to the garden come on you must have to
pursue them on you can who's that easy
opening we're going to go to the garden
we're going to build a kind of a
terrorist thing out of your palates
moves and stuff like this so we're going
to pick up some shallots first and then
we're going to lay it down under the
grass right down the glass put some wood
over it and we have like in a bargain
kind of like a patio kind of a thing
that we can put a table on and chairs
that's the plan taking the kids and ya
might do a time lapse for you guys of
how we build it hey good ID here we go
with time right ok I'm just having a
move over there just having dinner don't
talk with a full mouth am I got a
lollipop stones right show us your
lollipop well let it pop I just came off

patio I feel like a big game all day
long
all day long uh-huh so song by them we
built the wrong ok can you saw the video
so we built that thingy in the middle of
garden so next week we most likely will
get furniture for it garden furniture so
that would be kind of cool and we'll
have that during the summertime ok
really building it don't air your word
give me a word i'll sing a song come on
so it's march go do it on large and we
already finished the patio so it's kind
of cool i'm still going to be cold
weather but definitely done for the
summer so that was that now just having
some Chinese food Thai curry like my
Thai curry punk we're after and then
homology can always have too much that
was the weekend for saturday for now but
nothing special for tomorrow Oh your mom
said the film is already in your dish Oh

there and or she hasn't gone that
dramatic good movie though tombstone

was so excited that I watched it it's
like I sing a 10 minute music video by
Guns and Roses what your watch too much

roses november rain oh yeah it's like
the longest song ever in the charts in
the US he made me watch it well if I
fell asleep and then there wasn't that
the greatest movie ever yeah I'm gonna
link it right and check where am I
linking I always I think where am I
thinking humbly here or here all right
i'll link it check it out it's really
good i'll give you some facts about it
Axl Rose wrote it 10 years before he
released it so it was really
I think 92 he wrote it in 82 it wasn't
quite done but he wrote that song
actually actuals the singer of governor
roses the video was done in LA in an
operator come on it's about hears about
that there there used to be a show on I
think MTV where they would show music
videos and they would slash in these
these facts about the music video who
done it where it was filmed stuff that
happens in it is the first time that in
a music video they used as a helicopter
and now they would use a drone but these
day let's check it out just check out
the video you're going to love it
believe me don't listen to my ten year
younger wife who doesn't know music from
the 80's rock and roll base comes roses

Baking Soda Mouthwash (Teeth Whitening) - Duration: 2:56.
The benefits of using baking soda in the mouth, and a simple recipe for teeth whitening at
home.
1. Nowadays there are many products available to whiten the teeth and clean the mouth however
many of these contain harmful chemicals and additives.
2. Baking soda has been used since ancient times as a natural remedy for all kinds of
health problems. 3. It is known for its anti-bacterial properties.
This can help to clear tartar from the teeth and destroy plaque.
4. It is also a mild natural bleach which will whiten the teeth when used as a mouthwash,
or added to toothpaste. 5. Hydrogen peroxide is also a natural liquid
which can be purchased easily online. This helps to whiten the teeth more quickly and
can be used with today's recipe. 6. The following recipe should be used twice
per week for the best results.
You Will Need
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon Salt
250ml of Hydrogen Peroxide (3 Percent Solution) 250ml Warm Water
Toothpicks Toothbrush
Method:
Firstly mix the baking soda and salt with a drop of warm water. Dip your toothbrush
in this and brush the teeth well for 3 minutes. Be sure to brush each and every tooth.
Next, mix the hydrogen peroxide and warm water and use this as a mouthwash. Be sure to pull
the liquid through the teeth and swish around the mouth for 1-2 minutes and then spit this
out. Do not swallow the liquid.
Finally use the toothpicks to remove any remaining plaque or tartar in the teeth as a final touch
up.
