This is an important discovery because it may give us a non-invasive and easily visible

way to assess the health of an egg and eventually an embryo before implantation," said co-author

Dr Eve Feinberg. "There are no tools currently available that tell us if it�s a good quality

egg. Often we don�t know whether the egg or embryo is truly viable until we see if

a pregnancy ensues. That�s the reason this is so transformative. If we have the ability

up front to see what is a good egg and what�s not, it will help us know which embryo to

transfer, avoid a lot of heartache and achieve pregnancy much more quickly."

Synchronizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials - Duration: 16:26.

Hello and welcome back, this is Jennifer Reinhardt on the Dynamics 365 for Financial Support team

and in this video I am going to show you

a little bit about the actual synchronization

that happens between Dynamics 365 and CRM.

So the first thing, I'm just gonna recap the CRM connection setup,

so if we click the Search icon in the upper right hand corner,

I'm going to type in CRM Connection,

I just typed CRM Connect, you see up comes Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup

So I'm going to click on this setup

and just verify that my synchronization jobs are running

and then, under my Integration Table Mappings,

I want to make sure that, in my case, I am not syncing only coupled records,

that I have this unmarked,

so that everything that's in my Dynamics 365 for Financials will be created in CRM.

And these are the things that are going to be created:

Contacts, Accounts, Currencies, Price levels, Items, Products, Customers

and in this case, we are specifically going to look at Customers and Items to see those come across.

So, I am going to close this set up,

I forgot to point out one thing in here:

over on the right there is a Integration Table Filter.

So, in this case, I'm gonna look at Customer,

so we're going to look at Customers first,

so in Customer, the Integration Table Filter says where the relationship type equals Customer and the Status equals Active.

So, what's gonna happen is, if you create a Customer, an Account in CRM,

it's gonna look for a relationship type of Customer

and a status of Active.

So, if your account in CRM is not set to Customer, then that will not be created in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So, there is a filter, so it doesn't just take all your contacts, all your accounts from CRM into Financials,

it will only take ones with the relationship type of Customer.

Also, there is a Table Config Template code that can be selected here,

this is going to allow you to set defaults for the customers that are created in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

Just a quick note here:

if you want to create, I would not use the ones that are in the system here,

I would actually create a new template here if it's something that you want to use.

So the templates are created, if you type in template,

they're created in this Set Up/ Customer/ Vendor/ Item Templates

and to create one,you click on the template

and click, if you click on the type of template you are going to create.

So, if you are going to create a customer template,

click on Customer 1 to pull up the template

and then click the New button and that will allow you to create a new entry for a customer template

and that will be to default things like posting groups, price groups, payment information, payment terms, payment method,

so these things are all on the template,

so they don't necessarily exist in CRM,

so you can create this template,

so those things are defaulted over on to your customers that are created in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So, again the configuration templates can be found by clicking the search

and type in templates and the templates you wanna use are this Customer/Vendor/Item Templates.

Once you've created the template in that window, then you can click here and select your template.

Alright, so we've talked a little bit about the templates in Integration Table Mappings

and also the checkbox in that window to make sure that you unmark to Synch Only Coupled Records,

unless you specifically have records in both systems that you need to couple first.

So you wanna couple those and then you can unmark that, so you can sync everything.

And we also talked about the Synch Job Queue Entries window,

which again will show you the time between synchronizations and then,

this window also allows you to pause and restart jobs that are running.

And you can also see the Earliest Start Date and Time, to make sure that these have been run.

Also in this window, if you want to see how things are going with a specific sync job,

you can click on the job and click Log Entries and that will open up the Job Queue Log Entries

and here you'll see that this has run successfully over the last 15 minutes,

so I'm gonna close that.

That's just a way to see how that job queue has been running, if

it's been successfully ran or not.

