Some hiring managers aren't sure what the best approach is when talking to someone with

a disability.

Some find it uncomfortable which leads to their avoiding the situation all together rather

than striking up a conversation.

What are some suggestions to put the hiring manager at ease?

Well in the first instance, if an individual does not understand what the person with a

disability is saying, it's very important to slow down and let the person with a disability

get the information out.

Sometimes it's even better to write a note, but hopefully you can sit down first and there's

an interpreter in the situation, but the real problem is that hiring managers and others

often don't have any experience chatting with people with disabilities, particularly in

terms of ordinary business, ordinary hiring.

As a result of that, we think it is much better for our hiring managers and our recruiters

to actually meet people with disabilities, interact with them in other contexts and they'll

discover that people with disabilities aren't really different from anybody else.

It's just their communication may be unusual.

and also from outsiders who dare to tarnish the peace, tranquility and beauty of the kingdom.

Jonny: However, from what I have been seeing, the royal army isn't doing that great of a job overall.

Twilight: Yes Jonny, the other princesses and I are already aware of that.

We know they're not usually well equipped for certain situations,

hence why we have to hop in and save the day when they can't.

Nevertheless, they still train very hard, and are still doing their best with fulfilling their duty.

Katarina here again from How 2 Improve Singing.

The diaphragm seems to be the most common word that singers talk about.

How many times have you heard: "Breathe from your diaphragm", "Support the sound with the

diaphragm" or "Use diaphragmatic breathing"?

Let's end this madness and get the facts straight.

In today's video, I will be talking about the diaphragm.

What is it?

Where is the diaphragm located and what does the diaphragm do when we sing?

By the end of this video, you will recognize why statements like "breathe from the diaphragm"

or "support the sound with the diaphragm" do not make sense.

Let's start.

I am going to tell you right away that the role of the diaphragm is overrated among singers.

I believe that this craziness about the diaphragm is rooted in poor knowledge of the anatomy

and physiology of our body.

We are going to change that in this video.

What is the diaphragm?

The diaphragm is a dome-shaped muscle.

The shape can be compared to a parachute.

The diaphragm is the major muscle of inhalation because it is responsible for about 70% of

inhaled air.

Where is the diaphragm located?

The diaphragm spans across the bottom of the ribcage and separates the chest cavity from

the abdominal cavity.

The diaphragm is attached to your spine at the back, to the bottom ribs on the sides

and to the breastbone at the front.

What does the diaphragm do when we sing?

During inhalation, the diaphragm contracts, flattens and moves downward.

This is when the diaphragm is hard at work.

As a result of the downward movement of the diaphragm, the space in the lungs increases

and air enters the lungs.

At the same time, the diaphragm pushes on the inner organs in our abdomen.

You can observe this direct effect of the descending diaphragm as your belly gets pushed

out during inhalation.

During exhalation, the diaphragm relaxes and returns up to its dome-shaped relaxed position.

Yes, the diaphragm is relaxing when we exhale or make sound!

As a result of the diaphragm moving up, the inner abdominal organs also return to their

"normal" position.

You can observe this as your belly moves in.

The lungs decrease in volume, which causes air to leave the lungs.

As you can see, the diaphragm is important for breathing, especially for inhalation.

But we use many other body parts when singing, so start paying attention to those too!

For example, to your chest, sides of your body, your back, your body position, your

larynx and many more. Today, I shared some practical tips about

the diaphragm with you.

But knowing about the diaphragm is only one aspect of good breathing technique.

Trump Says He's Immune To Sexual Harassment Lawsuits Because He's President - Duration: 3:59.

According to Donald Trump, one of the biggest perks of being the US President is that people

apparently can't sue you in state courts.

Or, at least that's what Donald Trump's lawyer is trying to argue in New York for a lawsuit

that Donald Trump is facing for defaming a former contestant on The Apprentice.

The woman in question, Summer Zervos, actually came forward during the presidential campaign

to allege that Donald Trump had sexually harassed her in 2007 when they were at a hotel together;

not together-together, they saw each other in a hotel.

Trump, according to the allegations, groped her and aggressively kissed her against her

will.

Trump later came out and said that the allegations were lies, they were a total fabrication,

and that this whole thing was a hoax.

He said the same thing of at least 10 other women who came forward during the campaign

to allege that Donald Trump had sexually harassed them.

But, this particular case is not necessarily regarding the sexual harassment but the defamation

of Trump accusing the woman of lying and making this up and just trying to get famous off

of it.

That is what the current civil suit in the State of New York is about, and Trump says

that, "Nope.

I'm President of the United States.

You can't sue me in civil court until after I leave office."

According to legal scholars Gloria Allred, who is actually the attorney for Ms. Zervos,

says that, "No, that's not true.

That's not true at all.

Any person in the United States, President or not, guess what, you can be sued in state

court regardless of the position that you hold."

Donald Trump is obviously not somebody who understands the law, not somebody who knows

the law.

Before he was elected President, he never spent any time writing laws or learning laws

or going to law school or practicing law, so this is a man who does not understand what

the hell he is talking about, yet somehow people thought that he was smart enough to

be elected President of the United States.

Donald Trump, at this point, has nearly as many sexual harassment accusers as Bill Cosby,

but we still overlooked all that -- Republicans did, at least -- to elect this man the United

States President.

Remember how bent out of shape Republicans got in the 1990s over the alleged sexual harassment

of Bill Clinton, and then the whole Monica Lewinsky thing?

Oh my god, what a horrible human being for doing these things.

Then, you have a man who's been accused of sexual harassment by no fewer than 11 different

women who's on record saying horrible things about what he does to women, grabbing them,

groping them, kissing them against their will, and yet Republicans think that that's personally

fine.

"That's absolutely okay with us.

We don't care that this man said this.

He sure as hell is a lot better than Hillary Clinton, right?"

I don't follow that logic.

I don't understand what's happening, but what I do know is that in this particular instance,

yes, Donald Trump, you can be sued in court.

And, the fact that you said that you were going to sue all of these women, all of these

accusers, for defamation yet you haven't, just kind of means that you really don't have

a case when you call these women liars when they call you a serial sexual harasser.