7. You will soon begin to notice your teeth becoming healthier, and whiter in no time
8. Be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day to maintain good oral health, and prevent
cavities. 9. You can also use ground egg shells to make
a slightly more abrasive toothpaste. I recommend taking a daily multivitamin to keep the teeth
strong. 10. You can also use crushed egg shell to
make a slightly more abrasive toothpaste, and be sure to take a daily supplement of
vitamin K to prevent cavities. 11. To learn more about natural remedies and

Tips For Writing A Book - Setting A Goal To Write A Book - Duration: 7:52.
so i just want to talk real quick
there is a worksheet if you downloaded it
oh sorry that's like if you're on my
newsletter list you are a got this if you
are not on my newsletter list you can
sign up by going to Jodi Brandon
editorial / join and that will be doing
email list and will also get you this
worksheet about smart goals and book writing
I'm sure you heard of SMART goals specific
measurable achievable time-bound of
relevance and time bound so we're
gonna get through talk about how that
applies or can apply the book writing
everybody does a lot of goal setting is
being in the year a lot of people say
they want to write a book
so we're going to sort of melted through
those together a little bit talk about
that i just wrote books today so let's
say you have a goal and what you want to
do first is just write it down as write
down how it looks on your head right now
if that's right a book is that getting
shade at whatever it is just the general
goal as it is so i'm going to use
obviously is available the general
writing books so that we can walk
through what that looks like when you
make a smart old so I another good one
for this example would be to scale your
business because a lot of people use the
book as the tools and skills of it so
the specific so say you're going to
write a book
totally not specific that's not going to
there's no urgency to get that done with
with that general so you want to make it
specific i want to write a book by two
dozen expensive 615 or I want to write a
book in 2017 or what I want to publish a
book by the end of 2017 you want to put
a time frame on it so that it you know
when you know when it's going to happen
talk about that again when timeout but
that also part of being specific with it
so next is measurable the M is smart
how are you gonna know when you've
accomplished cool is that you have a
bound book in your hands
is it your book is written and with an
editor I would fit you know I mean
obviously the big one for book-running
would be it is bound book in your hand
or you know the book on your kindle
someone can come by or you know I've had
clients when they do this exercise say
that it's measurable in may after they
received their first loyalty direct
deposit from amazon so it's really you
know it could be any of those things
the important things that have some sort
of measurable elements to it so that you
can you know trackers exact some people
like to set the measurable even for the
actual process itself like not write the
book but you know right chapter one and
you know and then chapter one is written
that the measurable chapter two is
written that memorable measurable old
the research is done at the measurable
so it depends on how deep you want to
dive in for the process but for the
general goal you know when I have a
finished book that i know that i'm
reading my book so this is achievable is
achievable yes or no I think there's a
little work to it than that
so I would say if i would if i wasn't
write a book in 2017 we talked earlier
another lunch and learn earlier this
year about non-negotiable days and
events and those sorts of things so you
want to take all of that into
consideration what do you have coming up
this year are you watching a bit course
this year are you having beaten here are
you moving an elderly relative into your
home this year are you planning to take
a sabbatical love you know four to six
weeks this year those sort of bigger
things that day today you know tasks and
use and everyday things that we go with
our business use those all need to be
taken into consideration is
if you're going to do that if you want
to write a book this year by the
under-17 and you're doing one of those
other you know sort of big things
something's gotta give somewhere so it
might be achievable but it might not be
achievable in 2070
so you want to answer that one honestly
otherwise you're gonna be you know a lot
when when push comes to shove down the
road so is it relevant
yes or no if your goal is to feel your
business than writing a book and
relevant yes if your goal is to become
to grow your lips and grow your platform
and yes the book is writing look is a
relevant goal but that's what you want
to make sure that whatever you're doing
whatever your goal is fit into you know
you're bigger your bigger plan for this
year for your five-year plan for your
10-year plan is for your plan however
you know far ahead you you plan and you
look you want to make sure that you're
not just reading a book because other
people are reading a book or you know
what so-and-so is doing that so I think
all welcome back to you don't want to do
that range looking too much work and
effort and marketing books too much work
and effort to just do it because someone
else do you want to make sure you have
you know a real legit reason for doing
it and it fits in with you are you're
bigger and bigger plans for you and for
your business so an Alaskan is
time-bound you don't give yourself a
deadline and that deadline is not you
know someday but we talked about with a
specific at the beginning you know I
want to write a book by the empty or i
would have managed written by the end of
april done 17 and then break it that i'm
going to write chapter one behind this
state i'm going to write chapter 2 by
the state chapter 3 by the state and
future using yourself on on target that
way the more baby you are i think as you
think about you know smar piece the best
measurable attainable in order to excuse
me
realistic relevant or time-bound the
more specific and concrete you are when
your identity
I need your worksheet the more likely
they are happened and he just like
golden goal that you write them down or
I don't know that you promised
I'm sure so if you write your bolt down
there s % more likely to happen
same thing here you're writing down what
you want to write them down in a really
specific and concrete way to make them
much more likely to happen so that
bottom of that worksheet there once
you've gone through the s-m-r-t you're
rewriting the goal from the top
you're rewriting it out of smart goal
that's really I mean that folder is to
it i mean smart goals are really good
apply to anything i find it all the
goals I might not be the year and then
try to make them in the SMART goal so
that i can keep myself on track and I am
your bonnet it's easier to check in on
yourself that way to get like a real
answer and shifter on target or not you
know if you write a book about your goal
list this year and now it's the middle
of everywhere eee and you say hey I work
on that book at oh yeah I thought about
it so you can convince yourself that now
you're on track but if you have specific
you know the old written down with time
attachments and deadlines attached to
them then you'll be able to see really
oh I'm everywhere I should have been at
this point and i'm only at this point
better you know probably a little bit so
so that's it for today thank you for
joining

How To Prepare For The Passover Seder - Rabbi Fohrman - Duration: 14:26.