So, I'm gonna close this window

and close my CRM Connection Set Up window

and go to my Customers in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

and go to my Customers in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So here you see a list of my Customers,

I personally like to view it in the list view,

so I have 5 customers and I just set up a brand new CRM but I've also already set up my synchronization,

but I've also already set up my synchronization,

so I am hoping that these customers are now over in CRM, so let's check it out.

I click the dropdown to Sales and go to Accounts,

now these are defaulting as My Active Accounts

and since these are new accounts, they are not under myself

so I'm gonna click Active Accounts

and there I see my 6 active accounts, customers from Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So, let's see this in action:

I'm gonna go back to Dynamics 365 and I'm going to create a New customer,

I'm going to choose a template for my customer,

I'm going to choose Customer 1 to start

and I'm just going to name this TEST1.

So, I'm just going to create a quick customer and then close out of this customer to save the customer.

and then close out of this customer to save the customer.

OK, so I have my new TEST1 customer,

I'm going to create another New customer

and I'm going to use the second template that exists here to create my customer.

So, I'm gonna call this customer TEST2

and then I'm going to close and save.

So, I have TEST1 and TEST2, so let's go, we can first go look at our CRM Connection Setup

and look at our Job Queue entries and we can verify that our job queue has run,

so this ran, is going to run at 10:13,

so right now is 10:12, so we may have to wait a minute here before we check CRM to see if it's there.

I am going to close out of those windows.

OK, so I think enough time has passed,

so I am going to refresh my Accounts here,

go to Active accounts and

lo and behold, there is TEST1 and TEST2 that I created in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So there I have my TEST1 and TEST2.

If for some reason, I went to CRM and I did not see these 2 customers accounts I should say created,

then in my Customers list, I can click on the customer, highlight the customer

and go to Navigate and then choose Synchronization Log

and this log will show us if it was successful or failed and if it did fail, you can click on this Failed number

and it will bring out a window that will show us why it failed.

So, I thought I was gonna get an error, but I did not, so looks like I am OK,

but that is where you can go see why a customer is not being created over into CRM.

So you click on the customer, go to Navigate and then click Synchronization Log

and that will bring up a window to show you if it was created, inserted, modified

or if it failed, so it will allow us to see what went wrong.

Also, you'll notice in the Navigate tab, I also have the Synchronize, the Coupling,

this is where you can couple a specific customer to a specific customer in CRM.

I can also click this Create, which it will allow you to either Create Account in CRM or

create the customer in Financials,

even though it says NAV here, it is Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So, I am doing everything automatically, so I don't need to actually do any of this manually

and I think that's a very powerful tool with this synchronization.

So, let's do the opposite and let's go into CRM and let's create a new account in CRM.

So, I'm gonna create New and I'm going to create a new customer called CRM Account.

I'm going to put it my address

and then I'm going to save my New Account here.

So, now when I go to my list of accounts, I have my CRM Account that I just created.

So, let's go see if that gets created over in Financials.

I'm just gonna click my Vendor list and go back to Customers.

No customer yet.

If you are familiar with CRM, you probably know why this customer isn't being created,

but we will go and look here.

Let's first make sure that our job has ran,

so our CRM Connection Setup,

I'm going to go to my Job Queue,

it's 10:18 right now, my time

and out customer, oh isn't going to run until 10:19,

so let's wait a minute here, before we make sure that it's not created.

So, I am closing out of these windows,

I'm going to pause the video and wait for a couple of minutes and come back and see what happened.

OK, so we're back and the time has passed that the CRM Account that I created in CRM should now be showing in Dynamics 365 for Financials,

should now be showing in Dynamics 365 for Financials,

so let's refresh my list again and see if it's there.

It's not.

So, let's go over and find out why it's not.

So, one of the rules in our CRM Connection

is it's going to look in our Table Mappings, our Integration Table Mappings

and when a customer is created from CRM, there is a filter that is being checked,

so it's looking for an account where the relationship type is Customer

and the Status is Active, so let's go look.

