Hi everyone!
Do you wanna know how to make this really fun activity gym for your cat ?
Me and Rags have a tutorial this week for you for this activity gym that we think your cat will absolutely love!
Ok, so all you need is for your DIY cat activity gym is a hula hoop, some fabric of your choice
A selection of cat toys that can be hung up using either ribbon
Or thick wool, a good pair of sciccors
And a big chunk of foam
Which we are going to be using for the bottom of gym
And to put it all together either a hot glue gun, a good fabric glue
Or if you are a clover plugs, unlike me, you can sew it
I'm not very good at sewing so I'm gonna go with hot glue gun
Ok, so the first thing you wanna do is take your hula hoop and cut it in to two separate semi circles
Ok, so after cutting your hoola hoop want you want to do is take your foam and measure out how much you need
By using the two halve of hula hoop
Once you've marked it out go ahead with your scissors and cut out where you have marked
So once you've marked out your foam, put it on to the fabric that you have and mark out where it is
Just so that you've got enough fabric to cover it up just to make it look a bit nicer
And then again, take these scissors - cut it out
Ok, so once you cut that out, I'm going to use hot glue gun, but if you are a lot more clever than me
You can
Sew it on
So just attach the fabric to your foam
Next take your two halves of a hula hoop
And if you want you can leave them plain,
But what I'm going to do is get some more of this fabric and wrap it around the hula hoops halves
So that they match
Ok so now we have our two halves of the hula hoops that are covered in the same fabric as the base
Ok, so now's the time to attach the hula hoops to the base
Now now get some of the off cuts of your fabric
Line it up with the corner of the foam and then cut out a little triangle, like this along here
Do that for each corner of your base
Ok, then you wanna take your little triangles and attach them on two sides to your base
Ok, so what we have here is four pockets
At the each corner of your base
And so take your two halves of hula hoop and just slot them in
Ok, so here we go! It is slotted in!
You can glue them down if you want - it will probably make it a little bit more secure
Ok, so they are now attached at each corner, but to make it more secure
Attach the two hula hoop halves together using ribbon or strong wool
Now to attach these take your ribbon or your wool and just tighten
On to the crossed hula hoops
Ok and here is our finished cat activity gym!
Thanks for watching guys, I really hope that you enjoy the video!

Most Effective Herbal Remedies for Ulcerative Colitis Cure - Real Testimonial - Duration: 4:26.
Greetings, sir! I welcome you to Planet Ayurveda centre.
Sir, first of all I would like to know your name.
My name is Rohit Kumar.
Where have you come from?
I've come from Rajpura.
Due to what health issues did you contact Dr Vikram Chauhan and Planet Ayurveda?
I've been suffering from Ulcerative Colitis since 2013 and that's why I came here to seek treatment.
Where else did you go to get treatment for Ulcerative colitis?
In 2013, I got myself checked for the first time at PGI and I had been going there regularly
but I got no relief, then I went to Fortis but I got no relief there as well.
Then, I came here 1 month ago and I have a lot of relief.
Sir, how did you come to know about Dr. Vikram Chauhan
I searched treatment for Ulcerative Colitis on YouTube and from there I got to know that there is a treatment for Ulcerative Colitis in Ayurveda.
Then I got to know about Dr. Vikram Chauhan from YouTube and I got the address from there.
Sir, how much relief have you got after 1 month treatment?
Sir, I came here on the 25th of last month and on 26th I felt that I've got relief.
Sir, for how long has Dr. Vikram Chauhan asked you take medicines?
He has reduced the dosage quite a lot because there are no symptoms from the past 1 month.
There is very little problem left and for that Dr. Vikram Chauhan has asked me take the medicines for one more month to cure it completely.
According to me the disease is totally cured but sir has asked me to take medicines for another month to finish the problem totally.
Now, you've got 100% relief?
I got relief from the very first tablet.
I had a lot of problem which didn't get cured even after taking steroids. Everything is normal now.
What type of medicines were you prescribed by Dr. Vikram Chauhan?
When I came here last time, I was prescribed these.
I'm following these from the last 1 month and I've been taking all of them on time along with following the diet chart.