Hey everybody, Rabbi Fohrman here.
So, if you're like me,
every year you probably set aside a little bit of time before Pesach
to look over the Haggadah –
you wanna have something to share with your guests or your family
about the Haggadah when the Seder night finally arrives.
The good news is that you can count your video-watching-time right now
as part of that "Seder Prep".
But I am going to tell you, right off the bat, that –
to paraphrase Mah Nishtanah -
this Seder Preparation will be a little bit different
this year than all other years.
Because, typically, you know, what do you sort of do
when you look to prepare for the Seder?
Well, you know, think of what Divrei Torah at the Seder often look like.
They tend to be very particular, very local.
Often, you look at an isolated bit of the Seder –
say, the Four Sons, or that little story with Rabbi Akiva and the Sages
sitting around the table in B'nei Brak –
and you try to find some little nugget of inspiration
that you can share around the table
about that particular part of the Seder.
So, what kind of a Seder ends up evolving out of that?
Well, maybe something along these lines:
Kadesh! Alright, everyone gather around for Kiddush.
And you know, kiddush, it feels all very nice and communal,
we all gather and listen to the sonorous melody of Kiddush
and drink our wine.
We eat that little bit of parsley or potato dipped in salt water,
break that Matzah and show it around,
and listen to little Jimmy or little Debbie,
little Beryl and little Chanie,
standing on the chair,
tenuously reciting the four questions as best he or she can from memory.
In Yiddish, sometimes. Or in English.
Or Sanskrit – or whatever; but you get the point.
And then?
And then you get to sing a song.
Avadim Hayinu, Hayinu… Songs are fun.
Little Chanie wants to put on a skit with her cousins
about those Rabbis in B'nei Brak.
Everyone watches and claps.
And then one of the kids has a question:
Daddy, how come the wise son's question sounds so much like the wicked son's?
Good question, Beryl, let's talk about it.
Before you know it, another song:
V'hi She'amda, V'hi She'amdah, lavoteinu velanu…
And then, you know, you put the wine cup down and so it goes.
Until you get to the hard part.
The hard part are those really difficult to follow paragraphs a bit later on in Maggid.
At that point, things often devolve into what I call
a "mumble-mumble-stop" routine.
You know, everyone kind of mumbles a few paragraphs to themselves,
then, stop! Dvar Torah…
then: mumble mumble mumble some more - and then you got to a song.
Mumble mumble some more. Soon people start getting tired,
and so you pick up the pace… mumble mumble - song!
mumble mumble - d'var Torah! mumble mumble - song!
And finally: mumble mumble - Dayenu!
Yay, we've made it through maggid!
You chomp your way through Matzah, marror and arrive gratefully at
Shulchan Orech - the Matza Ball Soup and Brisket.
Things are good now.
It's all very sweet. It really is.
But here's the issue:
When you sort of mumble your way through difficult paragraphs,
you sort of lose the larger picture.
You can end up having an entire "mumble mumble stop" Seder
without actually understanding what you're actually saying.