During the break, I added the relationship type to my form in CRM,

so here I have my CRM Account

and I know it's active because I shows up in our Active list,

so I didn't bring over the Status.

However, I did bring over the relationship type, as you can see this is blank

so I am going to switch this to Customer

and then I am going to save my changes on my account

and now my CRM account that I created should come over into Dynamics 365 for Financials

because it now meets the criteria,

as it's set up as a customer account in CRM

and the status is Active, as you can see it's showing in my Active Accounts.

So, I will go back to Financials

and I will wait a couple of minutes

and then we'll see if my customer gets created.

OK, it's been a couple of minutes, so I am going to now go back to my Customer list

and see if my CRM customer is in Financials.

Yes, there it is, so you can see that the CRM Account does need to be set to a relationship type of Customer,

in order for it to get created over in Dynamics 365 for Financials.

The other, kind of tidbit, I wanted to just touch on is Items.

Your items will be created over into CRM as products,

however you first need to make sure that you synchronize your units of measure.

So, let's take a look at those things in CRM.

So, I'm gonna go over in CRM now

and we've been looking at Accounts

and because I have already had my CRM Connection Setup already done,

you saw that my Accounts were already synced up,

so let's go look at items and units of measure.

So if I go to Settings and Product Catalog.

As I mentioned, you first need to make sure

that your Units of Measure are synced over before you sync up your items,

because the units of measure have to exist before the items come over.

So as you can see, it syncs over as the NAV BOX, CAN, DAY,

these are all units of measure that came from Dynamics 365,

they are prefaced with NAV to signify that these came from Dynamics 365.

Also, there in Product Catalog, we have our Families & Products.

Here you can see my, I'll just go to Active Products.

In here, you'll see the swivel chair, the mobile pedestal,

the London, these are all products that came from our Dynamics 365 for Financials.

So, it works the same way, if you have things set up to sync automatically,

if they are already in Dynamics 365 for Financials, they will be created over here in Dynamics, ah CRM.

So, it will work exactly the same if we create one in 365 for Financials,

it will be created over into CRM and again if it doesn't,

you can go into Financials, I like to look at it in the list view,

but if it doesn't synchronize over to CRM,

you can click the Item and in the Item,

you can click the Synchronization Log and again it will tell you if it failed

and what went wrong, you click the Failed icon

or the Failed number to get to why it failed.

So, in this case it's a little different where you have to

go into the item to see the Synchronization log,

cause I don't see it on this regular page, so to check out the Synchronization Log,

you have to open the Item and then go to Synchronization Log,

but here you also see the Coupling,

where you can setup your coupling between your CRM product and a Financials product,

if they exist in both locations.

So, that concludes the synchronization piece, where to check for if something has failing,

why it won't synchronize and also just so you can see the synchronization

that goes across between the 2 applications.

We will have additional videos on synchronizing actual orders, invoices coming up,

but for this video we just wanted to touch on Customers and Items.