Please show your current prescription.
That time I suffered bleeding but that has stopped now. So, sir has prescribed these medicines now.
Thank you!
What dietary changes did you make?
I was on a light diet before coming here because the allopathic medicines brought no relief to my condition.
Then I followed whatever diet I was asked to follow.
So, the ones on the left side are to be stopped and on the right side are the ones you have to follow?
Absolutely!
Sir, there are a lot of viewers who are suffering from Ulcerative colitis and are watching this video.
What message would you like to give to them?
I would say that there is no treatment for this disorder in Allopathic, only Ayurveda has a cure for this.
I would suggest you to definitely visit Dr Vikram Chauhan at least once.
Thank You, sir for coming to Planet Ayurveda and giving such valuable information to our viewers.
Thank you!

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Ogden East Bench Home For Sale with Sunset Views - Duration: 4:50.
Hello everyone!
This is Ann Zieve with the Northern Utah Home Team and Keller Williams Success Realty and
today I'm excited to introduce you to 1538 Alta Vista Circle on the East bench of Ogden.
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with new flooring, new appliances, newer roof,
and central air conditioning.
When it comes to views this home has it all mountain views, valley views, and sunset views.
The home has over 3800 square feet of living space with a full walk-out basement that provides
lots of room for storage and future living.
All this is located close to trailheads, shopping, dining, entertainment and more, yet away from
the hustle and bustle on a quiet cul-de-sac.
So come on inside with me and let's take a look at what this home has to offer.
As we enter the home you are going to be excited to see all the beautiful finishes with the
soaring ceilings, the two tone paint, we have new flooring throughout the home, and lots
of windows letting in great views and light.
And this floor plan is pretty terrific too, right off the entry way we have this formal
dining room area with lots of space for special meals and I love that you have a door through
to the kitchen area.
And then as we head on in here you have this great room area that is going to be perfect
to gather with friends and loved ones lots of space in here and a beautiful fireplace
to cozy around.
This opens up very nicely into the kitchen area where I know your cook is going to be
so happy cooking up meals.
They are going to love having the pantry there and all of the cabinets and counter space
they need to work.
You are going to be able to serve those meals at the snack bar or in this sunny dining area
where you can look out at great views or out on the deck.
Relax, dine, or entertain on the deck or covered patio as you absorb the breath taking views.
Now heading back here I want to show you that you have the laundry room on this main floor
so you do have single level living.
You also have a half bath which will be a great convenience.
And then let's head on over here and take a look at the master suite.
You are going to really feel like you live in a 5 star resort with this master suite
you are just going to be able to surround yourself with comfort and space.
You are going to love this great big walk in closet.
And your private master bath, where you can just forget your cares in the jetted tub or
relax in the separate shower.
I know another favorite feature for people is having the separate toilet room.
Now we do have a full basement in this home I am not going to take you down there today
but I am going to invite you to come see for yourself that it is studded in for 3 more
bedrooms, another full bath, and a family room area down there.
So let's head on upstairs now and see the upper level.
As we get to the top of the stairs you can see we have this beautiful loft area right
here.
This would make a great play area, study area, sitting area whatever you need.
And then looking at the area below you can see how open everything looks from the loft
area.
And then up here we have another full bathroom which is going to be great to help eliminate
those bathroom hassles.
And then we have two good size bedrooms or use the space however fits your needs.
And I just love this room with the corner window; you can see those great views at nighttime
when the city is all lite up it is just incredible.
So give us a call, a text, or an email we are happy to set up a private tour for you
to come see how well this home meets your needs and be sure to like, comment, and subscribe.

5 Steps to Smoother Transitions for Your Client or Child with Autism - Duration: 4:37.
Hi I'm Dr. Mary Barbara, autism mom,
behavior analysts and best-selling
author. You might be wondering why
children with autism have such a hard
time transitioning from highly preferred
activities to non preferred activities.