And when I say that you won't have a basic understanding of what you're saying,
I don't mean you won't be able to translate any given word,
phrase or even a sentence. You will.
But what you'll be missing is an understanding
of how it all hangs together; how does line A lead to line B?
How does paragraph C connect to paragraph D?
And that stuff's important.
You know, you read an article in the New York Times or some other newspaper –
what do you do when you read the article?
Consciously or not, your brain asks:
What is that first paragraph doing, what's it talking about?
And how does it connect to the second paragraph?
And you keep on reading the article that way
and those are the questions you ask.
But imagine you were reading that article, and...
you couldn't make heads or tails of how one idea led to the next –
but then, instead of trying to figure that out,
you say to the person next to you and you say:
"Hey! Did you notice that it says
'because' in this paragraph not once, but twice?
Let me tell you a fascinating idea I once learned about that…"
That sounds kind of absurd, right?
So let's not do this with the Haggadah.
I mean, I grant you, when it comes to the Haggadah,
reading comprehension is harder than it is with the NY Times.
The Haggadah is a rabbinic text that's many centuries old,
written in the style of – and about the same time as -
a piece of Baraita, or Talmud.
And these texts aren't meant to just be read,
they're meant to be studied.
And the way you study such texts,
is really to focus on the main things that
any of us focus on subconsciously when you read the newspaper:
For each paragraph, you ask: What was that paragraph about?
What was its main point; what was its purpose?
And then, you ask yourself:
How does this paragraph connect to the paragraphs around it?
The paragraph before it, and the paragraph after it?
What's the flow here?
In the videos that follow,
we are going to do exactly this with the text of the Haggadah.
Dive in with me, and let's begin to look at the main part of the Haggadah,
that section known as Maggid:
Maggid. This word literally means "retelling a story".
This, supposedly, is the part of the Haggadah
dedicated to actually retelling the Exodus story.
But look how it begins.
Ha lachma anya:
This is the bread of affliction; poor man's bread,
the bread we used to eat in Egypt.
This is the part where we hold up the matzah for everybody to see
and we explain what it is.
What's the main point of this paragraph?
Well, we seem to be quite literally pointing to,
and explaining, a central symbol of the Seder that is about to unfold:
Here is the matzah, and here's what it means.
All right, that's great. But,
let's ask ourselves a reading comprehension question:
What's this doing here?
We are supposed to be telling a story, right?
Pointing at Matzah doesn't seem to be telling a story.
But maybe we are beginning a story, in a certain kind of way.
We are pointing to a concrete thing – a food –
that will tell the story to come not just in words,
but in flavors and textures.
The matzah is setting the tone, the flavor, if you will,
for the story to come.
So, maybe it is a reasonable way to begin the Seder.
All right,
The next paragraph is ma nishtana, four questions
in which a child remarks on how
very different this night seems from others during the year.
How is this paragraph connected to the last one?
Well, we just held up the matzah,
we called everybody's attention to one of the main symbols of the night.
And, our children notice that there's something out of the ordinary going on tonight,
they want to understand.
In a sense, these questions create the opportunity for a story –
a story that we will soon tell.
All right, so Mah Nishtanah isn't yet the story,
but it is a precursor to it.
The story we tell is going to be couched as an answer to a set of questions.
This question and answer format is a pedagogical model
that the Rabbis lay out in the Talmud.
We, as parents, have an obligation
to tell the story of the Exodus to our kids.
But the Rabbis knew that the best way to engage children
is to first give them the opportunity to ask their own questions.
So this paragraph is giving the children a chance to do just that –
helping them get engaged in the story we're about to tell.
All right, let's move on, the next paragraph is avadim hayinu:
We were slaves to Pharaoh in Egypt, and God took us out of there.
Wait a minute, this seems like a story!
Has Maggid, the story-telling part of the Haggadah,
really, finally, begun?
Well, in a sense it has.
When we say that one sentence –
we have, in essence, just told the entire story:
We were once slaves, now we're free.
So, you might be thinking… if we've gone and done it already –
if that's the story – well, we have finished our business!
Let's close up shop and bring out the soup and brisket:
Let the meal begin!
Why don't we do that?
Well, maybe the rest of the paragraph here
is actually explaining why we don't do just that:
the next thing we say in the Haggadah is,
Had God not taken us out, we'd still be in Egypt.