hey everybody and our resident mecha

expert, Chad hi there everyone. Alex do

you have any wish list things for macross

I do I mean my main wish would be for

them to just reanimate the SDF show oh

yeah! Oh like Yamato no I mean straight

just the animation, use the same voices,

same vocal tracks, same background music,

same sound effects, and because you can't

replace you know like some of the

classic stuff like Lynn Minmei and

because Hikaru Ichijo especially your Hikaru

Ichijo right you can't redo that guy

yeah no I don't really want to hear new

music from from the show but I think

they should just animate it I don't know

if you guys saw I think we talked about

this the patlabor reboot oh god yes yeah

the animation is it looks on amazing oh

my god it was it was a religious

experience almost it was so good yeah so

you see a lot of people saying like oh

if it was only like the pachinko

animation which I would be totally

against not that the pachinko animation

is bad for what it is but for a full-on

redo of the animation for the original

series it would have to be something

like the patlabor reboot that quality

yeah i agree yeah I like the pachinko

material for what it was but I just I

think people were just like really

really like fans are obviously very

excited to see like the original

characters and the original mecha

reanimated with modern animation

techniques and I admit I was as

much a fan of the pachinko production as

well it was fun time I loved I loved

that material it was it was so much fun

to see I don't think it's high quality

enough to to do a series no not at all

especially the mecha animation and i

also would want to see something like

what was done with patlabor where they

use that sort of level of accomplished

you know cg for you know the animation

quality and and and just the character

art of course it means a lot to me right

so i would i would definitely want to

see that level of quality for the

character and yeah would be would be

interesting a reanimation

certainly would it would help me sell

the show on people who have never

watched it before because as it stands

right now as much as I love, you know

super dimension fortress macross I

almost never introduced it to anybody

and I have it for a long long time let

me talking to probably 10-15 years

because it's just it's just too old

unless you're a fan of that era of

animation there's nothing wrong with

that though those are the only one

people who could really get into it at

that man it's just

it's too far behind you I remember for

the longest time whenever I was trying

to introduce any of my new friends into

anime i would use stuff like cowboy

bebop as their gateway drug so to speak

right and i find that even now today

that's actually getting a little old I

showed it to my roommate and he he liked

it he liked the movie better but yeah I

could I could tell the animation quality

just didn't have enough of a visual

punch compared to all of the other two

modern entertainment that we're used to

not just live action stuff I'm talking

about other animation as well right you

know and not just the pixar

are the DreamWorks films but other like

you know animated shows on television

why not yeah and next SDF is like one of

my favorite stories of all time not just

in anime is just I think just a one of

the greatest classic stories that's been

presented on TV or whatever yeah and I

think it deserves better animation and

you know we all know that they couldn't

do it at the time because of the budget

restrictions and everything but also

from a marketing standpoint I think they

don't have anything to lose I mean first

of all you know you're just reanimating

which is like the hardest thing of

course but they're reanimating the whole

thing and they don't have to spend so

much on I think they remastered

everything already as far as the vocal

tracks and all the you know sound

everything was yeah for the HD

releases and whatnot yeah it's already

been done yeah good done it's easy and

you know what's the best selling a

Valkyrie in the market it still to be VF-1

and for your em to ya reanimate that and

then have a new generation introduced to

the VF-1, the destroids, the sdf-1 yeah

yeah like them just remarketing the same

thing that they've been doing that you

know they could re release all the

arcadia Vakyries and maybe if you

know if it's a bigger hit now than then

they could lower the cost on those toys

and you know and then maybe have like

bigger line I mean right now everybody's

going crazy over the hi-metal R you

know over a show that was shown like 30

what six years ago 37 yeah you're you're

you're not wrong you're not wrong yeah

especially in this in the current

climate as well it's just like it's this

is a climate of

anime right now that caters to the fans in

a way that it's never you know it almost

never has before and I understand that

some people think that era is beginning

to pass and I'm sure it is nothing ever

stays the same now would mean if

new out now would be the time to do it

it'll be too late yeah I agree now would

be the time to do it and I think that

you're right in that production the

budget for a production like this would

be far reduced from like a full-blown

you know animation and what they

everything is done for you the editing

the storyboarding you know all the the

pre-production and everything like that

all the voice work in every it's all

done for you already like yeah you just

have to concentrate on the the animation