I'm here to tell you today that we all
have trouble with transitions. Just
imagine you are on a beach on a
beautiful sunny day, having a cold drink
and reading a great book. On a scale of 1
to 10 with 10 being the most reinforcing
activity you know, you would probably
rate being on the beach on this day to
be a 10. Without warning, I abruptly come
up to you and say, "All done beach, time to
load heavy boxes in a truck," you would
most likely not like this at all and you
might start displaying problem behaviors
in the form of arguing with me, stomping
your feet, and slamming your chair onto
the sand. You might even refuse to leave
your preferred activity and literally
dig your heels into the sand. What I want
to illustrate in that example is that we
all have problem behaviors transitioning
from very high preferred activities to
non preferred activities. The key is to
ease transitions by not asking a child
to transition from a 10, from a highly
preferred activity, to a one or two,
which is work constantly throughout the
day. I'm going to give you five tips and
techniques to help you ease transitions. #1 Dangle the carrot or offer
the reinforcements before problem
behaviors occur. When my son Lucas was
little he loved to be in the ocean up to
his neck for hours. I needed to offer him
something really powerful like pizza to
get him to come out of the ocean. Always
remember, if you're going to offer
reinforcement remember to offer that
reinforcement before you place a demand
to transition, not after you place the
demand and have a problem behavior
already occur. So in this case with Lucas
in the ocean I would say,
"Lucas time for pizza let's get out and
dry off." The second tip to these
transitions is don't physically move or
drag a student from one location to
another even if the child is small
enough to carry or move. I wouldn't even
think about physically dragging you off
the beach to help me load the heavy
boxes as this could lead to me getting
arrested for assault. It disturbs me that
some people try to physically move
students with autism from one activity
to the next. #3 - Whenever
possible, give choices. In the beach
example, for instance if
I would have come up to you and stated
that I needed help with some heavy boxes
and asked you when it would be a good
time for you to transition, you probably
would have been a lot more cooperative.
You may have suggested that we load the
boxes when you were finished your drink
or after you've finished a chapter in
the great book you were reading. We make
a lot of choices throughout the day,
especially when we are faced with
difficult or unpleasant tasks, we need to
give our students with autism as many
choices as possible to ease transitions. Tip #4 is to sandwich harder
activities in between preferred
activities and consider using schedules
and timers. The last tip tip, #5 is to make sure all workstations
are paired with reinforcement and avoid
the word work whenever you can. Some of
the best classrooms and home programs I
have ever seen have strong reinforcers
at every work area, and I often tell
professionals and parents to avoid using
the word work for students who already
are having difficulty with transitions,
and to spend a few minutes at the
beginning of each teaching session
pairing yourself and the materials with
reinforcements. If the students are not
running towards you the next activity or
at least moving there without problem
behavior, your demands are probably too
high and/or reinforcement too low. If you
want to find out more and have those
5 tips in writing just

free cheat sheet on five ways to reduce
transition problem. Thanks a lot and I'll
see you next week.

Free SSL certificate through Let's Encrypt - Secure your Web Site for Free - Yes, SSL for Free. - Duration: 6:50.
Okay that's better . . . . Hello Cybersaltines
and visitors. I'm Tim Davis. Thanks for
tuning in to the Cybersalt Consulting
and Communications channel. There was a
time when pretty much the only websites
that operated under an SSL certificate -
that's a security certificate that
assures your computer is communicating
with a web page over an encrypted
connection - were sites that collected
personal payment information or other
sensitive data. Recently, however, there has
been a real push to get more and more
websites using SSL certificates, with
some of the major browsers like Chrome
and Firefox actually going out of their
way to flag sites that aren't using them.
That's good news because it's going to
cut down on fraud and spoofing of sites.
But it's bad news if your site isn't
operating under an SSL certificate
already. In this tutorial I'm going to
show you how you can join the SSL
secured crowd and get a free SSL
certificate and easily set it up for
your website to use. Let's head on over
to the computer and check it out.
Now the ssl certificate that we're going
to get for free is through the
certificate authority "Let's Encrypt" and
that's who Cybersalt Hosting is set up
to issue free certificates through. Now,
if you're not hosting with Cybersalt Hosting
you should check with your web
host and look in your control panel to see if
Let's Encrypt is already there and you
haven't noticed it yet. If it's not,
contact your web host and ask them to
add it or if you want you, could always
move your hosting to Cybersalt Hosting
and if you're interested in that, or
knowing more, contact me; webmaster@cybersalthosting.com.