In other words: these events that happened so long ago,
they're not just bygone events in history,
mere curiosities of times past –
they have profound consequences
for you and me sitting right here right now.
If it were not for the Exodus,
Israel as an independent nation would never have come to be.
We would have been a perpetual class of slaves –
and eventually, we'd have probably assimilated into the host culture.
You and I would never be sitting here today
had the Exodus not happened. And therefore…
and therefore, we need to do more than perfunctorily dispense with the story.
It's not enough to just summarize the Exodus story in a line,
and move on to the meal.
No, no matter how knowledgeable or wise we all are,
no matter how many times we've heard this story before,
we need to elaborate on it, flesh it out; make it come alive.
We need to delve into this story,
cuz it's this story that changed everything for us.
The author of the Haggadah is providing a rationale
for what comes next - a reason
why the meal won't be coming yet for another few hours.
In other words: This paragraph is really the beginning of a meta-story:
A story about the telling of the Exodus story.
Here's why we do things this way, little Jimmy and little Debbie.
We are learning why the story is important,
and why we're going to spend a lot of time telling it.
So what happens next?
Do we start telling the exodus story now?
Well, no, actually we don't.
The next paragraphs actually continue the "meta-story".
They continue to talk about telling the Exodus story.
We get a little episode about some Sages from the Talmud,
in Bnei Brak, who told the Exodus story on Seder Night
in so much depth and detail that they stayed up all night doing it.
And, that paragraph is really just illustrating the last point, right?
That no matter how much you know,
you just have to lose yourself in the telling of the Exodus story.
It has to be all-encompassing.
The "meta-story" continues with the next paragraph in the Haggadah,
the "Four Sons".
You see, if the previous paragraph told us how much to tell the Exodus story,
this next paragraph tells us how to tell the story.
Cuz, the Rabbis noticed that the Torah
tells you not once but four different times
that you have to tell the Exodus story to your kids.
From there, they drew the idea
that there are actually four different ways to tell the story –
the story needs to be tailored to the needs of the listener,
to the needs of each kid.
In all of these paragraphs, for that matter, the ones that follow –
we are not yet getting to the actual story of the Exodus –
we are telling the meta-story;
we are being given pointers as to how to tell the exodus story.
We don't have anything that really sounds
like an Exodus story in the Haggadah, until we get to these words:
"Metchila ovdei avodah zara hayu avoteinu…"
Once upon a time, our ancestors were idol worshippers…
Well, that's a proper way to start a story –
quite literally with a "once upon a time".
And in fact, the Exodus story really does begin at this moment,
at least in a way.
Yeah, we're starting from all the way in the beginning,
even before Abraham, and
there are still some confusing paragraphs in the Haggadah beyond this point,
but it seems fair to say: The meta-story is now over,
and an actual story is beginning.
This is where the action really begins.
So, as you sit down to the Seder this year,
keep your eye on the ball.
Until now, we talked about how important it is to retell the Exodus,
how much we have to retell it, how we have to retell it,
when we have to retell it – but we haven't yet actually retold it.
Until right here. This is the beginning.
So how does that affect you?
Well, at your Seder,
it is easy to entertain lots of questions and divrei Torah
about these introductory pieces –
why Rabbi Elazar ben Azaryah's beard was so white
when he was only 18 years old, and all that...
but there is a price to pay for these indulgences.
You get up to this point where we're at now,
"Metchila ovdei avodah zara hayu avotein" – and,
by now, the kids are getting restless, the guests are hungry,
and in front of you there's this dense and intimidating section
of Rabbinical analysis.
So if you're not careful, it's "Come on folks,
we've got an afikoman to eat by midnight, let's move!"
My advice: Try not to fall into that trap.
Say fewer divrei Torah on the introductory parts,
and make sure you get up to here,
fully awake and ready to go.
Because remember: The story starts here.
Don't let it pass you by.
In the next videos of this course,
we're going to tackle the next paragraphs of the Haggadah.
They are some of the hardest to understand in the Haggadah.
It is not easy to figure out exactly how they hang together,
or what story they are meant to tell.
But if we can piece together their puzzle,
we will find ourselves richly rewarded.
We will get an inside look at the Exodus story,
as the rabbis beckoned us to see it.