and you're getting that right and

everything was would be great if they

can do it with something like Yamato I

see no reason why macross couldn't

benefit for it or any of the other

classic shows you know like the the

Evangelion movies are pretty much a

modern attempt to retell the original

you know Neon Genesis Evangelion with

modern animation right I mean that

they're changing it up a bit and whatnot

but it's just so much of it like when I

went through those movies like so much

of it was very familiar they were

hitting a lot of the same beats you know

getting to the same points in the

stories and as the original television

series got the same sort of tone they're

editing it almost the same I think this

is definitely something that a lot of

fans have talked about you know,

reanimating the original series it's

come up again and again and I think yeah

that's also something that would be a

worthwhile macross production I'd be on

board for that and they could fix stuff

within like without changing like the

audio I mean there how far along are you

Celia I'm up to don't go

single digit on me you've been watching

this for oh hell no I'm trying to

remember the number but like it's after

Minmay wins miss Macross and like she

goes up in a plane with Hikaru and she

falls asleep and I just met her cousin

okay yeah I'm aware of what the

major plot points were after that

something with that um yeah that was

yeah yep because I interested you didn't

you're introduced to her cousin and he

looks like a douchebag I can already

tell he's not a great guy

he's just the biggest douchebag yeah he's

great though he's a great douchebag but

um these are fun is a fun character to

hate oh yeah it was great a good villain

yeah they could takes a lot of stuff

like that but they could totally

recoreograph the knife fight between Max

and Milia right yeah and a lot of

the the episodes that were done by star

pro and yeah those could really benefit

from a reanimation I don't know if

they could solve that problem with Focker's death

that spoiler Celia Focker dies oh I've

known about that this show is 35 years

old guys it's kind of hard I don't know

they could fix that but that'd be

something interesting if they even like

tried you know cuz everybody complained

about that like why did he go straight

to Claudia's house yeah but because he's

going to see the woman he loves

obviously yeah before he passes yeah the

things that I mean I get that and I love

that and I love the whole tragic part of

it but the thing where they screwed up

is they showed the those two guys the

ground crew guys kind of like reacting

to all the blood in the cockpit and I

think that's where everybody kind of

gets confused because if not if there

was that much blood in the cockpit then

you pretty much like how do you not

bleed all the way to Claudia's house

plus he also yeah how do you make it all

that way without being spotted yeah plus

he also managed to change clothes you

know yeah that there's stuff that they

could I've never really been bothered by

that it was just like it was it was more

to the character state of mind I mean he

didn't want to spend his he knew it was

over right at that point he didn't want

to spend the last moments of his life in

a hospital he wanted to spend them with

Claudia exactly I got that right now I do

like the SDF death more than the DYRL

everybody's always saying like oh that

one's better because it makes more sense

no I like it better on the SDF

absolutely yeah i like i like the SDF

version as well that's that's the far

superior version could you imagine how

cool Milia throwing her baby is going

to look in the updated animation thank

you like here

that would be legendary yeah just

everything like there's so many

sequences even that even the well

animated sequences that would be just

great to see in modern techniques like

millia's first appearance oh and she's

delivering the spies to the sdf-1

Macross and whatnot there's that whole

action sequence where she launches where

she gets involved in the fighting that's

taking place around the Macross and

everything like that to even her escape

and stuff you know I would love to see

it choreographed the same way but I

would adore to see it with new animation

techniques and effects I think that

would look just Oh gorgeous yeah the

combat scenes alone would be worth it yeah

yeah that's actually one thing that too

that I like I would want to stipulate as

well like when we're talking about a

reanimation I would want a lot of the

original action sequences or at least

the good one good ones you know which I

would want their choreography kept like

that that battle that fight like the one

where you know the episode where Focker

dies there they have a momentous battle

between Max and Millia and it is the

choreography in that even though the

animation isn't up to it the

choreography is incredible and the

editing of that action sequence it's one

of the best action sequences in all of

macross still to this day just because

of the way it's put together you know

the way that it would the way they

create the action and the tension and

the mentum and everything with it is

just incredible i watch that sequence

and I'm still blown away by it and they

have they have these interesting quick

cuts with some of the mecha as well

where they show just bits and pieces of

the mecha like at various stages while

they're maneuvering and everything and

it's just it's incredible an absolutely