But right now
we'll see how to do it on Cybersalt Hosting.
First of all, let's take a look
at this screen here and you'll see this
is the Let's Encrypt homepage. It's
sponsored by some pretty heavy-duty
companies as we see here: Mozilla (they
make Firefox), OVH - a great server company (that's where I have the Cybersalt
servers hosted), Chrome (Google Chrome),
Facebook - there's a big company - and
Shopify. Interestingly my daughter is a
Shopify guru - she does tech support for
them. Basically these companies are
contributing and donating money to Let's
Encrypt so they can run the certificate
service for free and make it secure and
that's why you don't have to pay for the
certificate. To set it up what you want
to do is log into your cpanel web
hosting control panel and then scroll
down or find the area - your order will be
different - go down to where "Security" is.
In security we're going to look for
this icon "Let's Encrypt SSL". We're going
to click on that and then here you can
pick the domain - I'm going to do it on my
basicjoomla.com site here - you can pick
the domain that you want the certificate
to be working for. Now quickly, let's just
go to this tab where I have Basic Joomla
and this is sort of just a very basic
page I do tutorials for this product, Joomla!,
which makes web pages. I'll put a
card here if you want to go to that
channel if you're looking for a great
system to use for making your own web
page and it works great on the Cybersalt
servers. As you'll see up here on this
information button we just have www.basicjoomla.com.
If we click the information
you see it says, "Your connection to the
site is not secure. You should not
enter any sensitive information on this
site (for example passwords or credit
cards
it could be stolen by attackers)." In fact,
if I put the beginning of "HTTP://"
and hit enter, it disappears. We just
know that this is not a secure
connection. What we want is to be able to
put "HTTPS://". So basically it's
saying the Hypertext Transfer Protocol
Secure for this website. Now, if I could
enter right now we're going to get this "Whoa
your connection is not private get out
of here back to safety or you want to
ignore it" because you don't have that
certificate set up. But now, let's do that.
Going back into the cpanel control panel,
we're going to pick basicjoomla.com - it's the
only domain on this particular account
that we can set up a certificate for - and
we're just going to click on issue. Then
we'll be given a couple of choices. Do we
want to secure mail.basicjoomla.com? Well
if you're sending or receiving mail
through your domain, yes you want to do
that, so look include is already clicked.
Do you want to secure the webpage
www.basicjoomla.com? Yes and that's checked.
Now this is very odd, I don't know why
they have this here, but www.mail.basicjoomla.com -
if you're going to use that I don't know
why you would - you could - but oftentimes
when this is checked it can't find it
anyway so I'll just leave it unchecked.
But, then you'll see this final check box
down here which is "Install mail smtps,
pop3, imap ssl certificate for basicjoomla.com
So basically, this will allow all of
these services for sending and receiving
mails to be secured under the same
certificate, so we'll leave that checked.
All that's left to do now is click issue . . .
we wait just a teeny bit while the
server is running and installing all of
that . . . and it says the SSL certificates is now
installed on the IP address and
everything's restarting. So now, if we go
back to this page here which was a privacy
error "https://basicjoomla.com,"
let's just select that and go enter
and now we're greeted with this very
plain page, but look we've got a green
lock up there and it says secure. We
click on that: "You're
information (for example passwords or
credit card numbers is private when it
is sent to this site) and now Google and
Chrome and other browsers aren't going
to flag your site and your site is more
secure and when people go and visit it
they'll see that green check -
not check mark, but padlock - and they'll
know that their data is being encrypted
when it goes from their computer and is
received on the web page on the server
that they're viewing. So, that's how to
get a free SSl certificate through Let's
Encrypt and that's showing you how to do
it on cybersalthosting.com. It may work the
same for your host and again if you're
looking for a new host that will give
you one for free: I'm your guy, email me!
So thanks for watching this channel. I
hope it was helpful. If it was, please
give it a thumbs up and if you haven't
already subscribed to the channel please
do so! Click "subscribe" and don't forget
to "ring the bell" so that when there's a