We will, I daresay, begin to see
a side of the Exodus story that we never imagined existed before.

NPS requests more information ahead of bailout support decision for Daewoo Shipbuilding - Duration: 2:37.
Another massive bailout scheme is on the table for one of Korea's biggest shipbuilders.
But whether they will get the financial help they need depends largely on one of its biggest
bondholders -- the National Pension Service.
Oh Soo-young updates us on efforts to revive the sector that was once a key engine of the
nation's economy.
Will the world's second-largest shipbuilder be granted another lifeline?
The National Pension Service has requested more information from Daewoo Shipbuilding
and Marine Engineering,... ahead of a meeting on Friday where it will discuss whether or
not to partake in a bailout scheme.
The six-billion dollar rescue package is largely backed by the state-run Korea Development
Bank- - the company's biggest shareholder and creditor.
Its success largely relies on securing an agreement from other corporate bondholders
on debt-to-equity swaps and rollovers.
The proposal suggests out of a total of 3-point-4 billion dollars in debt, 2-point-6 billion
be converted into debt-to-equity swaps with a ratio of 50 or 80 percent.
The rest would be given a grace period of three to five years.
All eyes are on the National Pension Service--Daewoo's biggest bondholder.
It holds 43 percent of corporate bonds maturing next month... worth around 170 million U.S.
dollars.
Watchers believe the agency will likely go ahead with the plan,... considering past investments
as sunk costs,... but it is expected to tread lightly.
"NPS is feeling the heat,... due to the Samsung merger scandal where the final decision was
reached without following principles and was affected by external influence.
So, if it takes the initiative to unveil its transparent decision-making process in this
case, it would help dispel public distrust of the pension service.
Requiring extra data from Daewoo can be seen as a part of that effort."
Daewoo is currently the world's second largest shipbuilder by revenue,... but due to the
fall in global demand for vessels coupled with
other industry-wide difficulties,... the company's finances are barely keeping afloat.
It has already received three-point-six-eight billion dollars in a rescue plan in 2015 but
has failed to beat its liquidity crisis.
Without the latest bailout scheme, it will not be able to pay back the 395 million dollars
worth of bonds set to mature on April 21st.
Daewoo Shipbuilding's creditors will sit down mid-April to discuss the debt-to-equity swap
and rollover plan.
If the proposal falls through, the company will likely have no choice but to enter court
receivership."

Stools Across America | Sean's House starring Sean Cullen | Episode 6 - Duration: 2:36.
Hi, I'm Sean Cullen.
Did you know that hundreds of baby elephants are fired out
of a giant cannon every year in Kenya and
the number is growing.
Please give generously to catch those
baby elephants, a nonprofit organization
that's building an enormous catcher's
mitt in Rwanda. Please give generously,
because the next elephant you catch, may be your own.
Hi, my name is Sean.
Hi, I'm Sean Cullen, and welcome back to
my interview series with inanimate
objects
unfortunately today we couldn't to get one.
Sean, it's me the chair, I'm your guest.
You're my guest?
Yeah. Oh!
Well, you know, you, forgive me for overlooking you but
I mean I think that's historically been
overlooked.
Well, yeah we have been but we've always
been there we've always been very supportive.
I understand and who's
the most difficult ass to support?
Historically? Benjamin Franklin really
had a punishing ass, he used to eat a lot of
beans before every congress meeting just
to put his opponents on the wrong foot.
Wow. What's your attitude towards stools?
Uh well Keith Richards took a dump on me once.
No, not that kind of stool.
Oh stools, yes.
Historically we know we wouldn't be here
today without stools but most chairs
sort of look at stools as mentally
challenged chairs.
Wow, that must be really difficult thing
to deal with.
Meh, it is.
So is that why you're doing Stools Across America?
Yes, wer'e doing Stools Across America because we want to
give back and put every back on a stool
by 2019.
Wow, that's incredible. Well, hopefully the
current administration will support that.
Leg's crossed!
Yep.
You know, when I was still alive people were always writing songs
about love.
That's true.
No one writes songs about hate though.
Hmm.
You're right.
I wish you'd die tomorrow screaming
in a pile of your own blood.
With manure smeared on your face.
As you're trampled by my uncle Doug.
That was Sean's House, thanks for coming.