accomplished piece of a animation and

I any sort of reanimating of that I

would want that kept I would want that

staging kept intact absolutely to

editing the staging everything I would

want those the choreography I would want

it all kept intact just using you know

just doing a modern update on it totally

cool so that's my pitch yeah SDF

re-animation

a worthy one if ever there was yeah

that's another thing that a lot of

people want you know they talked about

and I thought yes I thought it was just

me

but you know no that's been

something that's been oh that's that's

appeared over and over again in for like

a lot of years and then the macross that's

my specifics so you know the yeah the

anime fan community as well like I know

lots of people on like anime nation and

ann everything like that they've talked

about it over the years for sure it's

been a popular one absolutely yeah

because i think is for longtime fans we

all loved the original anime and we will

never get tired of watching it even if

it was reanimated i would still watch

the original anime that's how much of a

crazy fan i am but i think we also all

understand that yeah it's like it's it

was never one of the best animated show

as we ever watched you know even for the

time I mean I grew up on like the studio

the studio ghibli films one of my first

anime films I ever watched with Nausicaa

the valley of the wind right which is a

to this day it's a gorgeous yeah

animated movie right and that is very

very old and I love that movie it's just like

you know i would i would love for you

know for macross to have at least

you know some sort of the original

macross to have that kind of you know

quality to it at least or if not like

modern sort of quality and i would i

would definitely be on board for a

reanimation of the classic for sure oh

yeah i think i'd be down for it too

especially as we know that mikimoto art

looks really good in the modern

animation kabaneri of the iron

fortress yeah yes you know and he hasn't

done anything was macross the first

so when he's done with Kabaneri

season two he could work on this one

this reanimating you know would you

start over to a like you're in

the middle would you like say neither

was like we got to start all over again

no I would still finish it um yeah I

still finish mostly because like I think

there is some credit to seeing it in its

original format like because like the

Yamato reboot for example was yamato

2199 because i haven't seen the original

yamato or Star Blazers and but Craig has

them when we review

for reanimated you know he was able to

point out some of the differences and

how they applied some of those

differences was good in the remake but

it's not exactly the same as the

original and that you know sometimes

that happens when you have the reboots

and sometimes it's for it works out

really well like in Yamato 2199 you have

a female pilot that I can't I remember

her name now but she ends up being a

replacement for a pilot was originally

male in the original Yamato if i remember

correctly like it was her brother or

something but it worked out really well

for the for the reboot you know so some

things don't carry over a hundred

percent but with sometimes it works out

for the better of the show so I think it

all really just depends on how they

would handle it there are some things

like you know changing the choreography

for some things that really weren't is

weren't is great the first time around

or like maybe like one of the sequences

that sticks out in my mind is when they

reuse the same animation loop for the

Valkyries flying in and like I think

episode 4 or 5 they're like you could

tell that they reused the same like cell

like same cells for that sequence until

Roy's plane comes in and they had to

paint his you know skull squadron stuff

on last so because they couldn't reuse

it after that you know so so some of

those things I think the reboot was

really nice for for fixing and just

bringing like a an updated freshness to

really Mikimoto's art like that's one of

my favorite things about the original is

Mikimoto's character designs and

his artwork in the original series yeah

I agree I agree very much so they'd have

to keep that character art intact it's

it's as much macross as anything else

any other part of macross the original

well i'm glad you guys are along for

the ride hopefully that's something that

they consider and consider soon like we

mentioned you know it's now or never

well yeah it's definitely does not never

but yeah it would be it would be most

appropriate you know in this in the

current era for sure let's close it out

There have been speculations over what role will she play in the royal house if she marries

Harry and she has already been compared to Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

However, what many may not know is that she shares a common trait with Harry�s late

mother Princess Diana charity work.

According to a 2016 "Create & Cultivate" conference footage, released Thursday on Entertainment

Tonight (ET), Markle spoke about her humanitarian work with the United Nations Women organization

and World Vision.

�I think being able to give back and do any sort of humanitarian work will make your

life feel a lot more balanced, because you realize where your priorities should be,�

Markle said at the October conference in Atlanta.

The 35 year old travelled to Rwanda last year for a field mission and also to India to work

with a women�s program.

Diana was also known for her humanitarian work and headed or patronized over 100 charities.

Markle also hinted at her relationship with 32 year old Harry during the conference while

speaking about her experience filming for �Suits� in Canada.

She was also seen wearing a bracelet on her left hand similar to the one Harry has been

seen sporting.

�I flew in from London; I�m leaving here to fly back to Toronto, because we�re still

filming,� she said.

At the time of the conference, Markle and Harry were only speculated to be dating.

It was only in early November that their relationship was confirmed by Kensington Palace.

Harry is reported to have introduced the actress to Prince William and Middleton.

There have also been reports that Markle is planning to quit �Suits� to spend more

time with her boyfriend in London.

Although she has not addressed the reports yet, she did, in the past, say that she would

not stop working.

�I�ve never wanted to be a lady who lunches.

I�ve always wanted to be a woman who works,� she said, according to a November 2016 report

by Vogue.

Five Strategies for Failing with Data (A. Michael Berman) - Duration: 4:24.

Well good morning. It's a pleasure to join you

to share with you my five ways that you

can fail with data.

Your first step in

your process of failing with data --

and by the way the great thing about it

is if you master these five techniques

you can fail with any project on campus --

The first thing I recommend is setting unclear goals.

It takes a lot of work to set clear goals

you've got to talk to people

you've got to listen to them

sometimes you have to compromise.

It's way more democratic to let everyone set

their own goals and the great thing

about it then is than everyone can have

their own criteria for success which

guarantees that whatever you do almost

everyone is going to think you're a failure.

Second I recommend you avoid executive support.

You see this guy out on the tightrope?

the slightest little breeze is going to knock him over.

He's got nowhere to go but down.

And that can be you on a campus.

Going out and getting executive support

takes a lot of work.

You've got to go to busy executives,

get on their calendar,

spend time talking to them in the terms that they understand,

listening to them and understanding what

they expect.

Who's got time for that?

If you get out there on your own without

executive support you can succeed or

fail on your own. Will you make it

across to the other side? probably not

but it's a heck of a lot of fun while

you're out there on that wire.

The next step I recommend is make the project all

about technology because everyone wants

to hear your acronyms I mean

if everyone on campus doesn't already know what ETL

means just drill them until they know

because that's what really matters.

You know we can talk about outcomes all we

want like improving student success or

keeping the feds from auditing you and

taking back all that grant money.

I mean that's not your problem! We're here to

process the data, to get it through the system.

Let's stay in the back room

focus on the technology of what we do

best and not really worry about all

these soft outcomes that people want.

Let's just deal with the technology.

That's the fun part.

That's what's going to get the job done

But when we talk about communicating

you know sometimes just not

communicating at all is a better strategy.

You know you can talk about the tech

and you can make people's eyes glaze over

but even that takes a lot of time.

And we've got a lot of work to do let's face it.

So I recommend that instead of having a poor

communication strategy you just have no

communication strategy at all.

And it's going to save you a lot of time,

it's going to save a lot of second-guessing.

People are not going to question what

you do because they won't know what you're doing.

Stay in the back room.

Don't communicate.

One of my strategies that I've personally found extremely successful in

assuring failure.

And success through failure is what I'm about.

Now you might try all these things and you might still

have some successes despite yourself,

so my next suggestion is

whatever you do, don't celebrate your successes.

I mean, it's a nice idea to you know have a party

and get everyone together but come on,

people are getting paid, you know?

They don't need all these extra benefits.

And it takes time.

You're going to pull people away from their work

to celebrate what? You know, come on.

Get back to work you got a lot to do.

So if you follow these five strategies diligently

I can tell you from personal experience

because I have to admit I've used every

one of them at one time or another.

You can drive your project into the ground.

And that will prevent you from getting

more work to do because you can keep

working on this death march project

for the rest of your career

and never get anywhere.

So I want to thank you.

because I figure if there's one thing I

could fail at its doing that so thank

HeatherAsh Amara - The Four Agreements - Duration: 5:46.

Hello, today we're here with HeatherAsh Amara and we're going to be talking about The Four

Agreements.

Let's start off with a simple question.

What are The Four Agreements?

The Four Agreements are from a book by Don Miguel Ruiz.

The first agreement is be impeccable with your work.

Second agreement, don't take anything personally.

Third agreement, don't make any assumptions.

And the fourth agreement is to always do your best.

What is an agreement?

An agreement is something that we say yes to.

So, there are conscious agreements and unconscious agreement.

An example of a conscious agreement is "I will at this job for this many hours, for

this much pay."

And the truth is we make very few conscious agreements in our life.

Most of the agreements that we have in our life are unconscious agreements.

I think about it as an iceberg.

The tip of the iceberg is the conscious agreements, and underneath is the unconscious agreements

which have a lot of power because they're usually attached to a motion.

So, what we are learning to do with The Four Agreements is to create four new conscious

agreements that we start to use.

And what they do is they help us to break the unconscious agreements.

So, this Four Agreements, when you apply them to your life, how do they create change?

Breaking these old agreements, what happens?

I like to think about it this way, is that whenever we want to create change in our life,

we set an intent and we actually are setting a new agreement.

So, many people read The Four Agreements and they take the second agreement seems to be

very popular, don't take anything personally.

Because you can feel, if I just didn't take anything personally, my life would be so different.

So, people say, "Okay, I am never ever going to take anything personally again."

And then they walk out the front door, and of course what happens within 10 minutes?

You take something personally.

But now, you're aware that you just swore you'd never take something personally again,

and now you're taking it personally.

So, what we do next is usually judge ourselves.

What we want to learn to do with The Four Agreements is to use them knowing that the

moment you say I'm going to practice not taking anything personally, what you're probably

going to see is the places you are taking things personally.

And that will then help you to undo the old agreement that's underneath that.

So, it's a way to help us explore to a new moral code, to help to guide us in our lives.

How did you start working with The Four Agreements?

I actually had a dream about Don Miguel Ruiz, who's the author.

And I met Miguel before there was a book.

He was teaching The Four Agreements at that time.

But it was many years before the book came out.

And I was really blessed to meet him right before he took on a group of apprentices.

And so, I then studied intensely with him for the next six years, meeting with him every

month, travelling around the world with him.

And then in 2000, he made the decision to disband our group.

And while I continue to travel with him, I started teaching with him, I went on to found

an organization called the Toltec Center of Creative Intent.

That was my desire to take what I'd learned and bring it to people in a new way.

And that had been Miguel's request.

He had said, "Everyone, go and make the teachings your own."

And that was a really huge gift, is to really explore how could I take The Four Agreements

and not keep them as just concepts, but embody them in my life.

That's been quite a journey huh?

It's been quite the journey.

Yes.

Did The Four Agreements give us any kind of meditation practice that you would recommend

or awareness practice?

There are great awareness practice and they're also a beautiful thing to take into meditation.

One of the things that I love is this idea of asking better questions.

We ask ourselves questions in such like, "Why am I taking this personally?

What's wrong with me?

Why haven't I changed this?"

And those are not healing-helpful questions.

So, to shift the question of "How can I support myself in not taking this personally?

What's the agreement behind this reaction that I'm having?"

It's the tone of the voice we're using with our questions.

And so, in meditation, we can sit and get quiet and drop that question into our mind,

into our being.

"How can I not take anything personally?

From this gentle place.

And then as we're moving in the world, what I to do with The Four Agreements is if I have

a reaction towards something, or if I go into fear, or if my mind is really busy, I'll stop

and I'll ask myself which agreement are you going against right now, which one are you

not honoring.

And I'll see, "Oh, I'm trying to do more than my best" or "Oh, I just made an assumption."

And then with that judgment, I can course correct.

Wow.
